Ordered food on Uber eats tonight 2/29 30 minutes before this Arbys closed. The restaurant called me to let me know that their milkshake machine is down😕 this made me sad.. I accepted it and said okay no worries just remove the milkshake from the order. When the order arrived it had a milkshake with it, the delivery driver said that the restaurant had one last milkshake and that it was free of charge😀 not to mention throwing in a bunch of sauces I never knew I needed. Good food, good service, thanks for the delicous shake you guys are awesome💩

Well ran establishment. Clean manager she is on top of everything. The kids are young they need a little more custom service training but overall 5 stars 🌟 I ordered chicken nuggets good, fresh, chunky.

I've loved Arby's roast beef classic sandwiches since I was a kid. It's still good. Hardly a long wait and the food is always hot and fresh.

This particular Arby's is always so clean! All redone. Friendly staff, and as always fresh, tasty food! 😋 I always get the French Dip, or the gyro sandwich, it's amazing.

Arby’s is definitely over looked. Being located next to In N Out in Temecula can’t be helping. Really good selection of sandwiches. I recommend skipping the line at In N Out and giving Arby’s a chance. You won’t be disappointed.

I'm updating my review below. Jennifer called me within 24 hours to discuss my concerns. That's customer service at it's best. This store has excellent staff and my normal purchase of the half pound roast beef is always excellent. Hopefully the buyer for Arby's voices this concern to the supplier. The ads for the garlic ribeye looked great. I ordered it today and was shocked🤬. Very little meat and very little crispy onions . The gross part was the meat. It was tough had a lot of gristle and no taste. There is no way this is rib eye. 👎👎👎, My dog was happy but I'm out 10 bucks

9-piece boneless wings (more like nuggets) and fries for $6, a roast beef slider and orange cream float, about $12 in total. Wings were good, curly fries were good, slider was the same taste as the OG one I remember back in the 2000s (it's been a long time since I was last here), drink was good. Restaurant was way nicer than I thought it was last time I was there, the workers were very attentive and really hard-working, so I give them all of the top score I can give.

We ordered catering from this location and I have to say, the quality of the meat here was head and shoulders above any other Arbys I’ve been too. Dare I say the roast beef sandwich I had was good… or maybe even better without any sauce? I had 4 roast beef sandwiches that night and truly believe this location’s food quality is better than any other.

I really have to give it to Arby's ! The inside atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxing and fun. The outside has been redone with new paint, new furniture. It would be a great place to share a meal with a friend or a shake for a quick snack. Very picturesque and relaxing if I wasn't in a hurry. I would have totally taken a moment to enjoy.

Classic Greek Gyro is our favorite sandwich!💯🤙🏽 Rarely get a bad meal or service at this Arby's location. Manager Diane and crew are great. Only suggestion is that they get a better bell as you exit the front entry door. Doesn't ring as good as the side exit bell.🤙🏽💯

We came here today because Wendy's looks closed while having the parking lot repaved. Arby's lot was just done also, and the restaurant looks sharp and freshly remodeled. I'm glad we came because the food was excellent:-) I tried the new Reuben sandwich and although it didn't really look like the picture - because on the menu board it looks like a double-decker but it's really half a sandwich on top of the other. It was very good - fresh, good portions and the bread is amazing for a fast food restaurant:-) Meghan was the Cashier and was very personable:-)) I will definitely come back again!

My wife love Arby's French dip, but today exede the expectations I had one with extra meat it's exelent, the place is very clean, but on top of all it was the service by Juan Reyes, he's the best in customer service.... thank you Juan.

Young man taking our order was very patient (I'd never been here before). Our order was large so we were asked to wait in front of the entrance. The man who took our order apparently forgot one of our bags and came sprinting out to catch us! I'm impressed that the young folks working there aren't POS. Thanks guys!!!

Arby's food is the most unique in the fast food industry. New items are added to the menu regularly. The classic roast beef sandwich has been my favorite for over 40 years. The recent remodel is very attractive and enjoyable to eat inside. Arby's is my favorite.

It was good I don't have an arby's near Sun City where I'm at that I know of and was down in Temecula so I had to stop I have to have my arby's every once in a while There was a senior citizen struggling just a little bit with some buttons and keys and maybe a little on the english but it was okay I love everyone I got my food pretty quick very quick really all good

Food was delicious! Ordered drive thru and they got everything correct. Got home and the food was delicious. Meat was fresh, no gristle or fatty pieces, just lean tender meat. I purchased the Greek Gyro and Classic Beef N Cheddar. Great experience and will be back.

Mint and Chip shake was amazing! Reuben sandwich did not disappoint and curly fries were crunchy and fresh.

When you want a change from those boring fast food burger joints then stop by the one and only Arby’s and get yourself an original roast beef sandwich. Ask for a packet of their bbq sauce and a packet of their horseradish sauce open and place onto of the roast beef. There’s nothing more satisfying to one’s taste buds.

It's been a while. Drive through was fast, service was good and the double classic curly fries and Diet Coke was delicious.

Food was fresh and hot. The team members were very nice and you can’t beat the meal deal right now, $7.00 for a double beef and cheddar meal!! Jesus the cashier, should be employee of the month at least, very customer friendly.

I've always enjoyed the roast beef sandwiches. The other choices are delicious as well. The only thing it is $$$ but there is no other like it. Service is usually pretty good, some more than others. The taste of real beef with Arby's sauce is heavenly. I wish there were more Arby's around, but with the cost and competitive fast food industry, it is hard to make it more popular.

The Jamocha shakes have always been one of my favorite shakes from fast food. So I've been coming just for that. I'm a bit of a food critic so I've been trying current shakes at all the various major fast foods. McDonald's and Carl's Jr charge more and they are half the size. So it's an easy pick for me. Plus the Jamocha is so good. More for less? Come on man... On a recent visit, I was given coupons for all kinds of different things. It's been so long since I've eaten at an Arby's that I didn't even know they've totally revamped the menu and upgraded a lot of items. I honestly remember liking the Arby's sandwiches long ago but there seems to be so few around that I've just chosen other fast foods that are more convenient to go to. This location happens to be not too far and that one day I reminisced about the Jamocha shake for me to go back. I got the Reuben. It was not really as big as it looked but it was really tasty. I inhaled it and was looking around wondering where the rest was. Ha. I lost track while being distracted by the stellar taste. Which is good, actually, because I try to limit my fast food consumption and being that it tastes fresh and wholesome, I'm not even sure it's really that bad healthy wise. Was like it just came from a local deli. I was full afterwards and it was so tasty, for a minute I thought about going back to get another. But I also got some jalapeño poppers. They were surprisingly good as well. Could not even tell if they were frozen or not. I mean they gotta be, right? Yeah, Arby's made a big change and all for the better. I hope to see more popping up in other locations to make them more available. I'm sure they will do well.

Excellent food, tasted fresh and was hot! Employees were friendly and I just found out they dont have the jr roast sandwiches anymore. We had the deli sandwich, buffalo chicken sliders and the fire roasted philly! Yum! Exterior looks like it has fresh paint, but the interior could use a facelift. Restrooms were alright. You bet your behind I rang that bell, I love Arby's!

Clean and well run. The shift manager was on it. Clean bathroom and dining area. BLT was delicious and the curly fries were crisp. Rang the bell!

Went there about 9pm. The lobby was clean and the guy at the counter was super friendly. Food was hot and ready in a few minutes. I asked for extra Horsey sauce and the guy hooked it up fat. Arby's isn't the worlds greatest fast food in my opinion, but this location offers a quick roast beef fix PLUS they offer Mountain Dew.

Love Arby's. They always have good food to choose from and it's all super fresh. I love this location because if you stay at the holiday inn...Arby's is within walking distance if you dont want to drive. They are remodeling but you can still go inside and order, you just cant eat inside.

We saw Arby's off the freeway, on our way home from a concert at Pachanga Casino at 11:20pm. I was glad it was still open on a Friday night. The turkey sandwich was great. The tomatoes we're cold and the bun was soft and fresh! Best Buns in Town!

It's been awhile since I have visited an Arby's. I won't say I was disappointed, rather, I will say that I remember my previous visits differently. As a child, then into adulthood, I recall the sandwiches as larger, weightier and more robust. My opinion is that Arby's should offer a "Classic" Roast Beef sandwich with the identical size and weight of the original Arby's sandwich. As such, I was disappointed with the skimpy Roast Beef sandwich that I had ordered, coming away as "less hungry". To couple insult to injury, Google maps displayed a "Hat" restaurant just 1 more exit down the Interstate. That information did nothing to satisfy my tamed, yet slightly annoying hunger. For the additional cost, I would have been far better off to have dined at "The Hat", rather than Arby's, as Arby's value currently doesn't match that of "The Hat".

Ordered from their 2 for $6 menu and they got the order wrong hence the 4 stars. I asked for 2 Beef'n Cheddar but got 2 Classic instead. I only realized it when I had gone too far.

What's there to say about Arby's? You either love it or hate it. But if you happen to go to this location, I'm sure you'll agree that this is one of the better ones. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my food. I went closer to the opening hours, which probably makes a difference in freshness, however, they were quick, on point, friendly and everything I got was solid. My friend was with me and she had never been, now she wants to go back. I gave atmosphere a 3 because I drove thru so not sure how it is inside but I imagine it's like any other fast food place. So if you enjoy Arby's, you're in luck if you live near or happen to be by this particular store.

I've never been much of an Arby's fan at least not in the last 15 years. But I will tell you that their Greek gyros has me coming back to my surprise. It's absolutely the best! Select the number 11. I'm 50% Greek and trust me, it's pretty authentic. Probably the best I've had in a while. The drive-thru is convenient and fairly quick. The only thing that was disappointing-- in fact on two occasions (the only times I went), is the person at the drive-thru. He's young and has no concept of basic courtesy or customer service. It's pretty much "what do you want", like it's an imposition, and hand you your bag, take your money, and that's it. Definitely conveys that you're getting in the way of whatever he's doing. If management is reading this you need to focus/roll play on customer service training. I'm not sure if with his youth year he thinks he's just "arrived" to the world of business and is play acting; or, if he just truly doesn't give a darn about his job or your customers, because that's how it comes across. And no one needs to be the recipient of that in the middle of their hard-working day. Other than that I'm truly impressed of some of the new menu choices. I hardly ever go out or use any kind of fast food but I was desperate and stumbled Upon a gem. Great going on bringing the Gyros sandwich to the menu. Highly recommend thus sandwich. Location is great!

I'm a huge fan of Arby's, I love their roast beef. I know a lot of people consider it old-fashioned but I like it. Their traditional roast beef with cheese is awesome. Haven't tried their new hamburger yet but it does sound good.

They answered their phone for one. They let me know their lobby closes at 10pm and drive through at 11pm. When I got their just before they closed they made me a fresh batch of fries. Food quality was good. Service was good. Place was clean. Much healthier then a regular burger and they have deli subs too.

I was way overdue for a visit to Arby's. To be honest it's been almost 30 years. The restaurant is very clean (including the men's restroom), the cashier was curtious and very informative. I ordered the half pound roast beef sandwich with large fries and drink. I didn't have to wait long for my order to arrive at my table. First thing I reached for was one of the curly fries that was cascading out of it's holder onto the placemat on my serving tray. It was hot and tasty. The sandwich was huge I almost feel guilty eating it, but not that guilty because I did. Although the roast beef with slice really really thin, there was a lot of it. Oh my goodness the sandwich was delicious. 15 minutes and just as many napkins later, I headed out the door with a slight pause at the threshold as I rang the bell signifying I was pleased with my experience. From the kitchen a harmonious sincere thank you was shouted out by the crew. Great job Arby's, great job.

I really don't like Arby's, but my husband does, so yes we went. I got the BLT, and a crispy chicken sandwich. He got a Fish sandwich and something else. The price for a BLT was a little much! So I don't think I will be going there again. I mean for the price, I should be sitting at a table being served. Service was fine, we got it to go as we were on a weekend trip, and had to keep going. From what I saw the place looked clean. So now we're in the car and I ask my husband how his fish sandwich is and he says GOOD! SO, I open my BLT to find black crispy bacon! Lol, overpriced and BURNT! But the Chicken Sandwich was good. So I gave 3 stars for the other 3 sandwiches, and service. I wish I could have given more, BUT that Burnt overpriced BLT left a bad taste in my mouth, or should I say Burnt. I really wish I would have taken a picture of it.

Wow, what a nice surprise, the wifey and I were looking for a place to eat. And drove in here, haven't been to an Ardy's in years. It sounded so good. So we went in and had some great tasting food! And great service.

As far as fast food places and specifically Arby's go, this location is actually really nice. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere for an Arby's is pretty nice and clean. The food is average Arby's. And of course the sauces are always a +1 for Arby's.

The staff is always friendly I appreciate this more than ever while the service industry is forgetting the basic smile and how can I help attitude, which both goes a long way. Went again two weeks ago and had the $1 root beer float and the two for $6 sandwiches and it was great. I went again about two days ago and was going to get the same thing. The sign for $1 floats was on the menu. I ordered that and the two sandwiches for $6. They told me the $1 float deal was over and I told them the sign is still up. She said the manager would come out to the drive thru and check. Really!? Well I decided to leave if they were going to haggle over a buck when I was spending $7+. Just dumb IMHO. I will go back someday since I love those sandwiches. 😟

This location appears to have been updated recently. We had the original Roast Beef sandwiches and they were good. As with other Arby's locations lots of tables were dirty. Ingress Egress is challenging with the In-N-Out drive through entrance and Arby's drive through exit using the same street access.

The place was super clean and the staff were friendly, but the food was not well put together; one tiny red onion ring on each side of my sandwich, unequal meat proportions, and some weird fibrous material on my turkey bacon sandwich. I pulled it off and did my best with the rest of the food.

The people were very nice at the window. And they took my order professionally period the macaroni bites were very tasty. But the Sandwich, unfortunately did not come out that well. I'll pick up macaroni bites again another day but I need to start cutting back on fast food.

How do you run out of Arby’s sauce packets at Arby’s? Owner should look into. Got delivery, asked for max of 5 packets. Got two barely filled plastic containers and no marinara for the cheese sticks. Whatever recently changed, hope you can fix it. This location used to be awesome.

The turkey in my sandwich had a strangely "extra" meat smell and taste. I know that sounds strange, but something was a little off, like it was getting old. The husband enjoyed his standard Arby's sandwich though.

The lady that helped us had the most amazing customer service skills. Sweet, friendly, helpful and was truly caring. She needs to become a trainer and go from store to store to train customer service. Other Arby's that we have went to are truly unacceptable in customer service.

Service and food were terrible for a lunch period. The premier advertised sandwich was overcooked. No information was seen regarding their fresh lemonades. No respect for diversity, however, the Service Representative and General Manager are big on Arby's policies whatsoever they are. I hadn't been in this restaurant for four years because of similar experiences. I was hoping things would be different. There has been an interior restaurant upgrade improving the restaurant ambiance. I called Arby's 800 number to express my experience. I received an apology with an email stating this matter would be addressed by Arby's restaurant leadership. These experiences are systemic to this restaurant on Jefferson Blvd in TEMECULA CA. Restaurant quests you have been forwarned.

we ordered 3 gyro's (roast beef) we were surprised at how little roast beef there was in the sandwiches i have ordered Gyro's from many ARBYS and i was happy with my Gyro's. this time the amount of meat was at least 1/2 of what i have come to expect. my wife was so disappointed that she said she will not order it again and she really liked this sandwich .

Really Disappointed! Tried the Pork Belly Burger was over cooked to begin with! When they warmed it up to make my burger, it wasn't warmed enough to eat. Like eating warm jello with bacon. Yuck! Fries looked like and tasted like they had been sitting all day! This Arby's is always hit and miss. Guess it depends on who is working. Some days nice clean and the food is like the pics other times its dirty and your food is slapped together! Their motto is to say something and they will correct it. To much trouble, have to wait to long for corrections and once things are done don't feel like eating. Should be done right the first time and having things cleaned through out the day. Makes people want to come back all shifts should be keeping it nice! It Will be awhile before I come back to this Arby's

Customer beware!! Managers and food preparers at this location offer you less food when you use an Arby’s coupon! They want to know if you are using a coupon when you are ordering your food in the drive up and in person so that they can skimp on the order, especially with the roast beef and meat items. This seems to be their trend and Temeculans have complained to the BBB and Arby’s Corporate Office about this consumer deception. Food freshness is a hit or miss here. Finally updated their interior after twenty + years!

It's Arby's. Pretty much the same decent quality no matter where you go. This location had clean bathrooms and was overall quite decent. The employees quickly took my order, and it was prepared without error. My only hesitation is that the cost is now pretty much double what it was just two years ago, and it's the same food. Are the employees worth $20 an hour? Our state now says so... Just the same, it's too spendy for me to eat at anymore. If I'm going to eat out, it will be somewhere nicer than fast food. See Ya Arby's, but you're too rich for my blood.

I am someone who likes to keep Arby's in business, that is a hill I will die on. Drive through is typically slow when I have been here. I come to this location on Jefferson today and its the busiest I have ever seen it. Gee, I wonder if thats because everybody saw the same viral video I did last night, that there is a brand new box meal launching with a RB sandwich OR chicken sandwich, then comes with 3 sides AND a drink for $7.99. I waited all morning for this. I pull up and don't see any signs, marketing, flags, or the usual poster boards on the menu wall. "Oh I'm sorry, were not participating in that deal". Excuse me? "Oh Murrieta probably has it but we dont". It literally ruined my whole day because I spent the majority of the morning looking forward to it and convinced a co-worker to come with me and the restaurant decided they "opted out". We should ALL be participating. So we end up with two sandwich ONLY by themselves, no meals, over $12. They asked me if I wanted sauce on the side to go with it, which I accepted. I drive all the way back to my office, and you know what they gave me? 2 EMPTY sauce cups, with a LICK of sauce on the side wall of the cup. The entire cup was clean empty but a SMEAR of sauce, not once, count'em, TWICE!!! So now I have two expensive and somewhat thinner sandwiches then I have ever gotten here, a lick of sauce, and sides and a drink that probably blew away in the wind. All of the food was given to us in a plain 'un-marked' bag with no branding, 3 napkins, and I wasn't given a receipt. It was giving depression at best.

I already rarely come to Arby's as my wife does not enjoy the food. Once in a while while I am alone I will stop, unfortunately I got my classic RB sandwhich with au ju and curly fries, and the sand which, which is usually loaded with roast beef, was sad. I had a few slices on barely Toasted bread. I am used to burning my mouth at this place and one sandwich filling me up. For a place with no line and no business outside you'd think they'd get it right.

Drive through is slow slow slow. Don't waste your time manager get your act together, especially at night. Make sure that night crew manager is speeding things up. Nobody should wait 10 to 15 minutes for their order.

Waiting 18 minutes after pulling the the window to pay and then getting all but 1 item handed to me cold. Not cool. Zero other customers were ahead or behind me the whole visit, I was the only customer the whole time I was on property. The evening staff definitely need to take service more seriously. I will give the lunch crew a try soon to see if things run differently. I enjoy Arby's and hope things get better.

Cindy Scott is the owner of this location with absolutely no number to contact management. They messed up an order told us to give them our phone number, and they would comp the next sandwich on them. Give them my information came in not too long after about two weeks. Then the manager insists that that was in accurate and that’s not the way that they operate. This is strange because I have no idea how they run or operate their business I just know as a customer when you say some thing I take your word for it. Rather than taking my word for it the manager wanted to have an argument over something as silly as sandwich. I guess he can’t expect much from a manager price himself and working at Arby’s at 40+.

Sandwiches (fish & beef) were mediocre in quality (at best) - altho price was good (2 for $6). The staff was efficient & friendly. But the food was a disappointment.

Bad review....coming from off the fwy trying to get a bite to eat...it was pitch dark 5:50 pm not a single outside light, sign was dark, absolutely not a single parking lot light, the person who took our order said yeah they know, they haven't turned them on yet...pd 20 dollars for 2 shakes and 2 sandwiches and they were cheap and gave us 2 condiments. Mexican employee at window pick up was extremely rude and arrogent. Literally almost refused to give me hot sauce when i went through the drive thru to pick up my food. Came here for lunch today. Ordered the cheese sticks and the loaded curly fries. Was very disapointed with my food. The curly fries were old, very hard and greasy (way more than usual). They were cold and it just wasnt good at all. This is usually my favorite thing on the menu along with mozzarella sticks. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants and now i will think twice about coming here and spending my money on food that is not fresh.

It was horrible. I left because I refused to eat there. Your manager was wiping her sweat with her shirt, then touching food. She was so gross, there's no way I'm eating there. She also told the cashier to stop taking orders until she got caught up. So they ignored all of us in line.

This place was a wreck. They were out of carbonation and were offering flat sodas. No discount...just flat. Then they had me park out front while my sweet potato waffle fries were being cooked. These fries were NOT fresh. I don't know why we waited. They were so old and tough we could not eat them!!! NOT FRESH! They also got our order wrong and the poor girl that came out 3 times to find out whose order she had in her hands needed to go back in to get our drinks because the order had no drinks on the receipt...(iced tea because...) They were not busy and only 3 cars in the drive-thru... I love Arby's, but I won't be back to that one!

I got so violently ill after eating here, just the thought of smelling their roast beef makes me nauseous. Woke up in the middle of the night projectile vomiting red Arby's sauce and beef all over my bed, and made my way to the shower where I sprayed it all over the walls. 0/10 would not recommend....

Order a sandwich with extra onions and they charge me .40 cents extra and this is what I got ....people literally don't take there jobs serious anymore its pathetic

THIS PLACE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE ENOUGH COMMON SENSE/DECENCY TO UPDATE THEIR HOURS OF OPERATION ON GOOGLE BUSINESS LISTING!!! Here at 10:15am and sign on door says LOBBY CLOSED only serving through drive-thru. Hours listed: 9am-10:30pm. This owner is obviously ABSENT and ABSENT-MINDED! Will never visit this location ever again! 🤬

In four days I've been there 3 times, spent nearly $60 for our on the spectrum teen who loves the 5pc tenders combo we always purchase. She has problems with sensory issues and since this restaurant is slow, she enjoys the restroom there as well. The employees have been openly loud talking and entering said restroom while we're there expressing anger we're in there. If that happens we don't order and walk out as she can't handle any loud voices yelling. We end up buying food elsewhere so yesterday we we in the restroom and an employee exited the adjacent stall and asked if we dumped a bed at their trash, odd but I told them no, wasn't us. Next the assistant manager Diane and coworker, 2 ladies came to the restroom and told me that it was for customers only, I let her know there is no sign posted and she said they'll be fixing that, she also asked me about throwing a bed away. I told her no we didn't as well. So all this time that was their issue and they had to attack a customer with this plan to get us in the restroom. I have never spent money in an establishment and been targeted for discrimination this way. This review is probably seen by the store so this is for the customers to be aware of, shame on them all

I recently visited the Arby’s at 27702 Jefferson Ave in Temecula, CA, and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. During a previous visit, I participated in their donation promotion, where I was promised a free fry and small cheese sauce on my next purchase. I specifically asked if the coupon had an expiration date and was told it didn’t. Fast forward a month later when I came back to redeem it, they refused to honor it, claiming it had expired and was no longer in their system. When I explained what happened, the manager was completely unhelpful and unapologetic. Not only did they fail to uphold their own promotion, but their dismissive attitude made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and I left feeling like my time and money were wasted. If you’re thinking of visiting this Arby’s, don’t bother. Between their inability to deliver on their promises and the lack of basic customer service, it’s not worth it. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and will not support this location again.

Wagyu is your typical cheeseburger...most is dry and bland...size is terrible for the price...its like a Jr. Cheeseburger...and customer service made ya feel unwelcomed. Go back to the old ways, customer friendly and quality portions...
