Clean and always awesome. Waiter made a mistake while cashing out totalling my order close to $100, he immediately noticed his mistake and got the manager on it and had the whole thing refunded and on top of that made the order for free when I told him I couldn't pay for the next charge because of the whole 2-3 business processing days to be refunded idk. Stand up place.

Great staff. This Waffle house is one of the most efficient ones I have seen. Even though they were busy, wait times for seating and food delivery were minimal. Everything was prepared as requested! We will definitely enjoy breakfast here again.

Traveling through the area and placed my order online as we were pulling in the parking lot. It was ready within minutes. The staff was very friendly and the other customers were shaking hands with the waitress as they left because they enjoyed their experience.

Morning staff is excellent! Not sure what her name is but if I read her nag correctly her name is Bear? If I got it wrong, I apologize. Great server! Friendly and very welcoming. My eggs are always cooked right and just a great experience. The first time I went in, it was at night. That experience was not so great. For one I ordered the breakfast sandwich like I always do. The food was good but the girl working that night charged me $13 for just the sandwich. I later realized that the sandwich did not cost that much and I had been overcharged. All in all, good food.

Traveling through my grandchildren said Waffles house, glad we stopped, we were greeted, seated, and welcome. The whole staff was curious . The cook did a fantastic job. Everything was cooked with love. Our waiter was professional, funny, we got top-notch services 6 of us.

1:30a.m. stop by on 01/02/25. I've been going to waffle house over 40 years, and this one [wh] was the cleanest wh's ive ever ate at..the pork chops were cooked to perfection. My eggs were exactly over medium. Biscuits and gravy were fresh, with perfect consistency. Customer service, she deserves a 10 star rating. Will be stopping by there everytime im out on that side of Texas.

We came in right when they were breaking down the grill. We knew it was going to be a wait anyway. The wait was worth it. Mike made the most creamy grits every. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese grits bowl and was very happy with my choice. I'm not sure what my husband ordered. Our waiter entertained us during our wait. We hardly noticed time passed.

The staff were so awesome. Food came fast. The chef even joked with us. We will definitely go back. Thank you for the hospitality. My daughter and I appreciated it.

We are from Utah and the cook is super sweet and she cooks so delicious. She gave us tips on how she cooks her steaks so well. The young man is so awesome and very kind as he took care of my little one giving her extra pickles. Super friendly staff. Night shift makes a great team and they all are a great asset to this Waffle house. Keep it up guys and kudos to the owner. We definitely stop by in our way back home.

This place was amazing. The cooks are all nice, and one of the warriors has a phrase he says almost every time he gives your delicious looking food to you. He always says "look at those pretty plates" and they back that up. The plates look very appetizing and the taste is so much more than I had expected. If I was able to, I'd give this place 10/5 stars lol. It was that good. So if you happen to drive through this part of town, and eat, stop there. You won't regret it.

We had a wonderful time. the food was outstanding. Bear took really good care of my graduation group. all the orders came out exactly right down to the smashed and crispy hash browns! I know it may sound like nothing but that's probably one of the hardest things to get done right. Came here in March 2021. Small little hole in the wall but huge on customer service! They have booths separated by plexiglass. Stool area has sis seats but is limited to 2 seats. Face covering required. Culturally diverse staff and customer base. Nice! Surprised to see a juke box. 😊 Went inside and placed an order-to-go. Took a minute but was worth the wait.

Last night me and my daughter went ate there at midnight and I have to say the cook that they had last night was the best cook. Everything was perfect. The hashbrowns was on point. They wasn’t burnt they weren’t too crispy and we also had ordered to go order and that order was also perfect as well. They need to have her cook every night.

I haven't had Waffle House in over 10 years. It's okay. Coffee was good. Food was hot. Pictures don't match what you actually get. Sausage patties are tiny. Waffles look and taste like they come out of a frozen package. Very thin with not much flavor. Disappointing because I could have had better, for free, from the hotel I was staying at right next door.

Every once in a while you just need to sit down and enjoy breakfast anytime a day. My scrambled eggs are perfect and I love hash browns. As for the coffee, I used to buy Waffle House coffee beans in 10-pound bags years ago, something they quit doing it because too many people wanted to take it home. So every time I'm heading to Home Depot I have a hard time passing this place. Skip the drive-throughs, and take a break.

It was about 3 o'clock in the early morning on September 14th/15th. My new husband an I had just finished getting married the day if the 14th at my parent's ranch property out in Poetry, which is practically a sneeze away. Pirates, fairies, gypsies, and noble men and women, Scotsman (this was a themed wedding, so everyone is dressed for the Renaissance Festival) all came together to celebrate our union, and we could not have been more touched. It was beautiful. We, along with half our wedding party decide to have one last hoorah and a final farewell to Terrell, the place I have lived for the last 20 years, and partake of the goodness that us Wafflehouse. Loaded hash, black coffee, bacon strips...it was something we were all looking forward to after such a long day, and we had ALL had copious amounts of libations to the likes that would make the party goers at Silver Saloon seem sober. We arrived, I still in my wedding dress, my husband in his Kilt ( yes, I said kilt) and six of our wedding party in various states of dress. Now, mind you, it was the weekend and at this bleary-eyed hour of 3 a.m. the honky-tonkers from Silver Saloon are also on the prowl for magical black brew and food to soak up the drinks they've had. It was busy. It was lively. We enter and manage to find a table tucked away next to the entrance glass, and as the other half of our group stands and waits for the table behind us to be cleared, our surroundings turned into that of a tavern straight out of a D&D campaign. As we stood and likewise sat drinking our coffee to stave off our own inebriation, our attentions are caught by two opposing factions having a heated exchange about how to speak to a damsel. But these were no damsels that needed saving from a knight in pearl snaps and Stetsons. These hell cats were ready to fight their own battles against one another, eyes coated and smeared in mascara, lips stained with alluring colors l. They were painted like warriors for battle (well, they at least looked like they kinda already went through battle for the most part). Then in true tavern fashion, the brawl began there in the middle of the facility. As we watched on in shock and amusement, sipping our coffees, these warrior maidens and their men spill out to the parking lot outside. Now it has turned into a full on movie as we watched from behind the safety of the glass. Feet are kicked, hands are flying, hair extensions are being pulled, women and men are taking each other like goblins fighting over gold. And all the while as this atmosphere of pure chaos filed by alcohol and hormones is taking place and we finally fully take our seats with this spectacle as our entertainment, the cook who has been taking care of us brings out his paper to take our order, and with a face so stoic, so utterly unnerved by the events taking place say, "Welcome to Wafflehouse, where you can get dinner and a show. What can I get you?"

This is my favorite Waffle House location in the whole world, and I've been to MANY. As a waffle house conisoour and possibly biggest fan ever, I bring all my friends and family here to end a good day and the staff is always the friendliest, kindest people, food is always a classic hit, jukebox on, tummies full. If you go to this waffle house and DON'T have a nice time it's because you didn't throw on enough good tunes! Love this joint and will always come back.

The service was great! The waiter was persistent in helping. Every time I come, the Waffle House's service is decent. There were three people working, so I also consider they did the best they could, but through it all, they prevailed in cooking fully cooked meals for 10 people while more were walking in. I prefer the All Star meal. It cost around $7.15. It's under $10! I got scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns(instead of grits), waffles with chocolate chips. I then top it off with lemon water. You can't go wrong with lemon water. Overall, the service is great!

First time at a waffle house. It reminds me of a roadside diner....quaint. Good service and friendly staff. Hubby and I ordered sausage, egg, cheese hashbrowh bowl with gravy. Was good! Prices seem on par with other places and they have various options for the hashbrowns (my fav). Not as many flavors on the waffles which is weird given the chain's name. This is a sure enough place to eat at. Decent enough for frends and family. The grill jockey knows how to use the thing. The waitresses are attentive and fast to get things for you. All the while helping others as well. Overall a comfortable place for a bite to eat for everyone 😋

Great place to relax and enjoy some American Diner comfort food. Espy is our waitress when we come here and she is awesome. The whole staff is attentive and concerned for your comfort. We think this one is a great location and we try to stop always when headed to Dallas on i20. Porkchop with the awesome hash browns! We also ordered an omelet and it was delicious!

We stopped for supper and were kind of surprised it wasn't busy. The waitress was very attentive, but a couple of things kept this from 5 stars. I ordered unsweetened tea, and asked for sweet and low. Was told they only had 2 packets in the whole place. So my first glass was fine but all the refills had no sweetener. Also, a pet peeve of mine, they had made the tea using the coffee pot to brew it without washing it out first, so the tea had a strong coffee flavor. When the food arrived my husband and I both made the same comment, sure didn't look like the picture. It was good, but the portions were smaller. I especially noticed it in my waffle, which used to fill the plate. Over all was a good meal, but the toast had been buttered after it was already cold, and since we were almost the only people in there, no reason to not have fresh hot toast.

I always chose WAFFLE HOUSE over IHOP. Service was super fast even though they were very busy. Food hot and fresh made to order. Bacon always cooked to perfection. I have to mention a young man named Steven.. he was the sweetest host. He was the calm in all the chaos. I took one star away because my daughters waffle was burnt and too crispy but she's two years old and put up a fuss when I was going to send it back.. she ate most of it but I would not have.. lol.. either way, I will definitely be back.

Food was great. Service and restaurant cleanliness were horrible! 4 employees and barely any customers. 1 guy was taking out trash, 1 was cooking, 1 server was helping cook, other server apparently the one for our table was sitting behind the counter doing nothing. She was told several times to wait on us but the other server ended up taking our order .. then she was told to check us out.. we waited. Just not good. Restaurant tables and floor were mostly all dirty. Gross.

The cook is a friend of my husband, and he was quick and efficient. The food was amazing and I love it every time I come. But the manager that was there, I wasn't very happy with. He was slow and the cook was doing circles around him, getting order after order out. I've seen trainees who work faster and don't get in the way near as much as this manager did. I love the restaurant, the food is amazing and the staff is always friendly and eager to help. But I can't wrap my head around how bad this manager was.

First of all, I really love to eat at Waffle House especially this particular location. Usually the services is great, but today it was unpleasant. I went there around 12:00 pm with my families on December 24. We all sat in the high-chair and a waitress named Brandi/Brandy wait on us. She did not greet us and quickly asking what we would like to order. No smile on her face, she looks like she does not want to serve us. At that moment, we already feel uncomfortable. We ordered two pork chops, the breakfast platter, and four cup of coffee. She does not check on us unless we asked for some more coffee or some jelly. My mother said “She only focus and friendly towards the other table that are not colored people”. I tried to comfort her by saying “she might just have s long day”. I asked for the bill and she just gave it to me without smile or saying anything. I worked as a waitress and bartender and in my perspective, the way she treated me and my family was very unpleasant. The only reason I took my time to wrote this feedback is to inform the management to improve their customer service, No one should experience what me and my family experienced today. Her attitude towards customers reflects her co-workers and the name of the company.

Food came out correct and everything was good, but all our food came out in 5 minutes incriminates..first our drinks, then waffles, then 5-10 minutes later our eggs, bacon and toast and then our hashbrowns. It should come out together at one time. Our waitress was super sweet though and apologized. Lots of people were getting upset but they were doing their best with the people they had working!

The over medium eggs were scorched brown, the sausage was perfect, the hasbrowns were unadorned small portions and hard as a brick around the edges. The toast was cold, dry and no jelly anywhere in site. Didn't see my server until the bill came. She was very busy so I didn't bother for the jelly.

Overall, it's just okay. The service was good but I found our waiter to be alittle impolite. He did not tell us his name or smile at all. The food was decent, but I ordered over medium eggs and got two eggs with the yolk completely cooked through and broken. I enjoyed the rest of my meal. It was about $11 a plate.

1st let me say the food tasted great... But service and cleanliness, wow, NOPE. We went at 5am on the way home. There were 4 employees and when we got there us, and 3 others people all of them finishing up their meals. One server was sitting and we didn't even see our server at 1st until another one told her we were there after waiting a while. She walked down after the other took our order having us restate it twice so she could write it down. Never came back to check on us past a drink refill when getting food. Was again sitting when we wanted to pay out. Was told by cook, are you going? Floors and tables everywhere we're filthy see photos. Nothing was cleaned outside kitchen while we were there.

Stopped for breakfast & the server didn't seem too interested in taking care of us. She seemed to be in a hurry & inconvenienced by us being there. They got my Uncle's order wrong & it had to be precooked. There were 6 of us & we all got done eating before he got his re-cook.

Pathetically dirty restaurant. I was there during off hours 5:30 Saturday morning and the place was filthy. Will not go back. No business but tables dirty the counter hadn't been wiped down, stacked dirty dishes at the end of the counter near the register. Most of the booths were dirty with dishes on them. When I got there there was one other person getting a to go order. I got my order to go.

Our waitress was vacant and acted like she didn't want to service our table, and my grilled cheese with bacon came out with egg on it, which I'm allergic to, and then it came out burnt. Just gave up. Ju

On their behalf, they were seriously understaffed, most probably due to COVID. It's been about 10 years since I last visited a Waffle House. And in a different state, which shouldn't matter. My current experience was disappointing. Very limited selection; their huge selection was one of The House's big attractions back in the day. They had three items (as I remember) on this visit. The establishment was dirty - floors, table. Staff gets the extra star, were doing exceptionally well under the circumstances of what amounts to a skeleton crew.

This place definitely needs to be updated! It's too old! At least it's should be maintained better,but floor is sticky, and everything else doesn't look clean. Fried sausage was overcooked and tested like it's was fried on old oil😐

Trey was awesome and getting us on the list and getting us the low bar table as soon as possible. Some very inconsiderate customers decided they were going to camp out for a while including a lady with her son who stayed there for three rounds of plates while lines of people were waiting. Then showed server Cassie an app on her phone and talked about her family for a while while people were still waiting. I'm not saying people shouldn't enjoy their breakfast spot but it's a bit inconsiderate to not at least encourage customers who are definitely done eating to clear the spot if they're not using it since you have people waiting. Our server Lily I don't know what happened with her My husband's chicken sandwich didn't get served to him until the entire restaurant full of people got their food and there was at least 30 people there. I should also mention that all of those people got there after we did and after we got seated and still ate before him. I don't understand it but please take the feedback run with it and be better. We're usually not disappointed with waffle House but today was pretty disappointing. We are being generous to give them a three because at least the food was cooked all the way The hash browns were practically burnt oh damn but the rest seemed all right. We got there at 11:15 didn't get a table until Right about 12. My husband's chicken sandwich finally got to him about 12:35

The food was okay. One person at my table received the wrong dish. The server was nice about it bad at refilling drinks. The cook on the other hand was cursing loud enough we could hear it and was blaming the customer for ordering it. The men's restroom was so bad my husband was sure not to use it and neither did a young kid that tried to go in after him. Both had the same response, turned around, said nope, and came back to the table then hoping the meal wouldn't take too long. The cleanliness was lacking inside the restaurant as well. There was food on the floor and a very sticky syrupy table where we were set. I would not recommend this location of Waffle House to anyone. Also, for 4 people it was $61.00 with tip separate. For a restaurant, that is not a high price, but for just breakfast it is a bit expensive. If I could rate zero stars I would in this case.

Terrible IDEA for waffle house not taking call in orders. When I'm driving I like to have my food ready. I'm able to GPS a location ahead and order. I HATE online ordering can't tell then how u want your food. I like light butter and my tx toast. Toasted well, online u get a super buttery non toasted sandwich.

Went in this morning around 4am and the waitress was not friendly ...I asked for a menu and she told me i couldn't order. It was to go or was online only.if you call waffle house it tells you no phone orders come in person or online or dine in. Needless to say since there was only 1 couple in there I left without food. Typical waffle house I guess. I ordered eggs over easy not partially cooked. The server had a bulldog face on and wouldn't even smile or be friendly back to us. I truly wouldn't give any stars after how we was treated at the Waffle House in Terrell but Dustin was very nice to come over and help us . Ordered breakfast with country ham. Got home and bit into the ham and immediately wanted to throw up. Meat tasted weird and had a smell like it was spoiled. Had a gray color. Had the same meat at a different waffle house 2 days prior and the meat was edible. Therefore this location was serving expired/spoiled food.

Sat there for over 25 minutes no waitress came to serve me

Worst service I’ve seen in a while. Not from the waiting staff, but from the cook. Number 1, it took almost an hour to get our full order and items. The cook kept arguing it sounded like with his waiting staff, saying absolutely dumb comments like “yall need to go find another cook then, I’m only working on one table at a time, and at my pace” Order was messed up after finally getting it. I don’t know what to say other than I’m highly disappointed. Will not return back to this location, and that honestly sucks as this is the closest one to my family’s home.

Horrible service. We waited 15 minutes for coffee and tho I asked for cream and sweetener it came without. After about 10 min I went to the counter to ask for it. Still no food order had been taken. We asked the girl at the counter if we moved to her side if we could get waited on. She said yes but didn't take our order. Once she did she said the grill was full now and we had to wait. It literally took 55 min to get our food and it sat on in front of the grill for 10 min until we asked if they would hand us our food. Of course it was cold. Never got a coffee refill ever. Worst waffle house service ever and we have eaten at them many times.

Slowest service, waited 30 minutes before the first plate came out, a d it was wrong. 26 minutes later, the rest of us got our food, and it was cold. We will NEVER come back here again. Rediculous. Should have gone to IHOP.... The guy cooking would not let anyone else cook, to go orders were prioritized over customers, just poor service.

It was only 1 person in side an we waited 20min an got up an walked out cause Noone greeted us an Noone came to take our order
