guys y’all don’t understand how UNDERRATED this restaurant is. I got fried rice with sesame chicken today and oh my god it was the most delicious thing ever, one time I got out of school early and came to the mall at 11AM and got food fresh, 10/10 I been going there for years even after the mall got renovated. I was bummed when it closed for renovations but once it opened yk I ate that up. I will never go back to another food place, I love their food😩😍👍

The food is really really good. The flavor is rich and fresh. Haven't had anything that even comes close. Better, way better than Panda Express.

Pretty solid Chinese food that comes out hot and flavorful. A little overpriced as to be expected in the mall food court but the meals themselves were tasty after a long day of shopping. The vegetable lo mein, chicken and broccoli, and BBQ chicken were all good. The staff seemed polite as well.

I asked for half rice half noodles and was told it would be $1 more. If I wasn’t at the mall i would have went to Panda Express! I wasn’t even thanked when I paid.

At Staten Island Mall, basic Mall Chinese food, long line but fast service!!

I was just upset that they didn't give me my spring roll. The lady nodded, saying she understood but then when I opened the box up, the spring roll was missing. Overall the food was nice though.

I must say I ate lunch here today and my food was horrible,the fried rice was kinda hard and burnt, my chicken and broccoli was soggy, I'm assuming it was left over from yesterday, I do not see any customers getting on line here today wensday January 29 2020, I would have asked to give it back, but the people who work here are rude, do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else

Lady that was serving was very rude. When I asked for a sample She waved her hand in my face and said no next! She could of just said no sorry no samples can I help you with anything else? But in stead she took the next person! I was in shock. I told her to have manners and she said I’m crazy! Long story short I took my business to bistro Thai and I was amazing!

The fried rice and barbecue chicken are good, I have been buying that for years, But I just realized that have been taking over $6.50 in tips when I pay with my debit card, and noticed by mistake, I purchased $31.37, in food today and they gave me my receipt with this amount, but later on that day, I just check my account to see e if my tax refunds came in my account, then I saw master wok pending charge for $37.87, so I call me. Bank and they said that Chinese restaurants do this all the time, give you one receipt and then submit one with the extra money for a tip, this is not right and they lose a loyal customer, and I will report this to the BBB
