Came here on a saturday evening. The service was great. Our waiter Aaron was great! He had lots of personality and never let our drinks get empty. Would hope to have him again. The drinks were 10/10. Highly recommend the hibiscus margarita.
Went during fight night so it was quite packed and busy. However, waitress was attentive and food came out quickly! Downside is that it kind of took a while for someone to notice us when we walked through the door, and even a few waitresses saw us and didn’t notify anyone. But overall a great experience.
Love buffalo wild wings. The best food, deals, and servers! Everyone makes you feel at home Evelyn and Christian are amazing!!!! Attentive, polite and respectful. I have been coming here consistently for years and the service keeps on getting better!! Great staff, great service and food. Look for Christian he is amazing.
Great sports bar. We held our fantasy football draft there and the staff was awesome taking care of us. Really appreciated them! Great wings!
Amazing experience! Food was delicious! Our waiter Christian was courteous, made sure we were taken care of and continually checked on us to make sure we were happy and our order was perfect (which it was). Will definitely come back for a great night out with our family. Thank you! PS: Thank you Christian! Hopefully when we return you will be there!!
Interestingly, I must say this has been one of the most pleasurable experiences I’ve had in a long time. Usually when dealing with franchises you don’t expect the most, but the server here *Linda*completely ensure that my party and myself enjoyed every aspect. She is a true professional, very knowledgeable of the drinks and food. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. #know your workers corporate. ;)
If you like sports, you're neck deep here. We have never been on a big game night so it's never been crowded or a wait for tables. Food is always good and reasonable prices. Staff always accommodating and ready to help in minutes.
Gabi as our server was excellent very attentive and kind. Mike the manager on duty made sure we had everything we wanted. They both made our night after a long work day.
Had such a great time here - came for the football and food, stayed for the service. Sara was amazing, very quick and personable, such a great waitress. Would definitely come back if I get Sara again.
My daughter and I went on a daydate and had a great time. Our service was prompt, professional, and accommodating (we asked for a booth instead of the chairs we were originally seated at). Our food was delicious and came out quickly. Our server, Jacob was the best! Our price tag wasn't overwhelming, either. We spent approximately $45 bucks. We ordered 3 flavors of traditional wings (total of 15), 2x strawberry lemonades, and an order of potato wedges. It was great! Oh, whatever radio station they were playing was great as well.
Good place to get wings and beer. The service is good but they like to run away fast. I usually want more food and normally leave there hungry. I really wish they had a gluten-free menu.
It's a good place to go with your friends, watch a game, have a couple beers, some wings and a burger. We had a good time with some laughs.
This restaurant hasnt been as popular as it used to be. Every time i visit. Theres never more than 10 tables taken. They wings could have more sauce. Sometimes the are too dry. This place maybe would have more volume if it was closer to something such as the mall. You have to drive there to even visit for the most part based on the location.
It's what you expect from a sports bar, the service was very nice, came up to check with us multiple time during eating to make sure everything was well. Only complaint is the food as either super dry or pretty juicy. Came here acouple of time but at the end of each session you won't want to be back because you're so full, until it's a month pass and you felt like getting wings again. Best time to come is either Thursday for BOGO boneless or Tuesday for half off bone in. And 3-6pm is happy hour.
Good food but they do take a long time to take care of you.
Had a take out the other evening ( thought very good / tasty) so I returned to dine in. Only had a mixture of boneless wings and a beer but again very good. I would recommend this place to everyone. There's sport on a multitude of screens if that's what you're into. The service was excellent, Nick was my server, can't fault him.
Decent BWW, usually a friendly staff but the wait is sometimes annoying and the to go order experience is usually a pain. Pre Covid during a Saturday night it was a decent place to catch a UFC fight, if you went early. Usually pretty slow around mid afternoon around 3pm. Great drinks and specials. Always an okay time.
I went for dinner with my family last night It’s the first time I had a very good service. I’m a waitress and the first thing I notice when I go out for dinner is the service. The waitress was very nice polite and she brought our food in less than 20 minutes. I was a little bit disappointed to see a male host who literally seemed to be on some type of drugs!!!! Like you made improvements about service improve also the “look”of people that work as a host/hostess.
Great place for pricey wings. Keeping this real, a very cool place to hang with friends and family. Large place with sports tv actions, friendly services, and can be a bit noisy if you are looking for serenity. Plenty of beer to keep your wings company. But the menu app is slow, trying to find items with pricing didn't come easy; but once the paper menu came, it was a snap in ordering.
The food was good, but the fries were very stale and not hot. The wings were very overpriced, better off just going to wingstop to be honest. The server was nice though!
I've been going to Buffalo wild wings for at least 15 years and I have tried locations in five different states. For a place that you think should specialize in chicken the chicken tenders are literally the worst thing I've ever put in my mouth in history. They are not chicken I think they're reconstituted chicken or something the same that you would get from a McNugget at McDonald's. The wings are still always first class but recently the last two times we've gone to this location on non-busy nights it seems like no one that works there cares about their job. They got our order wrong both times out of two visits. Wingstop and other locations are just as bad so I don't know if it's the state of the union or this is where we're at in 2024
Out waiter and the cleanliness is the only reason I'm even going to give 3 stars because the food was not hot. It was barely warm. BUT it was good and the waiter checked in frequently and kept us hydrated as we waited for our meal. The drinks were good and the ambiance was sportsy as it should be. Don't think I'm coming back.
Ordered food, waited 10 minutes for it to be ready, which is fine. But it was luke warm at best. Boneless wings had good flavor, good crunch but there was very little sauce on the wings which was disappointing. Prices are reasonable
The Only Buffalo Wild Wings on Staten Island – Needs Improvement I’ve been going to this BWW location with my family for the past four weeks, visiting every Sunday evening at various times between 7 PM and 11 PM. The good news? There’s usually not much of a wait to be seated since it’s pretty quiet on Sunday nights. The servers greet you with a smile, and once you’re seated, the waitstaff promptly takes your order. The environment is lively, with football, basketball, or baseball games playing on the screens, creating a fun atmosphere for sports fans. However, the food quality is lacking – I’d give it 3 stars, and I believe it could be better. Compared to other BWW locations in New Jersey, the food here falls short. Out of my last four visits, the wings arrived cold twice, which is disappointing. The fries, unfortunately, have been a consistent disaster – always cold or burnt. Every single time, I had to request replacements for hot, edible fries. The restaurant really needs to focus on staff training to ensure the food is served fresh and hot; otherwise, they’ll lose customers quickly. As for the waitstaff, they’re a mixed bag. Some are friendly and replace the food with a smile, while others come with a bit of attitude. :) Overall, this location has potential, but unless they step up their food quality, I might start looking for alternatives.
It was ok. Probably wont go back. Our waiter was super sweet and helpful but the whole place was very disorganized considering it was empty. Everything was slow and the food was meh.
The service is terrible. Call the manager over and the side with the server. I asked for the specials she said 1/2 price appetizers but the bill came it was full price. My drink also was full price I guess it was because she said I ordered 1 minute after 7. But the manager said I was there 40 min after. I know when I arrived. I was texting a friend the moment I sat down. 640 PM also when you request your wings to be crispy and they are soft and the server never came back to check until I was done. Asked for extra napkins as I was served Never got them until the bill came. Unbelievable
Oof. This place was great when it first opened. My family used to go every Thursday night for the reduced prices. We stopped because the wings became consistently cold every. Single. Time. Service also started to suck, even if we came and the place was empty. Food is gross, cold, and soggy. Waitresses are rude and uncaring and you need to track them down to order. Also the interior is usually dirty. I'm not going back for awhile, there's two better wing stores nearby.
DO NOT GO WHEN ITS A BIG ECENT!! Went there for the Tyson fight. 10 min when I sat down ordered a drink and wings. Wings came to me in 30 min and drink in 45 min. After that, every other order took an hour to get to the table. Food would of been better if it wasnt lukewarm. Eventually had to go directly to the bar for drinks. In the beginning I gave them my phone number to get the points. Spent $130 and didn't get any points for the day. Highly disappointed.
This place feels like a scam. I tried to order from the lunch options, with should have been 10 wings, with French fries and a soda for $13, but the waiter didn’t seem to want to give me all that for $13, so he decided to suggest another option, which came out to be more expensive, and we had to pay extra for the fries and the drinks were not included. Since it was my first time in the establishment, I thought the waiter knew best, but it appears to me that he just wanted to charge us more money. Not only that, but the waiter charged us $3 per person for ranch dressing, which should come free with the wings. I didn’t ask for extra ranch, yet I received 2 servings and I was charged $1.5 per serving of ranch. The atmosphere is basic, and so is the food.
2nd time I have been to this location, 1st time bothering to stay. Staff is slow to acknowledge and or approach. They told us to seat ourselves and then others came in and were told the same. Then finally the 3rd group was approached and offered assistance. I did not like it. Our waitress was pleasant, but a lot of the front of house staff leaves a lot to be desired.
Every time I come here my food is cold. Tonight they really upset when I was already deciding to write this review because this is third time in a row I came and I had to send my wings back to be reheated so its not cold, when I noticed the waitress charged my card twice when we asked her to split the bill. Bad service and clearly they're not paying attention. I'm over it. I love wings but I'll have to go somewhere else from now on. If you're not coming here to watch sports and drink , don't eat . Wouldn't recommend.
Came here 5/2/25 early afternoon with my kid. It was 1 slightly large table occupied by a family & maybe two other customers at separate tables. Maybe 1 or 2 ppl at the bar. No one was in the front entrance. As I proceeded to walk towards the tables a guy walked by & advised for us to sit anywhere we preferred he was fairly pleasant. I picked a table but as I sat there & watched no one being waited on & the place was practically dead & quiet. I didn’t feel as though the food or experience would be worth just sitting & waiting for someone to take my order. I stopped by as this location is in my neighborhood but it was a first bad impression I guess. I did decide to leave & go else where- It’s 2pm on Saturday in Houston..I didn’t feel the need to sit in an empty restaurant waiting to order wings. I expected more from this location.
Ordered wings with different sauces and they came out cold, had no flavor what so ever. The sampler platter was plain, spicy and cold as well. The cocktail was so weak I felt like I ordered a NON-alcoholic beverage. The only thing that did not come out cold and tasted OK was the spinach dip. Do not waste your time or money here.
First impression is the most important! There were at least 3 staff saw us waiting by the door. No one bothered to acknowledge that or come let us know someone will be with us. Finally someone came to take us to our table. Just to mentioned it was not busy at all, pretty empty there. The wings were so dry!! Total disappointment!! Isn’t this a restaurant for wings?! Few of the wings we couldn’t even bite in as it’s way overcooked. Service no good, food even worse! I was excited to see a Buffalo Wild Wings in SI but sorry we probably won’t come back again.
This used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but I went today and I must say I was very disappointed. The food quality was not what it used to be. The servers they have were all nice but the food and drinks took a long time to get to the table. My boneless wings literally had no sauce on them which was another downside. I suggest management start picking up their slack and doing better.
The food was ok but the service wasn't the best. The waitress had 2 many tables or something because she had forgotten almost everything we asked for. When we wanted a refill, it took forever.
They're bunch of workers at this location that are very rude and lazy, been there before and had to wait 40 minutes for our waitress to come back with our order when the place was not even busy, attitudes were very unprofessional. Would not recommend this establishment at all, GO TO WINGSTOP !!!
Only reason why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the waitress comp a food for me for mistaking a service. Other than that service is slow. Food i knew isn't the best. They renamed a lot of the food with just different sauces and toppings thats about it. Plus the food isn't that great. Food is expensive just to pay for the expense of the sports bar which i understand, but quality isn't there. They need to improve on the food quality and the service. If food quality and service matches up to the price then it can be better. At the same time its chaine so I knew the food would be horrible while the entertainment such as TV is good. Just basically paying for the experience of watching the TV thats about it. Chicken sandwich is small that can barely fill you up. The appetizers is like too salty or mushy. They serve a bunch of fries thats barely even taste any good. I get inflation is there unfortunately this chain restaurant is going down. I find that what I blame flr the most that its corporate. Corporate means dont care about the employees or managers. Only care about the money. Which is why the food and service is horrible. Only there for the tv
Rhonda was actually the worst server I think I’ve ever experienced. Waited 20 minutes to get drink orders taken/ even see her face, and then waited 30 minutes to get our check after we ate. She literally did not care in the slightest. I had to ask the busboy for a take home container and asked the bartender to ring me up. Rhonda was too busy talking on her phone in the bathroom and sitting at a table with other customers. It amazes me that people like this don’t get fired lmao. Food was great though!
Came here kinda late so they said only the bar side is opened and booths are closed. That’s fine even though we preferred booths. But later on we saw that they let other people sit at the booths that we weren’t allowed to and there was still plenty of space at the bar. Our nachos came out pretty quick but it wasn’t even warm which was disappointing. Beers were ice cold and great price late night! We waited for our wings for an extremely long time. Some customers came in after us and a lot of them ordered wings and they all got their wings and other before us. We are thinking three had to make our wings from scratch? Finally our wings arrive and it’s barely warm. Our waitress was friendly but she would also forget our refills after we asked. Wasn’t great.
If I could give this restaurant a 0 star rating I would the waiter robbed me and my husband 10 dollars. He took it upon himself to give him a 10 dollar tip and then when my husband called Buffalo Wild Wings to report it they had said we were gonna be refunded and we are still short they refunded us 9.39 I know it’s not a lot away from 10.00 but the point is they are taking it upon themselves to take peoples money will never be eating here again ughhh horrible.
Horrible! Ordered $106 worth of food which included 60 wings. They offer an option for sauce on the side which I thought was perfect because 60 wings means a lot of people with different taste buds. When my order arrived we were missing every sauce we asked for including ranch! Celery sticks were nowhere to be found. We were missing multiple sides. Any food we did get was cold and felt like it was just old. After waiting on hold for about 20 minutes being transferred over 4 different times we finally got ahold of a “manager” who at first didn’t want to refund us. My husband of course was not going to take no for an answer. So anyways after a week we finally got a refund. I would not recommend this place at all. They are just so unorganized and slow. You are better off doing your own wings.
enaylah was our server. she barely came to the table and when she did she seemed annoyed to have to be there. there was a table adjacent to ours that got more attention from her. she would disappear and we would have to flag down other servers. there was a table sat next to us with a different server & we saw her more than we saw our own server. when it came down to picking up the card, she was quicker with that than anything else the whole time we were there. i would not recommend her as a server.
I love going here for the wings, but my last dining experience was poor. I usually sit in the self seated bar area, but my family wanted a booth. It took like 10-15 minutes for a server to greet us. Then my mom ordered a glass of red wine, and no exaggeration, they brought the wrong drink twice. (First time Chardonnay, and the second time Rosé). How hard is it to order red wine when it’s on the menu?? Her correct drink, the third time around, did not arrive at the table until we were half way done with the food. When the bill came, I noticed a drink charge for $10 that we did not get, so I had to wait until the server came back to remove the charge. I’ll never sit in the booth area again!
Every time I come here, I experience the worst customer service possible. This time, the server practically ignored us, forgot to get drinks for two people at the table, and didn’t even have a clue they forgot. It seems like when the servers are trained here, they’re all told to be the exact opposite of a good waiter. There’s a reason this place is a ghost town. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
The worst service I ever experienced in the restaurant. Restaurant is under construction and letting costumers in there and eat while construction is going on. We couldn’t even get any liquor and I have watch other servers serving beers to costumers. I was very disappointed with this restaurant. I am not coming back here any time soon.
I Haven't Been To Buffalo Wild Wings In Years and This Was My First Time Trying Again And This Will Be My Last Time The Service Was Terrible The Hostess Had To Bring Us Drinks Because The Waitress Was Busy Which Was Fine But She Had Messed Up The Drink and The Waitress Comes To The Table and Says That's Why A Hostess Is A Hostess Which Is Totally Unprofessional And Because I Addressed I Didn't Like The Comment The Waitress Didn't Address Me For The Rest Of The Night She Didn't Make Eye Contact Or Speak To Me Which Made Me Feel Incredibly Uncomfortable The Waitress Also Didn't Speak To My Twin My Sister Either Which Was Very Weird And Made Us Feel Like It Was A Race Thing Which Should Never Happen In Restaurant And Incredibly Unprofessional The Waitress Did Speak To The Other Male At The Table But Not To Me and My Twin She Didn't Come Over To Check In If The Food Was Good Didn't Give Straws For The Beverages Didn't Do Anything That A Waitress Is Supposed To Do Which Made The Overall Experience Not Fun At All When I Asked For The Check The Waitress Gave Us The Wrong Receipt and Uncharged On Items Which She Fixed But Than Took 30 Minutes To Come Get The Check To Be Cashed Out It Wasn't Busy In There At All And She Walked Passed The Table Several Times and I Said Excuse Me and She Just Kept Walking Totally Unprofessional U Would Think This Would Be The End Of The Story Just Some Bad Customer Service But I Spoke To The Hostess About Everything And She Went And Got The Manger and When Explaining To The Manger He Didnt Seem To Care He Didn't Apologize He Didn't Address The Issue All He Said Was Is Your Bill Correct Now This Whole Place Deserves Negative Stars And I Will Never Eat Here Again And I Won't Recommend Here To Anybody And Definitely Not To Any Of My Friends Or Family
incredibly long wait time and was also given the wrong order :/
Worst service I’ve ever had anywhere
Went out with a table of friends during the rangers game service was absolutely terrible I’m convinced they forgot about the table. We all purchased the unlimited wings waiting 1 hour for the next round every time DO NOT COME HERE ON A BUSY NIGHT They clearly can’t handle more than 10 tables embarrassing with the amount of staff they had place us a joke better off going to Boston market
If i could i would give a 0 rating! Me and my friends came in for dinner and our waiter CHRISTIAN was very disrespectful to us. He kept giving us bad looks and gave everyones food before us even though we were there before them, i was very cautious with my food to make sure he didn't do anything to it. Me and my friends are very respectful we dont go around trying to cause problems. This will be my last time in this franchise as a very good customer.
I don’t see how anyone come anyone go to that BWW. I was excited to go out get wing and watch the game didn’t even get to sit down before rudeness and racism meet me at the door I ask to speak to the manager he took forever to come over and then treated me like I didn’t matter so I got my group of four and then left. The manager said the most racist thing ever ( you people don’t matter ) we just left went to Millers Ale House.
My experience was terrible, me and my partner came 11/11/24 and they sat us down and never took our orders. We was waiting there for a whole hour … than 2 big groups of people came after us in that hour time frame and they took their orders before ours . They had drinks and everything while me and my partner were waiting so long just to get our order taken. We didn’t even wanna buy anything or stay in there anymore so we just left. But it was so disappointing to experience that. Never going there again
One star is too generous for this place. Waited over 30 minutes at the table no one came to take my order. Had to complain to the manager who had to take order. A hour goes by and no food no apology for terrible service. Walked out without eating. Its a Monday night and not busy. Poor service and poor management.
I usually never have any problems at this location, I've always loved it. I went there Tuesday night and afterwards I started feeling very ill, my wife caught food poisoning and I in particular caught a progressive sirius infection that lasted 4 days so far and I feel horrible. It's not covid but it all started since I left there. My nose is so clogged and my sinus's are so swollen, I cannot breath at all and my throat feels so painful it's excruciating. This is by far the worst and most painful cold I have ever had. Either our waitress was sick or someone in the kitchen was, or the utensils weren't clean, either way, I am suffering ever since this visit. I just found out I caught Mono. This is absolute hell.
Apparently they do not honor promotions for Veterans Day anymore, I frequent here regularly and come every year to get my Veterans Day deal on take out and apparently today it was only dine in only when online still states take out as well, which all in all wouldn’t have been a big deal if I had time to stay but I did not. Very disappointed won’t be returning
Writing this review for my friend, because he's too nice to do it. The two of us frequent this restaurant often. We enjoy the food and the atmosphere. Yesterday my friend brought his family to the Richmond Avenue location, and the manager on duty pulled him off to the side to accuse us of not paying the bill the last two times we were there. The manager additionally accused us of buying drinks for women who were at the bar. My friend called me to see if I remembered the last night we were there, and confirm we paid. The manager told him not to bother to check, because he wouldn't find anything. I told him the date and he was able to find the credit card receipt to show we paid. When he showed the manager, the manager told my friend that he must have confused him with someone else. How about before you accuse someone of not paying you make sure you have the right person, and maybe don't accuse people of trying to pick up women. Also, maybe look internally to your own wait staff, because if money is missing, someone is clearly stealing. This is beyond frustrating, for my friend and for me. Like I said we go to this restaurant often, and to be treated this way is not how you retain customers. Neither I nor my friend will ever return to this restaurant again. Someone needs to be fired, either the manager, someone on the wait staff or both.
The food was absolutely terrible. Fries were over salted, and wings still had feathers on them. The mojito was watered down with old mint leaves, and the Stella tasted like the bottom of the barrel. Service was okay until we had a super long wait for the check. This restaurant can use a serious deep clean of the rugs as well because the entire place smelled of feet or a children's playground. Wouldn't come back here again .
Stopped in on a Monday night around 6pm, the restaurant was really empty, only a few other tables. The woman at the check in desk was incredibly annoyed we came in and bothered her. The server also acted equally annoyed. The Food was decent and came out fast and hot.
I've been there twice recently, and most of the draft beers were expired. The taste was really off!
Wow. Sorry guys, but I'm so disappointed. I used to come here a lot 8 years ago, and what a difference. We were 4, and we all got our orders that looked like they came off the kids' menu. I actually asked the very nice waitstaff if she ordered off the kids' menu because I'm a hmfg.. yup, a high-maintenance food girl is what my daughter dubbed me at a very young age. True to form, she is walking in my shoes. Hey, if we pay for a meal we should get a meal.
This was hands-down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant, let alone a national chain like Buffalo Wild Wings. We placed a simple order for wings and wedges — nothing complicated — and ended up waiting over TWO HOURS with no updates, no communication, and no staff anywhere in sight. The front counter was completely unattended for long stretches of time, and it felt like the entire team was hiding in the back to avoid customers. When I finally managed to flag someone down (after being ignored for far too long), I was told they couldn’t even issue a refund on the spot. Instead, I was told they would “take my information and do it later.” No apology. No manager available. No ownership of the situation whatsoever. This level of disorganization, neglect, and outright disrespect for paying customers is unacceptable. Buffalo Wild Wings should be embarrassed to have its name attached to this kind of operation. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before spending a single dollar here.
The service is terrible, we asked for the check and they never came back we have to go pay at the front. The server was rude, I wouldn’t go back at this place.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t think I’ve ever had service this bad before. I didn’t order a meal because I was nervous it would take too long or the waitress would forget to serve it to me. The place wasn’t too packed and there was plenty of other staff. I went at 7 left at 9 and in that time ate chips and dip and had 2 beers. Which I had to chase her down to get. I will never be back. Our original plan was chilis but they had no tables.
Not worth the hassle or even ordering ToGo. Called in an order then went to the place. I watched people order at the kiosk and get there orders before me. After 50min I finally got my order but was missing the celery, then when I get home I see they have the sauce as a super spicy one… I’m not coming back at this place deserves the low stars.
Service was horrendous took an hour to get appetizers. Food came out lukewarm and couldn’t even get an apology. Meanwhile the place was dead and they claimed kitchen was backed up.
I ordered wings and fries My food came out after 2hr and half later. Food is already cold and dry Also some ordered was missing but I have no energy to complain. I never ever goback again. Horrible terrible worst place ever!
Worst place ever to order from will never eat at this place again after I placed a order they said I can’t order and have to come in so I canceled it
If I could rate this place a negative I would … service, food everything was garbage save your hard earned money and use it elsewhere
I had one of the worst dining experiences imaginable at Buffalo Wild Wings, and it’s honestly hard to believe how poorly run this location was. From the moment we walked in, the service was abysmally slow — we waited nearly 20 minutes just to be acknowledged by our server, and that set the tone for the rest of the night. After finally placing our order, it took over an hour for the food to come out, and when it did, multiple items were either missing or completely wrong. We had to repeatedly remind the staff about basic things like drinks, dipping sauces, and side orders, only to be met with empty promises and more waiting. It’s like every single request went in one ear and out the other. At one point, we asked three separate people for napkins and still ended up having to grab them ourselves. The staff seemed disorganized and totally uninterested in providing even the bare minimum level of service. It was honestly shocking how little they seemed to care about customer experience — no apologies, no urgency, just confusion and neglect. I don’t know if it was lack of training or just complete indifference, but either way, it was an infuriating waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you’re okay with being ignored for hours and leaving hungrier than when you arrived
I honestly could not believe what they served us. COLD cheeseburgers/fries and cold wings that were SO DRY, they looked like they had been sitting in the sun for days. It took them over an hour to serve us btw and when it came time to pay, it took about 45 minutes just to find the waitress, get the bill, pay, and finally get the card back. Management is clearly messing this place up big time. Never going back!
The BIGGEST waste of money I spent 75$ on wings for my kids just to throw it all in the garbage. Wings and fries were hard as rocks and they didn’t even bother putting the souce on them even after me making sure to specify I did NOT want it on the side. I know how hectic food industry can be specially on superball Sunday. But Dosnt matter how busy you are in house , if im ordering food then my money has the same value and I deserve to receive food that is actually edible. And when I called (Which I never do) to tell them, person on the phone was so rude .Not only did I waste money but I had to ended up finding something to cook for my kids . It’s an absolute shame!
I'm working on a job site in Staten Island we ordered $100 worth of food yesterday today the same order came up to $100 we got the Pick 6 and it came with a bottle of soda in Jersey and yesterday New York but today they told us Fountain drinks only just to go a little bit extra mile for business cuz I would have ordered tomorrow too but now they lost another $100 I know it don't hurt but I feel good saving my $100 now you guys got to learn customer service being right ain't always right
Worst experience from here!!! And I’ve been a customer for years now. Ordered SPECIFCALLY for ALL FLATS wings. Not only did we get more drumsticks than flats; the wings were lukewarm temps AT BEST and they were stale / dry / uninspiring. Tried to call back to express my displeasure, and a rep said she was going to transfer me to an on-site manager; I was left on read for at least five minutes before I hung up. I understand it’s a holiday, but you are still in the service industry. If you can’t put out quality product on a day where traffic is lighter than usual, why would you even stay open? Very disappointed, and this location will never see another dime from us!
This place needs to shut down. It's pitiful in there. No workers, no customers. I did a pick up to go order. I got there before my food was even ready. They brought my food out, I checked it in the car, the wings and fries were like warm. It seems like they just zapped it in the microwave. Smh never again.
First and last visit. I was really excited to try this place for the first time, but the experience quickly went downhill. When I tried to order the cheesesteak, I was told not to because “the bread was too hard and chewy” Then I asked about the iced tea and was told we “wouldn’t like it.” That alone felt off, but we decided to stay and order something else. The biggest issue came with the kids’ meal. My 3-year-old refused to eat her chicken fingers, and I assumed she was just being picky until I tried one. They were extremely spicy way too hot for something labeled as a children’s item. Completely inappropriate for kids. To top it all off, as we were leaving, my daughter tripped in the parking lot and hit her head. My wife rushed back in to ask for a cup of ice and explained what happened. The employee behind the bar responded with “it’ll just be one minute” turned back around and continued chatting with a coworker showing zero urgency, care, or empathy. Really disappointing experience from start to finish. We won’t be coming back.
I’m sitting here as I write this, Sunday afternoon during the NFL season. The place is more than half empty. The service and turnaround time is horrendous. Beers taking 15min, apps that they have for happy hour taking 20+ min and that’s after I have to remind them that we haven’t gotten them yet. Our waitress barely comes to the table and I can’t even find her on the floor most of the time. In fact most of the staff appears to be sitting at the high tops or in the kitchen. We asked to sit at an empty booth and were refused. An hour and a half and we haven’t even gotten to order entrees yet. And forget about bussing the table, we are just stacking trays and glasses, she grabs the menus but leaves all the dirty stuff. We just reminded her about another appetizer and she seemed amazed we hadn’t gotten it yet…excuse me, you’re our server. I’ve lived in numerous states and travel for work, BWW is one of my favorite football spots. This is my first time at one in Staten Island or NY, it must just be acceptable here to just not care, at all. Thank god we are just killing time before the Chiefs game at MetLife and this isn’t our normal location.
The food was cold, hard, and tasted like it was from two days ago. It looked more like someone’s leftovers it has some spot of sause . Not clean and bad presentation.
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was so bad I feel people should be warned. From the moment we walked in, the place was a mess. Tables all around us were dirty and stayed that way the entire time we were there. Even though there were plenty of empty tables and only about 5 or 6 other parties dining, we still had to wait 10–15 minutes to be seated. There were at least 5–6 servers on staff, yet no one seemed interested in actually serving customers. Once we were finally seated, we waited and waited for someone to come take our order. Eventually, we had to flag someone down just to get drinks and put our food order in. We even saw another table get up and leave because no one would come over to them the servers were all hanging out in the back instead of working. It took nearly an hour to get our food, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t even hot just barely warm, like it had been sitting in the kitchen the whole time. On top of that, they forgot to put in one of our entrees completely. Meanwhile, two tables that were seated after us got their drinks, appetizers, and entrees before we even got our first plate. My wife ordered the All American Burger and specifically asked for no pickles or mustard because she’s allergic. Of course, it came out with both. When we looked at the receipt, it literally said “sliced pickles,” which shows either a complete lack of attention or that they just didn’t care. We sent it back, but she ended up not eating at all because we were honestly scared they would just swap the bun or do something to her food out of spite. The lack of organization and basic customer service was unbelievable. I also couldn’t help but notice that the back of the servers’ shirts said “Wings to die for” clearly, it’s because you’ll die of starvation waiting for them to come out. It’s obvious this place needs much better management and staff training. It’s a shame because this is the only Buffalo Wild Wings in Staten Island, but after this experience, I honestly don’t plan to come back.
If i could leave 0 stars i ABSOLUTELY would, i usually do not like to leave any negative reviews for any food establishment but my family and I are absolutely disappointed. On Sunday around 9pm we arrived at this location , a party of 8. We waited about 6-7 minutes before we were officially greeted by someone, a staff member named Anna, greeted us and asked us for how many, we told her 8 and then she grabbed menus and said just give me a minute. She proceeded to head to the back of the establishment to talk to the other staff members for about 5 minutes and then came back to seat us at one of the picnic tables , I want to take this moment to state the fact that at this time the restaurant had 7 tables distributed throughout the floor with only a few people at the bar, we sat down , we looked at the menus , decided what we were going to eat and waited for about another 10-12 minutes before I had to ask “Jenna” if someone would be able to take our order. She said she would be back in a couple of minutes to take our order. We were finally able to order our food and drinks and were very patiently waiting for our order. during this time about 3 tables walked in with one of those parties being a 12 top which was being taken care of by another young lady who seemed to be the only one who cares about her job, however this party was seating right away and taken care of almost immediately, at this point it had been about 15 minutes from ordering and we had yet to recieve our drinks, when we realize the 12 top was already receiving their drinks and we still had nothing, yet we did not say anything and continue to wait, after this full party of 12 received their drinks we finally started receiving our drinks little by little. At this moment there was a table of 3 people sitting in front of us which had started receiving their appetizers and then got their wing order. I then asked my server Jenna , if our order was coming soon since I noticed at table behind us had already gotten all their food , I also said I understood we were a big party but even with that we had just barely gotten our drinks. She proceeded to say she was not the one in the kitchen making our food which I said” I know you are not but if you could please check up on that I would appreciate it “ most our food came out about 10-12 minutes later not hot but lukewarm we were still missing an order of wings and a seltzer water. We didn’t complain we proceeded to start eating , when I noticed my burger came with Pickles even after ordering it without pickles as I am allergic to them. I sent the burger back which was then when Jenna started giving us a bit of an attitude and still I reminded her we were missing our wings. She came back 5 minutes later to ask us what the wing order was. This is when I realized she had most likely forgotten to put the order of wings in. However we continued eating and didn’t receive our order until we were just about done with the rest of what we had received. At this point we were already super frustrated and just wanted to be done and get out of there. Through out our 2 hours of being in this establishment we observed as a table who had been seated got up and left due to the lack of attention from the servers on the floor. We also observed how it took an hour for a table to be bussed and cleaned. The only person who seemed to be working with dedication was the young lady who was taking care of the 12 top and some other tables as well. This place always seems to have an issue with lack of customer service and it is such a shame because the food is so good. I wish I could say I would bring my family back but that is very doubtful considering how terrible the service is. I wish who ever is in charge of this location can make corrections because it’s the only location in Staten Island. Not once was our server apologetic or concerned for our experience here. Please do better. And to add on to this terrible experience, the bathrooms were also disgusting.
EXPIRED FOOD. I ordered from uber eats a bunch of food , disappointed in the food service and i ordered a brownie and they give me an expired brownie from 6 months ago! Mind you this is January! The chocolate chips in the brownie look old too and that’s why I checked the expiration date. I couldn’t been sick throwing up from this place ! And yet they are probably still using these to give out to people in store for the dessert ! Please don’t go here ! I’m beyond disappointed
The service was horrible. We waited more than 10 minutes just to be seated at a table (the place was not busy btw). The waitress who works there were giving an attitude even sent a girl from a bar to take our order. Actually we are happy that the girl from a bar took our order! I don’t recommend this place at all. The service is 0! The food was alright. In the pictures you can clearly see how busy the place was!
