Recommended, without profit, by the property where we stayed in Lerici. Everything was excellent! From the welcome (a few minutes before opening) to the dishes, with the option of choosing from a set menu or à la carte. The staff were smiling and helpful, even on January 1st—not at all predictable. Our two dogs were also welcomed with kindness and attention. The price was reasonable and the discount at checkout was appreciated. We'll definitely be back on our next vacation in the area. Happy 2026 to you all.

I always enjoy coming here: the place is very welcoming, the staff are friendly, and the traditional Lunigiana food is truly excellent. Perhaps the portions of panigacci—served one at a time until the accompanying cured meats run out—are a bit small, about one per person, and you have to wait a bit for more.

Delicious panigacci, which you can pair with the classic cured meats/cheeses platter or the vegetarian one. Fast service, friendly staff, and excellent value: for five of us, we spent €24 each, ordering three classic platters, two vegetarian platters (panigacci baskets continued until we stopped), cheeses, water, five desserts, and three coffees. Highly recommended!

I rarely write reviews, but this place is one of the few that truly deserves it. I often order the panigacci, which are excellent, and the vegetarian ones are amazing; if you try them, you'll want to come back. The chiodini (a type of pasta) is excellent... the fried mushrooms (seasonal), the testaroli (a type of pasta), the draft beer... the desserts, the first courses... Fast, very kind, smart, very reasonable prices, high quality in every detail. A sure thing. They don't even bother you 😂

Local friends brought me to eat at this place. It's on the main road, but the hedges tastefully make it feel contained. The outdoor tables are comfortable and the atmosphere is pleasant. The panigacci are delicious, the basket is always refilled with new, hot ones. The cheese, vegetables, and cold cuts are very good. "Homemade" flavors 🌷 I also tried the sausage cooked between the hot testi, delicious. The lard is truly special, it melts on the hot panigacci. I can't say about the price, as I was invited. I'll be back soon! 😍

I've been to this place several times and it never disappoints. The trio of boiled meats is my favorite dish. For the first time, I ordered the vegetarian platter to accompany my panigacci and it was a wonderful discovery. A welcoming place with good service.

Pleasant surprise on the road from Sarzana to Santo Stefano Magra. The Panigo offers traditional local dishes: excellent testaroli (especially those with pesto!), very tasty tagliolini with white veal ragù and porcini mushrooms (well seasoned!) and very tasty Pignone sausage nail (cooked in the text!). But the braised cheek with polenta is absolutely worth trying (the meat was really tender!). Attentive service, young atmosphere, excellent value for money and considerable portions! After a second visit the opinion does not change: we can add that the ravioli with meat sauce are also excellent and that you cannot fail to try the scherpada from Ponzano Superiore!
