Watch your kids if you feed them kid meals. Bought 4 kid meals and 3 of the 4 were up all night vomiting. The 4th one probably would have been throwing up also but she did not get her hot dog with the meal. Eat with caution or don't eat at all.

Wow, just wow. This is the worst sonic ever, every time I have went the service is horrible. First off they have horrible staff, they’re all rude and snobby! They clearly don’t like their job, don’t go to this so nice the atmosphere and service sucks!

Ordered 1 Reese's Peanut Butter Blast and 1 Cookie Dough Blast and 1 Classic Vanilla Shake. We received 2 Reese's Peanut Butter Blast. Our family member had a allergic reaction due to peanut allergies ( why we ordered the cookie dough). Proceed with caution when receiving a mixed ice cream item. We would give zero stars if was allowed!!

I’ve ordered the same thing at many second across the United States and this is the saddest sasuage burrito I’ve ever seen. 4 pieces of sausage total on burrito. They also didn’t put any salt / ketchup / napkins or other condiments as requested in bag.

I keep thinking that the problem this Sonic is having will be fixed and giving it another try to just be highly irritated and disappointed every time ! June 9th , I ordered on the mobile app and showed up 20 minutes later to wait another 30 minutes for to be I oh be told my food would take an hour and a half , for a coney and a hot fudge Sunday !!! I never got my food and was told I couldn’t be issued a refund , Called the next morning and the manager apologized and said he would remake My order and would like to give me Some Coupons to express his apologies . I accepted this as I have worked this industry so I’m aware sometimes things happen . But two weeks later when I decided I would try it again , I ordered my replacement meal to only be told that i would be paying for half of my meal this time because they only were going to refund the coney , not the complete order . Annoyed but I paid for it (even though I’m still out from my previous hour and half coney) I decided to try one last time tonight as o was craving ice cream , 25 minute wait for a hot fudge Sunday and it came out less than half full with melted ice cream more than frozen . Will just drive to Springtown from now on then waist time and my money ,

June 24th 7:05 pm Tuesday. I was ignored so badly that I thought maybe I was dead and didn't know it. Pushed the little red button and just sat and sat waiting but no answer after 5 minutes then off to the drive through sat and sat no response. Went to the window and was once again ignored. Finally a pimpled face mouse peeked out the window and asked if he/she could help me and I said hell no bitched for a minute and left without food. P.s they were not crowded they just don't care about their customers. Not first time happening at sonic springtown! Shame on the owner and manager! If you don't want to do your job get another job. Please!

Please get Olivia out of that drive through window and into some customer service and diversity training immediately. I try my best to give people the benefit of the doubt—especially these young kids, but that nasty attitude was uncalled for. I wouldn’t dare go back to this Sonic but I do wish her well.

This place is AWFUL. The food is nasty AND when I went to one of the stalls to go and order food it took longer than 5 minutes for them to even answer, THEN when I decided to go to the drive through it also took them OVER 5 minutes to answer even though there was somebody at the register who is supposed to be taking orders. NEVERRRRR coming here again & unless ya’ll want to wait 20 minutes for only 2 things on an order then i suggest you don’t come here either.

Ordered two items a shake and a strawberry sundae. Waited 30 minutes. The employee said the app check in was wrong and we were never checked in. Then she said we were checked in but the order time was delayed so we had to wait longer. We asked to talk to the manager, the manager came out and we showed her the app time and asked if we could either just get our ice cream for our kids or a refund. She said that they would make it right away and wrote down what we ordered on her phone. Another employee brought the items out about 4 minutes later and the sundae was the wrong flavor. When we told the employee it was wrong she just told us have a good night and walked away.

Pulled into a booth and waited 20 minutes before someone responded. Girl was short and rude. When I got my food the tortilla was dry and completly destroyed. They have been consistently slow.

Terrible service Burger looks like the picked it up the floor Didn’t give me a receipt so wouldn’t refund the completely messed up order from the drive through I was in 15min prior. “Co manager” has an attitude problem.

I went to this Sonic last night. The experience was horrible. My order was the following: #7 meal Extra long chili cheese coney + Extra chili + add onions Medium tots Large Dr Pepper + easy ice + vanilla -------------------------‐-------- Medium tots ---------------------------------- 8pc Mozzarella sticks ---------------------------------- Large Dr Pepper + easy ice + vanilla I had to press the button and ask them what was going on and they said they would make it and get it out to me asap. The girl apologized many times. After waiting over an hour(yes it was about an hour and 15mins) I received my order. We drove home(15 miles) and got our food to eat. In my frustration, I didn't realize they only gave us 1 drink. The extra long coney had only chili and cheese but tasted very old. There was only 1 order of medium tots and an order of ched r peppers. This was absolutely ridiculous. This was a horrible experience and the worst part, they weren't even that busy.

This is supposed to be a classic grilled chicken sandwich. See the tiny drop of mayo? This is why I am not a fan of this sonic! Please take some pride with what you serve your customers! It was gross tasting as well and looks nothing like the pics online! Do better!
