I had an incredible experience here and highly recommend! The food, ambiance, and customer service were PHENOMENAL! If you are deciding where to dine, I suggest Hell’s Kitchen over any of the other establishments nearby. The manager, Patty, worked with our large party directly to ensure we’d be able to sit together on a last minute notice. Her hospitality and initiative really left us impressed and feeling appreciated throughout the night. Our server, Walter, was a hoot! So much fun and navigated serving our large party with grace and ease. The Kitchen Manager also visited us and provided complimentary champagne for our occasion. I had the filet which was cooked to PERFECTION and was seasoned wonderfully. I also highly recommend ordering the Sticky Toffee Pudding — soooo good!! Someone in our group wasn’t a fan of a drink they ordered, and Walter was willing to remove the drink from the bill with no fuss. Small details like that really do make all of the difference and are much appreciated. Thank you to the entire Hell’s Kitchen staff for a wonderful dining experience!
So happy I managed to snag a reservation! It’s definitely a tough spot to get into, so make sure to book early. We tried so many things on the menu, but the Beef Wellington is the absolute GOAT. It’s worth the hype and honestly makes me want to fly back to Vegas just for another bite. Great vibes, amazing food, and a 10/10 experience overall. Don’t miss out if you’re on the Strip!
The food here was really spectacular. We went here during our Tahoe trip and everything was great and delicious. Our server was really nice as well and was on top of everything. Brought us multiple refills of water and was making sure everything was perfect! Really recommend and will be back again! The tomahawk was really really good!
Top-notch dining experience with amazing food. The restaureverything! screens of different parts of Hell's Kitchen episodes playing in the background. They also have a wall in the back of all the season's winners. And of course the famous red/blue kitchen design like the show. Our favorite thing to order is the Sticky Toffee Pudding - it's a must everytime!
It's been a minute since we last ate here (preoccupied with soccer-themed vacations). We ordered Malbec, Heirloom Tomato & Burrata Salad, Carrot Soup, Filet Mignon, Prime Dry Aged New York Strip, Baked Macaroni & Cheese, Brussels Sprouts, and Bread Pudding. It's good to be back.
My husband and I absolutely love this place! So tasty. Definitely have the sticky toffee pudding. So delicious. This isn't our first time here. The food is delectable!
Thank you so much to Alisha who was our waiter tonight. Exceptional service, exceptional help, and exceptional conversation while she explained our wine pairings and meals. We will definitely be coming again and requesting Alisha as our waiter. And thank you to Hell’s Kitchen for a wonderful Valentine’s celebration for us. ❤️
Loved the place inside of Cesars easy to park and get to. They Validate parking! Food is amazing drinks too are phenomenal. We got the Pre fixe menu and it was a great line up.Definitely would do it again!
Hell’s Kitchen delivers an exceptional dining experience, with the Beef Wellington as the undeniable star. Perfectly cooked, tender beef wrapped in a crisp, flavorful pastry with rich mushroom duxelles creates a harmonious and unforgettable taste. The service is flawless—attentive, friendly, and professional—making every guest feel valued. The stylish ambiance complements the vibrant energy of the kitchen, creating a warm yet exciting atmosphere. Every detail, from the expertly crafted dishes to the impeccable hospitality, reflects dedication to excellence. Hell’s Kitchen is a must-visit for anyone seeking outstanding food and perfect service in a memorable setting.
We were not sure what to expect as the restaurant is located on the main casino floor. We have been to other Gordon Ramsay establishments in the UK. This was excellent. Very personable and professional staff. The food was very thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail and beautifully plated. Though not pictured, we also ordered the Wellington, scallops, and sticky toffee - those were also quite good but I think other options on the menu - such as the salmon, the octopus, and the trifle, may really showcase the quality and nuances of the dishes and cooking in a different way. Highly recommend for a special occasion - it’s pricey but well worth it. Docked one star on the atmosphere - it was a bit noisy inside and in the casino - but I would not let that be a deterrent from visiting and enjoying the food and service.
We ate here while staying at Caesars Republic in South Lake Tahoe. The food, Service and atmosphere was amazing. All of our food, drinks and desserts were delicious. My filet Mignon was cooked to perfection and had amazing taste. I would definitely recommend eating here if ever visiting South Lake Tahoe💯
We stopped in for a late night meal. The service was quick and so nice. I had the Field and Grains dish with grilled mushrooms and saffron cous cous. The pesto made this a stand out dish. My husband had the wagyu meatballs with polenta croutons. He loved them. The desserts were amazing. We had the butterscotch apple cheesecake which was tasty. The standout though was the sticky toffee pudding with ice cream.
What an experience!! This place is worth it! From the start our server was Heather, not only was she so patient on explaining and answering all our questions, our challenges with certain dishes, but she was very attentive to check in, along with her sidekick Juan, who packed up our leftovers, because let’s be real, you are certainly going to have leftovers, the food and service is exceptional!! Will definitely be back!!
Hell's Kitchen did not disapoint as we were greeted by the hosteses and the manager Natalia. We were seated at the bar, where our bartenders Eric & James discussed delicious drink options to choose from. As you can see by the photos, they were absolutely perfect. We started with the pan seared scallops and the lobster risotto (our favorite). We also enjoyed the New York strip which was cooked perfectly. We added a side of brussel sprouts. Ending it all with Sticky Toffee Pudding, of course. Thank you Natalia, Eric, James and the whole crew for a wonderful experience.
Delicious food, great service. Highly recommend the Lobster Risotto, Beef Wellington and the sticky toffee pudding. The sticky toffee pudding ended up being on the house because we were celebrating a birthday. They validate parking for 4 hours - just park at the paid parking, take the elevator to the 3rd floor that has connection to the casino, and you would walk straight and into the restaurant.
3rd time visiting hells kitchen, even tho every time the price and taste changes, its still good. Lobster risotto was amazing and worth the money. Rack of lamb was good but way overpriced. Birthday toffee was amazing and melted in mouth. Server Shane or Shawn, can't remember his name but he was informative and did his job well. Can't wait to go again during my next trip.
Had such a wonderful dining experience here. As a self described foodie and home cook, and long time show watcher the staff didnt disappoint from the chefs to the waiters. It took a minute for food to get there but once it did it gave an experience that is seldomly felt. The deer in the headlights mocktail is incredible. So is the chocolate orange triffle. The beef wellington was even better than described and the rack of lamb was amazing. I would gladly come again after my bank account recovers was worth every bite. Our waitress was really awesome an attentive and anticipated our needs. If you dont get an appetizer it will take a minute for food to get there but good food takes time great food might take a bit longer.
Typically we aren't huge fans of Gordon Ramsay restaurant concepts, but every visit to a Hell's Kitchen (both Las Vegas and now Lake Tahoe) have been an absolute delight. The Hell's Kitchen is located inside the Caesar's Republic casino, but its entrance is right off the main street entrance to the casino. I think every single person should order the Wagyu Meatballs appetizer. I am still daydreaming about the polenta croutons. My husband and I split two entrees: the Hell's Kitchen classic Beef Wellington and the Jidori Chicken Scallopini which were both excellent. My only critique is that the Wellington dish needed more of that incredible red wine demi-glace. When we initially made our reservation, we put down that we were celebrating our anniversary (woohoo 4 years!) so when we opted out of dessert (because we were full of the delicious food) they brought us a mini version of the Sticky Toffee Pudding dessert with a little white chocolate square that said Congratulations and a candle. It was a really sweet gesture and a nice touch that made us feel appreciated. It also convinced me that I should never skip the Sticky Toffee Pudding because it was an incredible dessert. The cookie butter ice cream really pulls the whole thing together into a perfect bite.
Ordered show-inspired dishes: Seared Scallops, lobster risotto, and then also the Signature house salad and off-menu ahi tuna. Cocktails: A note from Gordon & Aloha Aperol. Entrees: Beef Wellington, Rack of Lamb lollipops, and crispy skin salmon. Desserts: PB&J tart, Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake, and Sticky Toffee Pudding with decaf drip coffee and a beautiful peach flower herbal tea. As far as service goes, Luis and Viviana, who helped him, were attentive and on top of things and were very communicative, making sure the experience was pleasurable but not meddlesome. Eating here was the only time in Tahoe that our entrees were brought after we finished our apps, which we very much appreciated. The suggestions for our drinks were spot on with what we said we wanted. Also, Luis was a very good conversationalist and was kind enough to ask Chef Sander out to take a photo and speak with us as fans of the show. The food: the Lobster Risotto was a chef’s kiss. Definitely our favorite part and a must-have. We will get an order each next time instead of sharing. The Scallops were excellent, just not as special as expected as a fan of the show. I loved the salad with the sherry vinaigrette; really happy we got it. The ahi tuna quality was excellent—we just felt it needed more of the chili garlic kapow— needed more acid to bring out the flavor. The beef Wellington was spectacular as anticipated; the quality of the filet inside was beyond perfection. The crispy skin salmon was perfect; my mom, who doesn’t even like salmon, enjoyed it with the accompaniments. The rack of lamb was okay; the chops were not as “Lamby” as expected, and everything on the plate needed more salt, which Luis brought to us when requested. As for dessert: we really loved Gordon’s signature Sticky Toffee Pudding. The best part of the cheesecake were the meringues on top. The PB&J tart was missing something; we think it just maybe needed more raspberry, but we loved the crunchy chocolate nonperils on top.
This is our 2nd time going to this location and both times it has been phenomenal from the food to the service. We didn't have a reservation this time, but were able to get seated right away when they opened for a group of 6. There was times where service was a little slow, but it did not bother us since everyone had great customer service. Our group shared the food we all ordered among each other and of course we all had different opinions on the top dish. For dessert, everyone agreed that the sticky Toffee was the best. For the cocktails, the sneakytini was the bigger hit. We all agreed that this was worth the wait and not eating all day lol. I would recommend giving this a try.
What an amazing dining experience we had at Gordon Ramsay‘s Health’s kitchen! We started our dinner with the lobster risotto, which was out of this world then I ordered their signature beef Wellington dish, which was just too good to be true! Delicious and amazing Beef Wellington. Excellent With this, we had a couple of old fashions, which were perfect! Highly recommended ! Free parking with validation at the casino too! Great service!

lobster risotto is the best. Great experience wonderful service. I can’t wait until Wolf opens up. We love Harvey’s hotel and Harrahs gambling. Summer or winter it’s like our second Tahoe home.

We’ve previously dined at Hell's Kitchen in DC so this location definitely had big shoes to fill. Overall, it delivered a consistently good experience. The food was excellent, and the famous Beef Wellington absolutely lived up to expectations — perfectly cooked & flavorful. The service was attentive & efficient throughout the evening. The cost-to-quality ratio feels fair for the level of food and service you receive. The main difference for us was the setting. The DC location is a beautiful restaurant overlooking the Potomac River. In contrast, the Nevada location is inside or by a casino which makes the atmosphere feel a bit less refined and slightly busy. That said, if you’re in the Tahoe area, it’s still a restaurant I would absolutely recommend for a special night out.
I wanted it to be amazing and the service and most of what I was served was impressive but the Filet Mignon was dry and I was disappointed. I tried a slice of my friends short rib and it was very tender and flavorful. I will not let that first experience stop me from going back and trying a different dish. I have to give an overall score of 4 stars because of the dry steak. But I am sure my next visit and ordering a different dish will raise it to the 5 stars that it should have.
For a high-end restaurant to have to start by walking through a smoked filled casino is a bit disappointing. The visual atmosphere was a little lacking as again for this type of restaurant I expected a bit more, but the energy was great. The food I'll say was spot on and very good. Our server was excellent I believe his name was Dan. He has been there since they opened. I would recommend just for the food experience.
What an amazing experience at Hell's Kitchen and it was my first time. We started with the Grilled Octopus and it was cooked perfectly and tasty, but the beans started to form a skin and might have needed a little more seasoning and oil. The Cesar Salad was good and executed well. The star of dinner was the Beef Wellington and it was so tender and flavorful. Highly recommended just to get this! Service was great and the environment was nice. I would definitely return for the one dish! 🤤

I wanted to give 4 stars but unfortunately, either the beet salad or the seafood tower was not handling carefully, the food somehow was contaminated and my hubby and I both had diarrhea right after the dinner. That ruined all the good vibes from the whole dining experience. The tables were crowded, there were tables next to the entrance and right by the open kitchen counter. Please see Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas, that was what the restaurant should look like, there were spacing between the dinning area and the open kitchen counter, and no tables were by the front entrance, the customers at the dining tables were all able to see the open kitchen. In this location, we could hardly see it from where we sat, kind of lost the ideal of the Hell's Kitchen. The photos of the winning chefs were on the far end of the wall, looked like part of the decoration at that dining area. When the seafood tower brought up, we did not get the small forks for the seafood until we nearly finish with this dish. Points taken from the service, otherwise, Nas was nearly perfect. If it wasn't the contaminated food, everything was actually delicious, the oysters on the seafood platter was very fresh and delicious, the beet salad was refreshing. Thanks Nas for the birthday treat for my hubby.
For the price, the food was okay. Wasn't blown away or anything but will say the scallops that came with the three course meal was superb. Also, liked the toffee dessert. As for other items, nothin…

The desserts and Drinks we're better than the meal. The servers didn't act like they really wanted to be there Add no personality. The oysters Definitely were not fresh. The salmon was dry Had to send it back. Then try the chicken which was just mediocre. Felt like we were trying to be pushed out like a fast food restaurant. First time to hell's kitchen and most likely the last time. They pictures of the food look good however the food is not great.
