This restaurant has really fallen off, it was really messy food was everywhere on the work stations I didn't get a warm greeting upon entering I just stood there waiting to be helped the brown rice wasn't good it was laking flavor the guacamole tasted old they had no tomatoes I was told the sauce was mild but it was hot and the chips were stale and salty totally uneatable and of course I didn't receive napkins or silverware!

We have been going to Chipotle for over 20 years all of the country and this location was by far the worst we have ever experienced. They were out of brown rice, out of steak, carne asada, barbacoa, and sour cream. Settled for chicken, which they were almost out of and it was dry. I had to ask 3 times for cheese just to get a normal serving amount. We payed and then went to fill our drinks up and noticed that there was no forks or spoons. All the tables were dirty and the trash cans were overflowing. If I was corporate Chipotle I would pull the franchise from the owners of this location.

Out of black beans, corn, and a few additional items, go to the store and purchase the needed items. Also, do a better job of inventorying what you need for the week; there is no excuse when the business is literally in the Sam's Club parking lot.

Will not be going back. Staff that was building our order at 12:30 today. Were very rude and didn't pay attention. Was disrespectful to my husband. They were to busy taking to each other to pay attention to us. Told my husband im not talking to you while looking right at him speaking. When we asked for double because their wasn't much rice or meat put in the bowl they acted like it was a inconvenience. When he asked for queso to be added they rolled their eyes at us and got an attitude with us after that. They lady training the girl on the register was the only polite employee we delt with at the front.

We haven’t had chipotle in forever due to the inconsistency at the one here in Texarkana. My wife and I decided they we would give it a try since the kids wanted canes and we were just across the street. Wrong decision. It was just a few minutes after 7 we got there. We bother wanted Carne asada which it looked really dry, next option would’ve been steak, but said they were out of steak for the night. So we went with chicken. They were also out of veggies for the night, corn and the queso looked like it’s been there half the day. My wife ended up not wanting her order toward the end of the build since almost every side that goes on was out for the night. I however still chose to go with my bowl. I seen the manager come out with some fresh queso and I asked the nice lady at the check out if I could have some of that. The manager questioned her on why she was on the Togo bar and got an attitude with me and the check out lady when I mentioned I wanted the fresh queso. After getting home, I had to eat the worse bowl I’ve ever had from Chipolte and do believe that was my last straw. Also, the chips for the queso were stale and not good. Just a terrible experience per usual and I don’t think I can take anymore disappointments from this place. Either get better caring management or just tell us that yall are cutting prices because 16/17$ just for a disappointment, I could’ve went to McDonald’s. Or got some canes with the rest of the family.

The Hispanic girl with the nose ring at the cash register was very rude and not very welcoming. It was my very first time eating there food wasn’t bad at all though. And then here is chipotle trying to get me to go to a website that doesn’t even work or allows you to contact them.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but my recent experience was very disappointing. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit. Instead of being welcoming, they acted as if helping customers was an inconvenience. Simple questions were met with attitude, and the overall tone was dismissive. Customer service should never make you feel uncomfortable or like you’re a burden. I hope management addresses this issue, because the food is good, but the poor treatment from staff makes me think twice about coming back.

I made an online order, to come pick up my food. A lady walked up and asked me what I needed, I told her I had an online order. She asked my first name which I gave her, then she asked my last name, which I gave her. She then asked with an attitude is it for me, I said yes. She then said is it door dash, and I said no. She rolled her eyes, snatched the bag off the shelf and gave it to me. If you don't believe me look at the cameras 8-11-25 2:37pm. I just paid $33 with a tip to pick up a burrito and a bowl, and got disrespected. This may be the only Chipotle in this area, but it isn't the only Chipotle. As long as I'm in this area I will NEVER give this Chipotle my money let alone tipping them for horrible service. I will definitely vote with my dollar on this one. Chipotle is something I like, not need.

Food was ok. Definitely not fresh the guacamole was brown. Way too many employees standing around for the restaurant to look the way it does really filthy in the dining room. employees look like they’re mad at each other instead of working they were Talking about the customers. 9 workers and the smallest person in red glasses was the best employee she had a smile and kept the line going.

This location has gone down in the last several months. Multiple empty tables that were filthy, ended up having to clean one before sitting down. The table next to us had been that way for over two hours, based on the receipt left. Could barely see out most the windows, chewy chips, guac was weird, chicken was burnt, and so on. It was good while it lasted.
