Hot, fresh, tastey food prepared in a timely fashion with decent customer service. I expect nothing more. I got the French dip and mozzarella cheese sticks.

My family and I at dinner at Arby's tonight and it was great. Feed all four of us for about$20. Got Arby's originals, fries to share, drinks and a small mint chocolate shake. It was great and we all came away happy and full.
The Manager was very kind and made me some breakfast even though they weren’t quite open yet. Best Arby’s I have ever been to. Very kind people. I can tell they really care.

OMG okay so I have a FAVORITE location for most chain restaurants. Now I HATE arbys, not cos of the food, because of the people making the food. And I had never thought I’d ever have a favorite arbys because of the past experiences I’ve had with other locations. I go tonight and order some food and from the get go the drive through speaker was so polite, my husband ordered a chicken sandwich and the guy couldn’t remember so he politely asked which we understand sometimes fast food is stressful so we let him know and he says that’s what we thought but we want to be FOR SURE instead of assuming and possibly giving us the wrong thing. Because of this one kid working drive through at 10 Pm probably stressed and exhausted, we will be returning to our new FAVORITE arbys. He was so kind and made the whole experience amazing. I didn’t catch him name but he deserve the upmost praise, it really isn’t about the food it’s about the experience people give you and he gave us the best!
The manager at this place is awesome. He's always chatty and tells me if there is something new on the menu I might like. I disliked one, one time. He gave me a free meal the very next day.
Each time I have gone into this store, they are friendly. For has come out hot and fresh 86% of the time. I'll continue to go back.
Great Arby’s location. I’ve never had any problems and the food is delicious. It’s always hot and served fast. The employees are always get things done quickly. The beef n cheddar is mainly what I get. However the sliders are also very nice. The pizza slider has to be my favorite.
The place was very nice and the food was good. The girl behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. She also brought our food out to us which was very nice. I tried their new burger and it was pretty tasty, but for the price I probably wouldn't get it again.
They were amazing! We ordered online and accidentally ordered at the Clinton location but he was very nice and made us our order instead of making us drive to Clinton! Very good customer service!

really, you got questions? it's arbys! came in later at night 930pm, got my half-pound beef and cheddar. still piping hot when i got home. love the mask the young lady was wearing. awesome food, good service, great attitudes from the people inside. looked and sounded like they were having fun. keep it going!
Good food. Great service. Always clean. I come here with my dad and brother after general priesthood session and it's basically a tradition now. This place is good. I would recommend it. I like the sandwiches! And yes! They do have the meats!!!!
They always take care of me and get my food out fast. The drive thru line is never monotonous. And they always oblige with a smile when I ask them for in appropriate amounts of three pepper sauce :)
My experiences at this location have been very consistent. The orders come out very fast, but the quality of the food is good. The highlight of this location is the staff. The employees are always friendly and pleasant to interact with.
Whoever that young kid is working the window deserves a raise or promotion. He noticed he was not going to give me all the items and corrected it on the spot. His actions are what customer service should be. You could tell he cares about his job and the satisfaction of the customer.
I really liked this Arby’s even though it’s kinda empty, it still smelled nice and it was everything was clean more or less, the people were nice and everything was nice.
Pretty chill Arby’s location and crew working at this location. Definitely better than the experience I had at Café Zupas across street from here where the crew didn’t acknowledge me. Good to know there’s some great people who aren’t superficial in Syracuse.

There was no line, that was nice! The person helping me was a man, didn't get his name but he was very thorough and I appreciated that and very nice! I got everything in my order and everything was hot and ready to go! I went through the drive through
The Manager is very friendly and helpful. Today the manger went above and be beyond I forgot my auju normally I would have to pay for the auju which normally cost me 50 cents but today she said not to worry about it and gave it to me for free he is a very nice carrying manager thank you arbys

Had a small miscommunication during my visit and the manager handled it with grace. Can't recommend this team and location enough! Always have had a great experience here and the team has always had fantastic customer service.

I think this is the most presentable Arby's I have been to or it could be a new location too that's why it looks really nice. On their food, can't comment much since I like food in Arby's compared to other food/burger chains so food here of course are prepared same as rest of locations. The inside looks really nice compared to other locations. Very clean and well maintained. Staff are attentive. Parking around the building is sufficient.
One of the cleanest fast food joints I've been in. Even the sidewalk sparkled. Fast service,.........cold fries, or would've been five star.
Friendly service clean restaurant other then a sticky floor think someone put to much cleaning solution in the mop bucket but the restaurant was clean and food was good
The dinning room was clean the staff was very friendly. Arbys is consistent and is easy to make healthy choices as long as you stick with the side salad, you can keep about any meal to about 700 calories.
I am very pleased arbys has expanded the menu a lot. Its not all just roastbeef anymore. Their is so much more too choose from and I couldn't be happier !!! The place is a little dirty at times. But the employees are friendly. Its a thumbs up by me :)
I like this Arby’s location and I don’t have many complaints about this particular restaurant. My main complaint is about Arby’s in general. The drive through is much slower than other fast food restaurants and the menu is kind of confusing the first several times you eat there.
I had not so nice things to say about this particular Arby's. That has changed . the last couple of times they have done a fabulous job. Kudos, keep it up and I'll be back!
Food was delicious. The service was very well. The atmosphere could be a little bit more clean but all in all great place to eat
My wife and I got a beef and cheddar sandwich and it was pretty good. The only problem we had was the tables were all dirty and they had 4 employees just standing behind the counter talking with each other.
The taste is very consistent of Arby's. The staff is always super nice amd professional. The food has always been warm and they are great with adjustments on the food for preference and dietary restrictions. Some times there is a long wait and others they are super quick. And time of day doesn't make a difference.
We love our local Arbys. I would have given 5 stars for their great tasting food, fast service, good attitudes and the fact we can understand them in the drive thru is awesome. The only downside is their incredible ability to leave at least one item we order and paid for out of our order. The last 5 times we were there...they missed one item. Tonight was the jalapeno bites. It's kinda turned into a game for us to see what they leave out. So 4 out of 5 stars. You guys are AWESOME! And we're willing to sacrifice one item per meal for great food👍
I appreciate the friendly staff at this location. I've been consistently visiting this location for a while and they are about 92% accurate on their orders. Sometimes you have to offer a friendly reminder like," hold the onions or no ice in my beverage," but generally good location for a quick bite.
The service isn't exactly speedy, but I was craving Arby's specifically and wasn't in a hurry, anyway. My order was accurate and the food was fresh.
Very slow. And the food was lukewarm. The place had customers at tables, but they already had their food, so don't know what the deal was. And the floor had a lot of trash. I guess no one takes the initiative there and cleans up.
I find myself ordering the same thing over and over. No matter what I order, it's like the item from last time. The people here are friendly but the food is no different than any other Arby's nor is it prepared any better.
Ordered the #1 Bourbon BBQ brisket, I think, and the sandwich was awesome! Service was great! Fries were old and pieces and drink was half ice, I hate that.
To be perfectly honest every time I've gone to this Arby's location (Syracuse) there's been some problem or menu mix up, and/or the food took forever. I still enjoy the chain and food though.
This place is hit and miss… more miss as of late hence this review. I used to love their curly fries but lately, they have been soggy, oily and just gross. Fries should be hot and yummy not cold and soggy. It is apparent to me they want to be timely and get you in and out quickly but it appears in order for them to do that, food is prepared too far in advance. I hope you guys find a happy medium where you serve hot/fresh food in a timely fashion. 🤷🏻♀️
The food is good and the staff is friendly. My only issue is they don’t allow any app deals. It really kills the experience. All the other restaurants in the area allow app deals but nearly all the app deals are disabled for this location. I’m not spending more for less food.
Stopped for a ham and cheese and found the wait to be extra long (everyone in the dining room was TIRED of waiting for their food). The garbage by the soda dispenser was full and overflowing and one of the workers was scrambling to re-stock the plastic forks that was empty. The floor was sticky. The food was great and freshly made. I came in for a ham and cheese and it was excellent, but the rest of my experience was poor. :(
Everyone knows what Arby's food is like and this place is no different. The issue I have is after several visits (I've lived near for more than 6 years), everytime I go there it takes a minimum of 20 minutes to get my food. If I ever say anything, they just say the same line everytime, "Sorry, we were getting fresh food for you." If I let them know they say the same thing everytime they give me the blank stare and don't say anything. Only one time have I pushed it any further and the manager didn't want to talk to me and just offered me some fries. As if that would fix it... They are lucky I like the food so I brave the wait every few months.
Food was ok. Service was awkward. Price was only accepted by me due to a coupon. Not really worth going to any Arby's without a one
This Arbys is notorious for forgetting to put things in your bags in the drive thru. They are always super nice, but its annoying to get home and be missing things.
Often very slow. Employees are sitting around doing nothing most of the time. It would be helpful if they were cross-trained and could help in other areas rather than sitting and waiting around. Also shouldn't they be wearing gloves?
If you say you're open and are taking an order a min before I pull up to the screen, I don't get why you're suddenly closed for me? Especially when you still have 30 mins according to your hours. I get places are closing early due to covid but if I see only a few cars and one just got done telling you what they want, definitely weird and rude. I've had off and on service before this, just adds to it. Night time especially
I don't usually write reviews and i love Arby's but this location consistently disappoints. Every time i've been to this location the buns are hard in places and this time the roast beef was even hard like it had been sitting out. I will make the drive to Layton next time I'm thinking Arby's.
I usually have a good experience here today im very disappointed ....drive thru was one of the worse, I was the only one in line the entire time I was there the person that took my order continued to ask several times what I ordered it was clear what i ordered but clearly they were confused on my double roast beef with crinkle fries with coke meal large when I got home this is what I got in fries the bare min of curly and crinkle fries should have checked the bag before I left asked for horsey and Arby's sauce no sauce coke was diet so not happy!!!!
Used a $4 coupon for a couple of Reuben sandwiches and also a large curly fries and a strawberry lemonade to drink. First off the sandwiches I was craving so bad and they had literally like a slice of meat or two at the most was very disappointing. The fries were literally the bottom of the barrel because not only were they cold but had all the small pieces and tons of crumbs in the container. The strawberry lemonade on the other hand was delicious! I’m very disappointed with my order and won’t go back to this location.
Staff is nice but went into the restaurant to eat. The entire restaurant was filthy. Fries on the floor, half eaten cheese sticks on table. 90 percent of their tables have crumbs and food on them. We have been here before but never this bad. There were only 2 other people in the restaurant. I feel this is more laziness then overburdened.
The service here around 7pm is terrible. The last 5 time I’ve came here they take like 20-30 minutes just to get my food ready and it’s not even busy when I come. Terrible service
I've never been a fan of the roast beef sandwich but I went recently and they had a pork belly sandwich. It was really good the first time so I went back and ordered it again. The second time it was about 10 percent meat and 90 percent fat. Not good at all. For the number of times I've been to Arby's over the years, I would hope have more than one good experience. Probably won't be back.
Soooooooo does the owner of this Arby’s just not care about this place anymore? I like the food just because I like Arby’s, but the service and atmosphere were wack. The workers act like they don’t get paid more than $5/hour. I walked in and stood at the counter to wait for someone to take my order. A lady was standing there, turned around to look at us, said nothing, and turned back around. So I waited there for 2 more minutes and another worker came and walked by us, looking at us, but also saying nothing. It all felt verrryyyyyyyv awkward. So I waited another 3 minutes and another guy saw us, didn’t say anything also. This guy was nice enough to walk up to the counter though. But after he did that, he literally just starred at us and said absolutely nothing. We hesitantly stepped forward and my girlfriend was like “uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh……. Could I get the number 7??” And he was like “yeah, crinkle or curly fries?” In the quietest voice ever. Like I don’t think we’re that intimidating…. idk 😂. The whole experience was weird and very awkward and not very good customer service. But the food was good enough.
Service was so slow there was a family in front of us and then my son and I inside and that was it. I took nearly 25 minutes to get our food. I could see no hustle with the workers. I can appreciate when you’re busy and everyone is working quickly but it takes a minutes. I would’ve been better off ordering driving to Clinton getting my food then driving back then to watch everyone behind the counter barely even move.
I go to the drive through because it's supposed to be fast but i sat in this drive thru for 25 minutes!! Last time i checked that's not fast food. The drive thru time here needs to be addressed!! Good food but very slow service!!
Came thru the drive through. Card was declined so we ran to the bank to get some money. Brother went back in to pay and ALL the employees rolled their eyes at him and went to get out food. VERY unprofessional
not family friendly There was one girl Arianna that was so rude to me and i think she was a manager because she was bossing everyone around and making them miserable. I even saw her push one of workers.Like what the hell dude? and she just threw my food on the counter and she didn't ask my what sauces i wanted and i had to ask another employee to get them.If this a manager i really think they should take that title away from her because she obviously doesn't deserve it. If i walk in there and see that she's working i would immediately lose my appetite because i know the employees have to go through hell thanks to her, to just get my order done.
This place is ridiculous. I've only been there 3 times and each time they've gotton the order wrong. I wasn't even offered an apology after I had to drive back to their location to get the correct order.
The wait was long and the food tasted like it was from a week ago. The potato cakes were supersaturated with oil. I love arbys but im going to the on in Clearfiled from now on.
Went in to go get food and there was a lobby girl, someone at the counter, and a cook. We walked in and the guy at the counter went to the back as well as the lobby girl. We sat there for 7 minutes waiting for service and then we just left.
How is that the last two times I have gone to this Arby's they are out of roast beef. It is a roast beef restaurant. Good thing there are other places that never run out of food to give my business to.
First they had the server repeat the wrong order 6 times! It gets even better. They still screwed up terribly the dude didn't even ask what our drinks were and he just put in what he thought was closest to him . So I came back and they STILL screwed up the drinks. And then the food was very cold. Never again!!!
Went through the drive up, I don’t know if the young man taking the order didn’t have his headset on right or just was lazy and didn’t care. I believe it was the latter as I went to the window he tried to clarify my order. I express what I wanted again… they still got it wrong..it was not difficult, just asked for just cheese no other sauces… they gave me the sandwich….. just beef and a bun….. face-palm…..
Came through at 10:45pm and they had closed early. I know coming close to closing can be annoying, but coming home late with a couple of hungry and tired kids happens. Would have been nice to grab a couple of sandwiches and fries. If you post hours until 11:00, pleas stay open until 11:00.
Normally, the Syracuse Arb6's is awesome, fast, and delicious. Today wasn't their best day. Waiting in line at the drive through for over 15 minutes. The line never moved. At least four cars left while I waited. Eventually, I left as well.
I ordered a gyro. It looked fine, but when I bit into it, I noticed there was a long, black hair sticking out. I was going to try and eat around where I found the hair, but when I tried to do that, there was several more pieces of hair .At that point, I had lost my appetite.
Used to love coming to this place but be careful… Just got some very bad food poisoning from here. The food tasted stale so most likely was sitting out for too long…
Both I and my husband have gotten food poisoning from this location. My husband recently got really bad food poisoning and is still recovering from it. Please, for the love of God, don't serve old food anymore. P.s, he ate the roast beef sandwich. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. After years I just had enough. I have always love Arby's but these last few times ever going it's been just the worst the food cold or extremely Soggy and orders keep coming out wrong. They change sizes on the curly fries the even with the food tasting very questionable. I never thought I would just say this but is Arby's not any good anymore.
Ordered at drive thru. They gave me part of my order and asked to pull forward. After 25 minutes of waiting for the rest of the order, and watching another customer bang on the door because they forgot some of his order. I gave up. When the supervisor locked the front door, I had a hunch I wasn’t getting everything. My kids didn’t need their fries and mozzarella sticks. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue at this location and doubt I will make the mistake again.
I love arbys but this store is an absolute joke. Every single time I have been here they have messed up my order. Tonight I was the only one in the entire store and they had 2 cars in the drive through. My order took 10 minutes 45 seconds to get out. It wasn't because they had to wait for fries to cook. Like usual those were cold and soggy. Once again sure enough I checked my bag before I left and they had forgotten 2 of my 5 items. When I told the cashier about it he acted like it was an inconvenience for him. I could go on about the quality of food but I have wasted enough of my time. We are never going back to this store.
Jessica should be fired. Rude behavior and the food is always cold. I always hear her arguing with other employees whenever I go in the lobby. Always acting like she doesn't actually care about her job.
Walked in, nobody was in front of me so I went to the counter to order. Stood there for 5 minutes, multiple people saw me, and nobody came to take my order. I left, never coming back with service like that.
I walked inside the lobby, and the lady (I'm assuming the manager) that was bagging drive thru orders saw me and turned around to stand and wait for food from the kitchen. I did not receive any greeting. After a moment of looking at the menu, I stepped up to the counter and put my keys down so she could hear that I was right behind her. She asked the drive thru worker to log in to the counter for her, still not turning around. The boy took my order. He was nice and went the extra mile to clarify some items, even though he seemed very shy. I asked to dine in and went to sit down. The boy brought my food out to me. My sandwhich bread was cold, the roast beef might have been at room temperature, and the cheese had not even melted. My fries were fresh and hot, but I was very disappointed with the manager dismissal and lack of service, and the food was absolutely a waste of money. The only thing reputable was the boy working that night.
I paid $10 for 9 pieces of these dried up, burnt black, pieces of &#@!. My 11 year old son, who is starting to understand the value of money, was shocked. He remembered what we got at In and Out burger 2 weeks ago for $6. I don't know what the deal is with fast food joints in Syracuse but they have gone down the tube in service and product. I don't normally complain about a product but I did this time and the person behind the counter did not care. They stated they always look like this and I'm the only person that has complained. I won't be back, I'll add you to my list with Wendy's. This place will need to be bulldozed and rebuilt from the ground up before I step foot in it again. Pretty sad because we are practically neighbors.
Please avoid coming here if you want to be treated well and with good service!
The lady who took our order kept texting on her phone whale taking the order 🤦🏼♀️Only two other people in Arby's the food came out cold. Stay away from the Syracuse store.
My girlfriend sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes while there was only one car in front of her and when she finally got to the window to pay they said their card reader was broken and she didn’t have time to sit there and figure it out cause she was on her break super unprofessional and not a good experience the staff here are very inattentive. Didn’t even get food as well as having that awful service.
We waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru for two shakes and a large fry. Their machine was broken and they still sold the shakes. We had to speak to the manager on one of the employees phones. We paid with card and got refunded in cash. And after 15 more minutes we still had to pay for our fries and left without shakes.
I understand everything is getting so expensive. However how is a $4 regular lemonade smaller, than a regular shake? I think the kid was new. He didn’t know all of the sauces they had. But still sucks to be charged a regular price for a kids sized drink. Cost $39 in total, 4 beef and cheddars, fries, cheese sticks, a shake and a lemonade.
*RAW CHICKEN* Monday August 9, 2021 @ 11:38am I pulled up to the drive through and ordered a chicken sandwich. They pulled me forward saying it would be a few minutes to cook. I said “no rush”. After about 10 minutes I received the order and drove to work where I had opened the bag and began to eat for lunch. After a couple of bites I had realized the chicken in the sandwich was RAW🤮 not just undercooked, RAW! I nearly threw up right then and there, gagging as I went back to work. After work (same day) August 9, 2021 @ 5:00pm I went in and asked for a refund. They said.. “sorry the person that issues refunds has gone home, there is nothing we can do right now” I was so frustrated that I just walked out disappointed and disgusted. Never again will I return to Arby’s at 1766 South 2000 West in Syracuse ever again. If it was possible I would give this review a negative 5.
