Personale cordiale e attento, capace di consigliare al meglio il cliente nella scelta delle piatenze e degli abbinamenti. Prodotti freschi e di qualità. Molto buona la zuppa di pesce accompagnata da ottimi crostini. Buona e fresca anche la frittura di pesce e verdure miste. Lascia senza parole il dessert, il dolce dell'amore, una parmigiana dolce alla ricotta. Si tratta di sfoglie caramellate di melenzane inframezzate da una spuma di ricotta, a chiudere basilico e ciuffetti di pomodoro caramellati, circondato da granella di pistacchio. Davvero un dolce unico, ancor di più accompagnandolo con del passito. Complimenti 😊

Abbiamo cenato da FICO gustando la pasta alla Norma, i ravioli con ricotta e l’insalata di polpo. Ogni piatto è stato semplicemente straordinario – un’esplosione di sapori autentici e preparazioni curate nei minimi dettagli. Il livello della cucina è talmente alto che ci dovrebbe essere una fila fino a Palermo! Servizio impeccabile, atmosfera rilassata e ingredienti di altissima qualità. Un’esperienza gastronomica indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ottimo cibo e proprietaria davvero simpatica, abbiamo chiacchierato a fine cena e ci ha offerto un limoncello. I prezzi sono in linea con la location (in una bella vietta di fronte al duomo di Ortigia con tavoli esterni) ed alla bellezza dell'interno del locale.

Our first time in Italy and our first dinner and it was everything that we thought it would be and so much more!!! The food was amazing (they even accomodated some of our American style of cooking meat for my mother), the service was top notch and they were so kind. The atmosphere was very warm- in a street corner with very nice lighting. The food was very delicious. The lady at the service was so kind and help us choosing what to eat and drink. She made a special cocktail for me because I like sweet things. The pasta and the pizza were the best! The wine too! The prices are reasonable for the food and service you get!

Best seafood pasta in Ortigia! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After searching for fresh seafood in Ortigia, I found FiCo Restaurant and was blown away. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff immediately put me at ease with their kindness and attentiveness. They recommended a seafood pasta that was absolutely incredible—loaded with shrimp, scallops, and so much flavor. Paired with a Sicilian red wine, it was unforgettable. I left my plate completely clean. Service was attentive from start to finish, the lighting and setting were romantic, and the whole experience felt special. Highly recommend FiCo Restaurant if you’re in Ortigia and want fresh, delicious seafood with outstanding service.

A phenomenal restaurant in the heart of the island, yet very intimate, as if far from the crowds. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere with jazz music is perfect for an evening of relaxation after a day of sightseeing at a million degrees. One of the best meals we had on our two week trip to Italy… so good we came back for a second dinner at Fico! A hidden gem. Lovely setting just off the main plaza, nice and peaceful with beautiful lighting and atmosphere. The hosts were really friendly and suggested wine for each of us that paired well with our food choices. They even gave me some mosquito spray if I needed… The food is also outstanding. We highly recommend the pasta dishes, particular the Casarecce alla Norma and the Ravioli Ragu - great portion size too compared to other restaurants. The pistachio cheesecake is also a must try - not your typical cheesecake but we’ll let you try it and not spoil the surprise. Delicious. We can’t wait visit again next time. Thanks for a lovely time!

We had a beautiful meal last night in Fico. The atmosphere was so lovely, away from the big crowds. The service and knowledge of the front of house staff was so fantastic. The food, wow! It might sound exaggerated to say this was the best dinner of my life. Yet when I really think about it, FiCo Restaurant had it all. The setting is quiet and just within reach of the live music and summer crowds just off the piazza. The servers were attentive and kind. The food tastes as good as it looks. The parmigiana had the most delicate eggplant I’ve ever tasted. The pasta alla siracusana brought a perfect balance of flavor and texture. The desserts taught me how subtle a sweet ricotta could be. Every bite brought me to a dream. So yes - it was the best dinner of my life. I hope everyone has the opportunity to enjoy a dinner like what FiCo Restaurant has to offer at least once in their lifetime.

Service charge was added per person without warning and we didn’t have chance to look at the bill prior to being given the card machine to pay. Other than this, we thought the food was very tasty and the restaurant was in a lovely location! We weren’t offered any desserts as other reviews suggested but we were pretty full anyway so this wasn’t an issue.

We had a nice evening at FiCo. The service was good - they were friendly and helpful and can speak english. The atmosphere was nice, it has an italian feeling, if its warm you sit outside in the street and if its cold you sit inside. What we can highly recommend is the wine we had - fantastic! The food was good as well. It was tasty and the portions were generous sizes (the pasta almost too much but i am not complaining ;) )

First of all, the food was very delicious BUT the service was totally unacceptable. We received a greeting from the kitchen therefore we asked the waiter what it is and he said he doesn’t know, it was just given to him. We still don’t know what we ate because he didn’t ask his colleagues afterwards. Furthermore the waiter didn’t give us a wine cooler to keep the wine in the right temperature - all other tables had a wine cooler… After we finished our pasta, he asked us if we would like to have some desserts and I was like: sorry but we ordered a grilled octopus, maybe after that. There were also some further dislikes we noticed such as literally throwing forks on the table instead of placing them next to the plate or asking if everything is fine. All in all, the service was very disappointing.

Personale molto cordiale ma esperienza negativa, non tornerei. Antipasto ordinato come porzione singola fuori menu al posto della maxi porzione prevista dal menu perché, come esplicitato, lo avrei consumato da solo, arriva comunque la porzione da 2-3 persone. Ovviamente rimandato indietro il 60% del piatto e mi si chiede anche se non mi era piaciuto... Faccio notare che non é ció che avevo ordinato. Alla fine segnalerei anche i 30 minuti per avere il conto (comprensivo di maxi porzione non ordinata). Non tornerei.
