We had a very nice waitress. She was very attentive. My wings took a while to come out, but she checked in with us very often. Food was hot and fresh. I'd definitely return.
I decided to try the "All you can eat wings". I ordered the traditional for $24.99 and decided I would run a timer to see how long it takes between the initial 10 wing order and each subsequent 6 wings. I am dining at 12:30 on a Monday. The plan was to run the gauntlet eating my way from the top of the sauce list down the menu and see how many levels I could complete. 1st order: 10 Blazin Knockout / 13 min 2nd order: 6 Mango Habenero / 7 min 3rd order: 6 Caribbean Jerk / 8 min I ran out of steam after 22 wings. My mouth was on fire, and I had tears and snot dripping. I started getting bubble guts after the first 10 blazin, so quickly changed course. I took easily one the biggest craps of my life in the BW3s bathroom, reentered the arena and decided to jump down the menu switching from heat to flavor. The wings got out quickly and were pretty good. My waitress and service were good. The condition of the bathroom was a different story. I only made it to the BW3 AYCE Level 3. The house definitely won today. I will do better next time.
Most some staff ! Megan at the bar is he best wait staff I have ever had of my 73 years of experience! What an asset to your business!!! I loved it ! Never seen such a some group of employees! I used to be a wait staff ! But this is my top experience! 5 star all the way! It as a incredible to watch you work ‘ in my younger days would be so so happy to work here!
They are really changing things up here. I had to edit my first post from a one off experience. But we are definitely bww lovers again!! Thank you to management and everyone working here. Food was fast and fresh! See you next time !!
This location is amazing. The prices were actually very good and resonable and they give large portions for anything you want. The staff are very nice and courteous and the order was taken and we got our food quickly. I highly recommend this location to everyone! From sports lovers to a family for a good atmosphere and even single people looking for a good place to eat. This place has it all.
Our server Ashe was amazing always made sure we had drinks and was very nice to inform us that there was only 1 person in the kitchen but made sure we were doing okay the whole time overall my food and my server 10/10 !!!! Can’t wait to ask for Ashe again
Fun spot for a family night, date night or game night! Lei took amazing care of us. Our food and beverages were top tier. The service even better!
Aiden makes the perfect pizza, he does it to perfection and puts enough cheese. I stopped coming because multiple workers were skimping on the cheese, I assumed new management or cut backs so I stopped coming, as I used to be a norm from 2024. I was heading to jersey mikes on 29 Nov but their systems were down and I didnt have cash so I went to MOD and thanks to Aiden I hope their cheese skimping (doesnt cover all the red sauce, you ask for more and they barely put more, doesnt go along with their "unlimited toppings") days are over. Thanks Aiden! Keep up the great work!
When my husband and I travel for his job, we always look for restaurants that are vegan-friendly. Mod Pizza is one of our favorites because they let you customize your own pizza with all the toppings you want. We love piling on extra veggies, adding pineapple, and finishing it off with vegan cheese. Building our own salad is another go-to option for us. Just last night, we enjoyed two pizzas and a salad—mine was on a gluten-free crust. Thank you, Mod Pizza, for making it so easy to order a healthy, delicious vegan meal while we’re on the road!
A big thank you to Houston! He was awesome. He is super professional, patient and, his knowledge of the menu made our experience even better. Somebody give him a raise. Thank you Houston!! Mrs. Davison
We had a fantastic experience at MOD Pizza. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got our pizza very quickly and they were both delicious. The entire establishment was clean, but the bathroom could have used some TLC. We will definitely eat at this MOD Pizza if we are in the area for lunch.
This is probably the cleanest and friendliest Mod Pizza I've ever visited. They didn't chinch the toppings, everything was fresh and baked well. My godmother got a mod mad dog ($11ish) and I got a build your own cauliflower crust ($14). They have one of the better cauli crusts- it's thin, not soggy and bakes crispy.
Friendly, fast, affordable and delicious. I have yet to be disappointed whether dining in or having it delivered. Maybe I should have listed allergies on my order, I didn't as fir tomatoes on my build your own salad but found one in there. I cannot eat fresh tomatoes or anything that touches them. Once cooked I'm fine. Something about enzymes. Really wish I'd seen it before it hit my mouth though it woul have been much less painful
This place never disappoints! They have a great selection of fresh pizza toppings that allow you to design your own perfect pizza. And what’s even better is that no matter how many toppings you get, your pizza is the same price! My husband loads his up with every meat they have and always leaves with a full belly. Some days we are satisfied with sharing a pizza, and some days we can each put a whole pizza away!
Not a bad spot in temple. I never know when it comes to BWs what experience we are gonna have. Ordered the nachos and the buffalo chicken dip. The nachos were not bad but could of had alot more on it seemed to be more chips than anything. The dip was pretty good but didn't care for the bacon in it seemed to give it a different taste. All in all not a bad dinner. Service was great!
Solid choice for casual dining, especially if you’re craving wings or want to catch a game on their many TVs. We’ve been there several times, and most of the time, the food is good. However, the wings consistently take longer to come out than promised, which can be frustrating, especially when you’re hungry. The variety of sauces and seasonings is great, and the atmosphere is lively, but the service could be more consistent when it comes to timing.
Seating is limited. Pizza was good, no TV, so don't plan on watching the game. Staff was friendly. It is fast food style as you order like at Subway, & then go pick up your food when it is ready. No extra charge for toppings, get as many as you would like, & pizza Cooks in stone oven & is ready fast. I would recommend this place if u like a good pie.
getting a good pie here is dicey unless you set your sites low. This last trip was my 3rd and I had to make sure it cooked into an actual pizza by the woman who was working her cell not my pizza! I extolled Blaze pizza and she pointed out Mod outliving Blaze, She didn't know Mod had been bought out. Simpleton. After days of speculation about whether the 512-unit MOD would be filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last week, the company instead announced that it has a new owner. Elite Restaurant Group, a Los Angeles-based company that has been collecting struggling restaurant chains for years—many out of bankruptcy—has acquired 100% equity in Bellevue, Washington-based MOD.
Was very curious about this pizza 🍕 shop. Had to try it. First impression was the floor "dirty". Second was men's bathroom was filthy. Staff was there only, pizza was good but very very greasy. If you want greasy pizza, then you'll litit for a quick bite. Sorry but I cannot handle the grease.
Every time I eat here no matter if I’m dinning in or taking out, the fries are dry and the chicken is always cold. I had to wait 10 mins after my to go order was supposed to be ready to get it and when I got it the fries had been fried to death and the chicken was cold. I ate it in the parking lot. So right after. They didn’t give me an extra ranch like I paid for. Half of the wings didn’t have sauce on them. So poor poor service from the kitchen. The waiters are always so nice but the kitchen is messing it up for them. They food is gross. If I’m paying $16 for wings they should be WARM. I love this restaurant usually but the one in temple needs to get there stuff together and hire new kitchen staff or train the ones back there. Just cause the restaurant isn’t busy, shouldn’t mean my food will be ice cold. Get it together!
Been here multiple times and it’s hit or miss on service. But today we walked out. After being seated we were ready to order. Ordered 50 wings, 4 soft drinks 2 waters and one beer. The beer came out normal but the other soft drink took forever. I had to get up and ask for the drinks. Our original waitress came out and said they had some slow cooks and then realized she never brought our drinks. She apologized and came back with the rest of our drinks. After 40 min of waiting for our wings they finally came out. We ordered 50 wings and 30 fell to the floor before they made it to our table. They said they are remaking the 30 that fell and were served our 20. The 20 that were served were cold. At that point I had enough. My family and I just got up and decided to leave. We paid for our drinks and left.
So I eat at bww a lot and at a bunch of different locations. This location was actually the worst one I’ve ever been to.. We had t actually walk out because of the service. We got there at 10:15pm and still didn’t have food at 11:30, mind you there was 2 people there when we arrived? Please explain why? Never had this bad of service…
Went here twice. The first time the wings were cold. The second time they weren’t very busy but it took FOREVER to get our food and my husbands food was so heavily salted it was inedible. They did credit us for his meal but still wasn’t impressed overall.
The past two times I have gone to MOD pizza on 31st st the service has been horrible. The last time we stood in line after being greeted for ten minutes. There was no one in front of us the employees were making online orders. At least that time we got greeted. Today we went in and went greeted, the employee making online orders barely looked up. We stood there for five minutes without a single person helping us before I said seriously rather loud as one employee started making a third online order. Finally he said some one will be right with us. It still took another couple of minutes to be helped by a employee that we kept on having to repeat ourselves to because he kept getting distracted. MOD used to be great.... This one not so much anymore.
Shame on the general manager of this location! We live nearby and probably eat at this location multiple times a month. We have consistently been disappointed at how bad the place has gotten. The staff is run ragged. They can barely keep up. This includes the kitchen staff. We can always tell when there isn’t oversight because the entire place looks trashed. Now, I’ve noticed that even the cleanliness has become an issue. As an operations manager it is imperative that a general manager is aware of staffing needs and does not allow lower level managers and staff suffer due to their poor decisions. When we noticed several things that were not correct I finally asked to speak with a manager. He was exhausted, cooking in the kitchen, bussing tables, and trying to keep up with complaints from customers. This is unacceptable. If this place is going to survive the raising population and expectations of the customers who are moving in, corporate better take a hard look at this location. It’s a shame that such a great staff and location is sinking due to subpar upper management. Do better Buffalo Wild Wings!
When you consider a place for a late night dinner(9pm) always consider the ambience. If i wasn’t blind to hunger pangs, I would have noticed the emptiness on this Friday night. We placed our order for unlimited appetizers and 2 orders of 15 piece of boneless wings. Which on a busy day I would understand if it took an hour. Here I am writing to you all still waiting for my food and it is 12:00am. We ordered a voodoo ranger and had to argue with the waitress to show her the difference between a blue moon and a voodoo ranger. Update: It is 12:08 and I have received food however the food received was incorrect. I dont know if the cook decided to be completely incompetent or left his/her brain cells at the door. We received tenders instead of boneless wings. 2nd update: We asked for the check and it was a complete mess. So it seems the cook has spread his/her incompetence amongst the staff. If I knew I was going to come into a pandemic I’d be wearing a mask. The table next to us asked for a manager. We also asked for one just so we can get an idea of what happened. 3rd update: The manager is MIA, someone send team seal six, Rambo, Arnold Schwarzenegger, anyone at this point. The table next to us just took their loss and they left. I am feeling the same, I can’t wait for another 2 hours just for some wings. Conclusion: I sit at home, disheartened by a meal of bland, uninspired tenders—left questioning the choices that led me here. Thank you, Buffalo Wild Wings of Temple, Texas, for an experience as forgettable as the flavor on my plate. Next time I find myself in a small town where only one out of thirty locals chooses a particular restaurant, I’ll take it as a quiet warning… and dine elsewhere.
I received warm and old food. I picked my food up 10 minutes early. I would rather had receive 10 fresh boneless, than a bunch of old wings. My daughters fries were hard as well as my boneless Buffalo wings and fries. This was my first time trying Buffalo Wild Wings. I would rate my meal a 2/10.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. We called ahead for a birthday dinner for 13 people and were told the wait would be approximately 15 minutes. Based on that, we arrived with two infants, two women who were 8 months pregnant, and four toddlers. After waiting 35 minutes, we watched multiple other parties get seated while we received no updates. When the host, Adrian, finally approached us, he said he didn’t know how long it would be. After another 10 minutes, he returned and told us it would be an additional 35–45 minutes. At that point, I asked to speak with a manager. The host responded, “Really, you want to talk to a manager?” which was unprofessional on its own. He said he would get one, but 15 more minutes passed and no manager ever came out, while more parties continued to be seated. When I asked for the manager’s name, I was told it was Brandon. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I’ve been a loyal BWW customer for over 15 years, and this experience was genuinely disappointing. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for our time ruined what should have been a simple birthday dinner. Do better.
If I could get a 0 star I would. Absolutely worst customer service ever. We called a head for a Party of 15. They said it was fine and they can have us seated in 15 minutes upon arrival. We have someone in a wheelchair and two kids so we didn’t want to have to wait too long. Once we got there we waited for 25 minutes so we asked if we would be seated soon and we were told “uhh I don’t know” we waited more and asked again. Got another “idk” From Adrian the host. He then said “I’m going to disappear for a while” and left. Once he came back we asked for a manager he asked if we were serious. lol we’re like yes. Then he avoided us and no manager ever came. We asked again and were told that Javon and Brandon were there but too busy for us. He even laughed at us . It was the most odd and rude experience ever. We left and will never be back and he could care less. We had not one person even try to say sorry or anything. I’ve never really liked this place and now I know I do not like it. These young people need to learn how to smooth things over. Idk and we’re busy is absolutely wild to tell a customer.
Went by myself to grab what I hoped would be a quick bite... Ended up waiting 35+ minutes for 10 wings and fries. It took so long that I had to ask the waitress to change my order to To-Go. By the time I got my food and got back to my truck with my order I opened it up and it wasn't even hot and I received the wrong flavor. I didn't even try to go in to get it fixed because I was low on time. Just as annoying was while waiting that long for my food, I had an empty beer glass for 15 minutes with no sign of my waitress.
I ordered 12 boneless wings for pick up. When I arrived it said my food is ready, but it took 10 minutes for them to greet me. When I did receive the food, it tasted like knuckles and was cold . Will never eat again.
If you’re an anorexic white woman that’s into crystals, this is your place. If you’re an average family trying to feed athletes before practice, just do The Hut or Papa John’s. We spent over $50 for $18 worth of pizza. Their “mega dough” measures 11 inches. That’s about the size of a large dinner plate. We screwed up and tried to feed 6 people (and support our son’s elementary school). I can’t even tell you how it tastes because I had to eat leftovers because there wasn’t enough pizza to go around. And don’t even start with that- ThaTs WhY AmeRicaNS ArE FaT BS either. We got about 30% of what we paid for. Total ripoff if you have a family. If you’re a single person that votes democrat, you’ll probably be very pleased…
