Have been going to this location for a couple of years, staff is always courteous even when they're busy and it's rarely not busy. Typically I drive through however on occasion I will walk inside. Have ordered on the app ahead of time and it's ready when I arrive. So far have never had any issues with any of the drinks that I've ordered. Highly recommend!

This Smoothie King location is the best! I've been going here for a long time and have noticed a recent dramatic change in the quality of service. The staff is super friendly and always greet customers with a smile. Jason is one of the workers there who is especially welcoming and just fantastic! He remembers my name AND my order (with my specific additions). That type of service is worth noting! The management and team are all awesome! They are also way faster than before :-)

This is the ONLY Smoothie King that I will go to. Why? Bc the customer service, wait time, and quality is so top tier. They could have a line of people and I won’t be waiting long at all. They work diligently to ensure they have you gone in a timely manner all while making the best smoothies! I want to briefly give Marcus his praise as he is a lot of the reasons why I frequent this one… he’s so nice and energetic…. Even at 6:30am, like how?? I love his attitude and willingness to ensure his customers are happy! Thank you Marcus.

Delicious smoothies with plenty of options. A little pricey, but good quality and refreshing.

Smoothies are good but the place is super slow (perhaps not enough workers during peak times). It's pretty humid on the inside too. I'm not sure if the latter is a consistent thing. But the slow service has been consistent for me. Don't go if you need to be somewhere else quickly.

I found a piece of hair in my pb swizzle 😡 Night time crew is no good but day time crew is the best! I never find any problems with my food in the day time crew but night crew the bananas be dark color, the run out of strawberries, sloppy. Night time crew need to do better!

Came today (Friday morning), ordered a 32 oz strawberry gladiator. It was watery with little taste to it.

Unresponsive and unpleasant employee attitudes. Don't seem able or capable of communicating professionally. Will not visit this location in the future.

Y’all are some greedy people. Jesus $15 for a açaí bowl (just one) when it full half way is insane. I wanted a quick little snack before work but y’all really couldn’t even fill it up. I paid for peanut butter drizzle and never even got it. I swear y’all make everything more expensive while giving us less.

This is by far the worst Smoothie King location I’ve ever been to. They have now messed up my Collagen Power Pineapple Kale smoothie TWICE, and both times it was the same employee, which tells me this isn’t an accident, it’s incompetence and lack of care. The first time, they remade it and it still wasn’t right, but I let it go. I gave them another chance, and that was clearly a mistake. This time, the employee had a horrible attitude the moment I told him the drink wasn’t correct. Instead of just fixing it like a professional, he acted annoyed, questioned me like I didn’t know what I ordered, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable and unnecessarily difficult. When he handed me the remake, the color looked completely wrong. Dull, off, and nothing like a fresh smoothie. It didn’t look appetizing, it didn’t look fresh, and it definitely didn’t look like something made with care. At that point, it was obvious he either doesn’t know how to make the drink properly or simply doesn’t care. It’s honestly ridiculous to pay premium prices just to receive the wrong product and attitude on top of it. Customers should not have to argue with staff just to get what they paid for. This location is unprofessional, inconsistent, and clearly poorly managed. I will not be returning to this Smoothie King again, and I would strongly recommend going to literally any other location if you actually want your drink made correctly and without attitude.

This used to be our go to place, but since they hired new crew they have been messing up our orders all the time. I ordered three smoothies today and all three were messed up. Coffee D-Lite was missing coffee, really? The other had a Spinach (of course they forgot to add). Gladiator Chocolate was taste like just almond milk (watery). I am not ordering from this place now, that's for sure.

I waited 30mins for 2 smoothies. The slowest Smooth King I’ve ever been to. The gentleman who took my order ended up making 1 smoothie when I clearly requested 2. It took another 15mins at the window for the staff to make just 1 more smoothie. I saw the staff playing around and just moving slow. Not the best customer service. Smoothies tasted great when I finally got them. If you have nothing better to do with your day and time to kill, then go to this location.

The tatted kid would barely let us finish talking when we were asking him questions about an item on the menu. He was rudely cutting us off before we could finish talking. We were patient. I got my Pineapple Kale drink. It had not a hint of green in it. Neither could I taste any kale. Last time I'll be going. I can't imagine someone with an attitude like that getting the ingredients right on every drink because it seems like he just wants people to hurry up and get out of there so he can get back to doing nothing. Do better about hiring.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered my smoothie on the app on 11/26.. drive up and the store is closed.. I check my credit card a week later and was still charged for that smoothie I didn’t receive. Call the store & was told because it was a week later they can’t refund me. What company takes your money, isn’t open then refuses to refund.

0 STARS The lack of customer service is very disturbing. I've come here for many years and it's just getting worse. I order multiple drinks and was given the wrong size, so I asked to make sure she remake it since I had this issue in the past and she guaranteed she was, she "remade" the drink in like a few seconds and was flavorless and so water down. So she said she will remake it again for the third time but at this point I no longer felt comfortable waiting on my drink and dealing with the attitude. So I will no longer be supporting this location.

Need to be cleaner and need to take care of personal hygiene...Its important when dealing with the public .

This is the worst smoothie King I’ve ever been. Besides that, I waited for a while, My smoothie taste It like chalk. It had no flavor and it was more watery than a smoothie. I’ve been to different locations and this one was a disappointment.

I had a terrible experience at this Smoothie King location. The service was awful from the start—the staff seemed uninterested and had a bad attitude, like they didn’t care about helping customers at all. The smoothies we ordered were poorly made, tasting off and thrown together without care. To make matters worse, the store didn’t seem clean; it definitely didn’t feel like hygiene was a priority here. When we tried to pay with cash towards the end of the night, we were told they don’t accept it, which was frustrating since there was no clear sign about this. On top of that, they refused to make bowls and rudely suggested we go to a different store if we didn’t like it. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location—it’s disappointing that Smoothie King would allow a store like this to operate with such poor service and cleanliness.

Waited forever, smoothie bowl watery, and strawberries, bananas sunk to the bottom ,over charged. She charged me extra for fruits when I wanted them subbed. Wait was forever when I go to the Smoothie King on Wilcrest it’s never like this ,base was super watery instead of thick she did not put hazelnut spread pretty on top. Overall, zero out of 10 experience. She was nice, but food was not good base so watery like soup.

Drive through wait time 15 min wait for one order order ... horrible service and the worker girl will just ignore you. Second time coming here to order a bowl and every time it’s always old pineapples or frozen ones they drizzled so much chocolate to try to hide the bad pineapples.

Employee who was serving had all this scabs that were not covered and the bowl I ordered was not made right . I paid 12.65 for this . Barely any fruit or granola .

I asked her for a bowl and she was speaking aggressively didn’t feel welcomed sounds like she didn’t want to be bothered & I told her no goji crunch and she proceeded to still give me a bowl with goji crunch on it I just didn’t like the attitude also got my order wrong

Just left the gym and came over to smoothie king about 15 minutes before they closed and waited in the drive through for 5 minutes nothing tried to come in and the door was locked and the lady with black hair said they closed through the glass door as I watched them clean what’s the point of saying y'all close at 10 if your workers are going to to close 15 minutes early all your making is a smoothie like dang you can’t make my one lil protein smoothie 😵‍💫 well now I know smoothie king across from eos closes at 9:45

Came through the drive through and was handed my smoothie in a plastic cup. Had I known they were out of foam cups I definitely would’ve went to another location. I hate plastic cups & this has to be the only location that always conveniently out of foam cups.

Usually I have a good experience…. It’s literally 8:40 and they had the lights off and were CLOSED. I wanted an açaí bowl and I just left another terrible location to come to this one. This is ridiculous, you guys need to get it together. Seriously.

I just left smoothie king and they told me they were out of the bowls…. Out of all the açaí bowls, how is it possible. It’s 8:30. They close until 10pm.

I miss my Dallas smoothie king! Traveling for work, there was a location 7 minutes from my hotel, open until 10 PM. I arrived at 9:35 PM and waited at the drive-thru speaker for about 10 minutes with no response. I saw an employee go inside from her car, so I assumed she was getting set up, but still nothing. I parked and tried the door at 9:45 only to find it locked. The sign clearly said open until 10 PM. A male employee told me they were closed. I pointed to the posted hours, and after speaking to his coworker, they said they’d take my order at the window. It felt awkward. There was no apology for the wait. I tried ordering a smoothie, but they tokd me they don’t make it there. By then the whole interaction felt uncomfortable as I look for a different smoothie on my app, so I left upset. It was a waste of time, and I felt like an inconvenience. I won’t return to this location.

I’ve never had a bad experience at a smoothie king until this evening. I got to this location and the lobby was locked before 9pm and the store doesn’t close until 10pm. Then I order a 32oz Strawberry Power Meal Slim with a shot of energy boost, I paid for it then the guy gives me a 20oz. I gave it back to him and he fills a 32oz cup with whatever was in the 20oz cup and something else. He gives me the 32oz and it tastes like he added just water and ice.. It tasted absolutely disgusting, I couldn’t even drink it. I was fatigued and came for some protein and energy boost. I paid $11.99 for something I couldn’t even enjoy!

The young lady working the drive-thru on 10/10 was rude. Please ensure your team receives proper customer service training. With so many people seeking work right now, professionalism and gratitude for employment go a long way in representing your business well.

Took for ever with are drinks. Service was not good. They answer the headset with what u want and that it. Pull up to the window. Open window said a total. Continue to talk to coworker. Closes window they both stand there and continue to talk 5min later 1 turns around starts making drinks. 9 min for 2 drinks and there was no other customers inside or drive thru.
