Believe it or not my fries were nice and hot crisp as can be ! My McRib was perfect . I couldn't ask for a better meal. This was one of the best trips through the drive-thru lines . I hate the drive-thru but surprisingly today it actually went quickly. They got it right. And the food was perfect.
I gave five stars but then three stars on food service and atmosphere because ultimately I mean it's fast food and fast food is well fast food however this time was very excited finally got the Halloween pumpkin pill for the Happy meal for my kids last year they were sad they didn't get the pumpkin Happy meal pill because they ran out this year they had enough in stock so very pleased about that
I loved this place surprisingly. Let me take that back it wasn't the place I enjoyed it was the employees, they make you want to come back I'm upset at myself for not asking these folks names but there was two and they had the best customer service I've ever experienced. The young man opened the door for us the young lady so polite. I think I might just go back to say hi lol

Highly recommend this location for dinner or a quick lunch. The outside may not always be the cleanest, but the service inside makes up for it. Very polite and quick customer service. Restaurant was very clean on the inside and food was served quickly and fresh. Despite a long line the food was ready and customized as requested! Definitely recommend!!
I stopped in today, December the 18th, went through the drive-thru and ordered two Filet-O-Fish with no cheese. My order was a little over $12. When I get to the pickup window the young lady says two Filet-O-Fish and I respond with yes no cheese and she states yes ma'am of course no cheese. As I'm driving down the street I opened one of the fillets and to my surprise it had cheese. I did not have time to come back to change my order to have it corrected so I ended up throwing it away in other words I threw $12 in the trash I will never ever go to this McDonald's again and this McDonald's has now made it difficult for me to even want to go and visit another McDonald's. This is why customers after fool we want what we pay for associates get it together
Everything was great, except the costumer service. The girl who took my order was....out of it. When I got to the window she had to break all her rolls of coin and fill her till. Everything else was great. I was just there 10 min ago
You have to get the McDonald's App. It's so well worth it. Every dollar you spend is 100 points. Every 1500 points, you get free food. Plus, they always got daily deals going buy a drink and get a Big Mac free. Get a Big Mac combo for $6.56. Just make sure you scan the QR code to get your points. It's worthwhile.
Had a really nice experience there. New ordering hubs and was walked through by a very nice employee. (Tesla). The entire staff were very friendly and very customer service oriented. Actually walked away thinking that this was a good experience and enjoyed my visit there very much. Hats off to the crew at this McDonald's. Well done. Thank you

management on site in the morning and afternoon, they are great and work exceptionally well under varying degrees of stress and pressure, and still are able to remember customers names with a smile! I've been coming to this location for about 20 years. One of my favorites is the coffee. I actually really enjoy the $1 any size McDonald's coffee and $1 any size sweet tea. I can't go wrong with a Sausage McMuffin with egg for breakfast or a McChicken for an anytime snack. A couple cool things about this location is that they have a kiosk that you can order from. Another plus is that there's free Wi-Fi. Customer service has always been pretty cool as never once has my order been messed up. Well I'm lovin it, lol
Pulled up and ordered curbside...the team there quickly prepared my scrumdidallyumptiosness and brought it to my chariot (Harley Davidson) post haste. And even though it was feeling sub zero outside, the employee still had a smile on their face and were professional. Any company owner would be pleased to have such workers running their establishment. Parking lot was in exquisite shape as well as drive through, well as far as I could see it was. Will definitely be back.
We walked in and a crew member helped us ordering at the kiosk and then at the register. Food was good and they had a special for one sandwich and then get the other for $1 and I ordered a coffee drink which was very tasty but pricey also.The food was also expedited very fast.
I left 5 stars, I realize it's a little tough in that neighborhood, but need to tidy up that restroom. What little toilet paper there was, it was lying on the floor. Not to mention the mess in there. The picture doesn't do Justice, but it looked a little bit like a jailhouse restroom.
My family loves McDonald's I come here more than I should. The customer service here is good but théy can take some time to be a fast food restaurant.
This morning, December 6 @ 11:10 a young man waited on me at this location. His customer service, his promptness, his professionalism, his personal overall demeanor was some of the best that I've encountered at ANY McDonald's - ever! Attitude is everything and he has it! I ordered a large hot coffee and 3 freshly made chocolate chip cookies. He didn't put up a fuss, question me, resent me for asking for "fresh cookies" or create any unnecessary drama or other dysfunctional garbage. He very politely and professionally took my order, I gave him cash, he gave me the correct change and that was that. He's a younger man, long hair in a braid or ponytail and I think he had a little bruise on his right cheek bone. Keep up the great work young man. You are Management material. 👊🙂
We go to McDonald's about 4 or 5 times a week. I've only had to return once for a mistake they made. My advice is to check your order before you leave to make sure it is correct.
It was descent. Was thinking i was going to be asked for change from the local homeless and addicts but nothing happened and was able to enjoy breakfast. Orange juice was watered down but all and all it was nice and cashier and server was lovely. Will go again
Honestly the best McDonald's food I've had in years. The inside looks gutted and the staff avoid you like the plague, but the food was on point.
New technology is Deaf friendly user. Real cool. Downside is that they are looking for order number which we had on table clearly shown. Walk by us few times??? Ummmm..... could improve on that?
Food os good staff is great, if I had anything bad to say is that there is alot of homeless in and around the area and some being quite violent. They are constantly peddling near the ordering microphone. But all in all not a bad spot for quick food, they are by far the fastest drive thru in Stockton.
I Don't normally have issues with drive through order accuracy. It is a clean location. There will be panhandlers, but I've never had a particularly bad experience other than the inconvenience of a question. Food quality and accuracy are great.
The food and the service were fine, but the drive-through experience was lacking. Both windows were dirty, including graffiti and even food remnants on the walls near the windows. I literally had to steer around a panhandler sitting on the curb at the exit and another fellow was staffing the curb at the menu sign
Nuggets are either fresh or not, no 8n betweens when i go for some reason. They do suggest ordering them to order to ensure right out of the dryer fresh but sometimes waiting up to 10 min isn't an option. And no I have no clue why I seem to like them knowing how they are made. But you can't beat those 1$ drinks.

This place is hot and miss sometimes everything is fresh and others the fries are cold and the food is just thrown together. There is a lot of homeless around here that make it hard to order when they are bothering you for change and or other things
Overall, no offense I know a lot of people that love and eat McDonald's, way back when there was deep fried apple pies as a kid I loved it too. But, unfortunately for me it it second only to Taco Bell for emergency colon cleansing... If you understand what I mean. I doesn't stay in you very long... We went for the $5 deal at 10:23 am. And due to stupid kiosk machine and no real human interaction we had to wait to place the order.... Then after taking a very very long time, my mom who is impatient asked what is going on. A very nice lady came to help, unfortunately she (in no way am I judging I'm just explaining the look, speech and mentality) looked like she was a recovering addict. (Second chances) Missing a few items she had to go get another bag and the items missing, as we start to walk, we realized we didn't get our drinks. The lady says okay, and disappears for 5 minutes carrying the over filled soda's without straws. And asked if we'd like a cup holder. Which at this point is obvious. So, as I said before many years ago, not again. No more McDonald's for me. Sure location you could say, sure if you count the service, but as I started with. The food runs through you. And I'm still mad about the apple pie...
I give the restaurant itself and overall 4 because there are a few rude employees including one manager but there are also a few employees that make your visit there very pleasant by the names of Camille and Brenda thank you for making our visit to your restaurant pleasant. The restaurant can be busy but these two always have something good and positive to say to people and they both work hard. thank you.

Friendly staff, possitive attitude. However the place left a lot to be desired. The restrooms where very dirty, sticky floors, overflowing trash in the lobby and many dirty trays out. Some trash on the floor. I don't know if it's always like this but my experience could have been better.
The lady, was nice to me, (I believe young white girl) she was super cool. It’s just the fish sandwiches that I got was like slopped together, a drop of tarter sauce, and a pieeeeeeece of cheese…oh my gosh. And the fries were hot, just tasted like nothing. 🤷🏾♀️
Went thru drive thru for order which was 1 Mc Chicken, Not spicy. At the pay window the cashier advised that it would be cheaper if we ordered a second sandwich, so since we were two, we went with it. She happily updated our order, let the kitchen know all while keeping us entertained with her stories and laughter, a happy person! After pulling up to the 2nd window, we got our order and headed out munching away. About halfway into it I stop to take a breath and realize that my mouth is a bit tingly.. I mention it to my bf and he agrees. So I'm thinking as long as it doesn't get any hotter I can eat this . Well, I was wrong. It managed to get hotter. I had 2 more small bites and my mouth was on fire. I ended up tossing the remaining last few bites as I cannot tolerate spicy food in any form. Makes me mad that I specifically ordered the non spicy sandwich but was given a spicy one. No, I didn't go back or call to let them know, I was just disappointed that once again they had my order wrong.(was there a week earlier and twice they made my large order wrong, so at that point I let it go.) I know it's just fast food, but come on, how difficult is it to get one order done correctly?!?!?!!
Long line In Drive thru but they actually moved pretty quickly. I gave them a 3 because the food wasn't as hot as I thought it should be. I would give them a five for service and getting food to us In a timely manner
My friend and I were hungry and craved a quick, inexpensive meal. McDonald's seemed the perfect spot. We visited the store on Harding Way in Stockton. It was clean, the server was friendly and quick with our order. McDonald's food is definitely fast and sometimes it's just what you need.
This McDonald’s on Harding Way has declined over time. The lobby used to be a clean, vibrant space where you could enjoy a meal with family, but now it’s often filled with loud teenagers and disorderly delivery drivers. While the food quality has stayed consistently average, the in-store experience has definitely gone downhill.
They have good food but of course the ice cream machine did not work. Drive thru is quick but inside takes a long time. Clean outside, close to the Holiday inn hotel and on the main street , very accessible
I gave a three overall because even though everywhere you look online it says that the restaurant opens at 4:15 but that's not true. It doesn't open until 6am.
I been coming here for years and my managers that i had would be mad and would have fired everyone .Frank and David were the best they taught me so much in 98-2003 this Mc Donalds always has problems my orders are always messed up or wrong. If i say no onion i mean no onion and then its a problem to correct it so please try to is improve customer service and get some employees who actually care
What I ordered was it when I expected they're double cheeseburger whatever the one for $6 buy something it's not worth it I return that back but everything else the combo two for 350 or something like that it was worth it but paying $3 for a small fries is less than a handful not cool milkshake almost the same price not very cool at all especially when everybody's eating free that works there so give the customers a good deal so yeah two stars
Well the bathrooms needed cleaning . The dinning room floor needed to be clean and all the tables needed to be cleaned. Food fresh hot brought to our table that was nice. Music in dinning area way way to loud cpuld not have a conversation it was that loud ..out side trash cans needed to be dump it was full.
I've been here twice in the past two weeks. The first time, we dined inside. The soda machine was out of a lot of flavors, especially the lemonades. I asked if they could replace the syrups, but it was never done, not while I was there. The fries lacked salt and weren't fully cooked. Also, they keep their restrooms locked, which is an inconvenience to have to wait for an employee to give you notice at the counter just to go to the bathroom. Awful for a place that likes to ignore their customers. The second time was yesterday. We used their mobile app. The app seemed glitchy, and we'll get back to that part of the nightmare later. The order was missing a drink and apples. We had to go in just to get everything we ordered. The fries, again, lacked salt and weren't fully cooked, though they were cooked more than the previous visit. The only reason we go to McDonald's is because our kids like it. This isn't the only McDonald's we've been at that has disappointed in one way or another, some more than others, this is definitely one of those. Neither is this only the second time we've visited this location. We go to whichever is closest and/or more convenient at the time. However, after this visit, I might consider scratching this particular location off the map, they disappoint almost every time and their customer service skills are terrible. So, why give it 2☆ and not 1? Well, other than the fries not being done right, the rest of their food is pretty decent and the place is usually clean. Back to the mobile app...I do not reccomend it! Not only was it more of a hassle to order and pay than it is convenient. The app had a lot of problems during the pay and pickup processes. We ended up having to go in to ensure that our order and payment went through. According to the app, there was an error with our payment. Oh, there was an error, alright...a HUGE error! Right now, my account is critically low because there are duplicate withdrawals from our visit yesterday. In fact, the card was charged 4 times, to be exact. That's over a hundred dollars that I will have to dispute with the bank, but I'll have to wait until after the holiday. If you choose to eat at a McDonald's, use the drive-thru or go in...stay away from the mobile app! -Q♡
I don't like posting negative reviews but sometimes it's the only way to communicate. We placed an order that included a 40 piece chicken nuggets and 6 sauces for the kids and burgers and fries for the rest of the family. My kids like the BBQ and Honey Mustard sauces. They are their favorites. Unfortunately, McDonald's did not include any sauces. 40 piece nuggets order, and you guys forgot the sauces?!? This may not be a issue for other people but it upset my kids. I had to put together some made on the spot sauces but they weren't the same and didn't go over well. Ketchup and yellow mustard are not the same as BBQ sauce and honey mustard. By the time I got things settled down my dinner was cold.
Waited 30 freaking minutes for my food through the app and had to go inside just for them to say “my bad”. the order never started until i said something
Double Quarter pounder I ordered no onions and had in box, looked like they scraped the onions off & loaded it with ketchup to hide onion taste and seems like it was old & cold & both cheeses were not melted at all and I didn't return it cuz I was starving..
Wasn't too happy with this place this time around generally they're okay the last couple visits for breakfast it wasn't good egg shells . Not cool! I give it mistakes happen. But twice now! And I will not go back there. It's dirty the parking lot call the trash a lot of Street people. I don't have a problem with Street people long as they don't cause problems. That's normally I'll buy extra to give to someone. But there's no excuse for all the trash in the parking lot every time I go there any rate what all can be fixed it's just management. Hopefully they'll get a clue I wish all well and hopefully your foods are good when you order from there.
This place sucks. Most of the workers could care less about you or helping you out when having trouble ordering from the McDonald's app. It took another CUSTOMER to help me out with an order issue I was confused about. The guy at the counter just said that I had done something wrong and there was nothing he could do. Didn't even try to help me. And there are no soda machines. And also it has been over taken by homeless, druggies, and panhandlers begging for what little money I have. Plus it just seems very unsafe, especially at night. So yes, this branch of McDonald's is pretty bad. Avoid if possible.
Got a big Mac meal everything came ice cold like it had been sitting on a countertop for hours also was told they don't serve I've cream past 11 and my soda had one cluster of cubes..... Horrible
The kiosk didn't work and the worker never acknowledged the guests waiting in line to be served. Stood in line for over 5 mins NO ONE came over to the register. 5 guests were waiting to be served. I left once I saw no effort from anyone to acknowledge anyone waiting.
No matter how many times my wife and I visit this McDonald's, they can never get our order right. There is always something missing. What's the point of fast foods if you can't even enjoy your meal when you get home because something is not in your bag.

Ratch Rude Bad Custeromer Service Yesterday I got my breakfast and the ROLLED HER EYES 👀 at me cause I asked her a question about the meal. Today Friday got breakfast and both black young women had got irritated by me because I asked for Jelly and Ketchup. And McChicken biscuit was BURNT
Certain employees are rude don’t acknowledge you. Both my mcchickens were hard. Worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Do not recommend. However, the woman that took my order and the one that took my money was very polite.
They always forget apple slices or the toy in the kids meals. The cashiers in drive thru would be fired if they smiled or were friendly in any way. So basically if you have to go, check your bags and don’t expect even a decent interaction.
It's really sad that none of the employees helped with customer service??? I waited over 20 minutes for no food, it was only 2 customers in front of me, one had large fries, the other customer got a frozen coffee!!! I will Not ever go back there. Homeless and bums approaching the car. One tried to stop my car. The staff laughed. They got my order wrong. I went back to get my order fixed. That didnt happen. This place usually has something missing off the menu or something else not in order. just go here at your own risk. Once, my order wasn't taken in the drive thru. Yesterday, I went for a drink, and their soda machine was down. I was stuck in the queue, and it was hot do I settled for ice cream. Earlier in the week, two of my food items weren't ready, so they wanted me to drive up to park and wait. I refused to make it look like their doing fast service, so I just requested my money back. The employee left for two minutes and came back with my food. Once I brought my toddlers here to play. The tables and chairs were nasty. There were no disinfectant wipes. I went to ask for some, only to be told that they didn't have wipes, they just use napkins. Awful. They used to be great 5 years ago.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND for being a world wide chain, you should be ashamed of allowing this restaurant to represent Mc Donalds, one of the worst customer service, cleanliness and time management - the city should get involved as it seems to be a HAZMAT facility. Oh and by the way for those managers who are posting five-star reviews on this location have no shame absolutely no shame and should not be allowed to do so.
This McDonald's I went to today was very disappointing to me. I paid thru the App and when I got there I waited 10min and then went in for my phone said that they had already gave me my food but didn't. The Manager Was Very Rude to Me after I showed her my receipt and that I had already paid for it. For she said it wasn't on the board. I Feel That Being A Customer And Showing You Paid For The Food That The Manager Shouldn't Yell And Not Give The Customer What They Have Already Paid For. She Also Said Dispute It With My Bank To Get The Money Back.
If I could give it zero stars I would have in a heartbeat. The wait in drive thru took forever; like 30 minutes plus. Also, they messed up on my boyfriend's food and was cold. They didn't have his drink so he had to choose another kind. They didn't have the smoothie I wanted so I had to choose the other smoothie flavor. NOT TO MENTION, THE HOMELESS GUY WALKING UP TO CARS AND STARING AT THEM THROUGH THEIR WINDSHIELD. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT GO THERE AT ALL EVER AGAIN.
I stopped by this McDonald's while moving, and I rented a truck for 4 hours. All the kiosks were unavailable at this location, the representative who took my order got it wrong and then blamed me when I told him he placed it incorrectly when I know exactly what I said, and then after the location said they would replace the order they spent 20 minutes making my Double quarter pounder with cheese even though all the other customers had already placed their order and were waiting.
The service is is consistent -- consistently bad. Long wait and they never get the order right. Yesterday I ordered three deluxe chicken sandwiches and paid the price for the three sandwiches. When I got home I found they had given me the regular chicken sandwich. A few weeks ago they asked me to wait in a numbered stall as my order was not yet ready, When the clerk came out she gave my order to the car in the stall next to me. That person realized the bag was not big enough to contain their order and they opened two of my burgers. The clerk then rewrapped the burgers, returned them to the bag, and brought them to me. I told her I would not accept food opened by someone else and wanted the order remade. She said she could not do that without manager's approval and actually brought the manager out to the car to talk with me. They did remake the order, but in this age of the COVID virus, the request tor a fresh order should not have even been a issue. Like others, this is the worst McDonalds n Stockton and I will not go there again.
I tried this location 4 times and it never got better. The bad attitudes of the employees, lack of ergency, and the food is never prepared correctly. This has made my desision to never eat hear again easy. My wife took back a burger and was argued with by supervisor over the merit of her claim, it was burnt, stale, and not made right. Please have your HR department re-interview the staff at this location and make some positive changes.
Food: either I get a cold or I get it wrong Service: there is one particular employee that would I order a coffee there it’s either half full cold or if I ask for six creams I get two and when I ask for more, I am told that I should’ve asked for 12 or eight when McDonald’s Makes their machine dummy, proof but I guess that don’t help? Atmosphere: I’ve been going here for 13 yrs and and when ever that employee is at the window it’s an issue with my order I have spend up 8 minutes getting my coffee correct I’m paying for it I’m going to get it correct if management cares about how their employee treats they’re paying customers specially one that goes there five days a week Monday through Friday spent about $15-$20 five days a week. Do the math do you want to lose the customer or maybe train and employee who don’t give a shit about your customers correctly
Was closed more than an hour before the app and website said they were.
Guy was SLOW at making the food. I literally saw him making somebody else's stuff while I was waiting at the window for 10 minutes! No came up to the window to tell me anything or how long it would be for my food. And the after waiting that long he FINALLY starts making my drink.
No customers were in this McDonald's and there were a few cars in the drive-thru. I waited for about 5 minutes for someone to take my order then someone came out and instructed me to place my own order on the kiosk. I let them know it's okay I'll wait for someone to take my order. I was then told there will not be anyone taking my order. While this is taking place there were at least three employees just chilling watching me seeing how long I would wait. (I was going to pay in cash which would have required a cashier.) After that encounter I let them know thank you anyways and left the establishment and headed to the nearest Taco Bell.
The drive through has always been ridiculously long almost 15 min when the newly McDonald's on the south side on Downing takes 3 mins every time no matter how long the line gets. This McDonald's on n center and Harding he'll no the fastest they get you out is 6 -15 mins.
I ordered a hamburger with no cheese, not a cheeseburger because my husband is allergic to cheese specifically expressed this to the young man that I made the order to still got my order with cheese on it. Why do they not listen? Can they not understand? Do they not pay attention? When I brought it to his attention he told me this is what I ordered when I showed him my receipt that said hamburger no cheese he said. Oh well you're going to have to wait. We will have to remake your order. It's going to take about 20 minutes seriously
By far the worst experience ever. I stop by to get my mom cookies and tea cause my mom was near in hospital and they told me to park and they will bring it out. They left me park for 30 min for 2 fresh cookies. When I drove back to window they(white heavy set woman) said that’s what happens when u short staff and just gave me a pie for inconvenience. Will never come back
At around 3:30-3:45 I was kinda hungry so I went to mcdonalds ordered #2 i was driving eating only to notice. My quarterponders meat was red n bleeding returned it only for the manager to say he was sorry I told him if I get sick I'll b sure to call their corporate office rate them very poor 00
I was sitting at the drive-thru forever. Then, I went inside to get my stuff, and there was no one at the front.
Went to this McDonald's right now this morning and went through the drive-thru and bought food went inside to use the restroom and was told I couldn't use the bathroom unless I purchased something Shaking my head I wasn't even given a chance to say that I had already bought something or that I would buy a soda He was very rude the manager in the blue shirt I'm assuming that he's never had that kind of job position before it's pretty sad when you go into a place like McDonald's and you spend more money than their foods even worse than can't even use the bathroom shaking my head
Had a dash was waiting until a old lady with glasses asked if I was door dash and I said yes ma am , after she proceeds you have to say something with a attitude until I returned her energy and gave the order number she was hella rude until I gave it right back to her while I took the order and started walking away WHILE CONFIRMING, while walking away she proceeds to make a smart remark and then tell a bigger guy with glasses at the restaurant to block him because she didn’t get what she wanted I refuse to let her bs. WHAT DO YOU KNOW , I get to the drop off and they only packed their drinks for the order not the food so I had to deal with you guys and yall messed up the customer GREAT JOB
Very bad customer service I had to wait like 30 minutes just for a mchicken and I didn’t even got my food one worker was just walking around and not doing anything never going back 0 stars👎
Ordered a steak bagel at the drive through, took 15 minutes to get “fast food” then I find my sandwich has no meat. Poor workers, even worse management. Owners need to fire the whole lot and start fresh
Slowest drive-thru I’ve ever been to. The people are nice enough, but the wait is absurd.
I bought coffee here on December 25, 2025 around 11:30 am with 2 coffee cream and a when I asked for 2 more coffee cream the managers wanted me to pay extra for just couple more of coffee cream, WOW. What a customer service they offer to the loyal customers. I love Mc Donald but these Manages doesn’t know how to handle the customers satisfied complaints.
I went and ordered from this McDonalds location several times this past week in hopes to play the Monopoly game. Both times I went and ordered a meal I did not receive a sticker to peal in order to play the monopoly game. This is frustrating because I only went to McDonald’s to play this Monopoly game.
So not only did I wait about 15 minutes for some french fries your manager Liz I believe her name is she claims to be the store manager here mandated about five to six different customers go and use the kiosk rather than helping those five or six different customers to where they would have been able to have sat down and then good you had about three people who walked out because she would not help them. Had I not placed my order already I would have walked out as well so when I asked the young lady why is it that she doesn't want to help people her customer service response was it's our job to know how to use the kiosk not her job to take our order which to me is kind of crazy I don't know why you would have somebody managing your store who is blatantly inconsiderate and is not once to help customers especially in the establishment to where it's supposed to be customer friendly your service here was spotty slow and was horrible and my problem is is that she doesn't seem to really care too much so you're letting kiosks overturn proper customer service
On October 12, 2025 I went to this McDonalds and stood at the front counter to have someone take my order. After 10 minutes an African American lady working there told me that someone would be helping me. Then a young lady with a hoop nose ring, that was also working there yelled that I had to order at the kiosk and that she wasn't taking no orders at the counter. I said nothing and continued to wait. Then the same lady with the nose ring asked me if I had ordered at the kiosk. I told her no and she said that I had to order there. I told her that the McDonalds website says that kiosks are recommended but not required to order food. Then she said that the website wasn't her boss and that she wasn't going to get fired for taking an order at the counter. Then I told her that I was going to pay with EBT, which is processed at the counter and she replied, "well I don't know what you're going to do then" and walked away. Two other people behind me heard the conversation and walked out along with myself. Will not be going there again.
Been here a few times in the morning and afternoon. Everytime I've gone here the wait is SOOOOO LOOOOONG. I could see if it was packed but it hasn't been when I've gone. All they say is that they only have one person up front. Seems like they my want to add more staff. The food is same as any other McDonald's just slow service.
Asked order thru drive thru, got my two coffees, I was handed out my food. I asked for ketchup, lady gave two items. I asked for 4 more she stated she thought she game me enough, I told her I ordered 3 meals??? Then she forgot to gave me my apple juice. Had to drive back, walked inside the restaurant waited to be helped experienced another unhappy customer, manager was gettho, bad experience overall. Sadly
AVOID. Worst drive thru experience ever. Let's me wait at the window 5 minutes. Then tells me to park. I drive a v8. Wasted gas just sitting there. On top of that every number on the drive thru line was filled. Waited about 15 minutes for my food. NEVER AGAIN. Management needs to undergo review. Also sanitation is a must, place inside is filthy. Smells, looks dirty & you can tell the people don't take their job serious. My worst review I've ever had on any place. Hands down awful
Manager has no business being a manager!! If McDonald's Corporation puts no emphasis on "good customer will" you get poor service! Cashier/ order window was very pleasant. Second window person was also very polite, but I was asked to pull around to wait while they make my order. 11 minutes go by and I walk in only to find that my bag is sitting there cold. I ask the manager for a refund for the inconvenience and HOT food. He says he can only do a refund or remake the food. What do you think I did?
I went to this location before work for a coffee and used the mobile ordering. I waited in my car for 10 minutes and no one came out with my coffee. I went to the door and tapped on it until someone came out. I let them know I placed an order on mobile app and waited over 10 minutes and have not received my coffee. The lady told me I had to go through the drive-thru. I told her that's not how the mobile ordering works. I have been to other locations using the mobile ordering and have had no issues. Even though I was charged for the coffee and not given the coffee I proceeded to ask for a refund. She then stated that I had no order open on their screen. I am very disappointed with this location the lack of competency and customer service is horrifying. DO NOT GO HERE! Even under the review at this location says it has mobile ordering but is not compliant. Why are you going to have parking spaces for mobile ordering if you are going to just turn customers away and keep their money and not give them the items they ordered. There is no sign posted that states mobile ordering has to go through the drive-thru. Also while I was there someone from doordash tried to pick up an order and was instructed to go through the drive-thru which was pretty long.
