This McDonald's was a good one. The ppl who work there for the most part r wonderful ppl. They would go outta their way to help u. And there is a lot of homeless ppl who go there. They have never kicked anyone out. (Unless u were there for like 2 days, which I was told has happened)!!!! Anyways It recently got remodeled!!!! Now it's more up to date and has all brand new stuff!!!! The employees r still great and wonderful ppl. They were so excited for the make over. Thank u for being a great and caring team!!!! The only thing that I would say is when they did the remodel the forgot to put in a bike rack!!!! (Which is very important so ur bike don't get stolen)!!!! So if someone sees this plz talk to someone bout putting one in!!!! Thank u!!!!

Work across the street from this awesome McDonald's. Must say they have excellent customer service. I lace my order prior to walking across the street and they have me ready every time! Always greeted with friendly smiles when I walk in. Shout out to their awesome cleaner I always see. He always strikes up a small conversation with me and it's pleasant. Gotta say I never expected much from a fast food restaurant such as McDonald's but they've blown me away! Much appreciated here guys!

Very welcome change! The guy at the counter was very pleasant. It was not terribly busy inside but was steady. He greeted every one as they came in. If he was busy he acknowledged them and said he would be right them. The crew in the back were working as well. A note for their recognition. Was there 3.18.23 around 8pm Thanks!!

The renovated store was very clean and has much seating. There is no soda machine for refills, and an employee told me that the renovation removed it due to theft of soda. The young man at the counter helped customers at the kiosks and was extremely polite and friendly, a true asset.

The staff were on game and friendly! They checked on us during our meal and brought us anything we needed with no issue. Food was fresh and hot with nothing missing. For sure was a great experience.

Everything I can say is positive. The only negative I would say is that after a certain time at nite it's really hard to get someone to work at the cash register. It's like the only c and hear the dings of a car or of door dash!!!! Other than that it's a wonerf

I have to give props where props is due and this McDonald’s is by far one of the best experiences I have had all over the world. I travel a lot for work so it’s safe to say that McDonald’s is the easiest and safest bet to get food at wherever I am in the world. I came in place my order on the self order kiosk and before I even sat down my food was almost ready fries were freshly made they tasted delicious burger was good so is my cheeseburger. And usually the hardest part about getting a coffee drink is they take forever to make it or they don’t make it right but this time they made a complete right! This McDonalds exceeded my expectations! Good job to the entire team!

Jadalyn was such a sweetheart. Someone you'd expect and want to be at front counter. She ensured my food was fresh and even kept apologizing for the wait. She didn't have to but she did. It really wasn't a wait. When you want fresh food. Got exactly what I wanted. Truly appreciate this Jadalyn and so happy to come back and tell people how great and clean this McDonald's is.

Despite this being one of those remodeled mobile order, Uber eats, limited counter ordering locations, the employees were very nice and accomodating. The food was fresh and the fries were deliciously hot and crispy as McDonald's fries should be!! I've frequented this location since it was 1st built at that sight and the food has pretty much been consistent but with this modification the food is great!! I will continue to visit and would certainly recommend it for any Mickey D's lover!!

Mickey Ds is pretty standard everywhere. But, the new Mickey Ds may not be as warm as in past years. The lobby/eat in areas are being remodeled. Less registers, More self-serve kiosks. No more drinks bar for self-serve drinks and ordering is supposed to be intuitive at the kiosks. There is an App for your cellular phone and they entice you with coups and points for discounted and sometimes free food. But, all is not pleasant negotiating the deals for maximum value. At times, the resulting anxiety is not worth the discount. Many discounts can only be applied to one order. The "cheat code" is to create multiple orders = pain in the butt. The kiosk process is supposed to smoothly lead to a final order number you communicate to a cash register attendant. Getting an order number with correct cash total after properly applying discount coupons and free (sometimes conditional items like free any size fries with Filet purchase) seems like a crap shoot. You're there to eat, not worry about if you did or didn't get your discount. Frustrating. After your meal, if you'd like to use the restroom to go potty or wash your hands, they have to "buzz you in" from the counter. Yes, everyone around will know you're going potty as they watch/hear the counter worker buzz the restroom door like it's a maximum security (prison) situation. Looks like they're headed to drive-thru/pick-up window or mobile order delivery only. How long before we get to the burger pills?

Yes McDonald’s tend to be about average but this one is a bit different. McDonald’s is changing over to an entirely kiosk style and eliminated the front counter. If you’re expecting talking to a human to order, you won’t find that here. The interior feels cold and completely soulless. It definitely gives off the vibes of get your food and leave. I tend to just pick up my food from here with the app. The carry out staff is super cool and remembers you. If you’re just picking up food here, it’s a stellar experience.

This Mickey D's was so good. But now it sucks. Super expensive, employees are nice but mess up orders ALL THE TIME! They don't listen. Wait times are OK at best. Mediocore restaurant wish it was like old times. Sometimes my favorite drink the Frozen Blue Raspberry Fanta is missing. Burgers are ok. You should go to Pinellas to get MC because this one in Tampa fell off HARD!

New chicken strips..... do not eat them. So I ordered the new chicken strips today and I must say they are truly awful. They have a weird taste but most importantly they are not tender in any way. They were so difficult to chew I left half of them go to waste. Overall it’s fun well and was clean inside so just stay clear of the chicken strips.

We went yesterday after the concert and it was busy this poor woman had to do everything and I would give five stars based on her but what I don’t like is the manager up and left during a food rush and left this woman to handle everything on her own. Felicia is great and definitely deserves a raise for how she handled the situation despite being stressed out but that manager needs to be talked to for abandoning their crew during a food rush.

Remodeling has changed the restaurant for the worst. No menu to see what's available and prices, and only one register. Plenty of kiosks though. Making the restaurant all self service. No fountain drink in dining area. Only allowed one free refill. McDonald's is becoming cheap, and not wanting to hire front counter people and trying to get free labor from the paying customers. Will not be back to eat in at this one, at least.

It's McDonald's. I understand people come by and they want to get quick food. I don't expect the service to be perfect. These are people in training, yet, some of these employees think it's okay to be on the phone while they're in the drive-thru servicing people. The food was out fast , a little too fast to where I got undercooked fries . It's a McDonald's I don't expect amazing five star food, but I at least expect them to get the cheap crappy food done correctly with employees that are at least attentive to the customer and not speaking and cursing on the phone when you're going through the drive-thru

I hate these new McDonalds where they moved the drinks foutains behind the counters, and then hid the counter from view of the employees. You cannot get anyones attention to get drink refills. I will avoid this style sites like the plague. Its bad enough that the burgers are pooor. I like the breakfast buritios and frys. But not enough to go thirsty. Bye by Mc Ds.

Kids found a razor blade on the window sill... Fortunately no one got cut. Food was ok I guess... They forgot the dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets, and the strawberry milkshake hardly had any strawberry, but it was edible.

i love mcdonalds, but unsure why they've adopted the era of zero human interaction, customer service & ambiance. the food was the usual. ordering on a kiosk only felt very AI, they only offered to-go options with NOBODY in the front.

I have been coming to this particular McDonald's for about 13 years, because it is near my workplace. Before the pandemic, it was one of the best McDonald's in the city, with regard to speed, accuracy, and quality. But unfortunately, during the past 2 years, the wait time is excessive and order accuracy is poor. For example, today I ordered only medium fries and a large caramel McFrappe through the app. The fries were available immediately at the drive-through. But I was told to park on the other side of the building to wait for the McFrappe. That finally came out after 20 minutes. The lady was nice, but told me that somebody didn't communicate with her, so the staff didn't know I was waiting. This is the third time I've had this problem while waiting for a McFrappe. At other times, the Quarter Pounder was not prepared as I ordered, "No cheese." And I requested pickles on a Filet-o-Fish sandwich. Strangely, in that same order, my wife requested the same, and hers correctly included the pickles. A few times, I tried ordering inside the restaurant, with hope that they would be faster. But it was frustrating to see many teen employees dancing and mingling, while customers were waiting. And the poor manager was too busy filling orders to even direct the strangling teens.

This store has recently been remodeled but I feel that the reno has made the atmosphere feel cold, impersonal and a bit more unfriendly. The concrete tiles walls and darker colors give it an industrial look but felt cold to me. The entire kitchen is now hidden from you and there is only 1 register to serve guests that don't know how to use or can't use the kiosks. There is an entire bank of kiosks now that also lend to the cold and impersonal feel since they don't smile or greet you like staff normally would. The kiosks were not stocked with table tents, so when I selected the option to dine in, I was supposed to grab a table tent and enter the number so staff could deliver the food. A staff member told me to input a random number to complete the order. I sat for over 5 minutes with no food delivery before I noticed the large cut out in the wall where orders were being left once prepped from the kitchen. I walked over to it and saw my order In a to go bag, no biggie so I grabbed it and sat down to eat. The drink was incorrect and I had to go back up to the counter and wait in line to get it fixed since the Fountain drinks are no longer in the lobby and the kitchen staff now prepare all drinks. After waiting for a new drink, the fries got cold, which was sad since I go there for the hot fries and perfect sodas. Very disappointed. Are the drinks refillable?

Food was atrocious. I’m pretty much ok with fast food coming out pretty bad but this was next level! I had to wait 10 minutes for a McDouble and a small fry… which I don’t care that I had to wait but the food wasn’t fresh so what did I wait for? I also got a 4 piece chicken nugget that only had 2 nuggets which was fine because they were disgusting! Never going to this location again!!! This one bad experience is actually making me never want to go to McDonald’s again!

This McDonald's is so discombobulated!!!! I made an order on the my McDonald's app. Chosed the pick up at counter option. Lobby is closed due to construction. Spent my lunch in line. The app should be updated so people know ahead that they have to wait in line even if they order to pick up at counter. Apparently the runner was upset that I told the person at the window I order a large meal and this isn't a large drink and that they don't have any large cups. The person at the window told her I did a mobile order. Then she stated that I had an attitude. Of course I'm upset I'm having to spend my lunch in the because y'all don't want to update the app. What happened to trying to de-escalate things when you see a customer upset. I will not be going back to this location.

You can go back to previous reviews and I’m pretty harsh about McDonald’s as a whole but this was the worst one. Couldn’t even get a refund for my food that was so screwed. Then by the time I gave up trying to get it fixed what was left was ice cold and the place wasn’t even busy. Manager was pretty much nonexistent as well as the employees.

This is the new sterile design of McDonald's. They refuse to take counter sales and only care about drive through customers. The kiosks do not work...you have to pound on them to get them to take a selection. Employees ignore you and are rude when they do acknowledge you.

Not sure why this store is 24 hours, when they have an excuse as to why they can’t serve breakfast or anything between 0400-0500? Have foolishly tried going here for breakfast after work on the weekends, this last month and without fail, they state they are not ready for breakfast? Can’t say much more based off reviews. I’d simply just avoid going to this poorly ran McDonald’s.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. Ordered a 10 piece nugget with fries and a large sweet tea(my fav) My nuggets were ice cold fries were cold and got a medium tea instead. When I took the order back inside the girl threw my bag of food across the kitchen and made up another bag. I just threw it in the garbage because I don't know if she's spitting it or what she did. Do yourself a favor go to any other McDonald's but this one they suck

She greeted me with a bad attitude in front of her staff and wouldn’t even look at me. She is supposed to be an example to her staff and show them how to treat a customer correctly. I will unfortunately be taking my money to the other McDonald close by.

Tried using McDonald's online app for ONLINE ONLY DEAL, gave code once there, nothing in their system. Manager (JOSE) told me to just order, but would NOT honor the ONLINE price as a resolution and that I need to complain to the other manager (LIZ) in a few days instead. Even if you are only ordering just fries they will have you pull around to the drive thru parking lot. They abuse it. You can never get your food at the second window. Worst McDonald’s in Tampa by far!

This is one of those kiosk/very few human employees only McDonalds & you PAY more for it. For example, 6 piece nuggets were $4.18 at this location & over in Ybor were $3.64. Not cool.

The place seemed clean and I didn't end up eating there because the staff all had attitudes from the moment I walked up. I tried to use the restroom and they were electronically locked(probably because the area is not great) so I went to the counter and nobody was there. I looked at someone in the back area and said excuse me and she just gave me a dirty look. Then another woman walked up and asked what I wanted, I said I need to use the restroom but it's locked, she stared blankly at me for a moment or two then said gl"go to the door then" which I hadn't realized she was pushing a button so I could get in.... Imo if you take a job don't have an attitude towards others because you're miserable. I didn't make any of you take that job. So needless to say I used the restroom and went elsewhere for lunch. If that's how they handle customers I fear how they handle food for said customers. Also point of note, one of the ladies was definitely a manager by how she was dressed. I would not recommend this location

This place is so dirty inside. The tables had crumbs on them and hair and so did the window sill along with dust on them. I wiped my own table and chair down and the 3 young girls who were 2 tables down from me had the same complaint. One of the workers went and wiped their tables down after they acknowledged it. Not a good look for a fast food establishment.

Ordered Uber eats - lemonade cup was cracked and spilled all over our food. No ketchup in the to go bag. They gave us the wrong burger with no bacon. Fries were 3/4 full.

System is always down in this location, the staff is very rude, it seems like they just tell you the system down just to not take your order sometimes.

So I made a mobile order through the drive-through got sense of the first window. They told me to go forward at the second window. A lady gave me a lot of attitude and said they never got a mobile order when they said my name though got sent to the third window made to wait 10 minutes Just for one meal. Worst service ever and still got mad at me when I just try to explain them and show on my phone with the order details.

Some of the employees are not at fault. However, one manager is not fit to work there. She is an awesome person and she just doesn't like the person and ignores her request. As you can see, I placed the order but they wanted me to force myself to cancel it. I tried to cancel it but since I had already placed the order a long time ago the app wouldn't accept it. For the sake of this McDonald's, I ask the owner to do something to have better customer service at this location.

Showed up to get breakfast for my co-workers on the company card (I needed a receipt). Paid at a kiosk and no receipt. Asked the lady working the counter @9:20a on 9-22 and was told to wait on line. After 10 minutes in line my food came out. I can't leave yet without the receipt so after another 5 minutes I get to the front and get my receipt. Grab my food then leave. After I get back to work they didn't put in one of my co workers sandwich. So I had to go back before I even ate because he needs to eat first. So I went back. I walked inside and went to the counter the lady saw me and asked what I needed. I told her she got it for me and I left. Not a sorry, apology, or anything. Now for math. Order to food out. 10min Food out to my receipt. 5 minutes Time to drive to work, to McDonald's then back to work 30 minutes. Total time used is 45 minutes. Total unnecessary waste of my time 35 minutes. If the kiosk had paper 5 minutes and a lot of stress prevented If the order was right save 30 minutes of time. If it was one or the other I wouldn't be this seemed.

Absolutely terrible service at the Dale Mabry McDonald’s. The manager, Sade, was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. I showed her my app with my bill info clearly displayed, and instead of checking properly, she told me I had to pay again. I had to insist that it was already paid—only then did she finally realize I was right. But instead of apologizing or correcting the mistake politely, she just dismissed me and told me to wait in parking spot 1—for just a Coke! No courtesy, no explanation, nothing. She was condescending, disrespectful, and clearly doesn’t have the basic skills or attitude to be in customer service, let alone managing a location. McDonald’s should seriously reconsider having someone like her in charge. She ruined what should’ve been a simple, two-minute stop. Never coming back to this location

Poor food quality, Iasked for a double bacon qter meal without pickles onions or lettuce, they put lettuce, after I went complain about the mistake they fixed pretty quick and give me a new one, but they forgot the bacon this time 😒, better choose another place and save you the bad time.

This morning I went to this McDonald’s to get a coffee and ordered a muffin sandwich. I politely asked if they could toast the muffin a bit more than usual, since it’s often served almost cold and undercooked. When I received it, the muffin was completely burnt—black and clearly inedible. I told the man who handed it to me (an African-American gentleman with glasses, who appeared to be the manager), “This is burnt.” He replied, “Well, you asked for it more toasted. The machine setting can’t be changed—it’s impossible.” I asked him, “Would you eat this?” and he admitted, “No, but some customers ask for it like this.” That doesn’t mean they like it—most likely, they realize it’s burnt once they’ve already left the restaurant. In my case, I noticed before leaving because the burnt smell was very strong. I told him I didn’t want it that way, and though he offered to make another one, I had already lost my appetite and declined. I’ve had good service at this location before, but this morning’s experience was disappointing. I truly believe that when someone works with care and love, no matter what the job is, they find ways to do things right. Every customer matters—even if we’re not regulars. Also, for the record: I have family who works at McDonald’s, and I know the machine settings can be adjusted. And if they can’t, the food can at least be pulled out before it burns. They should really check that toaster machine—last week, I ordered the same muffin and it was nearly raw and cold, which is exactly why I asked for it to be toasted a bit more today. It shouldn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that if the same machine burns one sandwich and undercooks another, it’s not working properly and needs to be fixed. Hopefully this helps improve things for future customers.

Pulled up to the mike to place my order, there was no other cars in the drive-thru at all. I waited for 15 to 20 minutes before somebody finally asked me what I was there for. The reason it took so long is because the employee was too busy playing with her phone to pay attention to who was in the drive-through(pic #1). Finally got my food and the fries were spilled all over the bag (pic #1). This place used to be good but now they’ve gone downhill.

I told them "you guys rock" because they got me through the drive-through so quickly at noon lunch rush. However, when I got back to my office to eat lunch, I tasted something funny and looked to see that my burger was raw on the inside. I sent this picture to my boss letting her know that if they find me dead in my office, this might be the reason! 🤪 I don't know how much raw meat I ate🤪

Without fail, they always have you pull around to the parking spots on the side after placing a drive through order… Even when there are no cars behind you. It makes absolutely no sense. And last time, having to pull around almost caused an accident as another car in the parking lot nearly hit me because of having to pull around. I sure hope I don’t get hit next time I’m here because that would be tremendous liability for McDonald’s.

Stopped at it Mcdonald’s for a quick meal through the drive thru. Ordered 2 McChickens and medium fries. That’s it. they tell me it’s gonna be 3 dollars and some cents. I look at my bank account the next day and it says I was charged for $9.21. I was way too trustful and didn’t ask for receipt but I do have the order description stapled to my bag. I called the restaurant and they answered and than hung up on me after I said what I was calling for. I need to be contacted for this, this is unacceptable.

Seriously asking. Is it on purpose that McDonald's "forgets" at least one of the items on your order? It happens, not an exaggeration, 90% of the time I go to a McDonald's. Why do I keep going to a McDonald's? Scientist will have to study my brain 🧠 after I'm dead. How many items are sitting in front of the register that you don't know THAT ONE needs to go out?

The main problem is the hygiene of the employees of this store. First they should never have an employee with dirty nails and most likely hands, in the drive thru handing food to customers. Honestly it's just nasty... I almost brought it back but I'm in a hurry to go back to work. I honestly believe it is my bad luck on trying to enjoy a fast food now these days... It's just not good anymore and employees don't care about a thing and not even how they handle the food when putting it in the bag... If there was a 0 star option I would definitely be choosing the 0 for this store... But like always nobody cares about it so I expect the same coming from this.....

Me and my girlfriend was sitting outside waiting for our food and we paid we wasn't rude or anything the fries tasted like it was sitting under a hotlamp in the frie warmer. We order a large drink got a small. Overall we order from here often and it was a complete waste of money and time..

Came after flight landed at airport 1 am 11/19/25 since the hours say 24 hour drive thru and dining room. Pull in and both drive thrus are closed with cones. Thought maybe the dining room is open since it says everyday 24 hour on the door for the hours sign. All doors were locked. Many workers were inside pretending not see us. Worst McDonald’s ever.

Somehow cant manage to put together 20 nuggets at 2am, every single night the “system goes down” between 12am to 6am. They’re not open 24 hours and employ the laziest people who can’t manage simple tasks. Don’t bother wasting your time here.

Workers suck, pull you up and forget about you. Then want to give you a nasty smile when you ask whats taking so long. Doesn't take that long to make two McDoubles, a McChicken, and fries? Eta: food wasn't even fresh so idk why it took so long Eta again: i already reported the restaurant to corporate but doubt there will be any change. The franchise owner and the manager need to get their shit together. Offer coaching to your staff or get rid of them. No reason you should be pulling up every other car, it shouldn't take 10-30 mins to get a simple order at MCDONALDS, your staff shouldn't be giving customers attitude when unwarranted, and your food is subpar. After reading your reviews, its obvious your store has a problem. You know what your issues are and you know how it needs to be fixed. Ain't clicking no link. Owner and manager need to take accountability for the problems this store has.

Im sure nothing will get resolved but the girl in the window and the manager are extremely rude for no reason, they get the order wrong but want to be disrespectful. Parked us and still got the orders wrong even after we repeated more than three times what it was. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but it’s hard not to when you get this kind of service.

I ordered drivethru for 1 crispy deluxe chicken sandwich and 1 spicy deluxe chicken sandwich only to find back home that they put in both spicy chicken s/w n the bag. Was such a disappointment the child couldn't have the meal wanted. Secondly, I had to wait longer to pick up such a short order. Had to ask for creamer and sugar at the counter for the coffee ( though specifically requested while placing order). Did not provide a reciept (neither does the mobile app show how much I got charged). The fries tasted like they were cooked in stale oil. Would not recommend this McD to anyone ever. Actually, one of the s/w with fries and coffee must have been billed as combo but no way to know without a reciept

waited 20 minutes for a cheese burger & fries, while everyone on staff just hanging out, with no lines or customers. 20 minutes while nobody is there.. I go inside for them to tell me they didnt even know i was waiting, or that they even started preparing my order.

I used the app to order food. Got my code and was charged for the order. I pulled up to the speaker and was told the system was down. I explained I ordered through the app. I was told to come to the window. I proceeded to go to the window and was told I needed to wait 15 minutes for my order. I asked why and the crew member could only tell me that what was told to her. I explained that I was charged for my order already and showed her my bank account. I even showed her what my order was. I asked if they had nuggets? she said yes. I asked if they had chicken strips? she said yes. I asked what was the hold up if they had the product, and I had proof that I was charged why couldn’t I have my food. She went and asked now 2 managers and came back and said that they said I had to wait. Never one time did the manager come to the window and explain anything. I worked for McDonald’s for 7 years back in 1990 and this kind of service wasn’t tolerated. It’s a shame but when choosing a “quick service” restaurant, I guess I will not choose this location again.

Order was accurate and the food was fine, but why did it take 30 min in the drive through when I ordered in advance through the app? The order was placed and paid for, I should have just been able to pick it up. Instead, I spent 30 min in the drive through, and the staff still didn’t know what my order was, despite confirming it multiple times.

This location has really been trending down! The service is usually terrible and from the picture you can see how the onions were more cooked than this burger! I am curious to know how many raw burgers were sold that day! Needless to say we will not be going to any McDonald's anytime soon! There are a lot better options with much better customer service! I feel really bad for the few workers who are courteous and professional at this location! But shame on the management team for allowing this to happen! When a customer is patronizing an establishment they are not doing so to put up with poor customer service and under cooked food! I would really have rated this restaurant at 0 stars if it was allowed!

Went through the drive-through just for a Sunday paid for extra fudge got to the second window and asked if this was with extra fudge and they said yes I asked if I could get more fudge. They said I would have to be charged extra. I said that’s fine they proceeded to tell me that they don’t have a register there. I would have to go all the way back around the drive-through during rush-hour just for extra fudge for just one Sunday didn’t proceeded to tell me to pull to the second window so they could get my car didn’t offer any other kind of solution and then proceeded to tell me over and over again, ma’am I can’t help you with that ma’am I can’t help you with that .

Burger was absolutely slathered in mayo and had no other condiments. The fries were cold and unsalted and something must have been wrong with the soda machine because the Dr Pepper had no flavor and looked lighter colored than usual. They also gave me no straws or napkins.
