Ordered 4 Sausage Croissants through the mobile app. Which consists of Sausage, Egg, Cheese, and Croissant. When I arrived it was not ready yet, so I waited. Took about 15 for the order to come out. As I walked to the car I took one out to eat one, I noticed it was missing the egg. I opened the other ones, all were missing the egg. It's a good thing I caught it before driving all the way home or I would've been pretty pissed off. But for a simple breakfast sandwich to be missing a main ingredient on all of them is unbelievable. The girl at the front was apologetic and corrected the order, but she wasn't the one that made the mistake. JitB needs to step up their training, as the crew seems to be allowed to work without knowing what actually goes in the sandwiches.

Only rating it one star cause I can’t rate it zero, went in the store and no one else was inside besides like 2 cars in the drive thru, I stood at the register for 10 minutes while the entire staff just took turns looking at me and continuing on about their business not a single person said a word to me until the person who was working drive thru just walked up and looked at me not even “sorry about the wait” or even “ how can I help you” just looked at me and on top of that am now having food poisoning from the tacos I waited almost 20 minutes for, presumably because they either messed with my food or because it was so dirty in there who knows what I ate but yup it’s comin out both ends not fun. Do not go here.

The female worker was talking crap in Spanish thinking I wouldn’t understand rude and disrespectful behavior young girl with glasses as a former worker i did not expect that. Despite not knowing what to order they gave me cold fries. Do not recommend ordering here.!!!!

Late night drive thru staff is definitely stealing peoples change. I gave the girl a $20. My meal was $15 and change. She gave me $2.xx When I asked the for the missing two dollars she had it ready to hand to me.. definitely check your order /change if paying in cash here.

April , I gave my coupon said it was wrong number so i took it san Gabriel location and they honored . As of 11.17 , this manager of this location should be terminated she said I was lying about the coupon code charged me 1 dollar more for my burger . Than she told me I last time to served me not to come anymore . Very unprofessional. Ps Natali is possibly an employee since manager is sneaky for her bad behavior not to show her name. P.s you can read the poor reviews based on within are very consistent about this establishment.

Worst food I payed $8 for 4 potato wedges and i bought a burger clearly told them no onions because i am allergic and they still put onions i went back to try and ask for my money back and asked me for the receipt i showed it to them and they still didn’t wanna refund or give me new item.

Horrible store. Ignorant low class staff. Place looks like it's being run like a frat house. Management won't do a thing about retraining staff and for months the phone doesn't work. I brought it to the attention of management and they said it's a wire issue... for a MONTH. The owners know the problem. I recommend going anyplace to eat besides this store. Ps they had me get off tge timer at drive through too .. I see they have been doing that for months. Don't go in to fix your issues in person because they blame the customers

Food was alright. The drive through was a little weird, they had a timer for employees. They had me wait out of camera range so as not to start clock I'm guessing. Then wanted me to back up in drive though for same clock camera trickery. Didn't like the gaming they were doing. Needs to stop or I will not go back.

2nd review 10/3/20: a year later and worse experience than last time!! FYI this location is a franchise so I recommend calling corporate to report as bad franchise. If they get enough complaints corporate should get involved. Charges for buttermilk .27 (No signage) forgot to put my cheesecake. Rip off!!! No drink carrier said they ran out but just rushing us shoving everything at us which was why I couldn't check the order. Stale fries, stale tacos, old lettuce and FOOD was COLD AGAIN. Called and they didn't care. Just said oh I remember you the one complained about charges for the sauce. 1st review: Food was cold. The tiny bit of fries we got were stale and rock hard. Asked for extra hot sauce for the tacos and not 1 packet in the bag.
