I was there and I was helped by Maddie she was really sweet and very helpful. She had her hands full but still managed to make sure we were okay! The food was good and the place was well kept. Overall a good experience and definitely will be coming back soon!

Those pumpkin pancakes out of this world. Great variety really, a big menu. No music or very low, fantastic. The other dennys on Pacific you can't talk because of music and terrible. Anyway, wife and I will return for sure and will ask for Laura. Laura is incredibly accurate and makes you confortable with her smile.

Every order has been wrong, and sloppy, but somehow, still good, lol. New edit:10/07/2021. Still the same, but they're really nice and it's always good. What else can I say? As it turns out, I can say a lot! Update. My entire family, 7 of us, all had an amazing waitress and we all had the best service and food. This waitress may very well be our best yet! There was only 1 other table with customers. Thank you so much! The kids are every single bite!

The Lumberjack Slam was good, the Pot Roast didn't look like the menu picture. We asked the server before ordering the pot roast and she said yes, the actual dish looks like the menu photo. Came for a go order. . I'm sitting here waiting an hour for a brisket melt. 😆. 1 waitress with an attitude. I'm asking her so nicely. How much longer because if I have to wait another ten minutes , I have to refund the order. It's no biggie.I have to go to work in the morning. Poor girl, she probably has a lot to deal with beside this job. Needless to say , this is no way to run a business. They're way too understaff. Note to self I'll go down to Charter next time.

I ordered my food once and when the delivery driver got there, Denny's claimed their equipment wasn't working. Another time I ordered from this restaurant, the delivery driver said they were going to be closed for 20 minutes. I saw a review that they did the same thing to another person. I'm not ordering from that Denny's again.

I ordered food to go and when I arrived, my food was ready, but no one acknowledged me. Twenty-four minutes later, someone finally gathers my food, but a part of the order was wrong so they had to remake it. I get home and my food is cold. I understand that restaurants get busy, but for my food to be sitting there for 24 minutes getting cold and no one acknowledging me for that long isn't acceptable.

Arrived at 0215 on Thursday 10/18/25, sever said she would not seat us because she was going on break. So apparently it isn't 24 hours. Not sure why I can place a togo order, but can't sit down and eat. Not truly 24 hours. Why not cross train the cook to bring out the food while she takes her lunch? Or pay the 1 hr missed meal premium to allow the employee to work through her lunch? Then take small brraks when she gets a chance between tables. Sad that sketchy locations in town have a higher rating than this one. Lol

I had placed 2 orders online and when I arrived there was a note on the door "closed for lunch" it was 7pm my food was supposed to be ready at 7pm. I had never seen a Dennys close like this before. I had already paid for my food over $125 and I was angry. About 20 minutes later someone from inside opened the door and when I asked about my food she said they were just starting it and no refunds. Needless to say drive a little more to any other Dennys or IHOP anything but here. My food may have been fresh but not very edible.

I have been a loyal customer of this Denny’s, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing. The staff, including management, need serious training in professionalism. Instead of treating customers with respect, they harass and stalk regulars, and when confronted, they call law enforcement and play the victim. I was “86’d” from the restaurant simply for having DoorDash deliver my order to the parking lot, a safer method to receive food, which is a basic necessity for everyone. This is unreasonable and unacceptable behavior toward a paying customer. The restaurant also appears overdue for a deep clean. Concerns about rodents should be addressed immediately, as this is a health and safety priority. Management needs to focus on improving customer service, maintaining a sanitary environment, and avoiding emotional or aggressive outbursts. If current leadership cannot meet these basic standards, the franchise should consider new management that understands professionalism.

Waitress is racist and doesn’t wanna help anybody that isn’t white. We came in about 10 minutes before a different family for context we are Mexican and the other family is white. Waitress didn't even attempt to help us until the white family was seated and helped when I said something about how we were being treated she simply walked away without even taking our order. The women in the family started pointing at us telling the man in her group “they moved because we sat here”. They sat at the table behind us even though the restaurant was practically empty. Yes we absolutely moved because they were behind us, her kids were loud disrespectful and obnoxious within seconds of entering the nearly empty restaurant. It wasn’t just us she ignored either, two Mexican men tried to pay she looked at them several times and just kept acting like she had no time to help them. Management or someone seriously needs to look into this behavior.
