The service is great. The food is good but it’s a better “fries” place than an exceptional burger joint. There is room for improvement in the burger department. Better grilling on vegetables and a nicely grilled bun would be my first suggestions, especially considering the cost of the relatively small burgers. Overall, a good place to eat just not very memorable.

First time experiencing worse fries in five guy not so fresh and we ordered Cajun but there was no spice and when we asked they gave the spice separately, disappointed.

So disappointed as Five Guys is my favorite burger place in London. The burger bun was stale and the fries were terrible. The soda was flat. The only good thing was the peanuts.

This location is the worst. I don’t mind paying the prices they charge but this location said they have different fry portions. Ordered a large Cajun fry and received a small cup of fry’s. If you are going to be different than all the other locations you should adjust your prices because no one wants to pay $30 for a burger meal

They have messed up my order twice now. I tell them I want a hamburger, they repeat back to me hamburger, and I end up getting a little hamburger. Why would I say hamburger if I wanted a little hamburger? This is the second time this has happened.

I always check my food before leaving any place, but the one time I didn’t, it was just my luck. I was rushing back to the hospital and didn’t have time to look. I ordered a very simple burger—grilled onions, lettuce, cheese, bacon, and pickles. Somehow they still managed to mess it up by adding whatever else they wanted, as if they made it for themselves. The bun was extremely soggy. The fries were burnt. On top of that, I ordered online and still had to wait when I arrived because it wasn’t ready. 🫠 I will NEVER return. Wasted time and money

I recently visited Five Guys with my family, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I specifically ordered a protein burger (no bun) and large regular French fries with no Cajun or any spices for my kids. Instead, they gave me a regular burger with buns and spicy Cajun fries. My children couldn’t eat them because of the spice. When I went back to explain the mistake, instead of apologizing and correcting the order, the staff charged me extra money for the regular fries, even though it was their mistake. There was no apology, no effort to fix the issue properly, and the attitude at the counter was not friendly at all. As a customer, I expect at least good service and responsibility when mistakes happen. Sadly, this experience showed me the opposite. Because of this, I would not visit this location again.

Sorry Five Guys, $14 for a cheeseburger is no longer in my budget. I'd rather go to Shake Shack or BW3, or Mom & Pop independent Burger joints around town. I used to love going to Five Guys for cheeseburgers under $10, but once it went over, I'm done.

$27 for a burnt cheeseburger, mediocre fries, sprite that tasted terrible, and what is possibly the WORST strawberry milkshake I’ve ever had in my life. This milkshake essentially had no icecream in it whatsoever, fruit smoothie texture, no sugar. Frothed milk basically, had to throw it away. $6 BTW. Absolutely astonished. Instead of being robbed, go to Freddy’s. Not overpriced, good food, and they don’t mess up a simple milkshake. 🤦‍♀️ I don’t usually crash out over bad food but $27 for garbage and slow service is insanity

Clean place and friendly staff, but HORRIBLE FOOD! My fries came out burned so I had to ask to remake them. The second time the fries were properly cooked but still thin dry and lots of potato skin. A burger had burned bun at the bottom and cold bun on top. Both buns were mooshi. Also there was no sweet iced tea and regular Fanta available for the drink. I am disappointed. Over $12 was a waste. Won't be back!
