Consistently great coffee. I always get their dark roast which they call Midnight.

Don't get the large stromboli ,get the small .This thing is huge , like you are not eating it alone and if you do your Jaba the hut for two days ..

This Weedsport Dunkin location operated very well today. As usual, Dunkin was an excellent place for 2 donuts and a frozen coffee. FYI: I used the drive-thru ordering system. This is why I rated the "Atmosphere" a 4-star, not a 5-star. Everything went very well from the point of ordering to enjoying our donut and coffee. Très bien

Not only is this Dunkin Donuts close to my home, their customer service is the best compared to other Dunkin Donuts I have gone to. This location reminds me of how the one on Onondaga Hill "used" to be. Their bagels are never burnt, their coffee is always fresh and their hash browns are almost always to die for. The only thing I would suggest is that when it comes to their wakeup wraps, work on proper timing so the wrap isn't so hard and puffy. Most of the time they come out awesome. I personally think it was a new employee in training. No biggy, it was still yummy. Decent prices on most of their products. I always go here!!! Keep up the Great Service Dunkin!!!

I tried the new green goddess breakfast wrap. So gross. I actually threw it away after a couple of bites. I didn't like the flavor at all but I can't put my finger on why exactly. Good thing I only paid 2 bucks for in by ordering in the app.

Ordered on the mobile app and the service was prompt. It was very busy too. I went inside to pick up the order and they had Dunkin radio on. It was a very festive atmosphere. The staff also were quite helpful in making sure my order was correct. There were small candy canes. I added it to my drink to make it even more festive!

The drive thru might be slow sometimes but it’s understandable as to why. They are so busy there because everyone loves this Dunkin more than any other in the area! My coffee always tastes good, and the food always tastes fresh. Not to mention the staff there is great and friendly.

Stopped here on my way from Skaneateles to Victor, NY on June 18, 2024. Line was long but moved fairly quickly; within minutes I had a refreshing iced coffee to aid me on my long trek back to my hotel for a little afternoon break.

Best service I've ever experienced anywhere! They didn't have what I ordered but were super apologetic and definitely made up for it. They told me I could have any drink I wanted and even offered me a free donut. I will definitely be back soon!

Delicious on a truly rainy Monday morning. Nice fresh and hot coffee with Chocolate Mint flavor. Sesame bagel with butter Yum! Two jelly donuts finish the order. Such a knowledgeable staff to wait on customers as well. Have a happy Day rain drops and ALL.

A great, new 2016, clean Dunkin Donuts . Great deals during the holidays and always well stocked shelves of donuts and bagels. They also have coupon offers you can load to your smartphone. Checkout is usually very quick and accurate. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Coffee is to taste but in my opinion, Dunkins is the best. All in all a great chain of stores and this is no exception. Not much parking at this store, but drive thru is very quick.

I went thru the drive thru because the parking lot is really cramped. The pricing was the same as my local Dunkin

I mean, DD is a destination. The brewed coffee was real good (even the decaf), but the specialty drinks were literally super blah. Drive thru menu board is super non intuitive. As an infrequent visitor there was no natural progression reading the board. Oh, the actual donuts... Honestly the bakery case at Walmart is just as good.

I never understand how Dunkin runs out of donuts by noon. 🤦 Do they not keep track of sales and notice "oh hey! We're out of donuts every Saturday by noon. Maybe we should make more next week since we are open past 1 pm". It's Halloween season. Lids are coming in wanting the Spider donut and they're out. Ok, so next week instead of making just 2 trays, make 3. They will sell!!! Especially if you are still open another 6 hours. So, since they were out of donuts and munchkins we ordered Frozen CARAMEL coffee and got cinnamon on top of the whipped cream instead of caramel. Also, ordered breakfast sandwiches and shockingly they were out of plain bagels. WTH?!?

It has gotten so bad the wait time is horrible,few people are ever working, I came during hours they were open not even 3pm and the doors were closed nothing absolutely no one was there.. people kept going through the drive through... there's never any doughnuts in the pm Besides that I suggest a vannila bean colata with 3 shots caramel and whiped cream it's 😋

I have been going to this Dunkin for quite some time now and my last few experiences not so good no manners what so ever very rude in my opinion the people they used to have were so friendly and welcoming now not so much. I feel They should improve on their attitude and how to deal with people in general I say Thankyou have a nice day you expect the same thing in return it’s just common decency.

Consistently bad. This isn't so much a criticism of this particular store, but Dunkin in general. Coffee is always bad unless you get it black. You should always ask for less cream and sugar then they regularly give you because it will come white and taste like chocolate milk. Disgusting. They never have a decent selection of doughnuts despite this being their namesake... These $2 "snacks" are a joke. Used to be a 3 star review, if it wasn't for how apologetic the staff was this would be a 1 star. I placed an order 10 minutes ahead for the drive thru. 3 food items and 2 easy drinks, one of them being a black iced tea. We got there and after TWENTY minutes in the drive thru we got up to the window and they then realized they didn't have our items together or any tea made. So after an extra 5 minutes we got really good fresh iced tea, but for 35 minutes to complete the order... Sorry but not worth it. Been here many times and minor issues prior due to lack of staff, today was fully staffed and the worst we've had.

Getting paid much higher than what is received in the quality of food. Not hard to make a cup of coffee with cream and sugar and a sandwich with no cheese. Yet every time, it gets screwed up. Attention to detail people, it goes along ways. no wonder it took me a year to go back to your store

Went in to order a coffee and some doughnut holes. I was the only person inside that ordered. They made me wait while they filled the drive through orders first. Then they gave me an ice coffee when it was supposed to be a hot coffee. Then I ordered a 25 pack of doughnut holes, I instructed the employee that I wanted all of the varieties except Pumpkin. I didn’t receive any pumpkin or blueberry ones. I was really looking forward to the blueberry. The chocolate ones were dry.

At 3PM, a 45 minute wait from time I got in line until I received my order! All for a medium hot chocolate! Only 2 workers and National Donut Day. When I finally reached window, I asked where the manager was. The worker told me the manager leaves at 10 AM. If this is true SHAME ON YOU! Your workers deserve better. Won’t be back!

Just went through the Weedsport Dunkin order my French vanilla latte with whip cream and the guy I believe Jonathan goes to hand me the latte with no whip cream, I kindly said whip cream please and he rolled his eyes and went to put whip cream on it and I can read lips very well and he said "whip cream" with a snobby look on his face. Very unprpfessional, if you don't like your job and can't do it right don't work there.

Very bad we stood there for twenty minutes and the workers did not look at us or greet us, so we left as we were in a bit of a rush to get going.

I don't know what's been going on. When I start work at 330am I drive through weedsport to get to auburn the last 3 times I got my coffee I had to go next door to the gas station to add sugar. Very disappointed 😞

This place has significantly gone down hill. They can't even get a coffee order right! The only reason people go there is because it is the only dunkin close! I'd travel the extra distance to avoid this dunkin.

Just got some drinks from here and the had no ice drinks avaliable. So got some hott chocolate instead got home and one was 1/4 full and other was just over half. Called down and got called a lier on the phone. Not very happy at all with them

My answer used to be 5 stars in the last year service has gone down hill wait times exceed 15 minutes and the door is locked more often than not and I order mobil for walk in pick up to not add to their drive-thru line which now is a 30 minute wait or more if you don't order mobil what happen to the fast accurate service I used to get? Oh wait they left.. do better dunkin I plan accordingly to be on time and this is an inconvenience every time I order… still the same review and will not change my answer if I could give 0 stars I would. Was given attitude over them not having the correct size cups for a refund instead of drink replacement from them not having that size. That’s not my fault and regardless of it being 63 cents they refuse to give me back the 22 cents in tax! I paid tax twice at that rate. Once during the purchase and again during the refund!!! That’s not okay!

I ordered a mobile order for walk in pick up. They refused to unlock the doors even though there was a line of 15+ cars wrapped around the building for the drive thru. I was therefore forced to leave without my order. This is not the first time this has occurred.

Ordered a two sausage egg and cheese muffins it is supposed to be toasted but clearly microwaved the muffin was like a sponge got a rockstar energy punch the drink wasn't mixed all the syrup was at the bottom so I tried to mix it and I'm assuming the lid wasn't on all the way because it dumped all over me I spent $15 to throw all of it out I'm never going here again.

There have been multiple times when I order through the app for walk in only to discover when I arrive that the doors are locked and drive thru is the only option available. The drive thru line is is usually severely backed up and by the time I get my order, hot coffee is warm or warm/watered down if ice coffee. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. When I try to call the store, they don't answer the phone. There is a message saying they are busy helping costumers so to call back later. This store This store should be better about controlling the options on the app or maybe this store should not have the order ahead app if they are unable to offer the options as advertised.

Employees rude, lobby constantly closed, wait time is longer than 10 minutes with no more than 4 cars in the entire drive thru line. Don't waste your time or money, just get coffee quicker and cheaper nextdoor at the Pit Stop.

I think all the employees hate each other and their jobs. Got here early and no one in front of us. Ordered 2 hot coffees , break fast sandwich and1 donut. Nothing was prepped girl was barely brewing coffee. They made probably 10 online and drive thru orders while we waited. Total silence. Finally 10 min got the sandwich-which was good- and donut. Another 8 minutes and the manager got our coffees out as the 5 other girls were still prepping and making online orders. One guy doing sandwichs but mostly for online and drive thru. One "usual" customer came in after us but was immediately given his coffee and donut even though he skipped over us and another in store customer. I guess since he comes in every day his money is better?? Idk. Strangest atmosphere EVER in a fast food place!! Also the manager who took our order mumbled and we could barely understand him to begin with. Lesson learned: in store customer service today is terrible. I won't be using a Dunkin ANYwhere unless its for the obvious priority online orders. PS we have driven all over the USA and I've never seen a more strange feel in a place than this store site. Weird NY vibes left our friendly Southwestern minds baffled, sincerely ---Dazed and Confused by Dunkin NY store

Associate slamming things around using inappropriate language, including f-bomb. Said she wasn't taking any more orders until she got stocked up. Would not wait on me. I started to walk out and another associate called me back and said she would wait on me. Tirade continued the entire time I was there. At least the associate who waited on me was apologetic. I'm surprised the place still has a rating of 4.1 after all the negative reviews I read.

Went there an hour before close to the drive through. No one responded for 15 minutes. Tried calling the store. Answering machine said they were on the other line or assisting customers. Drove up to window. All the lights were on but there were no employees anywhere. This is the second time this had happened on a Sunday afternoon at 6pm. They close at 7pm. Don't know if employees were hiding somewhere. Not real good for business me and another car behind me drove off after waiting 20 minutes.
