The staff is nice and they are quick. I tried the new plant based meat option and it was great. All around nice place to pick up food in an area with not a lot of choices.

Plantspired meat veggie bowl is the best!!! Cook is vegetarian conscious cooks on non-meat clean grill. Very clean establishment, a few tables and chairs available to enjoy 😉 meals eaten here.

Everything is so good here, especially the chicken. I tried the app and you can order food on it and pick up in store when you arrive! Awesome!

Whenever I am working in Downey I stop at this WABA grill to get the lunch special. The lunch special includes a small chicken bowl, drink, and a side. The Cashier recommended the shrimp taco for the side and I am so glad he did. It is so good. I asked what sauce they put on the shrimp taco that is so good, and he said it was boom boom sauce. Now I ask for a side of boom boom sauce so I can put it on my bowls.

The Service at this Waba Grill is amazing!! They always go above and beyond with their service especially the night workers. And the food is so delicious! Unfortunately I didn't get all their names but Daniel and Jesus were two of the great workers! Please continue doing such an Awesome and Amazing job!!

I'll be completely honest, was going to give 3 stars because they charge roughly $1.50 more than all the other wabas in the area. But after receiving my food pretty fast and the great customer service I didn't mind it as much anymore. The dining area was clean, soda station was clean, even the outside eating area was clean. I didn't have any valid reasons besides an up charge to give less stars but the pros outweighed that. Do be warned that the parking lot is small(roughly 15 spots) and shared with a 711. If you come here around noon, you might find it difficult to find parking.

When I called to speak to the Manager, I was told their was not a Manager or Supervisor in the store. The worker told me that they are told to use whatever products they get and that is why I received black avocado. So while I was typing this out, the managers assistant called me and was real apologetic and guaranteed this wouldn’t happen again. My rating went from a 1 to a 3 based on Customer Service from the Managers Assistant.

Horrible place to go eat if you wanna be ignored while ordering your food , I had an issue with a worker and a said to be manager “Marlene C.” Whom I don’t believe was a manager at all was on her Apple Watch while I was taking my order got my orders wrong and and told her that if she would have gotten off her phone she would have taken the order correct , she didn’t like so she decided to mean mug me the whole time I was there until I told her to stop looking at me and asked for a manager Marlene told me she was the “manager” so then I asked for the corporate number cause no one should go in to a place of business and buy and be ignored and mistreated so I proceeded to ask for her corporate number , to no suprise she goes to the back as soon as I asked and calls her actual manager(on the phone ) and her manager tells her she doesn’t have to give me the corporate office number then she threatened to refuse service to me after that so I asked for my money back , this is no way to treat a daily customer . I don’t think Marlene enjoys her job maybe it’s time for a new one since she isn’t so good at this one .

I visited this establishment to enjoy a beef bowl. They didn't have any condiments out, I visited at approximately 9pm they had already put everything away, even though they close at 11pm. The lady preparing the bowl had two orders to make before mine. I noticed she eyed the amount of beef it would take to fill the 3 orders. It was obvious to me that she had not prepared enough. My bowl being the last one she made I received the smallest portion of beef I have ever seen. Will not be returning to this location.
