O'Connor's had a great Sunday event with the Street closed off and much fun to be had in Fairhaven. Our band played there, the crowd was great, the staff was fantastic, and the owners treated us very well. The food was fantastic as well you should check it out

My friend and I came here last night out of frustration with the long lines at the Renaissance fair. Food was quick, well portioned, and the beer was cold. We felt as though we got our food and ate before we would've gotten through the lines at the festival.

Had dinner here with big group. The food was very good, including the chicken wings & rueben. In addition, my son left his wallet here and the staff collected it and we picked it up the next day!

Stopped off for a pint and some wings, the Brandon’s sauce was wonderful. Pint was perfect and the atmosphere is homey and warm. Kudos to the bartender, “Taylor”, very friendly and knows her stuff.

I had a delicious cheeseburger at Brandon's, which may not sound like a big deal... but try to find a place that serves a good ol' cheeseburger like you used to get in the good ol' days... Finally! A cozy meal in a cozy small town!

Brandon's daughter was our waitress,tonight and what a amazing waitress she is! Made sure our fries were extra crispy. They sure we're just the way we like them! Other than one female patron dropping more F-bombs than all my fellow Navy submariners combined (and that's a lot), the atmosphere, the food (burger, Riggies, and Buffalo soup), and service, and were very good. Thanks for the enjoyable dining experience. We'll be back.

We were from out of town and stopped here. The owner discussed wine with my wife and said how he supports local wineries. He was very accommodating to our special request. The food was great and if we are back in the area we will stop in again.

Food was outstanding! We ate outside - it was a beautiful night - and the service was above and beyond. Our server even brought out a citronella candle to make sure we were comfortable. HIGHLY recommend. (Try the Boss Sauce wings!)

A group of us went there for football to take a break from hunting. They had the local spectrum games on and quick draw to keep us entertained. We order wings and nachos. Both were outstanding. The loaded nachos with the pork and cheese sauce were incredible. The cheese sauce made it. Perfect for a group of 4 to snack on. I forgot to add the bloodymarys are top notch too.

We ordered wings, mozz sticks and chicken tenders to share. Everything was delicious, the waitress was friendly & efficient and the setting was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be stopping in again.

Been twice in past 6 months while visiting friends ( we're in Syracuse area). Has same waitress, wish I could remember her name, just fantastic and patient (we don't see our friends alot and she always waited until we were done). We never did without a thing! Food was spot on, both times it was. Black Jack burger as good as any I've had, and I've had some great ( and not so great). Friends raved about the clam chowder. Cost was on par (eating out isn't cheap anymore, at McDonald's!). We're already planning our next trip. Worth the drive!!

We went on the recommendation of the car dealership where we had just purchased 2 vehicles. The waitress was awesome, sat us quickly. It just happened to be wing night. I got the garlic parmesan and my husband hot the teriyaki. Both were char grilled and absolutely delicious!

It was an absolute fluke that brought us here. We came to Fairhaven to visit Colloca Winery. We had a reservation at another restaurant in town. They cancelled on us as they were short staffed. Dumb luck brought us to Brandon's Pub and Grill. We are so glad it happened as we were truly pleased. We found the staff to be welcoming; both the bartender who sat us and our waitress were friendly. I ordered the Pub Riggies entree, it came with soup or salad. I chose the soup. >The soup was a deconstructed stuffed pepper soup-it was A-MAZING! I've never had that kind of soup before and now it might be my new favorite! So flavorful and delicious. >The chicken riggies did not disappoint. The entree was quite a generous portion and included garlic bread. Again, the dish was full of flavor, well-excuted and delicious. My husband ordered the Tuscan Chicken and raved about both the soup and his entree. Our friends also enjoyed their dishes: Ruben and Chicken Riggies. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Fairhaven. Whoever is chef is the cooking there is creative and top notch. Bravo to Brandon's Pub + Grille. What a gem of a place. We are so grateful we stumbled your way.

Tuesday night....it shouldn't take over an hour to receive your meal. We were overlooking the high prices in hopes it was worth it. They don't have wait staff and the bar tender serves as both with the bar being of most importance! They served my husband part of his meal and made us wait another 30 minutes before bringing out the rest of his and my meal. It was cold when it finally arrived. We also then had to wait to ask for ketchup and he never got the blue cheese to go with the wings. The bartender and cook were fighting. The cook came out poured a giant glass of alcohol for herself and let everyone know she was tired of needing to act like the owner of the place. Safe to say we won't be back.

The atmosphere is of a cozy country pub! It seems to definitely be the favorite watering hole for the locals as the bar seemed very busy. I took my son and his girlfriend for a pre fathers day celebratory dinner. The food did NOT disappoint on this very special occasion. My son had the cheese-steak marinated in Guiness beer! Because it was Friday the special was Haddock fish filet. My son's girlfriend chose the beer battered deep fried version. Hmmmm I think I see a theme happen'n here! There were other "healthier" prepared options as well.... such as broiled. For myself I had the Iceburg wedge salad, it was surrounded on the side by pitted kalamata olives, real bacon pieces not bits, sliced pickled banana peppers, freshly diced scallions, all was topped with blue cheese dressing and a balsamic vinaigrette drizzled artfully trough the blue cheese! The presentation was a work of art (see pic) I almost couldn't bring myself to eat it! Almost that is....it was delicious! Hey bon appetit !!

We love the lake effect hard cider. The wines are to dry for our taste. Wish this covid thing was over so you didn't have to waste 19 bucks on a Skippy meat patter that's way over priced. The cider is so good.... Not to sweet and not to dry perfect!!!

Keep in mind that we were totally off season and I couldn't get hit by a car without timing it right.... My wife and I went for dinner around 7pm and found the service to be very good and the food as well. It appeared that everyone was getting more than enough food and the waitress never got lost. We appreciate small non-chain restaurants when we travel and O'conners didn't disappoint.

Nice restaurant in a beach town. Thee bar area was nice with limited inside seating. Outdoor seating look nice too but we went there on a rainy day. Patrons are friendly and welcoming go outside people. The day I was there the air conditioning wasn’t working and the thermostat literally read 82! Otherwise great place.

We had kind of a large party show up for lunch. The staff were very helpful and genuinely cared about your order and how it was to be prepared. The menu could use a few more details to include things like mentioning that they would be using garlic aioli on a club sandwich. Sandwich was delicious but the garlic aioli wad unexpected and overwhelmed the entire taste of the sandwich including the bacon. I enjoy garlic aioli on some food items but it should have been mentioned on the menu... my grandchild was not a fan of garlic aioli but loves plain mayonnaise on her sandwich. We had to reorder the sandwich after everyone else was served and watch my 3-year-old wait while everyone else was eating. This could have been a non-issue had they only taken time to mention this small detail on the menu.

They are in the process of changing names/ownership so their website is not completely up to date. Still had the same menu when I visited. We always visit once a year with a large group of friends. They have always been able to accommodate us and have had good service and food. Outdoor seating is nice.

I stopped in here for dinner on a Saturday night after enjoying the nearby winery. We made a reservation which was good since it was pretty busy! They had live acoustic music which was great and the volume wasn't too loud. We were also able to park right across the street and walk over. The food was good, I found the entrees a little expensive, but the sandwiches were reasonable. I will say that they got someone at my table's order wrong for their burger, but it was still good and the person just removed the toppings that were incorrect. Our waitress was very friendly and the atmosphere was casual and fun. I'd recommend a stop in overall.

Slow service. Cold sides and three people ordered hamburgers one rare., one medium and one medium rare, all came out well done.

Hadn't been here in quite awhile. I was looking forward to the calamari which was not on a specialized menu for the day. Local clientele were quite offensive w/ language (heard 50 more F's than necessary) & cellphone on speaker in which we all were treated to the rather inane conversation for quite a length of time. Waitress was attentive. $30 for a beer, sandwich & fries.Sorry to say, I'll skip it rush home instead.

Great decor and beer. Bartender was also Great. Food not so much. Ordered cheesesteak with only half peppers, onions and mushrooms. Did not get any. Roll was burnt. Would have given 5 stars if not for the cook who needs to take their time and have more pride in their work.

This is a local bar and Grill open in Fair Haven. Its ok! Staff is very nice. I wish they would do french fries instead of the hard home-made potato crisps

Food was very good, service was also good. They had run out of the special meal they had advertised, our waiter was exceprional. However the owner kept berating an employee in front of all the guest. Best pratice would be to take that employee off to the side and make corrections.

Average food but waiting an hour + for food to be delivered after ordering was way too long when the place was only quarter full on a Saturday night. Be prepared for a long wait and lots of apologies due to the slow kitchen staff.

The food, once it arrived was VERY good. Most of our 5 meals was missing something (a side, a salad, in one case the shrimp) but I believe it was because our waitress couldn't hear well over the live music. It was a holiday celebration and they couldn't have been busier. Once I informed the manager of our long wait and missing items, he took care of it with discounting the incorrect meals. I'm a visitor but would like to try O'Connors again if we can before we leave.

We only get to go here once a year when in town visiting so factor that into this. In 2017 when we were here it was a very nice place filled with people and alive with entertainment and laughter. This year(2018) when we went was the opposite. We were so pleased in finding a nice place to enjoy a good meal that seemed like a local hangout. Again, we have only been twice but the difference from one year to the next was drastic. This year the service was horrible to start. We were able to read the whole menu, I mean every item on the thing, before we even got asked what we wanted to drink. It wasn't just us either. We were seated outside and another family that came before us was still waiting and another small group just there for beer and live music kept getting pestered every 5-10 minutes being asked if they wanted their check. The servers clearly wanted them to leave but they weren't being loud or rude at all as far as I could tell. Next, when we finally get food which was a salad, it had obviously been left out or was old as evidence by the wilted and browning leaves mixed through it. These were not eaten. After that was appetizers. I ordered wings and was shorted on my order and my wife ordered the calamari which was too greasy to eat. Lastly we have our main course that came out very late. I got a Reuben that was out together with tough meat that couldn't be easily bitten through so the whole piece of meat came out with the first bite. My wife had the "riggies" which ended up being overwhelmingly spicy to the point that it wasn't enjoyable to eat even though she eats spicy food all the time. The kicker is that it wasn't busy at all and there was no reason for the service and food to be the way it was. We asked to be moved inside after our appetizers came out due to a mass gathering of flies feasting on something next to the outside tables and we were tired of them being drawn in and landing on us and our food. We won't be going back next year after this time unfortunately. It ruined the experience for us to the point that we will find another place to dine.

The staff were really good. However I was really disappointed by the food. Mussels in tequila was my favorite dish at La parilla. It wasn’t enough to close that restaurant but then you have to ruin one of their best dishes. I drove all the way out just to get this dish it was flavorless there was no bread it didn’t taste anything like how mussels in tequila is supposed to taste. It was bland water With hardly any muscles. I was so disappointed would never go back. Can’t remark on the other food. The servers were great though very friendly

Sat down at lunch to a bartender who seemed to have better things to do. Ordered a bbq chicken sandwich and fries which both arrived undercooked. The "homemade" BBQ sauce is the same stuff every bar in upstate NY gets from Cisco. I didn't finish the sandwich because of the pink spots in the thicker thicker parts of the chicken breast. Bartender dropped off the check without offering to refill my drink or ask how the food was. Which was the HONEST review I posted after eating here. After reading it the owner contacted my employer (I was in town on business) and tried to have me fired for my review so I changed it to keep my job. Well guess what? I don't work there anymore so the HONEST review goes back up!

My second Sunday stopping in, service is very slow at bar. At least say Hi I'll be right with you. Need to hire some quick bartenders.

We were staying in town on a family vacation and ordered a large 16” pizza to feed a group for dinner. After an extended wait to get our order, we were given a small flatbread pizza and told that’s what the large pizza was. It was not listed on the menu that way and we were charged the full price for this extremely small flatbread and ended up needing to find other food to supplement. They tried to pass it off as it was supposed to be that way and it was clear they ran out of pizza dough. I wish they would have just been honest about it and either included a second flatbread or taken some of the money off of our order. The rest of our order was sub-par.

When we got there, they were out of pizza, chicken wings, Hamburgers mozzarella sticks French fries and a bunch of other stuff. So we decided we were just gonna have drinks. We ordered a Margarita and a blue. The waitress came back and told us that they were out of blue. So we got a blue light and a margarita we probably will not be returning.

Looked like a nice place, but we were pretty much turned away at the door. We showed up at 7:45 and were told they had an hour wait even though most every table was open. I asked to be placed on the waiting list and was told they close at 9 so they wouldn’t. I asked to get food to go if possible and the waitress paused then told me no as well…. Probably the worst service and experience I’ve had in a long time anywhere. The waitress genuinely seemed like she wished we had never came in. Extremely disappointed. I would’ve felt much differently with a happy face and genuine explanation, but I feel like they lied to get us to leave so they wouldn’t have to wait on us. I will not be back.

Safe your money Went there on a Friday night for fish I had the grill fish it had absolutely No seasoning on it so it was very tasteless even with the salt and pepper I put on it My husband asked to get hot fries with his fried fish he didn’t eat them as they weren’t hot at all when he told the waitress all she said was I put it on the slip for hot fries The little bit of Cole slaw you get with your dinner was also tasteless Will not be going back Expensive meal not worth it at all

Pricey but good portion size. Had to ask them to redo the change due to my father three times not a good idea on the day he buries his wife. Obviously they couldn't have known that but I can guarantee he wont be back again. Rest of service was timely and responsive to our table. Rest of us didn't like seats/table - not a true restaurant anymore just a sports bar. I don't recommend it anymore.

Play here to get food at about 820 they were supposed to be open till nine waitress was pretty rude about us even being there and told us that they had no burgers and no fries and we’re pretty much out of all food. Made sure to let us know that they closed at nine but I guess we could order, so instead we had a drink and left. When we left, I got charged a credit card surcharge on my bill, which I was never notified of.
