Me and my son came in for lunch and Laurelle waited in us. She was great. Never had an empty glass. Food was fast. She was great. You would have never known she was new. She said she ran a restaurant for 17 years. I could tell. She was amazing.

We had a fantastic experience at Applebee's, thanks to our server Charlie. The food was great, and Charlie was attentive, friendly, and made sure our needs were met throughout the evening. Charlie's excellent service really made our dining experience stand out. We'll definitely be back and request Charlie next time.

Tonight Applebees threw us an amazing event, for our son fighting cancer. They did a superhero trivia, 50/50, raffled off donated gift baskets and is also donating 20% of everyone’s bills, that ate there from 4-9 on this day. Everything was absolutely amazing. From the staff, to the service and managers. We couldn’t have asked for a better turn out and evening. They went above and beyond for us and we are more than appreciative!! The manager Dawn was beyond amazing. We appreciate everything she put together for us. From the decorations to the spider-man they had there to entertain the kiddos. We couldn’t say enough good things about her and how she runs her establishment!

My overall experience was great no complaints. It was very weird that they were serving drinks out of foam cups. I was informed that they ran out of their regular glass or plastic cups. They are short staffed and you can tell the workers are overworked and frustrated. The food was mid! Not what I expected, and the strawberry margaritas barely had any alcohol in them.

Had an order online a few moments ago. Ordered the brew pub pretzels and beer cheese dip. Didnt get the cheese dip. An 8oz sirloin cooked right but still the worst ive ever had. Impossible to cut apart, riddled with cartilage.

Went to Applebees after church. Food was flavorful, but the chicken tortilla soup, it was good but overpriced for the small portion. 5.99 for a small portion. My wife like the fish and the burger was tasty but again overpriced in my opinion. Salt and pepper shakers were almost empty. Restaurant was clean.

Ordered off of doordash. I can't believe I paid this much for such little portions of food. I added mushrooms to my steak and that was forgotten. My French onion soup was less than a cup and cheese wasn't even melted. My husband had a trio and he almost couldn't eat it because someone got crazy with the salt. It's been awhile since I have had Applebee's and I won't anymore this dinner was horrible and over sixty dollars. Highway robbery.
