Went to Olive Garden for a light meal. Left 3,000 breadsticks later, questioning my life choices and my waistband elasticity. The waiter said, “When you’re here, you’re family,” and then immediately forgot my name—just like real family. Would dine again. Preferably in stretchy pants. 10/10 for carbs. 4/10 for decision-making. Will return when I’ve forgiven myself.

I m absolutely thrilled with my experience at Olivia Garden! The moment I walked in, I was enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt at ease throughout my visit. The exceptional service, combined with the beautiful gardens and delicious cuisine, made for a truly unforgettable experience. Food was ok. I ordered grilled chicken scampi and I was eating it when I noticed it was lightly breaded. When I ate it last time it was grilled not breaded and grilled. Pasta is heavy enough and when people want something grilled they don’t want it breaded. I was disappointed. Desserts were delicious. Service was good. Had a great time with my friends.

Always great service and great food I miss the braised beef and tortelloni but at least you can substitute the pasta in the braised beef bolognese. 👍🏼

When a restaurant has bad service or food, I feel compelled to write a review. I had to write one due to a positive experience as well. Food hasn't been the same at Olive Garden for a long time. My wife and I had to wait for an order at a business close by and decided to risk it. The zuppa Toscana was way better than in the past. We ordered fried cheese. It was perfectly fried. Even the pasta carbonara had lots of flavor. I don't know if it was the cook at this place but we were pleasantly surprised. This location has surpassed Carabbas who burned my fried cheese and served be bland pasta. I hope they keep it up. I'll be back for sure

Excellent first time here! From walking in we were greated by several employees! Promptly seated and wished us a Great Dining! Our waitress was amazing and my daughter & I were ooo's and ahhhs! Mozzarella Sticks were magical! And we split our Tour of Italy and it was perfect! Salad was also soo delicious! We can't wait to return! We loved it here and will surely make this location our 1st Choice!!

Very nice atmosphere. It's a tad smaller than other, older Olive Gardens. I like all the new items that are on the food and drink menu now. Really good place to dine alone or with family and friends.

We ordered delivery and our order was lost due to Olive Gardens partnership with Uber. I was unable to reach the uber driver so I called the restaurant. The manager was quick to offer to remake the food, and have one of her employees getting off shift to drop it off to its correct location. The food arrived within 20 minutes hot, fresh, and delicious. Expecting perfection is unrealistic, but being able to remedy a mistake that she didn’t cause speaks volumes to this restaurants commitments to its customers. . Lifelong customer here!

Had to write a review for my 1st experience at an Olive Garden in Texas. Zach provided the best customer service I've received at a restaurant in a while and my sister and I are definitely sitting in Zach's section next time we go!! He was beyond attentive, super kind and didn't blink twice at anything I had asked for. Ontop of Zach's excellent table side manners, when we first entered it was uncomfortably cold and I had mentioned it to a manager at 1st greeting. The manager said he'd check the thermostat and then later found me to ask if the adjusted temperature was better. A+++. I know restaurants keep the environment cold for many reasons but you can't enjoy your food when you are freezing. 10/10 recommend this location as the Customer service went above our expectations.

Excellent job! Today was probably the best experience I've ever had at an Olive Garden. Sat immediately, drinks came quickly, waiter was attentive, other staff helped and were accommodating, hot food was hot, cold food was cold, everything came out in a timely manner, restaurant was clean... I wish every visit to an O.G. was as good as today. We will be back for sure!

After years of refusing to go back to an olive garden after being utterly disappointed, not once but twice from the one on 1960 in humble, I finally decided to give this one a try per a customer of mine's recommendation. Ive been here 3 times since, the food is top notch and the customer service is even better! Side note: Lunch menu is budget friendly and the perfect portion to be able to continue your day of shopping not feeling like an over-stuffed Umpa Lumpa.

I absolutely love this location, it's my new go-to when going out. The food's been amazing, service is fantastic with exceptions of a few hostess. Two that I'd like to call out for exceptional service is, I believe her name was Dee, as well as Benji. The both of them were absolutely amazing, quick, kind, and overall if I got the choice, I'd pick them as my servers each time I come.

I have been dining out as an adult nearly 25 years on my own dime. By far this is one of my top five visits at a restaurant. The service that Hailey provided was top-notch. She was very friendly and quick. She also provided unprompted recommendations on dishes that my daughter and I both regularly order. This Olive Garden always provides great service. But like I said, Hailey provided an experience that will not be forgotten. unfortunately, I do not have actual pictures of our actual dishes, since they were consumed rather quickly. The Zuppa Toscana was yummy as always but with her recommendation of adding crushed red pepper brought it to a new level. The bread were fresh and buttery right out of the oven. The salad was fresh and tasty too.

Olive garden used to be one of my favorite restaurants as a teenager. I love love love the unlimited salad. The menu has changed and so has the recipes but I enjoyed my lunch date with my daughter. I ordered calamari for appetizer, shrimp fettuccine for my entree. Our server was very attentive. The restaurant and restroom was clean. 👍👍

The usual experience. Felt a little smaller. The wait staff was cordial. But looked like they were over burdened. Took a while for ours to check in with us. The new bottomless pasta is totally worth the money. Even soup is bottomless. Stuffed ziti is cheese overkill. Kids chicken and spaghetti needs a lot more marinara. There was hardly enough for a mouthful.

Our server Paul made everything better than it could ever be expected. The food is okay. The atmosphere is okay. The pricing is way too high for what you get. Paul made it so much better. He is an incredible server and has a great personality. Ask for him if you go to this location.

I’ve gotten takeout twice here and each time my food was hot and fresh! The salad seemed to be on the old side. I normally get the shrimp carbonara or shrimp and chicken cabonara. And of course, the two breadsticks that come with the meal are eaten on the drive home!!!

Nice staff, tour of Italy was as expected never disappointing. Breadsticks were terrible. I got Asiago tortellini with shrimp, the shrimp does not taste fresh, the cheese in the tortellini was over cooked making cheese tough.

When we were at this location we were not family as the slogan likes to boast. We were seated in the back room where they put bigger parties which would have been fine but the table layout for our table of 4 was poorly done. At first we were so close to one of the large parties that a child fell out of her chair and landed on my chair. The wait staff continually bumped into us and looked at us as if we had planted ourselves there. So, we decided to move our table a bit as the other table was empty. Shortly after, another big party came in and then we were getting bumped from both sides. Through this, our waitress continually showed up to encourage us to order our main meal while expressing that our appetizers were backed up. We were there for me to meet my boyfriend's family for the first time so we were just wanting to visit and have the food come out a bit at a time. After finally be annoyed enough to order, our apps arrived with our main courses minutes behind. The wait staff then was encouraging us to let them take the apps which we had barely begun on (I mean offer to box it for us at least.) The entire visit we felt as if we were a great inconvenience. As we visited and ate, they began closing down the room. This was at 8:30 btw. As they closed down putting chairs on tables etc we were met with several looks like "why don't they just leave already?" The spinach dip was incredibly salty but the chicken Marsala, steak and manicotti were ok as you expect from a chain but the service and atmosphere were so off putting that we will not be back to this location. Advice to this location, turn the middle tables in the back room to be less intrusive and train your staff to be kind and welcoming please.

I stopped going to Olive garden years ago. Decided to give it a try today. First impression....Sticker shock. Honestly, food was about average. Nothing great, nothing bad. This was my last trip to Olive garden. I don't see the attraction.

Food was pretty good, but we had an annoying issue. My kids’ dad ordered a salad as his entree and never got it. When I asked the waitress to take it off the bill, she said she couldn’t because he took some from my bowl of salad (which came with my meal). That just didn’t make sense—he ordered his own and it never showed up. Felt like a weak excuse and not great customer service. The rest of the visit was fine, but that part really threw it off.

Went out for a late Mother's Day Dinner. Wanted to try a new Italian place, but our original choice was fixing to close for the night. We were pleased to see that Olive Garden was still open for another hour or so. We have been to this location several times, so we know we like the food there. We were originally seated in the middle of a walkway when there were booths that could've been cleaned, which is what we originally asked for. Husband had to get up and ask that the booth right next to us be cleaned. Someone finally did and we were moved. Just a little disappointed that we had to ask and there were no specials for Mother's Day. It wasn't very busy and seemed to have a fair amount of staff. The waiter didn't seem very knowledgeable, about menu item questions, but overall he was nice and fairly attentive. Food was good and came out in a decent amount of time.

I come here all the time with my boyfriend and I’m aware Sunday’s can be really tough, but our server trinity came by a little while later as we waited for our meal and told us to “be patient”? because the kitchen was busy. Which is fine! Just think that it could have been worded differently.. and we definitely felt rushed with how she kept telling us we can pay by the kiosk.. kept interrupting my boyfriend as well. Not our best experience here.

Started strong with good, friendly service. The food was great. Then our waitress disappeared for 30+ minutes and when we saw her next she attended to the table next to us while completely ignoring us. Our table was the only one in sight without the machine to even pay the bill so we were stuck waiting around until one of us got up to ask for a box and the check.

Very clean place, very good service. However, the pizza was not good at all. But maybe they are known for other things on the menu. Could be worth a second chance to try something different.

Food isnt bad but its not great. What im mad about is they reduced the portion size of many meals, including the shrimp scampi I ordered but the price is still the same. There wasn't even a sign or anything to indicate the portions would be less for the same price. Such a rip off for basic food

A group of 4 young servers are standing around the bar/kitchen and chatting and laughing so loud it makes me wish I ordered to go and ate at home. Our server/the bartender had good service. There are 2 managers to the left of us who HAVE to hear them ruining the atmosphere, but they haven't even blinked! The teens even ran over to them to ask a question, which should have been if they can go home since there are 6 staff members in my sight that are standing around doing nothing. I think McDonalds might be more professional then here! The managers are pictured.

I had the soup and salad... salad was wilted, soup was so bad that I sent back the first serving and opted for a different soup that has always been my favorite. It was inedible. Horrible. I didn't eat it. The bread was stale. A big disappointment. Our server was very kind and helpful and did what was in his ability to assist. It wasn't his fault the chef was a mess.

We went in there for our daughter’s 8th birthday and they stuck us in the back where two staff were doing training at a table. When asked to sing happy birthday and a chocolate mousse cake they brought it out but didn’t sing. But they sang to another boy on the other side of the restaurant where other people were sitting. The restaurant wasn’t packed when we came in, so I don’t understand why we got put back there. It’s not like we were not presentable or anything. The food was bland.

There is a hard divide here - you either get great service or horrible service. It's very much a management issue, and it's just hard to tell without stepping into the restaurant what the situation will be. The food is mixed - I've had food poisoning from this location twice. That being said - if you're able to, go to the Woodlands location instead. Consistent and fabulous. Drive up 99, get onto 45 and you'll have to loop around to be on the south side but it's MUCH better I promise.

UPDATE: I emailed them the day they responded but they have NOT contacted me. I think they must reply that response so other people will think they are doing something about the poor rating. It has taken me almost a month to calm down to write this review. That in itself should say something. It was our first visit to this new location and it will be our last. I took my adult children, including my daughter who was turning 21 on that day and her friend. The four of us were given a booth and so it began. The server called us everything from lovies, Honies, darlings, my sweets to other endearments I can't recall. I'm 54 and this girl was about 22 if that. She was slow to bring the breadsticks which are always great as I think they sprinkle happy dust on them....I'm gluten-free and wait for the day they come out with Olive Garden gluten-free breadsticks. After numerous question and answers about the gluten free option I went with the rotini and a mushroom sauce. The kids ordered Lasagna, fettuccine alfredo and some other dish. After what seemed like forever I asked when the salad would be coming. Server said it would come with the meals.......this is a first. So it came right before our meals. The salad was fine but heavy with the harder part of the inside head of the lettuce and less on the softer leaves. Then our meals. I can't speak to the Lasagna as it was baked and appeared to not be dry but the other three dishes including mine was like the sahara. I asked for more sauce and piled on the salt. The rotini noodles looked undercooked but were in fact waaaay over cooked disintegrating in my mouth in a gritty, grainy fashion. The server explains to me when I complained about the meals, that the pasta soaks up the sauce...........like I'm five and would believe such a stupid reply. I didn't want to make waves for my daughter's sake so I just routed around for some softer lettuce and sat there. My daughter ordered an alcoholic slushie drink for her first ID'd experience and she is still waiting on the experience...... as I think they forgot the alcohol in her $7 drink. I am beyond disappointed with our experience. We generally like the Olive Garden but if this location doesn't get its act together I fear a Denny's may move into their place. Some may argue that that would be an upgrade. Come on Olive Garden, you can do better.

The last visit was extremely bad. Unfortunately I started at 5 stars but today I had to go to one. We eat at Olive Gardens 2 to 3 times a month at different locations due to work. On 08/08/2020 the service was extremely bad... The food wasn’t completely cook!!! We was there celebrating my wife birthday!!! It took care forever to get refills on our water. When we seen how long it was taken for water we decided no mix drinks that day. She forgot to do simple things.

I only needed to get a Togo order in order to see how things are run. Absolutely no help for 10 minutes although there were waiters in the bar staring at us with AirPods in. We asked for help and they shrugged and said the other waiter will come out, they didn’t, so someone else had to get the waiter? Can you not take an order? The waiter comes out and starts acting casually as if we were schoolmates and had known him for decades. The place smells like cat pee and just looked unhygienic too.

I ask for a chicken scampi and waited all that time and a shrimp scampi came out plus I didn’t have time to wait much longer because I had other things planned that day plus it was my first time at that Olive Garden and Tykironee V took my orders

Hostess extremely Rude. No toilet paper in the women's restrooms. When asked for some they said they are short staffed and to wait.

Service was horrible. I mean down right BAD. There was another waitress that had multiple tables taking care of her tables with no problem. I even asked her if she could be our waitress at one point. I felt bad. I'm not even the complaining type. For some reason I just had enough that day. I'm tired of paying for something/service and not getting my money's worth. If I'm going to pay $150 for lunch I expect decent service. I'm not asking for the stars, the moon or even the sky. Just make sure our drinks are filled, all main dishes have been delivered and ask if we need anything else.

Our first time going to Olive Garden, except for when we were kids and literally the bread sticks and the salad were the only thing that we remember being good . And unfortunately, those were the only two things that were good still to this day. Don’t waste your time or money ever going to Olive Garden!! My Husband got the steak it was undercooked , I got the scampi Which was just awful our son didn’t even eat his food so we had to send it back, Our server was the only positive experience just don’t waste your time here.

Our waitress was exceptional. Her manager Michael, however, was not. We had flies in our soups, and then paper in the next round. And Michael still attempted to make us pay for the drinks, acting as if comping the soup was a favor. I don’t believe the customer service here meets the mark at all if that’s the kind of management that’s responsible for the place.

I ordered two bowls of Zuppa Tuscana soup for delivery. To my dismay, I couldn’t find the sausage that should’ve been in the soup so it tasted like diluted milk mixed with a few potato slices🤢 Needless to say I felt ripped off. Guys, next time you’re out of a key ingredient, let your customer know so they can decide if to order something else.

I go to Olive Garden every year for my son's birthday because it is his favorite. This was his 21st so it was a special gathering the day before Thanksgiving. There were 11 of us and this was my first visit to this location.. First of all, this location smells awful. It hits you as soon as you enter through the door. We called ahead and they had our table ready when we arrived and 2 (less than enthusiastic or friendly) waitstaff were assigned to us which was nice. They lined our tables up so one side was along a long bench seat (for 6 of us) with one way in (you had to slide all the way down) and you got it, one way out. Terrible arrangement. Kids got adult menus and adults got kid menus. Still not sure how that happened but of course we straightened out the situation. Our drinks came quickly and the breads sticks, one each which were devoured in a few minutes came shortly after. Our order was taken and then the salad came out. No more breadsticks with our salad and bam our meals were out. Fast service is nice but don't most of us like to finish our salad and appetizers before our meal arrives to cool off (get cold) and take up space on the table? Maybe that should be a question waitstaff ask? 'Would you like to enjoy your salad before we bring out your meal'? We were not offered more salad. Maybe they just want to rush their guests out the door although this was obviously not a lunchbreak meal? Now for the food.. . I don't think eggplant can be cut any thinner and be any mushier than this was. The chicken was grossly undercooked and chewy in all of the chicken dishes. I saw my family pick it out and put the chicken to the side. No one said their dinner was good. They brought a complimentary dessert to the birthday guest but no one else was even asked if they wanted dessert. I guess another 'let's get them out of here' tactic? We weren't a loud bunch; even the one year old was quiet. Anyway, IMO if you want great Italian food amazing garlic knots at a reasonable price, logical big group seating, friendly/interactive/thoughtful/ aware waitstaff that want you to enjoy your gathering and meal with a much more pleasant atmosphere (without the dirty dishcloth/rotten cheese smell), Italianos is worth the drive to 1960 and 59.
