Loving the new self checkout order screen inside. I can take my time and look at all the items and options for customizing without holding up the line and also for when I know exactly what I want so I can checkout faster if the line is long. Always friendly service. Only a few mistakes in orders in the past out of plenty of orders. Would love to see nice full boxes of fries though and a little more salt on them so I didn't have to ask for salt every time. Diet Sprite would be a nice addition to the menu as well but overall pretty great location. Kids love the play place area too.

We had a somewhat large order… and weren’t surprised to need to park. However, the person in front of us parked in their stall so that we couldn’t park in the appropriate place. I made sure to flag an employee to let them know, but the orders still ended up all mixed up. The general manager, Anna, was very friendly and accommodating, as well as professional. She made sure our order was 100% correct, even if it meant running back and forth 10 times. She never showed frustration or upset, just concern that everything was right, and appreciation for our patience. I have never left a review for a McDonald’s because they are all the same- you go for the convenience and quickness, not the customer service. However, this McDonald’s was different. I hope the company recognizes what a gem they have at this location since Anna and her crew are there.

Service is sometimes not that good , I ordered the 3.99$ 2 Hot & spicy chicken deal and they give me only one. The cashier was trying to make me pay the full price for the second burger. Also he said that i can't get The Spicy chicken on the new 5$ meal . That isn't correct i used to get it from everywhere else .

The staff at this McDonald's are really nice. Periodically, I custom order my food and they always do it for me. Recently, I was having a really hard day. The staff member repeated my order and ended it with, "Okay, my friend." It totally turned my day around! And, Just last night I ordered a McCafe' latte' for the first time. It actually tasted like coffee is supposed to! Very flavorful. Thanks to the staff at this McDonald's!

Love this McDonald’s, it gets so busy, and customers are so impatient. Updates were great for year round indoor playgrounds. Yet staff remain focused and keep this place running smooth, well trained staff, great discipline, knowledgeable, and great work ethic. Best McDonalds I’ve been to in 10 years.

Newly renovated..super clean But reason for post is to make sure a positive experience is noted... Came inside but made a mistake using my McD App...we did not change pick up location from drive thru to counter... Young lady took the extra time to quickly get the issue resolved and have the order ready... Time to drop in and bring the kids to the play area...

Graveyard shift/Raymond has excellent customer service skills! He is VERY knowledgeable about specials, coupons and menu, his welcoming smile along with his demeanor n patience while deciding which burger 2 order..he definitely made this visit pleasurable!!! Got the Deluxe breakfast platter. Was very happy. Tasted great. The cashier even served us out food, took care to bring us our drinks, all the while managing a line of customers and running out to give drive thru orders to customers waiting. Excellent location to eat at, as always! I would say, turn the AC up a little bit now since it's summer! Lol

This is my first time here in this location California 79 Temecula. I really like the ambiance it's really clean. They have TV, play area for kids,some small tables for single person and the staff are friendly.

McKenzie is the Best!! She works the drive thru window when I come over for my break from the hospital. She always has a smile on her face and makes the experience worth the wait. She needs a raise, move up to a supervisor position or a paid day off! :)

If you go when there isnt many customers and you're you're happy because there is no line, great but remember that this is an indicator that you might not get the freshest food when it comes to fries and Mcnuggies as there is a huuuge chance they will be a bit stale and cold because they've been sitting. So always tell them "please no stale and cold food" other than that, service as usual is pretty good.

We had a good time once again. My grand daughter and I went to McDonald's for a little one on one time so we could have a little fun and play in the play area. I had to go looking for a representative at this establishment as we were waiting for service for a long while. It wasn't bad because I enjoy the company of my baby so it wasn't ugly but it could have been.

The 4 stars is based on the location as a McDonald's/ fast-food restaurant, not as a comparison to other restaurants. The drive-thru moved quickly for breakfast and the hash browns were hot and the sausage McMuffin was warm(could have been hotter). The iced coffee has a perfect mixture of cream and sugar.

Place was super nice inside! The decorations were cute, bit confusing though! Still really nice :) food was good too! The cookies were amazing and warm and SUPER soft , well baked! The workers were super friendly too!

It's McDonald's; remarkably consistent at most locations with basically the same menu across the US and elsewhere with some exceptions. This review is for the location on Temecula Parkway. The location was very clean and well kept. There was a play area for the kids. They had multiple kiosks to order from or you could order at the counter. The service was fast and efficient and our order was correct.

Nice place was my 1st time there but you cant get your own soda. I know that im not the only 1 that likes to sip on that McDonalds Coca-Cola while waiting for their food. But, there must be a reason though. The only thing I don't like about what McDonalds has done, is put those kiosks in and take away the person to person interaction. I'm sure thats why all the drive thrus are busy instead of the dining rooms.

We drove thru and they forgot to customize 4 of 6 of the burgers and marked none so I had to open each to discover 2 were never customized 2 were regular and 2 were customized but they forgot the extra onions and instead put none on all the burgers. Very frustrating.

Drive through window employees were awesome, my order was correct but not the greatest. The double quarter pounder with cheese (plain) was on the dry side and the fry oil needed to be changed. This seems to be an ongoing hit or miss issue, the burger is sometimes perfect, other times I regret spending as much as I did for a single meal. The price is simply a sign of the times and in general I don't have an issue with it except when the meal is sub part. Again, the employees I dealt with were great, kind, courteous, clean, and professional. The food however left something to be desired.

This is one of the better McDonald's locally, and that's not saying a lot. At this particular McDonald's I almost never have to park and wait for my food (unlike one of the other McDonald's where I almost always wait regardless of my order). The major gripe I have with this place is the order accuracy. I recommend you double check your bags before driving off. I'm also not a big fan of the new ordering system inside. The staff turn over seems to be high or the efficiency of their systems needs to some work (probably both).

I work nights and have picked up food here several times. Service takes a long time overnight and the fries have been cold every time. Bouns points for being open and serving (other locations in the area are *open* but "only for door dash" or for breakfast during dinner hours).

There is no access to anything. You have to walk up to a window if you need something (drinks, sauces) even the bathroom has a lock code on it. So If you have time then it’s okay but if you don’t, I wouldn’t go.

I pulled up into the drive through on the right side. There was a customer in a car putting in their order on the left side of the drive through. The customer ordering on the left side pulled forward after putting in their order. I was then the only car in the drive through. The staff taking orders told me they’d be right with me to take my order in which I said ok thank you. Another car pulled up on the left side a few minutes later. The staff in the drive thru taking orders said again, for the second time they’d be right with me. I assume they meant to tell the customer on the left that just pulled up that they would be right with them, and not me as I’d been waiting a few minutes for my order to be taken. The staff in the drive thru then proceeds to take the person on the left side of the drive thru an order.. straight away after they pulled up. I decided to just pull through and have my order taken at the window as I didn’t want to wait another 5 minutes for my order to be taken. Anyways I just wanted to remind the staff to pay attention to who pulls up and on what side. I was told at the window that there was only one person taking orders however you should still pay attention when cars pull forward as I would have had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes just to have my order taken in which I already waited 5 minutes only to be skipped over. I know these things happen sometimes, just a reminder.

I went through the drive through because I was in a hurry. You need to work on your "fast" food claims. It's seldom fast anymore. Not enough employees so they're multi tasking. Also, saying your story with a "but" is not good managing. They screwed up... own it.

I’ve made three recent visits at lunchtime to this McDonalds and experienced excessive wait times on all visits. The front end is largely automated but the people making and distributing food are prioritizing drive-thru customers to such an extent that you have to be protest in order to get your food.

This McDonald’s can get relatively busy. Especially with all the businesses and being on a main road. So I get there is long wait times occasionally. However, when I am patient and conveniently use the app to speed things along - I can’t imagine how they are so frequently getting orders wrong. They are often items missing or the order is completely wrong, like it’s far from what I ordered, even when using the app. That’s is the main issue for the low rating. It happens so frequently that I know they are not doing anything to resolve the issue at this location. Other than that, the staff is often helpful or not rude. Just stressed from what I can tell. The food never tastes bad, it’s always warm.

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich, asked for plain and specified just the chicken and the bun, No sauce. They put the most disgusting sauce in it, almost puked it was so gross. My granddaughters happy meal did not have the apple slices she requested, she also asked for sweet and sour dip and did not get it. I would have gone back but had to pick up another granddaughter from school. Sandwich went to the trash, I felt like 18 dollars and change was a waste.

Ordered a fish filet sandwich which they handed to me suspiciously fast. After my first bite i realized they had made it at least an hour ago; it was dry and ONLY the bun was kind of warm. Also, the filet looked much thinner than other locations (could also be because it was also very dehydrated and tough). Will NOT be returning to this location. They deserve all the 1 star reviews.

2 of The self kiosk don’t work (at all) The other 2 dont accept cashless payment, so basically even the 2 that work don’t work since you have to get in line to pay at the counter once you done placing your order at the self kiosk. Pointless. Clearly this McDonalds is run down and understaffed.

Normally, I use the app without any issues, but this time it was a disaster. The app wouldn’t accept any form of payment, forcing me to go through the drive-thru. The young man took my order correctly and it matched the receipt. However, at the window, we received the wrong drinks: we ordered Coke, Sweet Tea, Dr. Pepper, and Sprite but got two Sweet Teas and no Dr. Pepper. When I pointed this out, the employee refused to take them back, saying he couldn’t once they were out the window. He then directed us to park in spot #5 to wait for our food, which included 2 six-piece nugget meals and 2 McDouble burger meals—nothing complicated. We waited 15 minutes, and when the food finally arrived, the same young man admitted he forgot the Dr. Pepper and promised to return with it. Another 15 minutes passed, and he still hadn’t come back. Upon checking the food, we found one burger had onions and pickles, despite being ordered without them, and there wasn’t a single sauce in the bag. I went into the facility to address this, but no one was at the register, and eight of us were waiting for various reasons, mostly incorrect orders. When the young man finally came out with the Dr. Pepper, I mentioned the missing sauces. He handed me a small bag filled with ranch and honey mustard. To top it off, one employee was visibly on break at the front table, engrossed in his phone. This looked terrible given the chaos. This facility clearly needs more staff or someone who can pay attention to details. With the wage increase to $20, I expect a higher caliber of employees than high schoolers with no skills or motivation to do their jobs well. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I expect immediate improvements and proper handling of my complaints.

This is by far the worst, most poorly managed McDonald’s I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. It is consistently backed up. You will wait for 30 minutes in lines every single time there’s always a new staff, usually teenagers, probably because nobody should have to put up with those kinds of working conditions. The food is always inconsistent as far as quality goes, orders are commonly incorrect as well. I can’t believe this location is even allowed to stay open, I don’t think anyone is overseeing this place because if so they should no longer have a job. Where is McDonald’s corporate quality control? The past visit I had here, and last, I pre ordered on the app, for time and efficiency reasons, when I got in line it took about 15 minutes to get from the speaker to the first window. Followed by another 5-10 to get to the second window. When I finally pulled up to get my food, they gave me someone else’s drinks and a number and asked me to pull into a parking spot and wait for someone to bring it out ???!! They were doing this to every one ! I very reluctantly pulled into the spot, waited another 10 minutes before finally going INSIDE and demanding my food. What I found was a lobby filled with customers who all had also been waiting insane amounts of time and staff standing around. It was incredibly disorganized and off putting. After another 10 minutes someone finally handed me my food after I saw it just SITTING at a counter?!? Insane; I will never come to this location again, I would rather deal with the one inside of WAL MART. This one needs to be shut down

This location should be rated less than 1 star, it’s absolutely appalling how bad their service along with their inability to do a normal curbside pickup. The kids on the curbside have absolutely no clue what they are doing, and it’s literally the simplest job you can have. Im sitting in a spot for 30 mins watching the kid give everyone else orders, as soon as I go inside I ask for my order and it was ready for over 10 minutes, just sitting. Please avoid spending your money here. Their management and lack of knowledge in the simplest business possible is frightening.

When McDonald’s introduced the $5 deal I decided to break my boycott, but this pitiful excuse for a franchise quickly reminded me that was an error in judgement. It wasn’t the missed items(which we’ve all come to expect from McDonald’s, as it happens 70% of the time anyway) but the blatant disrespect from the tall lanky manager this evening when I went back to get the items I paid for(small, simple order <$20). Maybe if you gave half the effort you give attitude I wouldn’t be back to hold you accountable for it dude. It’s not that hard.

The skinny guy with braids is the worst McDonald’s employee I have ever seen. Because there’s no fountain drink outside for customers so I ask him for a refill And he laughed at me and said you just want another drink for free. So rude and disrespectful!

Don't you miss the days where you would go through the drive thru and by the time you paid your order would be ready at the next window?? Well definitely not at this place, every single time they will always send you to a parking spot. Orders are never correct. And the wait time are incredible....ITS MCDONALD'S GUYS IT AINT THAT HARD!

Rude and dismissive breakfast staff that has communication issues. I asked for a plain Steak Biscuit, which every other McDonalds in the area has for $2.79 on the menu, and I was charged $10 for a Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel with a biscuit substitute without them notifying me until they gave me the total at which point the woman at the window immediately starts giving me an attitude for questioning the price. I parked and went inside to get information and it turns out they don't list Steak Biscuits on their menu (even though they have them..) instead they upcharge you the cost of their most expensive Bagel and substitute it without notifying you. If it was all just miscommunication that'd be one thing, but the fact that the worker was giving me attitude for pointing out their mistake is crazy. If you want a Steak Biscuit don't come here unless you want to pay 3 times the regular price.

So today I drove thru and ordered a number 6, large with a Diet coke and a double cheeseburger. I paid and unfortunately did not ask for my receipt, my bad. When I pulled up they were handing me the wrong drink size, I corrected them and they sent me to pick up spot 6 without the drink. We sat in the car for at least 10 minutes before our food was brought out but no drink. The employee went back in to get it but never came back after we waited another 5 minutes. At that point I left without it. Our food was terrible, fish sandwich was dried out, fries were med sized and double cheese burger was a cheeseburger. Never had such a bad experience at this McDonald's.

They NEVER and I mean NEVER get orders right, sometimes I have to come back two or three times just to get what I ordered the right way. one of their drive through employees, I think her name is gabby, gives attitude when ur ordering food. Everytime I go inside to return my food they got wrong there are multiple ppl in there for the same reason I am! This store needs to get it together. I been a manager before and have worked customer service for multiple company’s and managers should not allow their employees to mess up so many times over and over. This store needs a complete employee change.

ZERO!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered in the drive thru, was parked at a number to wait for my order. I had to GET OUT OF MY CAR after 30 mins to go get my order!!! & they still didn’t have it. Even after I took it to my car they didn’t include the sugars or creamers for my coffees. They didn’t include the apple pie I ordered. Had to get out of my car AGAIN! I ordered in the drive thru so I don’t have to get out my car!!!!! For convenience. Asked for a refund on my Apple pie, only for guy to say “I can still give you the pie, it’s ready!” If it was ready why wouldn’t you put it in my order in the first place!!! He then says “I’m giving you the pie as a courtesy!” No, I don’t need favors or courtesy after waiting so long & having you not prepare my order correctly.

Do yourself a favor and just drive down the road to the next McDonald's. I'm struggling to differentiate whether the poor food quality or utter lack of customer service is worse. Management clearly has checked out, and the morale of the store is non existent. The updated decor is fantastic.

The people who work here do a great job with the limited resources they have. The company is making a lot of money with all the extra deliveries going out but they keep them understaffed to make an extra buck. It's always chaos. The employees deserve better.

Rude young managers there were a couple of them one who refused service to someone at 9:01 a minute after the lobby closed apparently the bathroom closed and they talked bad about that customer when she left a little kid opened the door for the customer. Terrible leadership. they should not be managers if they have this attitude to talk about a customer that way we were already inside hire better managers.

I've never seen a restaurant be so bad, in every aspect, so consistently. Stopped here so a friend could get his kids happy meals (we quit coming here ourselves because its so awful). Drive thru was a little busy, so we went inside and my wife ordered for us too since it was getting late. Cashier took our order and...disappeared. It took 17 minutes to get our food. There was 1 person waiting in front of us. They cleared the drive thru 5 times over...but no one came near the counter for us to even ask about our food until it was ready. And, as always, it was terrible. Cold, stale buns, fries sideways and upside down in the bag. More condiments on the box than my actual sandwich. This is why we don't come here anymore... glad they reaffirmed it for us, i guess. Don't waste your time.

This place is in bad shape, no drinks. Slow service, dirty, nothing was stocked. Horrible place Here again 4/13/22, it's much cleaner but staff seems very confused, and it's not that busy. This falls on training!

The weekend morning staff are slow and disorderly when putting together orders. They will probably turnover in a few months, but the current manager is incompetent and doesn’t know how to manage his employees. They don’t follow a system to complete orders in any logical way. I placed an order with 4 items and waited for 30 minutes. In the end, I asked for a refund because I didn’t want to stand there any longer while people were ordering after me and getting their food before me.

Came for a large iced coffee they didn't have large cups. The offered to sell me to mediums. They wouldn't compensate for their lack of cup stock. When I got my coffee it had sugar and asked with no sugar. They exchanged it and it then had MORE sugar. So they had to exchange it once again. Unreal.

We came from palm desert passing by Temecula. You think that having to wait in the drive thru for longer than usual that your kids chicken nuggets would be fresh. But instead my daughter described it as tasting like rocks. When I tried the nuggets it was as it had been sitting in the heater for hours and had a paper like consistency. Horrible way to serve food to kids thinking they wouldn't know the difference.. owner of this store needs to check for quality if he wants to stay in business because management sure isn't doing their job and is serving trash to paying customer.

Worst Experience ever. Coming in for breakfast the place was ice cold. It was 44 degrees outside and inside wasn't any different. I told the manager to put on the heat he said he would. Never did. I asked to eat inside. My mother got a tray to eat in brought to her. But as for me, I got a Togo tray because they ran out of trays. No one else was eating inside! My wife asked for sugar packets, they gave her sugar in a cup for her coffee. This place shouldn't be open until they get new management and have their stuff in order!

Ik it’s a night shift and those suck, but we didn’t get one of our burgers in our TWO burger combo. And when we asked for our fries extra salted bc the last time we got some they had none the night crew made both large fries literally inedible. Not even exaggerating. Just sorta crazy to me. Be careful if you ask for extra salt they might be petty and make your food inedible.

Stopped by this McDonald’s to order the 40 piece family meal. Took 25 minutes, that would be fine but I was the only one in the restaurant, and they only started making it when I asked where my food was. Stopped by yesterday to buy just 2 sodas, took 6 minutes. The other guy that was waiting there had been waiting over 30 minutes. Just go 5 more minutes south to the other McDonald’s. It has a lower rating but it’s way more efficient with nicer staff.

Very poor service. Probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Really slow service. My latte was only half full and they forgot the sugar free syrup. Told me they were out of sprite for my son so they had to substitute something else. I won't be going back here . . .

Ordered a breakfast sandwich with NO meat/cheese. They basically semi-peeled the cheese/meat off an already made sandwich, and they didn't even have the decency to change the wrapper. I got cheesy wrapper & cheesy bread. 😖

This was in Temecula, close to Pechanga. Chaotic nightmare. Not enough staff, wrong orders took about 20 minutes to get our order which was wrong; very willing to correct it but had to wait another 10 minutes.

This is the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. I have lived here for 4 years and every time there are some accidents, either giving me less than I ordered, or closed without updating the app. When I get there the staff just told me they are closed without anything, no refunds,no solutions

We already have low expectations for this store, but last night was the worst. A few bites into my Quarter Pounder I discovered the meat was still pink. IT took me about 15 minutes to flag down a manager and he ordered the sandwich to be remade. After another 20 minutes, I just gave up and left. Fries were also undercooked, and the drinks were light on syrup and tasted horrible. My wife ordered separately and waited about 30 minutes for her order. I saw other people standing and waiting more than 45 minutes. And more often than not, there is a problem with the order. I want to feel for the workers, because they WERE hustling, but somehow they still could get a simple cheeseburger out. This is the worst ran store I have EVER been to, anywhere. And this wasn’t an isolated incident – it’s been like this for years. Every time we stop here I leave pissed off and frustrated. Please do as all a favor and SHUT THIS STORE DOWN.

They literally suck. The first time I went there a few weeks ago, I was waiting for 10 min for my curbside pick up, and the girl who was dealing with curbside pick up area just don't know how to work or prioritize. She just moved around my food on the tray for more than 5 min in and out. I tried one more time today, and I was in drive thru line. While they take 3 cars order next of my lane no one speak to me to my side. I was sitting there and got mad and passed the area because I had already ordered my order through the app. They ended up giving me 4pcs happy meal instead 6 pcs happy meal which I ordered. They just don't know how to work. Bad service.

I recently visited McDonald's drive thru and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. First of all, the service was incredibly slow. I had to wait in line for over 10 minutes just to place my order. When I finally got to the speaker, the employee seemed disinterested and was not very friendly. When I received my food, it was not fresh at all. The fries were cold and soggy, and the burger was clearly sitting there for a while. I understand that fast food is not always the freshest, but this was bordering on inedible. When I went back to the window to ask for a fresh batch of fries, the employee seemed annoyed and rolled their eyes. To top it off, my order was incorrect. I specifically asked for no pickles on my burger, but it came with pickles. This may seem like a small thing, but as someone with food allergies, it is a big deal. I couldn't even eat my meal because I didn't want to risk having a reaction. Overall, my experience at this McDonald's drive thru was terrible. The slow service, lack of hygiene, and incorrect order made for a disappointing and frustrating visit. I will definitely be avoiding this location in the future. McDonald's needs to work on their customer service and food quality if they want to retain loyal customers.

This place is HORRIBLE! They're always slow and recently they closed midday for no reason. Their systems were shut off and didn't get any mobile orders. It's annoying when I make a mobile order for my kids and I get there and have to explain to them that we have to go to ANOTHER McDs to get their food and then deal with getting a refund. They should shut off mobile ordering if they're going to close the restaurant AT LUNCH!

Waited 25 minutes for an order that they did not make until I went up to ASK where my order was. I only ordered 3 cheeseburgers and one fry….. how long could that possibly take? They weren’t calling any orders out besides third party orders. While taking a peak in the back you can see the workers moving like sloths and not wearing gloves while they bag your food. And food sitting in the chute rather than them putting effort and energy to get people’s order. Additionally, my burgers were wrong! It’s not worth coming here, my first and last time stopping by. I guess it’s McDonalds, what should I expect? But you should hire more competent workers and people with energy.

Consistently the worst service of any McDonalds. Hardly ever clean inside, uninterested staff, and half the time nobody at the drive thru to take your order despite being open "24hrs". I've been there three times where they failed to even take my order. Honestly, I may never go to McDonalds again because of this terrible location.

This place is totally unorganized. The staff lacks customer service skills, likely due to management ineptitude. The kitchen was blaring Rap music and it was obnoxious. I’ve given this specific McDonald’s multiple chances and they always seem to mess up an order. Couple weeks ago we did a curbside pick up only to be forgotten and then when we went in after waiting 15-20 minutes they didn’t know where the order was so had to remake it. Today we ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg and received a sandwich with no egg. My husband went in and they gave him a sandwich that was sitting on the side labeled with egg and when he opened it there was no egg and no cheese. So third times a charm and we finally got a sausage McMuffin with egg and cheese. After waiting we still had cold hotcakes and soggy hash browns. Management needs to retrain the staff on double checking orders and being consistent. The only consistency we got so far is orders missing items and waiting for cold food.

There's a reason why chic filet is doing so well. Customer service. Customer service here is terrible. Cold hash brown, warm breakfast sandwich. One younger guy in the morning doing a wonderful job and had a great attitude was only highlight. This is the second time I've given these guys a chance.. McDonalds just isn't what it used to be.

Poor leadership = poor customer service. *** Avoid this place like the plague.*** 30-minute wait Customer service is trash at this location. They had me waiting over 30 minutes for a breakfast deluxe. The manager got mad I was mad lol. I placed my order at 0502am and received my food at 0533am. Not cute to start arguing when I asked for my food. Then she stole my receipt so I won't make a complaint later. Had to ask the runner to go get it from her. Over all avoid this location at least in the early morning hours.

5 sandwiches, 1 chicken mcnugget, and 3 french fries all piled into one bag, first car in line to a dead drive through and they park us in front of the store only to give us the wrong kinf of sauce we asked for causing us to to inside the store. this drive through is ran horribly and staff is very rude when you question or ask for anything after they try and send you on your way. this store needs some serious improvement in every category

Well I feel for the young lady working at the register by herself. My husband ordered 2 cups of coffee, and we waited 14 minutes until someone asked if we received our coffee. The Uber driver we talked to said this is the worst McDonalds in the area. I am moving to this area. I will give them another try. I really love McDonald's ❤️.

After waiting what felt like forever in the drive-thru on my lunch break…. They gave me a fillet o fish meal that looked like this. Like it’s hard to describe. It was flattened on one side of the bun. Never will I ever go back to this location. They knew that they should have sent that back and got me another fillet o fish. I didn’t have time to complain that day, I was 20 minutes into a 30 minute lunch. But I sure did take pictures.

Went inside to order and it was filthy. Plenty of staff capable of cleaning. They would walk by and refill their drinks, paying the trash no attention. This speaks to the leadership of this establishment and not the young employees.

If there was a 0/5 that would be my rating. Came here after soccer for some chicken nuggets and iced tea. The drive thru line was long but I figured it would move quickly. After 4 mins of not moving at all I decided to go in the store. Once in there I saw 5 different people waiting for their orders. The man at the counter took the order of the person who 2 people in front of me and then disappeared. He yelled something to people in the back and disappeared - never saw him again. This is getting long so let me shorten it for you. They didn't have any CO2 so they didn't have any drinks. But...no one in the store knew that until they ordered because they didn't put up any signs or verbalize it to anyone. They did have iced tea and lemonade - but they were not putting it out for people. When my chicken nuggets came up they yelled my number and walked away - no iced tea. I had to yell back to them that I needed the iced tea (and so did the guy behind me). I know customer service has declined recently - but I guarantee that I will NEVER go to this McDonald's again.
