Stopped for a quick bite to eat before a hike — awesome place, great food! We had the pastrami croissant which was delicious. The guy there was really nice.
Great coffee. Great People. 1.) Great Coffee - Out of the 5 days we stayed for vacation we came here 4. The coffee is delicious. We even purchased two bags before we left to head back home. 2.) Great Staff - The staff was friendly and informative. They made us feel not only welcome to the coffee shop, but also to the town. They gave us local tips on other sites to visit when visiting Sequoia National Park including a cliff jumping spot that we now have saved. 3.) Atmosphere - Chill atmosphere. Plenty of seating. Great coffee table books, good gift items to purchase including locally made items, and they had the cutest pug puppy to say hi to. Need WiFi they got you. They also have a stage for book signings and other activities. 4.) Food - Food we had when visiting was good. They had soyrizo options and alternative milks for those who are vegetarian/vegan or lactose intolerant. There were many food options to choose from. We had the tacos and the breakfast burritos. Did not disappoint. We dined and also did to go. Both experiences went flawless.
This coffee shop is excellent. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the prices are fair. A great place to relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee. Highly recommend!
Really great coffee and friendly staff! Worth the stop, best spot for coffee and espresso drinks in the area.
I must stop on your way to Sequoia national Park. The coffee here is amazing. It is smooth and not better at all. They have plenty of different flavors and coffee drinks. They also have food if you need a quick snack. Everything is reasonably priced which I have so much respect for the owner for. They also have very cute local jewelry that is handmade and T-shirts. Definitely will be back if I’m around in this area.
I was SO happy to see this oasis on the way to Sequoia! Amazing people, great coffee, and the food looked delicious as well! Such a cozy, perfect and convenient spot. Jayden made my day with a yummy latte and beautiful conversation! Grateful for this shop and definitely planning on coming back one day. I’m excited to bring some freshly roasted beans back home! 🌲✨
We stopped in for breakfast before heading to sequoia national park. The coffee was absolutely delicious. My wife and I both ordered burritos. I ordered chorizo and my wife ate a vegetarian burrito. Both were delicious and we were both happy with our meals. The staff were friendly and attentive. Such a great little place and was such a great part of our trip. If you are in town done miss this stop!
My wife and I love this place! Conveniently located spot driving into Three Rivers… absolutely spectacular coffee and excellent food! I definitely recommend trying the espresso… smooth and rich flavor…. and the Salted Carmel Latte… (my wife’s favorite) Highly recommended!
Found this quaint little coffee roaster & more shop while on vacation in Three Rivers, CA. Had to be better than the hotel coffee and it was really great! Hit the spot, hot latte on a hot day! Great stop on the way to Sequoia National Park. We didn’t try the food, would have brought their whole beans home if they had Any to spare. What a lovely indoor space. Can’t tell from the outside. Friendly staff.
Super nice place with super friendly barista. Really impressed by the coffee, made on a manual espresso machine. Loved it. The food is also great. Had some tacos and were delicious. They also had live music in the morning, which was pleasantly unexpected :)
This coffee was really good! Exactly what I needed before a 4 hour drive. They hand pressed the espresso, have an abundance of syrup options and gave amazing customer service. 10/10 you should stop here !
Stopped here on my way home from sequoia national park needing some coffee and food for the long drive home. This place was amazing. The coffee was really high quality and the flavor was perfect. I got a butternut squash galette to eat and thought it was one of the best baked goods I've ever eaten. The shop is very cool and clean. There's a cute dog on site that likes to say hello.
The local place to get coffee (right next to Comfort Inn). Friendly staff, cute environment with comfy seats and tables to sit at. Tried their avocado toast and got coffee there every morning before heading over to the sequoia park. Recommend this place for anyone wanting breakfast/coffee.
Great place! We were staying at the Comfort Inn next door and stopped by for breakfast. I ordered the breakfast burrito (sadly not pictured) and it was no joke one of the best burritos i’ve ever had. The barista was super friendly, and everything was fresh! The iced coffees we ordered were also very good. Definitely recommend.
Great coffee and food options. As a coffee lover, I have tried coffee in different places on a road trip to California and the Kaweah was the best expresso so far (even counting nice places in San Francisco and Las Vegas). I also tried the avocado toad with egg and an additional slice of Swiss cheese — delicious! The attendants have a nice vibe so does the ambient music.

Great delicious coffee, for those leaving bad reviews due to just having to be patient. You should consider this not being a city you live. My iced latte was amazing 👏🏼
Best coffee I've had in a long time. I'm from LA and a coffee of this caliber is hard to find and/or over priced. This spot is the real deal coffee house. This is a place to go and CHILLL. Total vibe. I got to chat it up with the gentleman (sounded possibly like the owner) who made my dirty chai latte. He did not use a machine he selected, roasted, ground, blended, and then pressed this coffees by hand with care. I could tell he cares deeply for his craft and it shows. Great place to relax and enjoy being present.

They have a nice seating area with lots of cute trinkets. The food was really good, we had the chicken sliders & one of the breakfast bagels. It was super fresh and delicious. The coffee was just alright.
I don't know if some of the food items seen on Google maps are seasonal or just no longer available. Do NOT get the iced coffee, stick to a hand pressed espresso beverage option.
No line, so you'll order fast. Limited food menu, come for the coffee but don't come hungry. I had the White Rose, it was great. Fragrant, sweet, warm.
The breakfast sandwich was good. I wasn't a huge fan of the cold brew, but the hot latte was pretty good. I asked for light ice in the cold brew but recieved almost a full cup of it. The service was lacking, they didn't provide much interaction and were short in conversation.
Nice place, open early at 630..food and coffee is solid. However the portion on the burrito could be much larger for the price of over $12. Otherwise, solid experience here.

The latte was very hot — it was impossible to drink right away. I had to wait to cool down.

We stopped here b/c they open at 6:30. Look, I know this isn’t t Starbucks but if you’re open at 6:30 people usually want coffee to hit the road and get on their way. A 20minute wait for a latte and Americano with an add shot. 5 other customers in the shop. All waiting. The coffee IS excellent and so was the breakfast sandwich but the wait was unacceptable.
The coffee is okay. The largest cup size is 12 largest ounces. My latte was nearly half foam. So I probably got 6 to 8 ounces of latte. I need to go buy another now, somewhere else. Also the customer service is not great. While I was waiting, They took one order at a time and prepared it before starting to help the next person. Then when it was my turn, they also took the order of the people behind me and prepared theirs, with one of their drinks being ready before mine and I only ordered one thing. Which i suppose it's is fine to work however you work, but at least be consistent.
I try not to leave negative reviews for small businesses but this place was just screaming for it. As soon as we walked in, we were excited because of the vibe of a small town cafe - who are known for being kind + great customer service. No kind of greeting whatsoever. It felt like the person taking the order didn't want to be there that day. Ordered 3 Avocado toasts with egg. We were the only ones in line, the others had already been served. Our coffees came within the first 7 minutes. One avocado toast in the 10th minute. We waited for another 35 minutes for the 2nd toast to show up (after reminding them two times). Finally the lady at the counter said that she forgot to charge me for alsome items. So we just got the 2nd one, paid for it and left because the 3rd would have taken another 20 minutes. She did apologize before we left. People kept coming in so the place looked busy- but even the others ended up waiting. There were 3 or 4 people working so I wouldn't call them short staffed that day. We ended up going to a nearby coffee shop - extremely busy but quick service. Avocado toast was very salty. Pros: place has a good ambience.

Coffee is good but don't go there if you have any other plans for the day. We waited 45 minutes for two cappuccinos and two cream cheese bagles. There were two other customers.
Man, barista, sneezed in his hand, and then denied it. I was so disgusted by the unsanitary and dishonest customer service. I gave the food back. I had to leave because the anger of being lied to my face. I got no money back.
The service was painfully slow. The staff working there showed no hustle, no urgency. Other reviewers mentioned the service was very slow — they weren’t kidding. No food available because it wasn't "brought in yet." Most worrisome- cleanliness. The restroom at 9:00 AM — dirty floors, overflowing trash, no paper towels, and a blood stain dripping down the toilet! Seemed like it wasn't cleaned previous night. Gross. Told staff, and absolutely no action was taken in the 20 minutes I was there. This place has a witchy, trendy crow-themed vibe that attracts young people, but good branding can’t mask poor hygiene and slow, disengaged service. For a better (and cleaner) coffee stop, go to Sequoia Coffee Company instead, just a bit further, better experience and service. Cool branding isn’t an excuse for being this gross and slow. Won’t be back.
Waited over 30 min for our meal for items that should not have taken that long to make. There were other people who ordered after us that got their food before. The staff seem rude and racist because they served white people faster than people of color. No apologies for the long wait. No updates on our order. The quality of the food and drinks weren’t all that great for the wait either. If you’re trying to hit the road while grabbing a quick bite to eat and are people of color don’t come here because they’ll just play games with you.
Service is terrible. Ordered a latte and a burrito. Took 30mins for the latte and an hour for the burrito since they forgot. I explained I had a flight to catch that is 1.5hrs away. Absolutely no urgency! Go to the Sequoia Coffee- waaaay better service and friendly staff.
I never leave reviews, but my experience was so negative I really feel the need to. From the very start, I had a feeling I should’ve just went to Sequoia coffee roasters instead, but unfortunately I stuck it out. To get straight to the point, I waited over 20 minutes for a single iced latte…the group before me were also waiting so long they finally got up to ask where their order was. There were only two people working but the pace at which they were working was INCREDIBLY slow. Their customer service was also very poor. No greeting when I came in, bare minimum for taking my order, and then after I got so discouraged with the wait time I asked about my order, only then was my drink started! It had already been 15+ minutes. I get being short staffed, but at least make it look like you’re trying to be efficient! Or better yet, give a wait estimate, literally any sort of communication is better than none. I felt invisible. If the customer service had been better, I would not have minded nearly as much but it was overall such a negative experience I wish I would’ve just gotten a refund. It was not even busy! The coffee was pretty average as well. Waste of $7 and I cannot believe I tipped. Don’t make the same mistake I did and give Sequoia coffee roasters a try instead!
We waited over 30 min for 2 cappuccino and 2 bagels with cream cheese. Staff is super slow and they just don't care. Would not recommend it if you want a quick bite and a coffee before heading to sequoia in the morning.
Terrible service. Do go unless you don't mind waiting 30+ mins for an egg sandwich. There were more children working at this place than adults. And by children I do mean kids under the age of 15 who appeared to be the the owners children working behind the counter. The two parents were lackadazically working at their own pace popping in and out every once in a while. I can't provide a review of the food because we never actually received our food. After waiting for 35 mins and seeing the family of 5 still waiting for theirs before us, I finally asked for a refund after at least one promise of it beimg ready in 5mins. Mind you, this place is more of a take away coffee place, not a sit down cafe with wait staff, so waiting that long for a breakfast burrito and egg sandwich seemed excessive to me. This place needs to hire some real adult employees rather than depend on their two oldest children (15 and 12 yrs) of the 5 of them. I would have tolerated the wait if the attitude wasn't so lazy. The owner had one slow gear and she didn't seem inclined to be concerned in the least that she had a cafe of about 15 people half of which were waiting an excessive amt of time for their food.
I ordered coffee espresso roast in May on website and didnt get my order till November. I never got a response when I inquired about my order. I was going to just write it off as a loss. When I did get my order the coffee beans were old, dry, and or not espresso roast. The beans are a medium dry roast not espresso. I can't even use them in my expresso machine. Last time I visited the location in Three Rivers there was absolutely no sense of urgency and waited over 30min for a latte. If you visit them at the farmers market dont expect great service. Poor hygine and standing around as it takes 30 mins to make a bagel. I have given this buisness many chances and they are disappointing.
The service here is terrible. The owner allowed other customers to cut in line right in front of me. I waited for 30 minutes and still wasn't able to place my order. This establishment is discriminatory. The staff treats people of color differently and unfairly. It was a clear case of racial profiling
