I stopped at this Starbucks location with my daughter for holiday drinks and all employees were very welcoming and sweet. Greeted us when we walked in and helped us choose a drink that was made to perfection. I was also looking for an item that the manager was so kind to help me find. This store was very clean and organized will be definitely coming back to this location.

First of all Destiny is the sweetest Starbucks employee I have encountered in a while! She took my order through the drive through and made recommendations to my order which I gladly accepted! Got to the window and she was just a breath of fresh air. So bubbly and sweet and I would definitely go back to this location just for her. My coffee came out amazing. Parking SUCKS. The lot is awkward and too full, the drive through line is also long. It’s probably better to park on the street. But the baristas are so sweet and friendly, even though they’re so busy. The interior is large and has a good feel.

The most frustrating aspect of this particular Starbucks location is the way the drive-thru line is managed. While I recognize that customer service expectations have shifted in today’s climate and that customers themselves can sometimes be challenging, the operational approach at this store is inefficient and poorly executed. Specifically, the decision to position an employee in the parking lot to take drink orders is intended to expedite service. However, in practice, it often has the opposite effect. The employee is stationed too far back in an already limited parking area, which creates unnecessary congestion and leaves multiple open car spaces ahead of the order-taker. As a result, vehicles remain backed up into Foothill Boulevard, blocking traffic on a major street. The purpose of having a team member outside should be to improve traffic flow and prioritize keeping vehicles off the main road. While it’s understandable that this location experiences high volumes during peak hours, it is not logical or operationally sound to have three to four empty car spaces in front of the order point while cars sit idle in the middle of a busy boulevard. This indicates a breakdown in strategic line management and traffic flow planning that should be addressed to improve both customer experience and public safety.
UPDATE: The barristas here need more training or more help. The got my order wrong twice in a week. First they added cream to my order of black tea, then they didn't give my my croissant. 3 stars now. UPDATE: I increase my review to 4 stars due to the recent remodel they did internally. They have extended the bar, added machines, and more barristas can fit there. Hopefully, this helps with the service. It also looks cool! 😎 Parking is still a big issue though! OLD REVIEW. Nice and big, but often crowded. They need to open another one near by. They got my drive-thru orders wrong twice. They shorted me on a quad espresso once.

Was in the drive-thru today was understanding in the beginning when the employee told me that the $20 dollar coupon wasn’t apply able cuz apparently all of the drinks had to be the same size and all but hey long line and I got curious and the girl in the drive thru who took my order needs to be trained again or needs to look at the deals before saying false advertisement because this is what the app tells me and I was charged $27.65 and I regret not ordering through the app but this was a last min decision when I had already pulled up in the long line/ wait. Stopped in on 12/13/19 and picked a coffee that tasted like it was watered down like from a vending machine. Tried calling store several times over a 30 min period and no one answered. Guess since I’m unable to resolve locally, I’ll give corporate a ring. Starbucks you were out of one of my fav fav drinks, the “Green Tea Latte” with light ice! “Out,” since this morning the barista said. Ouch. Switched back to an old fav the mocha frappe. It’ll do in a crunch. Tried the Chicken and Double Smoked Bacon Panini and it made up for the missed drink. The sandwich is loaded over the top with bacon, way more than expected, and way more delish. Happy.

This particular Starbucks never ever ever gives a receipt. I always use the drive thru it's never a long wait, staff is nice. The hot chocolate taste like water not hot chocolate, I ordered a warm butter croissant but I received it cold.
The most pathetic starbucks ever. I was told that as per company policy i can't reload my starbucks app for over $50 which is not correct as I have reloaded over $100 multiple times. Moreover the manager was rude and asked me to go to another starbucks if I was not happy with the policy. Making thier own rules.

We drove two hours and went to this Starbucks to buy a coffee and use the restroom. Have you ever had to go to the bathroom SO bad that you couldn’t think straight? That’s how we both were feeling. Walking in the music was so loud but the most bothersome thing is that we were REFUSED the bathroom code until we ordered FIRST! What!? I explained to the girl that we really needed to use the restroom then we would order. She said… “it will only take a minute.” My spouse was waiting at the bathroom door and I wasn’t even sure what to order at that moment. Such poor customer service!! We left to use the bathroom at Panda and ended up eating there instead. Yes, Panda staff allowed us to use their bathroom before ordering! I am highly disappointed in Starbucks. It’s not like we were homeless. We were dressed up with Sunday clothing. We refused to purchase a coffee over this incident so Starbucks lost out on our money over a bathroom that doesn’t cost the employees anything to allow us to use. I went back to take a few photos after we ate at Panda. We’ve purchased from many Starbucks many times over and I constantly buy gift cards for other people. This incident and Starbucks is a huge disappointment!
Always big lineups and drive through takes long , they are slow and twice I got wrong drink I'm lactose intolerant and I order latte with oat milk, they made with regular milk and I got sick because of that even a little sip I threw out the rest because to go back and get correct would take another half hour, even there was a sticker on my cup saying oat milk the person took correct order but who ever made it screwed up.
