A great place for healthy food! I get chicken, mostly, the beef is good too. The plate has protein, a small little fresh mixed real salad of veggies and a cut fresh orange half!
Good food the chicken was a little dry so i get some extra teriyaki. Other then that it's not bad. I usually get extra veggies and less rice so it is more savory. Overall a healthy choice over fast food.
Korean Spicy Chicken bowls were good. Nothing crazy good about the space, but also nothing to complain about. The cashier (afternoon, 04/27/2025) was very nice.
Delicious as always. This location was really good, they put a lot of meat on my rice which I really enjoyed. I always consider flame boiler to be a healthy choice and alternative to other food locations in the area. Definitely give this place a try. My only complaint would be the music they were playing was a little funky. Other than that great service thank you.

Good quality food plus quick service. I get food there two to 4 times a week. I enjoy my meals because it just has an unique taste. Prices are very good.

I don't really have anything bad to say, but I really don't have anything good to say either. Food was OK, Atmosphere was OK and service was OK once I realized the young lady did not speak much English, I then understood why she was not answered my questions! Would I go back? Depends on what else was around!

They were quick. I was able to order on their online app and walked in when it was ready. Everyone wore masks and stayed their distance, 6 feet or more. Food was good.

Never been to one that limits sauces and charges for anything over a limit. I get a mini bowl and I like spicy so I would of liked having 4 sauces. With mini bowl I only get two. I mean I didn’t want the onions, they could of let me at least get a third one lol. I was at my last 30 min of lunch or I would have left.
Location is okay. The regular bowl is packed with so much rice and little meat. For 15 dollars I expected at least half and half . But a bit too much rice.
How is it possible that only one person is doing all the work. The lady was nice, taking orders and preparing the food by herself. She was doing the best she could. She took my order at 5:07pm and was able to hand it out at 5:30pm. At least 2 people need to be there.

Went in today the young kid cashier he was mopping he didbnot even greeted us hi welcome or anithing to top it off he had earphones like if was listening to music we just walk away.. no wonder its always dead. Needs to change asap
Don’t get me wrong the food it’s pretty tasty I been eating flame broiler for more than 5 years , the reason I’m giving them poor rating is, first they never answer the phone I was trying to call in advance to pick up my order when I came in in the store the attendant was pretty nice and attentive the worst thing I notice was the person in the kitchen was talking in the phone at the same time was preparing food without washing hands I hope the owner has more attention in this details because of the situation of we’re living that can’t be sorry for posting this but I think we have to be more consistent and take care each other
I have a flembroider street 4 times a week cause I enjoyed the food. And this place I have used it probably 3 to 4 times when I'm near the neighborhood for work. This guy has the worst attitude as far as customer service. I will never come here again I just feel bad for the people that they come here to order and this guy doesn't know how to do customer service I don't know how they are at this people.
I've been going to this location since it opened. Today I walked in I oreded when it was time to pay the guy cashier told me they cant take my bill. All i had was a hundred dollar bill. I asked him if I can please talk to the manager she aslo declined to take my bill. Stating that they can't take bills over 20. horrible they have no signs of no bills over 20. And she told me that none of the the stores will take my bill. As a manager i will not decline to take any money i would test the bill make sure its real and to avoid any problems i would have a sign up. Horrible customer service. I have about 5 employees that would go to this location for lunch today marks our last day. By the way I walked over to jersey mikes next door and they happily took my bill!!
It is 12 o clock July 14th on a Wednesday. The lady refused to give me my pick up order after she called it out because I wasn't "in line" then proceeded to hold my order while she took 3 different phone calls. Nobody was in line and I wasn't in the way of anyone ordering. She just had a power trip. When I asked if she was refusing to give me my order she then reluctantly handed me my order while rolling her eyes. I asked her for her name and she said it was on the receipt. I told her it wasn't there and she refused to give me her name because she knew how rude she was being. I will definitely take this to management. Customers should not be treated like that Just found out that her name was Antonia.
This location did not meet the Flame Broiler standards that I’m used to. I ended up throwing it away. Waste of money and my lunch break. It was my first time at this location. The food was not fresh. Taste and texture was like they recooked already cooked food. There’s ghetto handwritten signs taped everywhere. “Don’t touch this table or put anything on it”. “If you get a water cup but put soda you must pay for the soda”. I can’t remember the other signs but it just added to the already dark and dingy atmosphere. Won’t be returning.
Chicken and meat was very hard seems like it was from yesterday, you have to check the food in the afternoon, because nobody was cooking only the employee who serve me the food this is the second time that taste the same, we need fresh meat and chicken to see cooking like waba.
I wouldn't suggest coming to eat here at this location. The food is okay but the service is horrible. The young kid working talks and acts as if he does not want to work as well as the lady working as the cook. If I'm going to eat at a place I would want good service and a comfortable environment where I'm not receiving attitude.
