Comimos deliciosas especialidades de la casa. No conocía este lugar, pero en nuestra próxima visita a Tehuacán, Pue. claro que iremos de nuevo. Muy accesible en cuanto a precio y son porciones que te dejan satisfecho sin sentirse pesado. Además tiene área para niños. Muy recomendable

Muy rico nestros helados fueron de almendra con chocolate clasico y Fresa con arandano. Como siempre muy rico, todo muy limpio te tienes que desinfectar antes de entrar y el servicio fue excelente. Todos fueron muy amables y serviciales.

The ice creams flavors are pretty good, although some can be cloying. *Curious fact: after Don Sebastián's death, his sons quarreled and divided the business. That's why you will find 3 different Don Sebastian Ice Creams. The other two branches belong to one son, and this one to the other. All of them may follow the original recipes. Anyway, these are the reasons why I'm rating 4 stars: 1. Bad image of the business. The site is generally run down. The furniture feels old. Too bad for a traditional ice cream spot in Tehuacán. 2. They penalize card payments by charging you an additional 3 and 4% depending on whether it is debit or credit. I paid with cash because there is no incentive to use card 🤷🏻‍♂️ There are signs indicating the additional percentages they charge. 3. The attention of the employees is not the best. ---Spanish--- The flavor of their ice cream is very good, although some can be a bit too sweet. I tried the lemon ice cream float and it's incredible, the pistachio, coconut, and pine nut ice cream is delicious, but the best is the cheese one. A nice place in the center of Tehuacan. They just need to improve the staff, without a doubt the manager is a despicable woman.

The owners are extremely friendly, but the employees not so much, the ice creams have already changed, because they melt faster and the ice creams have a more artificial flavor, they no longer have the natural flavor they had before, and also some of the tables in the place are broken or worn,

Update They still haven't remodeled the place and don't let you choose where to sit. Their ice cream has declined and the portions are smaller. I like the vampire, but they've always had too little wine in it. Now they serve it with ice and less snow.

I'm giving it stars because I used to go there quite often, and the vampiros (a type of Mexican cocktail) used to be served in sizable cups. Less than a week ago, I went back, and now they're served in much smaller cups, but they're still the same price ($55), which I consider expensive. Regarding the food, the cheese sticks used to come in 12 pieces, but then they came in fewer (if I remember correctly, now they're 10, and once they only served me 8). The molletes (a type of Mexican sandwich) are good, but on two occasions, they were served incorrectly. The first time, they were cold, and the second time, the bread was burnt. We asked if they could be replaced (because we hadn't even tried them), and of course, they couldn't, so we had to eat them as they were. I understand that it might not have been their fault, but we were willing to pay for the burnt dish and for the one we wanted them to remake. The ice creams are quite good and my favorite has always been the coffee one, but a few months ago I noticed the flavor was different; something changed in the recipe or the way it's made, and now I can't eat it because it upsets my stomach (something that didn't happen before). For that and other reasons, I don't go anymore; it was much better before, which is a shame.

In my opinion, 1. The place is very run-down, from the restrooms to the main area. It looks old, and it was hard to find, as as of January 9, 2026, there was no sign or advertisement outside to identify it. 2. The lemon ice tasted bitter... as if they had ground it with the peel and all. If that's their recipe, fine, but I didn't like it. 3. The customer service wasn't the best. They didn't say "please" or "thank you," and it seemed like they didn't enjoy their work. Plus, the men had long, unkempt hair, and the women had long nails. In short, it's not a place I would return to.

I ordered a Carlota and that's what they gave me, but it doesn't look anything like the picture on the menu. I asked the girl if my order was correct and with a bad attitude she told me, "that's what you ordered" and left me talking to myself.

No se ve nada novedoso ,incluso su interior es igual de descuidado de hace años, por lo menos el sabor de los helados es bueno, no como cuando vivía don sebas pero todavía es bueno 🤷‍♂️ y bueno para completar la seudo empleada qué se equivoca en la presentación qué solicitas y todavía pretende culparte a ti!!! Lástima todo el encanto terminó el día qué le cambiaron el nombre...por cierto el helado de queso, solo es un recuerdo

Terrible service. I was with a friend, and we asked for service, and all they said, with a sour face, after we'd been waiting for quite some time, was, "Just a moment." We noticed a woman arrive with three other people and sit at the next table. Immediately, two waitresses came to serve them and bring them menus, even though we'd been waiting for half an hour. The favoritism was blatant. I don't know if the people who arrived were the owners or relatives, but we weren't there for freebies; we were there to eat and pay for our food.
