I am so excited to post this review due to the fact that I’ve noticed several reviews that mention spotty customer service - therefore I love to report that my visit was EXCELLENT! I was cheerfully greeted the moment I walked in the door by a super friendly young woman behind the counter. The store was very clean and organized perfectly. Displays were stocked and neatly arranged, the counters and tables were clean. She was soooooooo patient as I painstakingly agonized over what I wanted to order (I wanted everything 🤷🏻♀️) but I landed on the Açaí Primo bowl which was soooooooooo unbelievably good! I am embarrassed to admit I dug into it before remembering to take a photo of it, which is definitely one of my weaknesses that I need to work on - I see it and eat it. Which is sad because it was one of the most spectacular presentations I’ve seen to date on drive-thru-fast-food style setups like Jamba. So kudos for that! The fruit was beautiful and so fresh! Even the bananas (which we all know are a particularly finicky fruit to try and present after 3.2 seconds post-peel) and the blueberries were perfectly firm and sweet! Just enough honey and the açaí was amazing! Sooooooooo good! I also ordered my go-to, all-time favorite smoothie - the Strawberry Surfrider. There’s just none better on a hot Texas “early fall but still 7th circle of Hell hot weather” kinda day. Then I had the pleasure of chatting with the other young woman working there and she was an absolute joy as well! Chatty, smiling, friendly! Just amazing staff on duty today! Great job ladies!
I got coconut whip for my base in my bowl, I also tried their ginger greens smoothie which I liked. The young lady was very nice as well.
Great service, the cashier was a sweet older woman that was super polite and patient with me as a first time patron. The matcha latte with coconut cloud foam is legit! I typically prefer a strong matcha flavor and this is it. I also got the açaí bowl and the Belgian waffle parfait that look amazing. Definitely coming back.
Got an açaí bowl and it was perfect! Staff is friendly and they got our order to us so quickly. The store is very clean too. I really like that they offer real food, not just smoothies. We’ll definitely come back!
This team is the best! They are always welcoming, helpful and thoughtful in their service. I visit not just for a healthy and delicious treat but also to be in such a positive environment. I left my wallet earlier this week for the entire day. I can’t say how much I appreciate the staff keeping it safe for me. Leadership is always the key to a great team and customer service. A special thank you and hats off to the General Manager! They are truly the best!
The Jamba store itself is clean, bright, and welcoming. It’s always well organized, and you can tell they actually take pride in keeping the place nice. The layout makes it easy to order, wait, and grab your drink without feeling cramped or overwhelmed, even when it’s busy. It just has a good, positive vibe when you walk in. The staff working there are a big reason the store feels so comfortable. They’re genuinely nice, respectful, and patient, and they keep things moving without being rude or rushed. You can tell they’re doing their best, and they deserve way more credit than they get. Some of the negative reviews tearing this store down are honestly unfair. either people don’t have basic patience or they’re just being mean for no reason. This location is run well, the workers are kind, and the store is exactly what it should be: clean, friendly, and reliable.
Nice place to sit down or take out a smoothie. Friendly people, quiet inside, quick service and clean.
I like their smoothies but I tried a bowl today and the base was already premade? I thought they were all made fresh to order but my bowl was completely melted before I even got to my car, less than a minute away. It wasn’t good at all trying to eat goop.
We just left there. Spent $40 + and not only was the person working the epitome of low morale, we found hair in our food! I brought it to her attention and was offered a refund or remake and she maintained the same unfriendly attitude and didn’t even apologize for the filthy food. We have historically dined at this location but no more. The employees are never really friendly and now we know they’re not clean!
This was my first time at a Jamba establishment. When I first walked in the establishment was clean. However, I stood at the counter for a while, at least a minute and a half maybe even two minutes and no one greeted me. When they finally took my order. I sat down and waited. A couple came in after I ordered, but they got their order before I did. 15 minutes later I finally went to the counter to see if they forgot about me and they indeed had! I waited another 10 minutes for them to bring out my bowl and it didn’t even look that appetizing. I was really disappointed, especially because I just wanted something light because I wasn’t feeling that well but still a little hungry.
By far one of the worst establishments I ever visited. This location off of 99 kuykendahl. The staff was sitting in the customer chairs when we arrived They looked upset when we showed up Staff did not greet us or welcome It is very HOT in the establishment We had a gift card so only trying this place out she informed us the gift card button doesn't work I will never return here ever again, I see why no one is at this location. RUN!!!! FAST 🏃♀️ ⏩️
Never been to this place before. I ordered a smoothie and CAI tropical bowl. Total was $20, definitely my last visit. The bowl was disgusting. The smoothie was good but not worth the price. There was only one person working. Handling transactions and preparing food. The bowl was this purple gooey mess on the bottom with some coconut flakes and granola. Oh yeah the pineapples sucked
Firstly Jeremy is extremely rude. I ordered one of their Greek Yogurt bowls, and he said “ what’s that?” I read exactly what they have listed on the menu. Instead of saying “what’s that”, maybe try explaining that there’s different options. Being rude and sassy isn’t great customer service Secondly 11.90 for one scope of yogurt and a mountain of granola isn’t what I order, pretty sure he did that on purpose too Should’ve left, don’t recommend
Nice greeting. Nice cashier. Not his fault. Wasn’t trained on basic things. I showed I was downloading app and said I was doing it for 50% off promo. We ordered. I showed him the reward bar code and he forgot to scan it. Didn’t give me 50% off my one drink for downloading app. I asked for the cashier to please void the transaction and re ring the order correctly. The manager, Barbara, said I would have to get the rewards and discount on the next visit. She said you cannot void transactions. She said it messes up the whole system. REALLY?! I’ve worked in restaurants for 15 years and never have I ever been somewhere or worked somewhere that you cannot void or return money electronically. How would you do a return on a wrong order. I said, so I don’t get my 50% off or my rewards for the new app I downloaded. Her, you can enter the bar code on the app. Try-error code. She said you can get it on the next visit. Really?? My next visit. Nah. Don’t think so. Not for a while anyway.
While ordering my açaí bowl, a customer came in to say her bowl wasn’t up to par. The bowl was liquid and looked like fruit soup. The shift lead, Allison, argued with the customer and said she had made two bowls correctly, when in fact she had not, because my bowl was the same way, liquid and nasty. The fruit was horrible, and the employees were rude and nasty. I would never recommend this Jamba to my worst enemy. The whole store needs to be shut down, and the shift lead needs to be fired. The entire interaction was just disgusting, as was my bowl. After reading the reviews of this place, I see others have had the same experience. Again, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The management needs to change.
I don’t even know where to start. I witnessed the most nasty interaction. My friend ordered an açaí bowl from this Jamba Juice and it was literally watery. Not “a little melted,” not “slightly off” — straight soup. Anyone with eyes could tell something was wrong. She went back inside TWO minutes later to ask for it to be remade, and instead of fixing it, the Team leader (Allison) decided to argue with her. She kept saying, “I just made it, it wasn’t like that when I saw it,” while also admitting she had just seen her. So which is it? Because if you just made it and just saw her, there’s no excuse for it being watery already. Her attitude was dismissive, defensive, and unprofessional. No apology. No customer service. Just gaslighting like the bowl magically turned into water on its own in under two minutes. When my friend asked for a refund, Allison argued her down while processing it, making the situation even worse. This is absolutely disgusting you shouldn’t treat people like this why are these people still employed. If you don’t want to remake food you clearly messed up, just say that — but don’t argue with customers like they’re lying when the product is clearly wrong. Açaí bowls are expensive, and nobody is paying for fruit-flavored water and an attitude. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. This location clearly doesn’t care about quality or customer service.
Unorganized. They open at 7. Got here at 7:40.. waited in the drive thru until 7:58 when a worker finally asks me over the speaker too come back in 20 minutes. Not the first time this has happened. This was actually my first time coming here in quite some time bc of past occurrences similar to this.
The individuals that work at this specific location, are absolutely rude. They have an attitude about everything, and they barely greet you when you walk in. Too busy on phones, talking to each other, and catch an attitude (slams sliding door in your face) if asked to correct something. It’s not a good look for your business, and this can drive your customers away. Please be more kind, you’re working in CUSTOMER SERVICE. If this is not the right profession for you, quit. Specifically August 18, 2025 during the 6pm hour.
Walked in and all the workers were sitting down in the lobby, everyone was on their phone. Did not get greeted and no one smiled the entire time, it seemed like they were annoyed their down time was interrupted. Carina took my order and was very rude said I needed to hurry to place my order.. I was the only one in the store. They don’t wear name tags I had to ask for a receipt to know who I was talking to. There was a lady in the lobby who just freely would walk behind the counter as she pleased. The whole time in the store was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend coming to this location
On July 12, 2025, at 10:40 AM. I visited Jamba Juice at 6710 Spring Stuebner Rd, Spring, TX. I ordered a Watermelon Lemonade Smoothie, but Carina Montoya made a Watermelon Breeze without telling me the item I requested originally was no longer available. When I addressed the error, she was rude and refused to remake the drink, citing “product waste.” I got a refund, but the store wasted product anyway. Her unprofessional attitude ruined my visit. Poor customer service. This location needs staff retraining or new employees. 0/5 stars—I won’t return.
