I went for a quick bite to eat, I usually get the whopper meal with extra pickles and cheese and bacon fries (highly recommend!) it doesn’t take longer than 5 minutes for piping hot fresh food. I was served by Gwarm and Elle, who was the manager on shift! Very professional and polite, they did upsell me to a large meal too, let me tell you I don’t regret it, it was very filling for the price!! Highly recommend

They are so kind and happy to help - This can sound like too much, but honestly the experience was totally different in this environment. Slow service, waited almost half an hour for a simple meal, food was cold when received too when I asked for a replacement I was met with dull looks and sighs of regret from the staff who seem to hate working there. Ordered meal using the kiosk self-service screen. There was a bit of a wait for the food. Staff friendly, food was ok, what you would expect from a burger king chain. Didn't like the atmosphere, though we did go late a lt night when the area was busy with people on a night out, probably pub kicking out time suspect it's much nicer atmosphere during the day. Premise felt dirty and didn't look like it had been clean in the evening.

It's not exactly diamond chandeliers and caviar but you know what you're getting. Filling food at a decent price and also there's some belter offers on the burger king app! But as for this restaurant in particular, it's often not too busy, the staff are friendly and helpful and actually for the lack of a dedicated cleaning person/team (from what i can see as opposed to mcdonalds ones who are always visible) the restaurant is nearly always clean and tidy.

Simple, quick and fine food. I found it fast and fine lunch while traveling.

Food was decent. Quite liked the onion ring double beef bacon burger. Wasn’t quite hit enough though. Fries were hot and crispy enough. Chilli cheese bites also could’ve been crispier and hotter. Store was quite messy and dirty when I arrived. Lots of food debris everywhere, and tables in disarray.

The food was mediocre, I've had better from Burger King more locally. The restaurant could do with an upgrade, its pretty shoddy and a bit disgusting and smelly inside. One of the ladies loos had no toilet seat?! 😆 It was OK for a quick something with the kids in between our visit to the world museum. I still wish the cat cafe wasn't busy though I think it would have been a more pleasant experience! I guess that's what you get for eating fast food. We went on a Sunday and they didn't seem too busy.

Solid 3 star experience, the system they had for looked rudimentary for such a large chain and my food took much to long to arrive and when I received it wasn't even right. Also there didn't seem to be any staff tasked with cleaning as the seating was full of litter. Otherwise the food was nice and the kitchen looked clean.

Diet Coke tasted like detergent, my food was ok, but the rest of the group complained about theirs. Burgers were expensive and simple, and if you want mayo you have to pay extra.

I didn't like it. All the places I've been to so far have had succulent snacks. There, I placed my order and it came out in 1 minute, but the snack was terrible.

Food was great no complaints there but the actual restaurant is disgusting hand written badly spelled signs (pictured below) and when I asked for the the rebel whopper was told a 10 minute wait but all my friends orders were ready within 2 mins.

Families go to Burger King and McDonald's because they normally deliver conformity. You know what you are going to get. This Burger King is shocking and the franchisee is a disgrace to Burger King. No hot drinks. No bottled water. Asked for tap water (one member of our family only drinks water) which was initially refused! What the hell is she going to drink then? They reflected and then provided a large cup of tap water The toilet didn't have any toilet paper. I did wait to try and tell a member of staff but I was ignored, I was livid and I had to help my daughter with her toileting. So I went back in the toilet and filmed the disgraceful state. I mean for food safety rules for restaurants don't customers have to be able to clean themselves effectively after toileting? The staff are too busy dealing with the multitude of JustEat, UberEats and Deliveroo drivers rather than focusing on customers who are actually there, right there, needing assistance. If this is the way Burger King are going to go then just get a dark kitchen where customers from the street can't walk in and then you can deal with the delivery drivers. Then you don't need to maintain a customer toilet.

Poor quality food- definitely not good value for our hard earned cash. Not even any basic supplies available- no tomato sauce, no hot drinks or milk shakes. Environment looked scruffy and unwelcoming- will never ever ever set foot in a Burger king again.

Have just had a meal here and unfortunately the place was not up to the usual standard we expect and receive from other BK restaurants. Very disappointing. Firstly they had no hot drinks. Then, the ladies' toilets were blocked and disgusting. I reported this to the girl who was serving. She offered me the key to the disabled toilet but no apology or promise to sort it out. We had to clean a table ourselves as all of the tables were dirty and clearly hadn't been wiped for some time. The floor had food all over it. The returned tray bins were overflowing and trays had been piled on top of the bins with food spilling everywhere. I politely went to inform a staff member that I would be leaving a negative review. I expected to be asked why, but I wasn't and so I explained. I did think an apology might ensue, but no. The only comment I received was, "Okay, well, I've only just come on" and she walked away leaving me standing. I am very disappointed in the state of the place and the customer service. The food, however, was good. Should any manager need photographs I do have some.

Went in here for a quick bite but was stuck in a queue behind the slowest bunch of people scrolling up and down with no idea. 1 of these job stealing panels wasn’t even working, slowing the slow process down even further. I’ll be voting no with my wallet to any place that have these pathetic panels from now on. Saying that I found a fantastic place further up the street with real people capable of taking an order and passing the food to you. So if these panels are there to guide you to better places, job done, thank you for driving me away.

Were on our way from Liverpool Arena to get a train at Liverpool Central and had a few minutes to grab a snack. Got a burger meal and was possibly one of the worst meals we've ever had. Unfortunately because we were in a hurry we didn't discover the issues until we were on the train when it was too late to complain. Burger and bum were completely dry, with minimal sauce, chips were barely cooked -pale and almost raw - and we ordered a normal coke with no ice, but got some sort of diet with ice. Wish we'd taken the extra couple of minutes to cross the road and go to McDonalds. Feel like I wasted my money. Should be better than McDonald's given it's more expensive

Ordered through Uber eats Sunday afternoon . I called up the B.K as food was like rubber ( warm ups ) this was around 2-3pm . The woman I spoke to was argumentative and defensive . She refused to give me her name and was arguing the food was freshly made . I am grown with grown children and I know when food is not fresh . She should not be dealing with customers with such a poor attitude, I do not believe all customers are right and I do believe we should give all who we speak to mutual respect . Looking at the recent reviews, there appears to be a lot of extremely positive (and very similarly worded) reviews of this restaurant praising individual staff members in consecutive reviews. Recently, Tom has been particularly stellar, preceded by Gwarm and Elle. One review is by someone who is also named Gwarm who herself was impressed by Elle. Hmm.... Here's my review: Went in just after 1pm on a weekday. Ominously, there were only three other customers who were sat at the same table. We wanted to pay in cash, but we were refused service at the counter only to be redirected to the electronic ordering screens which are notoriously unhygienic. The lone visible staffmember seemed to resent customer service. This branch reeks of apathy, and looks totally unkempt. If the front of house is this dire, imagine what kind of tomfoolery goes on in the kitchen. We decided to go elsewhere. The Tripadviser reviews for this branch have been overwhelmingly dire since 2017. Clearly, there is a major problem at a local level at Burger King. Why they keep failing branches open is a mystery to me. I can only imagine that the late night trade keeps the lights on. It's sad to say, but the sooner that apathetic fast food workers are replaced by robots, the better. This is already happening in America, and I can see why.

Awful experience. Staff have zero interest in customer service. The machine didn't give me the receipt I wanted and the staff were more worried about the machine and not giving me a receipt - despite asking twice I never got one. I live in the city centre so after a short walk home I went to eat the food. The burger and fries were stone cold. The chilli cheese bites were like warm. No idea how long that food has been sitting around so it's going straight in the bin. I won't be back.

A employee made fun of me and my order because they got my order wrong, they where acreaming from the back of the store repeatedly "WHY ORDER IT PLAIN" aswell as insults.
