Our first time trying last Saturday, the gentleman at the counter was the nicest. He included fries at no extra cost for my little guy along with a mini cheesecake from the cooler. We brought our food home to eat and everything was amazing. We got the lamb gyro bowls, falafel, and some baklava. Best falafel I've ever had. Everything was so good! We will be going back frequently!

The food is SOOOO delicious. They made it hot right there. Fresh. I WAS disappointed that a fresh fruit drink that was advertised on their website was not there. The owner didn't have any idea what I was talking about even though I showed him on their website. I would definitely visit again though. That's a small thing.

Super sad to write this review. This is my favorite Mediterranean restaurant in Syracuse. The only thing I've actually ever gotten here is the Shish Tawook bowl, but it's just amazing. Today when I ordered it, the gentleman behind the counter misunderstood and gave me the platter. When I asked why there were no french fries, he called the gentleman from the kitchen in who had seen me come in and recognized me and remembered my order as the platter, and so that's what he did. In his defense, he did ask me, "Shish Tawook?" and I did say yes. It seemed simple enough to fix by adding the fries and charging me for the bowl, but the gentlemen charged me for the platter and then an additional five dollars for the fries. So instead of $16.50, it was $19.50. When I pointed out the error, he called the gentleman from the kitchen in, and then both of them argued that I had not said "bowl," (I had) and that me saying "yes" when the gentleman asked me the question meant that this is what I ordered. We're only talking about three dollars, and yes, I could just let that go, but it was more the principle of it. You would think they would just say, "so sorry, no worries, let us fix that." Especially for a regular customer who's never done anything but sing their praises. My rating is still pretty high, because the food is so good, and the service has always been so friendly, and I don't understand what happened today. Super sad about it.

Pretty bad for the price. Steak was very dry and not seasoned well. Definitely won’t be coming here again. Way better halal options near by

The vegetarian platter was delicious. The lamb was pulled from the freezer and IMMENSELY SALTY!!!!! Wow. Baklava was TERRIBLE!!! Very sad. It was all mushed together and wet. They’re not selling it quick enough or they’re making the filo dough wrong. Do not be tempted by the beauty of the baklava. Stick to the fresh stuff they keep at the bar in front of you.

They’re not selling it quick enough or they’re making the filo dough wrong. Do not be tempted by the beauty of the baklava. Stick to the fresh stuff they keep at the bar in front of you.

This restaurant is a scam to take your money. They charge higher than the mentioned price in the menu, didn’t notice when I was paying the bill, manager didn’t declare the price also, but I ask immediately and manager said the menu is not updated, and they don’t care about it, also claimed every restaurant is doing the same. Food quality is even more worse, chicken is hard, fries feel raw potatoes.

Very disappointed...this was for my wife who just had a tooth extraction and she can't eat anything but soup not only the soup was bad but it made her more sick .I also got the chicken shworma wrap the portion is so little. I'm not returning for sure 😕.

Paid 20 for a very extremely small steak over fries. The steak over rice platter is three times bigger and 4 dollars less expensive. Portions are incredibly small. Also, the steak taste terrible. I had to throw the whole plate in the garbage

I am from a place heavily concentrated with authentic, quality middle eastern cuisine… this place was NOT good. I ordered a shish tawook bowl and it was covered in soggy, lukewarm fries. The salad is like, 3 soggy leaves of lettuce. They asked if I wanted white sauce.. I said yes, but they put white sauce and WAY too much orange burger sauce on top of that which I didn’t ask for. It basically made my meal inedible. After three bites I was nauseous, and on top of that… The staff was extremely rude and not friendly In the least. Complete the waste and overpriced.

Ordered two Gyros last night and they only had a couple strips of meat going across the pita to make it look like it was more while folded, the rest of the Gyro was over stuffed with lettuce and tomato. It was pretty much pita and lettuce for nine dollars a pop. What little meat was on my Gyro was completely dry as if it’s been reheated for days. Do not waste your money here. I had to give it one star because zero stars is not an option.
