The food was alright. I liked the Kung Pao Chicken. The chicken was tender and offered a very mild spicy level. The orange chicken was good, but the chicken was a little on the dry side. The service was good. It was very upbeat. There's plenty of parking at this location and seats.

I feel like the food is overpriced and under seasoned. I payed way too much to only get a few pieces of shrimp, a small amount of green beans and watered down minute maid lemonade. Also this is one of the smaller Panda Express food joints. I call it a joint because there is really no room to sit down inside and everything feels cramped. Also Ibam still trying to understand why I had to pay an extra dollar and change for the Walnut Shrimp in my two item combo???

Panda Express has been one of my favorite places ever since I tried it for the first time 😃 Unfortunately, I have been getting bad customer service at this location because they wait until there's no more if a certain food choice to start making it, forcing us the customers, to wait at least 10 minutes and afterwards they expect a donation! With that kind of customer service, not likely! I'm really sorry for this review, but I'm very particular about my food and I want to eat what I want, not what you want me to eat! Maybe they might need more training about the timing to keep the food choices available at all times. Another thing is, that I arrived before closing and they had ran out of one of my choices and there was very little of the other, but they told me that the amount of food that they were making was only for the customers that were already waiting and when I asked them to make a little more for me, they said that they were not going to cook anymore food because they were about to close. This customer service was, to say the least, terrible 😔 I'm sure that loosing one customer it's not going to hurt them, but if they keep treating customers like that, they will loose more than just one. I will continue to enjoy the delicious food 😋 but not at this location. Thank you

the chicken here is always bad and served cold some how. the last two times i’ve at orange chicken from here i’ve been sick for multiple days. The staff here are all nice but not sure what’s goin with the chicken.

Really disappointed with our incomplete order. Used the app to pick up on the way for game night with new friends. Sat down to eat and part of our order was missing. The portion sizes were well under standard too. Unfortunately, it was ours host's meal and we were several minutes away, so it wasn't convenient to drive back to fix the problem. We paid for it, but we didn't receive it. First time using this location and it was such a disappointment.

Despite acknowledging that this is still a meal, I must express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. Upon entering the establishment, I extended my utmost courtesy and respect to the employee assisting me. However, I encountered a significant delay of approximately ten minutes before receiving my chicken rolls. Upon finally receiving my food, I observed that the entrees were not prepared according to the standard practice at Panda Express. Instead of stacking the meat and rice or chow mein, they were served in a separate manner. This inconsistency in service has raised concerns about potential biases or discrimination based on my sexual orientation.

Girl 4 little pieces of chicken in a plate. I don’t know if that’s how they’re told to serve everything, but even when I opened my plate it looked empty. It’s really not coming out of your paycheck and if it’s the management or ownership enforcing to skimp out on the portions you need to realize that the prices are not matching up with the amount of food being served. You have so many option just in one block. No one’s going to want to continue to pay for some small portions. Lower the prices if you’re going to continue to skimp out on everyone’s food or keep the prices and stop being so skimpy. Y’all already don’t pay your employees a fair amount.

Line was way out of the restaurant, then they gave me this poor excuse of a serving size for a bowl. This looks like left overs of Teriyaki chicken and drowned it in rice. Then the manager Silvia gave me slack for asking for more chicken cause of how poor the serving size was and she said thats the regular serving size. -Horrible management -stingy with portions -long wait time -Would not reccomend this location to anyone Go to the Panda in Rancho San Diego or the Grossmont center location. Especially avoid if you just got off an 8 hour shift and want some good food to satisfy your hunger cause its basically $10+ for a snack.

Clearly the MANAGER does not do a good job when hiring ppl. Lack of professionalism among other things. How can people like Fany run this place? On top of that seeing yelling at her employees, I would NEVER allow that to happen to me Or anyone. I hope that guy quit and go directly to corporate, if she can be “manager” anyone can at this point!! Mind you this is not the first time I see something weird going on in this store.
