The reservation service was very intolerant even though the place wasn't full; it's understandable if they had customers waiting. In that respect, the service was terrible; other than that, everything was fine.

*Our experience at El Estero!* We went for lunch as a family and were very satisfied. We ordered the barbecue for four people, and despite the restaurant being full, we were surprised by the speed of the service. The food was delicious, fresh, and plentiful. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is very attentive. Without a doubt, this is a 100% recommended place if you're looking for good seafood dishes in Tepic. 😋👌 Since we couldn't find any reference images of this dish, we're sharing this reel so you can see what awaits you. Place is great , very clean and food is awesome ! Hostess was unwelcoming , no smiles , very cold , our waiter forgetful when extra things needed. I’m sure I would come back. They just need to adjust their personnel to Welcoming.

Warning! Back in 2024, the dishes were amazing; it was a great restaurant in my opinion. But when I went in 2025 with my mom, the food was terrible. The chef was awful. We had cazuela (a type of stew), the broth was bad, and we also had shrimp "a la momia" (shrimp cooked in a creamy, rubbery texture) that was tough and oily. There were only five shrimp, and it came with half a plate of lettuce and onion. It was expensive, too. I wasted my money. I feel like there are better and cheaper places. The place is nice and all, but I would think twice about going back.

One of the most overrated restaurants in Tepic. Terrible flavor in every dish I ordered, terrible service, and very high prices for what they offer. I ordered an empanada as a starter, which was delivered almost at the end. The red aguachile was awful, and the zarandeado fish was even worse. I ordered a natural orange juice, which tasted like Zuko's flavoring. If you have the chance, don't visit this restaurant.
