It's McDonald's but with great service, every time!

Not sure why everyone gives negative reviews...maybe that's the day shift. I come just about every morning (before 5am) and the staff (Andrew and the Manager) are awesome! They are cheerful, positive, and I've never had a problem with my order. Great individuals and make my day seeing them!

This is my favorite McDonalds! I come here multiple times a week. It is always fast. The staff is always so friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. Thank y'all for being great! I love yall🫶🏻

Came in - very clean! Fast service! Food was hot. Had to sim it for a spell.

This location is usually busy. It's open for walk in orders and the drive through has two lanes. Make sure you check your bag and order before you drive off. My order was missing a sandwich. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh. You can also order through Door dash. The double filet of fish is back.

It's always a win win taking the kids here. The play area was clean and free off debris. The food was great, the girls had chicken nuggets and fries and a drink. I however had the iced vanilla latte that could Definitely be improved upon! It was VERY weak and wasn't even full to the top of the glass. It was very watered down. I'll definitely save that drink for Starbucks! We got chocolate covered ice cream cones before we left. I recommend having the kids at a table with MULTIPLE napkins as these melt and drip like crazy! Don't even think about eating them in your vehicle! ! !

We come here on Sundays to get ice cream cone practically every week as a treat. Usually the cones come is funny bloop bloop looking shapes when we get it. We are only sad when the cone is small like only two swirls small. We like our cones towering and eye buldging big as preference. So we have fun with it. The machine has never been down since we started coming here. The fries are usually hot and salted. We always use drive through. It's so crowded here usually I wonder when a second store will come to our town because we could use another!

Greatest Mexican food cheap enough gas friendly people good service. Also plenty room for semi truck parking clean showers . 509 beverages plus more.

Floors were wet the entire visit. As soon as they dried they would mop them again. Good was exactly as you would expect. Love the self checkout kiosk and the kids play area. Overall a great visit, clean, family friendly and affordable.

Depending on the time and who takes your order depends on how service is. There is one amazing woman that works the night shift and is just amazing. I would give it a highier rating if they would train some people a little more and show that there employees are valued in there hard work during these times.

I ordered an Oreo McFlurry, got all the way home and noticed that it was LESS than half way prepared. The cups for McFlurry’s are already small as it is but to put less than half of ice cream in it and serve it to someone without remorse is just sad. However, I immediately called and spoke to Christian the Manager and he did not give me a hard time. He assured me that it would be replaced free of charge whenever I wanted to stop back by. I stopped back by on my birthday two weeks later and I got my ice cream replaced and crafted as it should’ve been. This is about the 2nd or 3rd issue with an order within the last 2 months though.

This was my 1st visit to this particular location on our way to the hospital in Dallas for a Dr appointment. We went through the drive through & the location parking lot was crowded & a little tedious to get to. Staff was ok not very friendly. For fast food there was quite a bit of a wait. There were 2 cars waiting in front of us & then 3 more that had to wait behind us. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen that day, but given the benefit of doubt, it was around lunchtime that we arrived.

I ordered 4 McDoubles and 2 McChickens. I ordered the McChickens with NO lettuce, isn't there supposed to be mayo on them?? Tried to order a Hazelnut iced coffee and was told you don't have that flavor. When did this happen?? Your young staff needs better customer Service training!!! Rude!

Very disappointed with my order, which they always get right but not tonight. I saw someone else complaining, which should have been a red flag to check my order but decided to trust them. I got home and my children's order was incorrect. We will be checking our order next time, if there is a next time. On the bright site the person who took our order was very professional and courteous.

Food is quick, but at the heavy cost of taste. Used to be good but now it's borderline inedible. Got two snack wraps, both had chicken so uncooked and hard that I couldn't even separate the bites with a knife. Ended up throwing both away

Paid for an oatmeal, 2 sausage patties and a coffee , so after getting my bag handed to me I pull off and once I looked to put my food together I was missing the patties and a spoon like am I supposed to eat with my hands or what also didn't go back to get my order corrected due to being late for work and then the coffee had no sugar and absolutely no cream when I specifically asked for them, wonder how much of a fight they would of put up if I'd of asked for some ketchup cause ya know McDonald's be on some other stuff with the ketchup like it's coming out of their paycheck or something just throw it in there dammmmmm

37 min wait for 2 meals and a mcflurry.... No kind of customer service, had to ask on my order 2 times...need better organzation and have a better system with workers....

Play place is dirty none of the touch screens work the TV has half the screen taken by the menu every time you come here. This is a good location if you don't have kids it's. hot and sticky inside

We get breakfast here a lot for the whole family. For the past few weeks every time I order a diet Dr Pepper I've gotten a regular Dr Pepper. Then there was that time I waited for half an hour to get my order because they forgot what it was and had to get it from my receipt AND they were rude about it! Didn't even apologize.

We ordered three drinks and some food, but they only brought out the drinks so we asked the guy to pls bring our food but he never came back so I had to go in and asked them for the food. They guy was so rude and didn't say one word to us, all he did was nod his head. No one ever apologized for the food not coming out. The biscuit was raw, and the Sasauge was not cooked threw. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the hasbrowns and the coffee was ok. I will never go back.

Always have to pull over and wait on food. Definitely need to check your bag before you leave. You never know what food your going to get

Drive thru for 2 Large Iced Teas ------ ice was melted by the time we got back on highway. Tea must have been very warm when added to cup or didn't put in much ice. Weather was in 90's --- was why we wanted something Cold !!?!!

Put in an online order, they're supposed to have chcielm nuggets toll around 4am, came in at three already paid for, and they said they were only serving breakfast. Just wasted gas getting there after believing the app, employee was at least polite about it.

Over priced and the cashier window person never looked at me or opened the window. I had to pull forward and pay the other person since the cashier was busy on their phone. Almost $6 for very few fries and 2 small chocolate milks. I rarely go here for these common reasons... Zach at the window was excellent however! Thanks Zach close to 4pm yesterday.

I order my breakfast with extra sauce and they put the extra sauce outside the sandwich making a mess.

I ordered a large coffee, paid with cash and was shorted on my change. In general, this location is not what it used to be. I work at night and they always have an excuse not to provide service. The system is updating, shift change, cash only, etc. I noticed they started closing early probably the best business decision at this point. Edit 3/4/2023: Ordered a small mocha frappe with crushed Oreo (which is an additional charge). I received the frappe with no Oreo. Went back around and told them it was missing the Oreo. They remade it the exact same way. At that point I was done.

Not a great experience, service was bad, they do not pay attention to what you say or order. Fries only half full and medium drink instead of large.. looks like this branch is cutting corners wherever they can, maybe they need to pay staff more to get better staff or just not employ whomever walks through the door for a job. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the food was ok just not the portion size, check the photo of what should be a large fries, none were eaten or fell out in the bag.. Sad. I have contacted McDonalds in reference to this via their website.

Ordered fish sandwich meal and they put mayonnaise on it instead of tartar sauce. When you try to call the phone either rings or busy signal. No one ever answers. Tuesday nights gone by there to order something 10:45 at night and they're closed. Nobody answers. No cars in the parking lot. According to your website, your hours are 24/7. What happened to that? Every time I order something and go through the drive-thru I have to wind up going back or trying to call to get my order corrected. Corporate office needs to step in here.

Waited 45 min for food, the guy who was supposed to be taking our order was too busy sitting on his phone. Then second window, manager standing there asked why it took so long to go four cars, he said oh idk my bad bro. Then proceeded to call my husband a “white boy”

I’m a trucker so obviously I can’t take my 18 wheeler thru drive thru. Witch I explained it to a employee by knocking on the main door window. The employee stated to cut in line and he will get the manager. Not stating I can not be served. Proceeded to stand outside across the food pick up window for 30 mins in the cold. While the employee constantly look at me why taking order bout 8 or 9 cars further out. I finally realized no manager was coming. So I cut line and ask the employee at the service window. “I thought you was getting your manager”. So he finally got his manager “Gloria”. She stated it’s policy not to serve at the window with no vehicle. Even tho I told her I’m in a 18 wheeler. I told her your employee didn’t say that. He told me to cut in line and he was going to get his manager.Customer service is horrible!!! Supposedly if they serve me everyone that work that night would be fire! Is what “Gloria” Manager stated.

I give it a one star bc every single time I’ve gone here the employees look frustrated and don’t acknowledge you at all. You try to ask for condiments and they already make a face at you. The only person who always attends me because of this is Ms Sheniqua so shout out to her for being an AWESOME employee! She’s super nice and is always helping everyone out.

Worst mcdonald's ever. We ordered a bunch of food. And they messed up our order. They didn't give us our chicken nuggets and when we asked for it, they said we didn't order any.😒. After we parked and took out all our food to show we're weren't having it, when it was clearly on the receipt one of the workers took his sweet time to give us the chicken nuggets with no sauce. At that point we just gave up and bought more sauce inside. Do not come here or you're just gonna expect horrible service 😒

Please do better I’ve worked in the restaurant business for years so I know that it can get busy at times but a simple acknowledgment would be great. Crew members including managers just look at you and not say anything while continuing to do whatever they are doing. Leaving a line of people A simple “ Hi welcome to McDonald’s someone will be right with you” will do just fine. Also if there is only two people in line you can take both orders then go back to what you are doing taking two orders at a time would be more sufficient than taking one and doing a million things comeback to them 5 minutes later. Very unacceptable. I know y’all have the self order station but alot of people prefer to talk to cashier anyways. Thats My Complaint

Siat outside for an hour waiting on my food. Had to go through the drive-through two times just to get cold food Thats been sitting there the entire time. I do not recommend this place.

On Tuesday morning during lunch for my graveyard shift I went to McDonald's. To the drive-thru I was told they were only accepting cash , they didn't give me a total and when I went to the window after ordering a large drink in a McChicken sandwich I was given just coins back and change from a $5 bill. When I inquired how much my order cost I was told $1.90 plus $1 plus a $1 service charge. I asked to speak to the manager who came back and didn't elaborate display of checking my order. Writing it down on a spiral binder then coming back to the window and giving me my correct change. It looks like the graveyard shift at McDonald's is skimming money off of their customers if you ask me....

Went at night and was they couldn’t get my order right. Then when I went to grab the bad they lady at window just stared at me before and after giving me my food.then I called today and when I was trying to ask a question they hung up on me.

When we were there they were forcing everyone to use the new ordering kiosks. What a zoo. The menu layout was confusing, making it hard to find the food items you wanted so it took much much longer to place your order. The positions of the kiosks in the store makes it crowded and very hard to move between the counter and the tables. Major thumbs down on the kiosks. The food and wait times were typical McDonald's. No complaints there.

How do you forget the cheeseburger in the happy meal? Just fries & a toy. The manager was nice enough to give us a free happy meal but that doesn't help that I have to drive all the way back up there and my kid is crying because he wants his burger

I ordered 3 sandwiches, 1 order of fries, 2 orders of nuggets, and a Sprite. At the first window i was asked did I have the 2 orders of nuggets, I said yes. I assumed this was to confirm I was the correct car... At the 2nd window, I was given a bag, told thank you, then I said that I had a Sprite, was given the drink, but when I arrived home, the Sprite was just carbonated water, and there weren't any nuggets in the bag at all, which is what was used to confirm I was the correct car in the first place.

Such bad management, always have to pull up and wait for 10-20 minutes. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. I keep stopping to see if it's gotten better. Definitely not today.

Been here at least 100 times but the drive thru girl sounded like she was having the worst day of her life. So depressing omg! Get her out of there. No one wants to order food like that. We've all already had a bad day ourselves last thing we need is more of that. At least chic fil-a pretends better

We order the same thing every time, and yet they keep getting my order incorrect. We have to wait in the drive-thru for almost 10 minutes, and then they get my order wrong. This is ridiculous. Tried calling them to discuss my order, but of course no one answered. This is horrible service, and I not going to waste my time and money at this location anymore.

Most times OK, but this day Tuesday morning they did well up o taking my money but it took them 15 minutes to bring me my food. No courtesy of why they took so long or let me it's on its way out. This with the manager there. WOW. Won't be back.

Worst McDonald’s around. Ordered our food via drive thru and the line did not move. Nearly 30 minutes later we left. There was no employees at the drive thru windows. Food is horrible. Service even worse. One star is even over doing it.

I think I found the worst McDonald’s. This one is a mess, either lack of training or their so under paid they don’t care. The wait time is always so long for not fresh food and they close their lobby early so I have to stop somewhere else to use the bathroom.

Absolutely WORST McDonald's ever. The employees are incompetent, unprofessional and NEVER get your order 100%. They'll charge you for it, and make sure it's on your receipt, but can't seem to get it in the bag. As an understanding individual I've let it go every time up til now, but it's only getting worse. I hate this place. Even corporate says it's an ongoing issue at this location. Save yourself the frustration and go to Whataburger or Burger King instead.

We ordered 2 things from the menu. One kids meal and a Quarter Pounder Deluxe. They asked for me to pull to the next window to wait for the food. 10 mins later the food was brought to us. The kids meal was missing the apple juice and the 1/4 lb hamburger was just missing everything it is advertised to be!

do not order through the app ! I’ve ordered through the app 3 times already and EVERY TIME they never have it even though a confirmation email is sent saying they have received the order. If you want delivery go straight to DoorDash or Uber Eats .

Stood at the counter and was ignored by every employee including the manager who was only two feet away for over five minutes. Had to repeatedly ask for help before the manager would acknowledge me. When he did finally acknowledge me and I pointed at my order that had just been sitting on the counter. He very rudely handed it to me but then snatched it back out of my hand so I could show him on my phone that it was my order. Manager was playing with the very young girl's flirting and on his phone the entire time. I consider having a bag snatched out of my hand assault and will be contacting my attorney.

Whoever worked drive through tonight was just rude and this location NEVER puts the sauces in the bag. Even when they’re paid for because I ask for extra. Is absolutely ridiculous and it’s theft.

Edit I have changed my review to a one to a four because I believe in good Service and second chances I’ve noticed a lot of of new employees. The last few times I’ve came and there is a young lady that I wish I knew the name of, but never can see name badges. She is absolutely just the sweetest employee up there, and I noticed that she always has a smile on her face. The service here has just gotten a lot better. Thank you for the positive changes being made. Only place open to get coffee for work and they are refusing service to people.(why I left 1 star to begin)

Went to pick up DoorDash order for a customer. When I got to the drive through I was rudely shewed away by a manager yelling at me “we don’t have any food, GO AWAY WERE CLOSED”

I ordered a sweet tea lemonade and they screwed me last minute after I paid for it and I pulled up to the second window and they told me "sorry our lemonade machine is down" when they needed to tell me firstly.

All around bad experience!!! I went through the window because I had a long drive ahead. I ordered a large caramel frappe. I asked them to double blend it so there would be no chunks of ice in my drink. My fault that I didn't turn my light on and look. Of course they didn't. The line was long at this point. I had to pull back around, park and go in. I had to wait for them to remake it properly. There was no offer of anything for wasting my time or my gas. I was disappointed in the entire experience.

It says it’s open 24hrs…but it was closed when I got there at 4:30am….🙁

Crazy how I buy them same item every time but every time I go to them the price goes up and up. Mcgriddle started off at 5.16 now it's up to 5.62. Definitely not worth the price.

Waited 20 minutes just to get the wrong order. Showed the ticket and then was given a cheeseburger with no cheese, 4 nuggets when 6 were ordered, and drinks only about 3/4 filled. If this wasn’t one of the 2 fast food restaurants near me on 205 I wouldn’t be coming back.

We've had the same issues five times in a row. Made to wait for at minimum 5 minutes and most 30 minutes for a simple order. The workers here are incredibly incompetent and need to be given more training and disciplined more on getting orders wrong, I've worked in fast food before, I would know how this works. I really don't recommend going here, there's another McDonald's a highway over by just going down where the railroad is, and they have better service and wait time there too.

The morning crew not bad, there are some good people working. Night crew, a different story. I am pretty sure that they have zero guidance/supervision. Ice cream is never available and what’s the deal with only accepting cash?#pocketcash Orders are wrong and the wait time is 30 minutes plus some nights and then the food is cold. If you are the owner of this store, you may want to do some due diligence in areas of training and educating employees on what good customer service is. Word gets around in a small town and all it takes is another business deciding to stay open late on this side of town and your profits go down. I wonder if Jack in the Box would consider staying open later, they seem to be getting it right when I visit.

Horrible service!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Went in today and including myself they messed up 3 orders! I get home and my fries are hard as rocks! I call to complain and the manager is very rude. Halfway through our conversation he hangs up on me. When I call back he picks up the phone and hangs up multiple times. When he finally decides to answer he refuses to give me his name and does not want to give me a corporate number so I can go above him. He decides to hang up on me again. I will never go to this McDonald's again!!!!

The girl in the drive thru had a nasty attitude from the start. I had a reward for a purchase of a twenty piece i would get two free fries. The girl CHARGED me for the fries and didn’t not put the twenty piece in the bag.

Drive through young lady was rude. I asked her for sauce she said they charge I told her that my order came with 3 sauces and that I was not given any. She gave me a dirty look and practically threw the sauce at my husband.

Every single time my family and I go in the drive thru and order $50 or even $10 for meals. Employees need to double check everything. EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY FORGET SOMETHING. Guess it on me too since I need to check as well. I shouldn't have to do their job thou😒

I ordered a Big Mac and it only has one piece of meat on it and I think they’re supposed to have two. Edit: ordered chicken nuggets and asked for bbq sauce and ranch. They gave me ranch and sweet and sour. Please pay more attention. 🙄

Ole we are out of sugar free syrup, so you give me sugar without asking me if that is ok?wasted 15 min out of my day and this is not the first time having problem here! I ordered a medium fry and a large sweet tea in the app and went to my curbside pickup number and waited there for 15 minutes and then I proceeded to go inside to get it and took them another 15 to get me my order , the manager in charge did not know how to control their staff , the employees where laughing and playing around and not doing their jobs , very unprofessional and this store was one of the good location but they for sure has lost that !

This restaurant and the one on 34 closing times are incorrect. Including on the app. So if you place an order here on the app, you have to wait up to 7 business days to get a refund AND place a whole new order at the other restaurant 🤨

These people do not care about customers. Request fries to be extra crispy. Get limp noodles Told cashier to make sure. She said they will be they just put them down. Went to pick up window told them make sure they are well done. What do I get 3/4 of them no crunch at all. Limp noodles!! McDonald's i hope ya'll go out of business. Location 205 Terrell Texas.

It’s always wrong. Either I am missing something or I get someone else’s order. Every time. And I order straight from the menu; nothing special, just the way it comes. Plus, I order from the app so there’s absolutely zero reason for breakdowns in communication. It wouldn’t be so bad to pull into “space #3” and wait an extra 10 minutes if they would just put the entire order in the bag. I go, they mess it up, I wait a few months, I go back thinking I have waited long enough for a turnover cycle and the new ones will be able to read a ticket. Nope. Boo! McDonald’s on 205. Do better

Horrible management and staff after having to pull up to the window and wait 10 to 15 minutes for my order. Once I finally received my order my bag looked like it had been open and very wrinkled like if it was somebody else order, made it home. My fries was burnt also my quarter pounder.

Horrible service, waited 45 minutes for my dad and I’s food. Get back on the road heading to Tyler, opened the McRib and found hair in it; flat out nasty. Also note girl who was doing fries kept wiping her nose with her hand and her hair then touching the fries and other food. Won’t be returning, this mcdonalds has gone down hill greatly.
