Tasty food, take out orders prepared in adequate time, not long of a wait. Parking is extremely scarce or non existent. Avoid the headache and park on the street and walk to pick up your order. No credit or ATM cards accepted. ONLY CASH!!

I have been coming here to eat for years. Their main dish is the 7 mares (seafood soup). Another good one is the shrimp fried rice that looks orange but it's delicious. They only accept cash here. For now if a party is bigger than 6 you will be placed outside, if fewer thank 6 you will be placed inside. They are following distance guidelines as well. Recommend to try those 2 dishes here. One last thing is to try their thai iced tea to go (bigger cup). Also when it gets full parking will be a bit of a pain.

Came here during peak hour of customers, only had to wait 15 minutes not too bad. Food servings are large so definitely recommend getting the plates to share the dining room is ample and and has plenty of seats. Only bad part was that we had to get up twice to get utensils since they couldn't keep up with the many customers but alas it was during peak hours. The food is absolutely delicious no complaints there. Parking is rather miniscule you have to park a little down the street.an ATM can be found at the corner of the block since this place is CASH ONLY, so make sure to bring cash with you . Will be returning to eat here again.

The food was great, but there was essentially no service. A service tip was included in the bill despite the waiter only taking our order and never coming back during the entire hour we were there.

Been coming here in the past 10 years. Came for lunch on a Thursday with 4 out of town family members. Food quality was poor and we did not like. Asked for 2 mild beef salads, one was ok but 2nd plate was too salty and too much pepper. Found another Thai food place and we have been going there Ever since.

I been coming to Vim Vims for years but not after my last experience!!! I was charged $140 for same that I use to order 3 weeks before! I use to pay $70 then went up to $95 for Four People , after pandemic it was $107 for four people but last week I paid $140 for 3 people !ordering the same exact thing ! No Thank You ! I think because the place has too much going on even waiters over charge because they think people usually come in big groups place is too overwhelming and you ask why so much and person in register says “I don’t know you ordered I just charge” never again for years I had been a loyal customer but not no more 25+ of years going there that is just sad 😔

PLEASE CHECK YOUR BILL!!!… we were overcharged almost 40 dollars and when we went back because the math wasn’t mathing … the girl with the mid taper fade “Tay” who charged us and took our order tried to say that she didn’t take our order or charge us ( implying she didn’t make the mistake) and When we told her that she took our order and that we payed her directly, she basically left the other server to deal with us and fix her mistake. The short server with the neck tattoos and cap had a horrible attitude about us trying to get our money back , kept smacking his lips and rolling his eyes at us. We were very respectful and nice about the situation. Never did we even get angry or raise voices..everything was done in a civil manner. The old school method of the receipt will throw you off ..SO PLEASE COMPARE THE PRICES YOU GET CHARGED WITH THE ITEMS YOU ORDERED. We were overcharged 1 to 2 bucks on some items. They will treat you well if you’re a frequent customer…if you’re not … you get another treatment and possibly a diff kind of receipt. We are not the type of customers to expect a hug and red carpet.. but facial expressions matter and voice tones…none felt welcoming. The food is good, but not worth the service…we will be going to Sunset Thai down the block for Thai food from now on.

Food has flavor! So that was a plus. But I also wanted an experience, and that lacked. The fire for our soups went out quick so our soups were cold. If they would have checked on us, that could have been an easy fix. It’s been about 8 years since I’ve been here so I was so excited to come in just to find out it’s cash only (which btw) is nowhere outside the facility! Just at the checkout area. So that’s a downside. Then we were 4 adults, my 4 year old and my 10 month old so we were considered a party of 6 so they applied a 15% gratuity— which is fine— if we were paying for good service. That lacked too. They just delivered the food, never checked on us. I did spill a drink on the table and that did deserve an extra tip. My fault. Overall, I have no desire to return.

BEWARE: THEY OVERCHARGE! Caught them overcharging for the SECOND time after coming here 8+ years. First time $20, and today $30 extra. Service is good, and food is GREAT, but take out your calculator 🤣🤣🤣

Shitty service. Extremely rude and disrespectful towards simple questions and immediately acted bigoted raising her voice to me because she didn’t hear what I said and corrected her. Never going again. Manager was no help into correcting her behavior either. Don’t go here.

Pretty bad service,they automatically charge us 27$dls,tip now i understand why doesn't get crowded no more, + the food was nasty, + we ask for napkins they didn't give us nothing that's why I don't recommend this place

I visted the restaurant Saturday June 13 for dinner, I ordered a soup and a few other dishes. My problem was with the soup quality. I received a few broken shells on my soup, I choked on it and accidentally bit into one of the broken shells. I came to my dentist office and was told that I have a broken/cracked tooth because of the shells. I tired to speak to not one but 2 different employees the night of the incident and none were helpful. I paid for bad service and bad quality of food. I tired to call once I was at my dentist office and spoke to a " Manager " name NATHALIE which was rude and disrespectful. Speaking over me and not letting me fully explain myself. Even if the restaurant will not be responsible for anything I would still like to speak with someone's regarding the quality to avoid this from happening to anyone or any ones children. I was eating a soup why would there be broken shells?? My family and I have been loyal customers for the past 20 years+ and after receiving bad customer service from supervisor is not acceptable. Like I said before even If I do not receive any help with my dentists cost I still firmly believe I should be giving the chance to fully express and explain myself without being disrespected. NATHALIE got my name and information if anyone from the restaurant would like to make this right and hear me out. Thank you
