Always a delight, I'm partial to the chips & queso, but they definitely have some decent burritos too. They seemed a bit understaffed the day I came in, but they were all working so hard together, hope they're getting compensated well. 🤘💚🤘🖖💯
This is what you'd expect from a typical Chipotle. The food is good, the quality is good. Came in here on a weekday evening, and the place was pretty easy to find a seat. Definitely clean, well organized, friendly staff. If you're traveling through town, finishing up a bike ride through the Mulholland hills, or just looking for something healthy to eat that is satisfying, Chipotle has always been a good choice. Crowd-pleaser for sure.

I’ve probably eaten here over 100 times! Has it been a perfect partnership? No not really... have I received more than I’ve given? By far yes! I give it five stars because any problem I’ve ever had has always been dealt with swift and responsive attentiveness. My go to is the salad bowl but I like the tacos as well. When I’m feeling like a wild child I’ll go for quesadilla with steak. I think you’ll really enjoy it.

10/10 best chipotle location in the valley. Let me go down the list and explain why. First all the team members always welcome me like family and it’s the little things like that keep me coming back. Joshua always gets my order right so I appreciate his attentiveness. Rachelle does a superb job at always making me feel welcomed. Yasmin stays smiling which makes it easy for me to feel better even after a long shift when I come here to grab food. Natalie is the ultimate team player and think the happiness radiates off her and makes for a great dining experience every time
I went for lunch and had a Carne Asada bowl. I had to ask the guy to put a bit more meat because he almost didn't put any It was delicious and I had to save half for later. I had the chimchuri sauce, that would be awesome on anything. YUM

Ordered to go from this location tonight and our chicken and steak bowls were delicious. Portions and quality of food were great! Customer service was also top notch and appreciated seeing COVID precautions continuing to be taken and enforced. My only complain and reason to knock off a star is the wait time, line was pretty long with one employee serving causing a long delay to order and get our food. Employee handling the payments was also cleaning adding to the waiting time - maybe they were just short staffed today but I still recommend and will visit again!
Great food per usual, however they almost always have something missing. I’m talking major items like guacamole or fajitas, which, to me being a vegetarian, is a deal breaker. This is especially common in the last hour before closing time because employees are too lazy to cook. The business should be fully functional until it’s fully closed, otherwise those cooks are being paid for nothing in the last hour or so, right?
Typical Chipotle menu, so you know what you are going to eat. Service with a smile, and pretty quick considering how busy it was at lunch service. Parking to the rear, free and close to the door, parking on the street out front available depending on the time. Clean venue, but a consistent homeless problem in the car park to the rear.
Hit or miss. Don't go towards closing. Anytime u come here like an hour or two before closing they're food tastes and looks like its been sitting there for a while. They tend to not refill anything and the beans always extra dry. This location in particular tends to close down a couple hours before they close probably to save food and low amounts of people at night. However other locations don't do this and continue to serve good fresh food until they close so just go early and u should be fine.

But for some reason I didn't order anything spicy and yet there were moments where I had spicy right in my mouth and it was less pleasant.

I buy from this place often and most of the time it's all good. However July 17th just before noon I went in for 2 burrito bowls to go and when the girl got to the chicken she put in one scoop but thought it was too much and then removed some of the chicken. THAT is a huge NO! once the meat is in you don't remove it. maybe try putting less on the spoon but don't remove it once it's in the bowl. She was not only making the food but also cashing out the people which I think is also not a great thing because she can only do 1 thing at a time. Get more help maybe, I know workers are hard to come by but Sunday at noon 1 person.
I don't know why that when they were about to close they gave me less meat than a normal Chipotle would during the day. Also she threw the ingredients in so fast I couldn't even specify to drain the beans. Then when she put salsa inshe pretty much got all of the salsa water but none of the actual chopped vegetables. I didn't know I could get soup at Chipotle but come here if that's your gig.
I went in today and an employee with clown make up named rachelle was so rude. A lady that might have been homeless asked for a free burrito and they couldn’t do it ( which is understandable) so I decided to buy it for her. Rachelle was rushing this lady to assemble her burrito, not even trying to listen. This lady is asking rachelle to add more rice and completely ignored her. It’s not like it’s coming out of her paycheck ! I paid for the damn burrito ! She rushed the whole order trying to rush me to pay and was clearly annoyed we were trying to take our time to order. And was clearly annoyed I bought this lady a meal. Also they skimp so badly on meat, they don’t even give you a full spoon of it. If you ask for more they want to charge as double. I was very disappointed with this chipotle location.
This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I'm not gonna blame the workers cause there were only two on a Saturday afternoon at around 5pm. I'm guessing it's really on the manager. One person was in the back, doing ALL the cooking and sorting things out back there. I could see that the counter space was a mess with all sorts of spilled foods. But can anyone blame that person? That person had no help! And the other was doing everything up front by himself. He'd put on brand new surgical gloves, put together an order, then ring up the order for EACH individual customer in line, only to go back and put on a new pair of gloves for the next customer, and so on and so forth. It was the most inefficient thing I've ever seen at a Chipotle. And again, I don't think he's to blame. He was doing the best he could. And because there was a line, the guy in the front had no time to clean the counter, so if you ordered a burrito, the edges of that burrito were going to soak up the sauces and debris (and bacteria) that had been sitting there for who knows how long? I felt compelled to order a bowl instead. The food was decent enough, but it just felt so sad eating there, and I didn't feel that great eating from a place so poorly managed and cleaned.
I came in around 7pm ish and ordered the steak bowl to go. They were out of so many items I usually get and gave the smallest guacamole I’ve ever got at a chipotle. I paid for a scoop not a teaspoon of it. If you need to stay open which I understand just raise the price not cut the portion.
This place is a hit or miss, and never consistent. However, one thing is consistent which is the unavailability of certain items during certain times. It's 8:45pm on a weeknight and I'm told there's no veggies. I thought, "No problem, it's about an hour before close and they're done for the night." I asked for my meal to-go, but instead sat down to watch the workers. And I knew it. Half way into my meal, someone asks for veggies and they tell her it'll be done in a few minutes. If you had showed me the courtesy to wait, I would have been more than happy to do the same. So I think this location has some communication issues they can work out.

Me and my mom were having a great time and got rudely interrupted in the middle of our meal and conversation by a worker, a chubby white guy as he demanded we leave the restaurant and kicked us out because we aren't vaccinated. Ruined my appetite and mood. I am not going to get the vaccine because I don't feel the need to get it for my own reasons. I hope this place closes down. Masks weren't enough now we need a vaccine on top of that. Losers
I walk in at 7:45pm, there is no line, crew is standing around. I go to order food and there are no cooked vegetables or brown rice ready. So, I have to wait 10 minutes while they cook them. This happens all the time at this location. As I stood and waited, 2 customers left because of the wait. Why can't they figure it out? It would seem to me they could be better prepared.
This is the 3rd time my online order is wrong. I haven’t even said anything about the other two because it was only missing cheese or guac but this time; wrong type of rice, no beans , no cheese AND wrong type of meat. Last time I come here

The guy working the front was trying but they seemed understaffed. Maybe someone called out. But the food was not good. He maintained a great attitude given the circumstances. But I wish the food was a bit more fresh.
Do yourself a favor, go to the mall or riverside drive but NOT the Studio City Chipotle! This location is very poorly run and it is unclean from top to bottom. "Manager" admitted that the guacamole I paid $2.95 extra for consisted of two large chunks of avocado that were so hard as to be inedible and instead of apologizing or offering my money back, his response was "are all avocados perfect?"
Ordered for delivery a bean, rice and cheese burrito and got a burrito full of rice, no beans (may be 4 or 5 beans) and also a couple of pieces of meat (I am a vegetarian). The worst burrito ever! Went to the store to complaint (entered from back) and got sick from the stench before entering (very strong sewage smell). The place inside was filthy!!! garbage all over the floor, dirty tables. There was even garbage and a liquid spill right by cashier. Asked to speak to a manager and this young girl came out. I told her about the burrito issue and she never apologized or offered a compensation, she just said that she will tell her staff to be more careful. I walked out in disgust and will never go back as I feel it is poorly managed and filthy. Reading other reviews I can see that I am not the only one finding dirty.
This was always my go to Chipotle as its near my home. I visited this week with my wife and we both agreed that we'd never return. Dirty and unkept. We entered as usual through the back near the parking area. First we encountered the stench of the bathrooms ... it smelled like the sewage was boiling over. Then we entered the restaurant and noticed the dirty, disgusting floors, and that about 1/2 the ceiling lights were out. We ordered our food and then went to get utensils, and noticed that the spoons were in a container that had water at the bottom. We ate our food, which tasted good, on par with what Chipotle should taste like, but we both just couldn't get past the idea that we were going to end up sick from the filth. We exited through the front as we didn't want to pass through the smell of sewage emanating from the bathroom again. Goodbye forever, Chipotle of Studio City.
Every time I go to these places in different states it’s the same problem they trained people to service a little amount of stake and everything as on top of that many places the floors are not clean for example the one in North Hollywood on lakersheim I went today the one on Ventura same thing dirty inside and unsanitary when you walk the stairs to get in
Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with staff at any restaurant or fast food chain ever. I will never be returning to this location. The staff is generally rude and incompetent but I brush it off because I understand the stresses of working in the service industry but today was the last straw. They were mostly out of guacamole for my bowl so I said I would be fine to wait for another batch to be made. Instead she scrapes the bottom of the bin and hands me my bowl with the tiniest amount of old guacamole on it. That rubbed me the wrong way but I didn’t want to make it a big deal so I took the bowl and paid for it but said I’d like to come back when the fresh guac was made and get some more. I started eating and when I noticed fresh guac had been made I went up and asked for some more. The girl rolls her eyes at me and pushes a cup of guac at me like it’s the biggest inconvenience. I said thank you and then the young guy working (dark medium length hair, Hispanic) said “that will be $5” and I said that I just wanted a proper amount of fresh guac. And the guy and two female workers started laughing rudely at me and said I already had enough and I’d have to pay for more. I said never mind that’s fine and walked back towards my table. The guy said “OKAY BYEEEEE” in the rudest tone and the two girls (also dark hair, young, Hispanic) started laughing and whispering. I went back to my table and finished eating my food but the entire time I could hear them loudly making fun of me and talking and laughing. They weren’t even trying to hide it and I could tell they were intentionally being nasty and trying to hurt my feelings. It was honestly the most bizarre experience. All over guacamole. I’m not sure what the work culture is like there but the staff is overtly rude, nasty, and incompetent and they don’t even try to hide it. I will never be returning to this location.
Chipotle has always been my go to spot for lunch, usually order through Uber eats. The last couple of times I’ve stopped by in person to grab my food, all the employees are super nice except for one that I think is the manager. His name is Johnny…. He is EXTREMELY rude! Every single encounter I’ve had with him has been awful. I’ve even seen him yell at his employees. Will never ever go to this location again, someone needs to do something about this or else they will be loosing a lot of customers.
The last time I went to there was a year ago. I ordered 2 bowls to go. At the cashier, the price was higher than I expected. So I just ask politely why. And the guy at cashier said loudly I mean really loudly “beef is expensive than chicken that is why.” And again “usually beef is a more expensive than chicken! “ of causes I know, I just forgot that I ordered beef one of them for my young daughter who is next to me. I was so embarrassed by his attitude. And my daughter paralyzed to me because BEEF WAS EXPENSIVE AS HE SAYS. But actually stake meat was 4,5 small slices. It was very little portion. So, i didn’t go back a year. But tonight, I went back since then. Then I realized portion got more shrink. And I only have $100 bill for 2bowls order. And cashier says they don’t have change. I check another pocket there were $25 so I paid it. The price was $23.40. And cashier gave me $0.25. I didn’t want to say anything. I didn’t want to leave tip. I just left restaurant with food. I think this location will close soon. Meat was dry. Seems not many customer coming. No change in the register. It seems no management. Anyway, I will never go back again.
Chipotle is usually one of my favorite places to eat. They're fast, they're fresh and their service is friendly. I don't know what all these other people are talking about giving this specific location five stars... it took them 35 minutes to do and redo my order (1 item) Meanwhile they had about 7 guests waiting on three different Meats. This location is run like it's being run by toddlers. Get this place under control, it's giving other Chipotles a bad name.
My experience with the employees was aweful. They all had bad attitudes, and was very unprofessional. They were trying to Charge me extra for something I get all the time, barely putting any meat in my bowl. Employees was coming from the back making themselves full bowls of just meat by it self as the new youngman was trying his best to help the entire line, solo. Once I asked for a Manager, insisted they make my bowl the way I always get it, then 3 young ladies magically came out of the back. One began to pretended to start working, by training a new young lady. On top of that the entire food counter was filthy dirty, and food spilling out and not being wiped off as they go along. I've never been mistreated at this location in all the years I've been coming here. Nor have I even seen it look this way. UNACCEPTABLE!!
Very very unprofessional staff! The food is good but staff is horrible, its like a buch of kids just having fun and not taking anything serious. I asked for cheese rude lady up front said they dindt have any, they weren't expecting i was going to come back 5 min later to order again and see the a bowl full of cheese. Their faces got embarrassed when they saw me and just laugh at what they had done. I will drive an extra 10 minutes next time I'm craving Chipotle.

AVOID. I just got food poisoning from this chipotle location. It was the only meal I had that day so it was surely from here. When I got home I told my wife that I had a strange experience here and the food looked…. Old. I should have just thrown it out and asked for a refund. Food was not good, steak was chewy, guac was browned and I stupidly ate it anyways. Chipotle as a whole has gone down in quality, quantity and is just too expensive to justify it. However if you want chipotle, don’t go to this location. It’s a bunch of 20 year olds who seem like they could care less about their jobs, cooking really shitty food.

I placed an online order using a promotional code for free guacamole. When I arrived to pick up my order, the guacamole was not included. I showed Manager Carlos screenshots of the online promotion clearly stating I would receive free guacamole with my order. He dismissed this, told me the online system was "incorrect," and refused to honor the promotion that Chipotle itself advertised. This is false advertising. Your company offered a promotion, I followed the terms, and your manager refused to fulfill it. Carlos was dismissive and showed no interest in resolving the issue or providing any customer service.
Went today they had just barely opened not even two hours in and they were already out of almost everything. Such a poorly managed location not to mention this employee who was painted like a clown (she was wearing clownish make up she also had red hair) was so rude for no reason and she had just barely clocked in. Chipotle do better!
