As far as taco bells go this one is consistent, clean, and the employees are cool folks.
I have lived in Terrell 23 plus years and yes they get he orders wrong sometimes but guess what they are humans, we make errors but I still love it cause they will fix it if they are asked. So do us all a favor and check your food before going home and chewing them out later cause in the rush and the heat of the moment they do their best! <3
I always get good customer service from my Terrell Taco Bell. When it's blazing outside, I can get cold water for my dog. When I needed a recommendation for something to feed my dog. I got the side of chicken. Thank you so much. Peace and blessings.

I had lunch there today and the daytime staff was great and Lily (or Lilian) is an exceptional employee. She was very polite and helpful.
I've almost always had good experiences at the Terrell Taco Bell. If they mess something up, they always make it right for me. They're almost always friendly, and when I take my dog through the drive through they're always really nice to her.
I order off the vegan menu. It's fast and efficient. I add my vegetables when I get 🏠. Thank you Taco Bell for fast-forwarding my experience!!
I ordered online and accidentally sent the order to the wrong store. Juan Perez (GM) and Misty were very accommodating while I reached out to TB customer service. The issue was resolved and I let TB app services know about how great the Terrell TB is!
The cashier was really friendly a very sweet smile on her face .You could tell.. She really enjoyed serving the public. A big plus in the fast food industry. The food was ready fast and of good quality. I will be going back again very soon.
As busy at they were, they were on top of their orders. Coming from a manger at a small clinic in town, they did a wonderful job at handling the busy time of the day. Chesley was super sweet & made sure everyone was taken care of, not sure if she is the manger or not, but she definitely took over the roll and made things run much smoother for everyone. All of the staff & Chelsey were very apologetic. Props to the staff and Chelsey. 10/10 always recommend this location.
I've eaten at a lot of Taco Bells over the years, but the service at this one stands above all the rest. We stopped by on our way home on Easter Sunday The lady who took our order and the young man at the drive-thru window both were friendly and had great attitudes. Even my wife said something as we were pulling away. I wouldn't normally go out of my way to leave a review for Taco Bell, but the service we received made our night.
Employees were nice and attentive to our needs. But I really just wanted to give this 5 star review because of the food. They prepared it perfectly, I haven’t been to a Taco Bell that prepared their food this great for a while. 5/5 😋
Second time in a row that I've ordered food through the drive through and didn't receive everything that I've ordered. I paid for it, its on my receipt, but who knows where the hell it is. I live 30 minutes away. Not going to drive an hour to get $5 worth of food but they'll definitely hear about it. Edit: went by here again after 4 months. They've definitely upped their game.
My man Johnny at the drive thru was extremely polite and gave me lots of taco sauce like I asked for with my potato tacos. Sorry I lost the receipt to do it through corporate, but I hope this helps because you deserve it! Keep up the good work!
Omg 😲 when I pulled up to the drive thru I heard this voice with politeness and professional customer service personality ready to serve me. Alot of times we don't always get that so when I heard it I immediately wanted to know who she was because I wanted her to know how much I appreciated her showing up at her job with a beautiful smile and a great demeanor!! She was dress very professional her uniform was neat that's very important when you are serving food to others!!!! Thank you to the managers who sought fit to hire a young lady name Shawnessy to be the face for your product. I was so happy to have such a great visit I wanted to take a pic of my food but most of it was already eaten. I asked her to take a pic of her so people can see what good service looks like. She also ask me would i like to give to an organization that Taco Bell was sponoring and I glad she did and of course i said yes!!!! Very satisfied customer Martha

Typical Taco Bell. Employee working the front counter was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Better service than Forney Taco Bell.

We went there Friday night and placed mobile order, thinking it was faster. Unfortunately, that was not the case due to the orders before us. Jeff in the drive-through window went above and beyond to make sure we were happy before leaving. Great example of good customer service. Keep it up Jeff!
My husband and I frequently go here because in terms of fast food as a whole the prices are affordable and if you don't want a buttload of calories you can get one of their meals with a diet soda and not break the calorie bank as badly as getting a large combo elsewhere. There is never a long wait time and they always get the order correct, staff are polite and professional, grounds are kept clean.
It is a hit or miss on how good the food is. This time the food was amazing and made right. The cheesy gordita crunch box hit the spot perfectly. The food was filled and tasted great. The staff was welcoming, which made it even more inviting.
I know all food chains are supposed to be the same BUT. This was the BEST Taco Bell I have every been to. From the quality of the food, taste of the food, friendliness of the staff. We had a combination of nachos, burritos, tacos and drinks. They were all the quality on quantity of what TB should be. This is not just a local thing. I have been from Oregon to here through many other states. I am a TB fan.
Drive through service was amazing! Took less than 10 minutes from order to drive off, friendly staff, good and hot food!!

I’m a senior, been to many restaurants and various Taco Bell’s across the metro area. My wife and I stopped into this Taco Bell not really knowing what we wanted to eat. Upon entering the dining area, we were immediately approached by this lovely young lady who was very helpful, very friendly. I wish I caught her name. She took us over to the check-in kiosk and walked us through the meal menu screens explaining the various options and selections. She did a wonderful job. Afterwards we find her cleaning the doors and windows, staying busy. Because of her attentiveness the wife and I had a very enjoyable dining experience. Thank you to this lovely young lady.

I like the Terrell Texas Taco Bell which is the one I went to today about two weeks ago I went to the Canton Texas Taco Bell and they are much better than they used to be they are clean and they are polite staff I want to thank you for the work that y'all have put into making Taco Bell a favorite restaurant thank you
Love taco bell and frequent there often. Not all the time but some times get a little shabby with the ingredients. They keep the place looking good and are always quick.
Been several years since I visited this TB. They have stepped up their game, everything was clean and tidy, food was excellent, service great.
The food was good. I ordered from the kiosk as I had the wrong glasses to read the signs and was able to upgrade my meal with extras I wouldn't have known were available. The crunchwrap was greatness. They failed to put the hot sauce I requested in the bag.
Normally one of the best Taco Bells I've ever visited. Until today. I can look past mediocre customer service, not an issue as my order was 99% right. The issue is with the so called "sweet tea". It literally tastes like dirt in a cup. It is pure sadness. With it being 100⁰ you'd think something as easy as sweet tea couldn't be screwed up. Yet here we are. For the love of God, fix this.
I went to Taco Bell to day and I believe his name was Jay he took my order and was very professional. He gave great customer service. Even though my order was wrong not because it was put in wrong it was because the cooks did read on how it was supposed to be done. And they left out some food. Jay put the order in correctly and everything. Tee she was the cashier did great as well. Taco Bell has to get better when it comes to reading the orders and making sure that the customer get what they paid for. I was able to call and speak with the manager. I forgot here name 🤦🏾♀️but she was very professional as well. She apologized for what was done and made me as a customer want to come back due to her professionalism and making the situation better. I will be back🤩
Location- depending on traveling maybe tricky because you have to wait in the middle lane to turn with upcoming traffic at 35 mph. Parking is small no trailers. Service- needs improvement takes 5 minutes per car to get your food. Staff not very friendly but professional. Food- nice and hot delivered with care Exiting another tricky one with upcoming traffic
The food was good, but I did get some ingredients that I did not ask for but still a pretty solid choice.
Store was super clean which was nice service was great im not much of a fan anymore of Taco Bell girlfriend makes me eat there sometimes food is to bland and expensive now and never seems hot they really need to bring back the cheesy double beefs and the Fritos burrito one for 1$ even if on the 1.29 or 2$ menus they were the best deal outside the box meals this location was great food rating I left is not a reflection on this location but as taco bell as a whole
The folks who work here are usually really nice, but my order is usually incorrect. I don't go back and make a fuss because it's generally the same amount of food, but not the correct items. I'd love to get a correct order though, because if I'm wanting a chalupa, I'm not very satisfied with 2 regular crispy tacos without tomatoes or sour cream. :/
This place isn't very clean. The food isn't as fresh as it should be and the staff is rude.
Every time I go to this location, they never make my food correct. Not a sometimes or here and there......EVERY SINGLE TIME! Employees seem more worried about having their friends come in a visit them than making the food.
Taco Bell a Staple since I was Young! I have seen many of a menu change with some coming back.My only concern (not just TB) is true customer service not a kiosk. Stationing a employee up front to take and fill orders
I live locally and I used to frequent this location. Drive thru doesn't check your order before they give it to you. In 9 out of 10 visits the order has been wrong or food is all together missing from your order. Check your bag before you leave 100%.
Girl asked me what I wanted....told her...sat there and all of a sudden she asked what I wanted..told her I just placed my order...she informed me she couldn't hear me, with a very sarcastic voice. Ordered 2 tacos and a Coke. Very little ice in drink and both tacos were very cold. I had pulled over down the road. Because sad didn't feel hot. Won't be going back to that place!
I doordash, they don’t make me come in every time. It’s annoying actually. Especially when I don’t want to come inside. Idk why they want more people inside isn’t that more risk? Why not just simply give it to me through the window? It just doesn’t make sense when there’s different rules when different people work. It’s either always come in or always through drive through. It’s inconvenient for some people. Now I just won’t take orders from Taco Bell. Love the food otherwise and service otherwise I go there a lot as just a customer.
They put my order on the counter and just walked away. Didn't bother calling my name or anything. If I hadn't been paying attention, it would've been cold by the time I got it.
8 cars waiting in the drive thru so I decided to go in. Mistake !! It was noon and maybe they were short handed it being the holidays. With all that being said, I waited until a Manger walked in the store 10min. are so I waited before I was noticed. Food always good to me just don't get in a hurry.

Mexican pizza - not recommended TB should be ashamed of themselves. The price for this 88% beef dish was rip off! Not only was it prepared sloppy but the quantity is less than previously sold and the taste is not really good and they didn't even bother to slice it. Yeah, if it gets discontinued again I doubt it'll be missed... While tb's prices are going up, they're food is going downhill for me.
The app was down and not working. The young lady was no help. Taco supreme meals and literally was given only 5 sauces? I asked if she could help me order on the app so I could get credit. She said no. Very disappointing and avoidable. I’d paid more for 1-2 more sauces if Taco Bell is so broke that they have to limit 2 taco supreme meals. Very little meat, sour cream, tomatoes. Disappointing.

Too many changes too often. Glad they brought back the green sauce. Didn't go there for a long time because of that. Miss the Enchritos and Bell Beefer. Year later the food it is even worse. Needless to say we won't be going back.
Have visited Taco Bell multiple times but in the last 10 visits or more the menu has changed so much. I can overlook the menu changing but like others have commented they are very stingy with the hot sauce which is sad because the sauce is the least expensive item.... I'm glad other fast food places haven't shorted other things like ketchup, mustard. mayo but what really bothered me was about a week ago when I ordered a power bowl and they put it inside the bottom of a small cardboard box. I waited a week or so and went again in hopes they were out of the plastic bowls , and I asked them if they had any and apparently they don't use them anymore. It seems like they could care less for and have so little respect for what they are selling. I will be visiting less in the future
We waited 20 minutes before we went to the counter to find out they had lost our order. Then we wanted almost 10 more minutes before I finally went back up there to see they didn't know who the food they remade was ours. Once we got it it was good just didn't like how long we had to wait.
this Taco Bell is the sorriest I've ever been to they're unfriendly they don't listen to what you want they give you whatever they want to give you and expect you to be happy with it when you have a problem with it they want to have attitude with you. won't get any more money. They frequently if not all the time get your order wrong
Ordered on line. They got my order completely wrong! I ordered a nacho box, crunch wrap, 4 taco supremes, large strawberry freeze and a large pepsi. They gave me anacho box, crunchy taco supreme, nacho grande, and a large dr. pepper. Totaly disapointed. Never order on line from them again!!!
Not only do these people consistently get my order wrong....They also have given me counterfeit money on 3 different occasions. Paid with a $20 each of the 3 times. My change back had a $5 bill in it all 3 times. The first $5 i got looked sketchy but i just went with it. 2nd time i paid closer attention and asked the lady to break the 5 into $1 bills. 3rd time i went inside the restaurant and contacted their manager. He proceeded to call the police on me for possession of counterfeit moneys. Thankfully the police listened to my side of the story and just documented the event. Long story short......Don't waste your money on this Taco Bell. The employees are rude, the manager is a joke and you're likely to walk out of there with counterfeit money. Order at your own risk lol.
My tacos had barely any meat in them food was cold!!!!!! I’m upset because I caught a ride to get the food just for it to be TRASH!!!!!!!!
I can only say this simply. NO MEXICAN PIZZA!! And when they told me they wouldn't make it, they laughed at us the entire way out of the store. Thats excellent customer service right there! Amazing training apparently. The management must be PROUD!
This restaurant has ROACHES. I saw one as I walked in and while I was paranoid while ordering I let it slide but once we were about to sit down I saw another one on the other side of the restaurant. This is DISGUSTING and NOT OKAY! I had already paid for my food and didn’t want to be in there more than I had to. I checked my food and ate super freaked I would find something but luckily that was fine.
Horrible service inside and out. Schlotskyz is even quicker than this. Still waiting going on 45-50 minutes in a drive thru line for a DoorDash order they haven’t even started. Is this an entire new staff or do they just not know what they’re doing.
This location doesn’t care about how they sell their products my chalupa was so hard the tacos are not anywhere close to the stiffness of that chalupa I’m done
bruh i went up there only got a quesadilla at about 12:20 12:30 I ordered steak and they gave me chicken and it was cold at that. The man at the window had an attitude also something always end up wrong with my order. your workers need to work on listening.
So I moved away from Terrible a long time ago. I try to avoid the area at all costs. But tonight against better judgement. I stopped here. Before I even walked in. I was accosted by a vagrant aggressively asking for money. RIGHT OUTSIDE THE ESTABLISHMENTS DOOR. HE THEN WALKED IN. AND HARASSED THE PEOPLE EATING FOR HANDOUTS. The employees just watched and laughed. I ordered simple things. Two burritos and a taco. I don't know how you could mess up that. But obviously the teenagers behind the counter had more important things to deal with like the end of Tik Tok. Won't come back here. Filth on the tables. No one wiping down after people leave. There coke machines was down and did not inform me before I bought drinks even gave me cups to get drinks went back to the front to tell them it was not working properly then they told me it was down they did have can soda so I did get one for my daughter but they did not have a caffeine free choice so I was not able to drink anything they had but they did reimburse my money back to my card but if they would have made me aware of the situation before hand that would have been better
Tried to dine-in about 8:30 am, because the online hours said 8 am to 2 am, and included dine-in. There was NO mention of drive-thru pnly until a certain time, not even on the door. When we entered, then one of the staff told us we couldn't dine in at the time we arrived. BAD COMUNICATION! They lost a customer. We eat out a lot, Our town has a huge amount of food providers, We ate elsewhere.
The worst! Placed an order on DoorDash but before placing called them to make sure I was about to make some edits on my food since me and my children have allergies to specific food. The First Lady was really nice told me yes just to call back after placing order to make the edits. Did just that and the when I called the lady that answer was totally rude when I explained she said YEAH YEAH WHATEVER. She was very rude and unprofessional! When I called back no one answer or answer and hung up or passed the call to a fax. I now remember why we don’t order from Taco Bell
I ordered 12 taco pack and 4 burritos. I asked for 2 hot sauces for each item then said that’s about 30 packs. The order confirmation popped up and it said 10 sauces. I again told him I needed about 30 packs. He said it would be in the order and again I reminded him to be sure. When I got home there were only 10 sauces and 3 napkins so I called him since this was the 3rd time in a row they’d shorted me on the sauces. Then I went back to get my “extra” sauce and the manager informed me it was this franchise’s policy to only give 1 (ONE!) for every two items ordered!!! What a joke
Manager working at 730 this morning (yes they were open) wouldn't answer drive thru headset to help us. Ignored us completely when we came to the window. We sat there for over 10 minutes trying to get his attention. Better off at Taco Cabana.
Lobby closed for 4 days. Wasn't able to hand me order and told me go through the drive thru which was starting from the sideroad. The line was so long it was coming from both sides. Had to cancel my order because it I was waiting so long. Customer service is a joke there. Was told she was the only employee working. When there was 3 people sitting at a table in the lobby. B.s.
I asked for FRESH chalupa the si called General Manager Mario argued with me in the window and the person working the line came to the window to argue and ask me with attitude do I want my money back I had to come inside just to watch and be sure my food was made correctly and wasn’t miss handled also I know he wasn’t the general manager he was a shift leader the girls on the line kept whipping their noses with arm and had to make my food 3x first time wasn’t fresh second time wasn’t what I asked for it was chicken instead of beef 3rd time a charm so disappointed in the service all I wanted was what I asked for
5 dollars for 2 supreme beef tacos that I thought they gave me the wrong order! Not even half full of anything and such a small amount of sour cream that I knew they gave me regular tacos! I’m not going back until next year maybe!
Don't go here if you want someone to make your food to find out they don't do ask you ask, and they never change their gloves when making a new order. So in all when you get food here be aware that it could verywell be cross contaminated from hair to other food parts that are not supposed to be in your food. Also the floors are nasty dirty same goes for the tables too. I'll never go back until they clean up the location
Every single time we order on Uber from here they miss items. Today they missed my entire meal. I am tired of ordering only for half or all of my food to be missing. If you can't check a bag don't work in food.
When you try and force people to use the kiosk. You loose customers. I will never step foot in your restaurant again, if that's how you want it to be. Very disappointed. You used to be my favorite Taco Bell. But unfortunately you are not anymore. Get rid of those stupid things. Because I don't work there. 😡😡😡😡😡
This location has switched to kiosk orders in lobby only. My whole family just walked out because the would not take our order. They still owe us for our last visit to the drive through where the messed up half of our order and left one meal completely out. To many missing options on the kiosk to have our food made correctly and allergy compatible. Will not return to this location. Will be driving to other locations for our dinning from now on. I highly recommend not visiting this location. They will be the next chicken express in town.
If I could rate them zero stars I would. Last time I came here, they messed up my order. Now my roommate just came home from doordashing. She goes to tell me, she STOOD THERE FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE BEING ACKNOWLEDGED. She made eye contact with at least 4 employees who all just shrugged her off and continued about their business just cleaning because they were slow. When a manager finally helped her, she told them about what happened and instead of apologizing for the experience said “sorry you feel that way” . Such sorry employees and management. Never coming back nor getting orders for doordash from them again.
This is not the first time i have had something like this happen. The last 10 times i have went my order has been incorrect in some sort of way. Tonight i ordered through door dash and got a chicken bowl with no guacamole , no avocado ranch, add beans, add three cheese blend, add ground beef, and extra sour cream. When i went to pick it up i checked before we even left the store given my past experience. It was wrong. It had the original amount of sour cream not even a quarter size worth of the beef and about the same of beans and no 3 cheese bleend. Literally the only thing they did was take off the things i asked not to be on it and added a spoonful worth of the things not originally in the bowl. Now we wouldnt have had a problem but they gave my partner who was dealing with the transaction EXTREME amounts of attitude. When she said it wasnt right. They said everything thats supposed to be in it is in it. After they finally remade the food it was the worst looking food i had ever seen served from them. All the ingredients were just thrown into the bowl, And i mean thrown. And that would have been the end but because they just threw it into the bowl i couldnt see the chicken. He then proceeded to take a pre gloved hand and dig into my food till he found it. I have no idea what he was doing before he dug into my food with that glove. This store has went way downhill since i first started eating here 2 years ago. It is now no longer about them just not knowing how to do the job they were hired for it is now to the point they are disrespectful and unsafe with the food.
So I don't live in this area but I wouldn't recommend this one. The lady that works the drive-thru was rude and she talks to you like you're an idiot. Even though I was asking her a basic question. You also need to make sure that your employees are better trained on the Uber eats process. Also, not just the doordash Uber eats people do not have to take pictures of their orders
Rude young women told us she wouldn’t take our order and we “HAD TO” use the kiosk tablets to order. What nonsense. Another customer trying to order was told the same thing and when he asked for the store number it was escalated and the manager came up and had a whole different attitude indicating she wouldn’t help place the order at the kiosk tablet. Such nonsense. Just take the order at the ordering counter like normal fast food restaurants. We told the manager about the rudeness and misinformation of the other female and she completely denied it and said we should have asked her for help to place the order. Total nonsense. Plus the burrito supreme was half filled. What a rip off. So he went back in to get his order remade. We are also not from this area but the Taco Bell’s in DFW do not mistreat their customers.
I was missing several food items. Idk what happened with this location but everything has slowly gone downhill from food quality to customer service in the past 6 months.
Have eaten here for years and they always forget an item I order. Don't bother going here if you want more than three things. Take the fam some place that cares.
I rarely write reviews, especially since I’ve worked in customer service myself and understand how challenging it can be. However, my experience the other night was genuinely disappointing. My coworkers and I (we all work at Starbucks) stopped by Taco Bell as we often do. It was busy, so we expected a bit of a wait — no problem there. I placed my order at the same time as one coworker, while three others ordered after us. After some time, everyone else in our group and most people who ordered after us received their food. Leaving me still waiting. At first, I brushed it off, assuming my order might just be taking a bit longer. But after 30 minutes passed with no update, one of my coworkers politely asked about my order. We were told it was being worked on. Another 20 minutes went by with no progress. Eventually, after nearly an hour, I was given just fries and one taco, and never received my drink. Another one of my coworkers also didn’t get their drink. I waited an hour for two items, with no a bunch of “I’m so sorry’s” and no effort to make things right. As someone who takes pride in providing good customer service, this was disheartening to experience. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic communication and care for customers.
I work at starbucks, and came with a group of friends after work. My friend waited an hour for her fries, which were cold- and she didn’t get her drink. My other friend also didn’t get his drink. My drink was left on the counter, didn’t call my name out or anything. store was messy and the manager was full of excuses. hands down the worst Tacobell i’ve ever been to!
Manager called me a liar. Also my order was wrong.Place is trash but it is what it is when you have employees thinking they run the place. Me personally I will eat dog food before I go there again!! I don’t do reviews. That says a lot!!
Took the grandkids here at their request. The order taker said she needed to take the order at the kiosk. In the middle of taking our order,she walked off to go back behind the counter. It was a major shock. No explanation, no excuses. My wife had to finish putting the order in. There was no option to print the receipt. I had to back to the counter to get the receipt and the cups. It was horribly inefficient.
My order was completely not correct I ordered the new Baja blast looking forward to it And I got a regular one I also ordered the new cool ranch taco And never got it The nacho cheese sauce was gritty And on top of that The chips were steal Food was not fresh at all do better
Went in for an afternoon bite before work. Ordered a combo. Chalupa with tacos I think. The gordita bread was cold and hard. The food tasted bland. The tacos became soggy from their "beef" grease by the time I was able to eat maybe half of the chalupa. I hadn't had any food all day and didn't have time before work to send it back. I expected the food to be edible and correctly made. The only good part of my experience was chatting with the cashier. She was friendly. Otherwise, the entire experience was well below acceptable for food service to the public. I will never go back after that.
I told them that my chipotle chicken melt was stuck to the paper 2 days ago, causing the tortilla to rip and fall apart and I was told it wouldn’t happen again. However, that’s exactly what did happen again tonight. I hate this place so much, nothing but kids work there and they don’t give a care in the world. This is precisely why I drive all the way to Forney for food most times because the quality is better than Terrell ever will be!!!! 🤬🤬
