We visited this restaurant in Tijuana on a busy Saturday night and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were seated. The hostess was friendly, inviting, and welcomed us with a warm smile. We chose to sit on the outdoor terrace, which offered a nice atmosphere and a comfortable place to enjoy the evening. The staff was very attentive throughout our meal. While the service was efficient, at times it felt a bit overbearing. We’ve noticed that in some places in Mexico, the service style leans toward constant attention, which some guests may appreciate. However, having a server standing directly beside us for long periods made it a little challenging to have intimate conversations with friends. Personally, I prefer a bit more space and occasional check-ins rather than continuous monitoring. The food itself was great. The salad was fresh, crisp, and full of flavor. The ceviche was also tasty, though slightly too spicy for my preference. The tacos and tostadas were flavorful and well-prepared, making the overall dining experience very enjoyable. Despite the moments of overly attentive service, we genuinely liked the restaurant and the quality of the food. We will definitely be returning on our next visit.

From the moment we arrived, Rodrigo’s presence was felt. He doesn’t just manage the floor; he orchestrates a symphony of hospitality. He greeted us with a genuine warmth that immediately felt like being welcomed by an old friend, yet his professionalism was impeccable. He seamlessly navigated a busy, vibrant room, attending to every table with a keen eye, yet we never felt rushed or overlooked. His knowledge of the menu and bar program is encyclopedic. When we expressed our preferences, he guided us with spot-on recommendations that perfectly balanced classic favorites with daring specials. His suggestion for a mezcal pairing with the scallop aguachile was nothing short of inspired. He clearly has a deep passion for Cabanna’s vision and takes pride in sharing it. What truly sets Rodrigo apart, however, is his intuitive and personal touch. Noticing we were celebrating, he arranged for a perfectly timed, delightful treat from the kitchen—a gesture that was thoughtful, not theatrical. He checked in with effortless grace, ensuring every detail was perfect, from the temperature of the wine to our enjoyment of each course. Rodrigo possesses that rare quality in hospitality: the ability to make every single guest feel like the most important person in the room. He leads his team with visible respect and camaraderie, which reflects in the attentive and upbeat service from everyone we encountered.
Cabanna is my go to in Tijuana for fancy seafood. Highly recommend the queso taco and ceviche machine picchu👌🏽.
Luis Carlos our waiter was great, he was courteous and amicable, professional and was always asking how we were doing. The food, ambience, and atmosphere were top notch. I was delighted with all the food options. The prices were very reasonable. I will be back here soon.
The food here is delicious the drinks are great. The desserts mainly little help but to be honest with you the octopus they serve here is so good perfectly cooked great sauces come and check it out you will not be disappointed by the way staff super friendly
What an incredible experience! Service was outstanding, our waiter was very attentive to our needs and was constantly checking on us. The food was good and portions were just enough. The food came out quickly from the kitchen and we didn't have to wait long. The camarones roca were by far the best dish. I will definitely be coming back.
After we had a reservation at Cabanna. I ordered a Michelada con Modelo to start with. Then we ordered the Cabanna Quesitos (Shrimp, cheese crust, avocado and house dressing). Then we ordered the Bass Mangochile - Tanned in aguachile of mango and habanero pepper. We also ordered the Pulpo Pizza which was an octopus pizza. It tasted pretty solid. Another entree was the Caramel Shrimp - Perfect mix between sweet and spicy. With chile de arbol and eel sauce. Lastly we got Carajillo 43 Cream cocktail smoked. It was super cool to watch! Out of everything I really really liked the Cabanna Quesitos. That was absolutely amazing. Great place and would recommend this to friends and family!
Food is always good here. I love tuna “atún azul” tostada, the taco called “quesito Cabanna” (shrimp and grilled cheese), and leche de tigre (spicy shrimp soup). The Volcan de Dulce de Leche is a must. Service is good. It can be busy, so come with patience. ♿️ accesible Cards and cash There’s parking at the mall. Not included.
I highly recommend this place. My favorite dish is the the Perla Negra Aguachile (de pescado). You cannot go wrong with this place! This is my favorite restaurant in Tijuana. The pictures were taken at different times I came to Cabanna.
For me this is the best restaurant in Tijuana. Great food and provides the best service. Their menu is not your typical Mexican food that you usually find in the Mexican restaurant in the US. This is my to go place to eat everytime i go to Tijuana
Amazing flavors with high quality food and platings. Staff is very attentive and friendly. I got 3 dishes for $16usd! So worth the drive!

4 stars because it doesn't have child care otherwise Omg 10 stars lol. We come here everytime we're sans kids. Food is amazing drinks too. Atmosphere is 10/10... good music— loud enough to enjoy, soft enough to have conversations. Service is prompt and friendly. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked stocked. Baby changing station available. Park on 3rd floor towards the end by the elevators. Pay at selfpay kiosk dont stay morw than 10 minutes after paying parking or youll have to pay again.

There's the option of dining in, or eating outside. The view is of the city, which is ok but the service was great. My food was even better. My Rib Eye Steak came out sizzling & smelled amazing. My steak was well seasoned. I ordered a Tamarindo Margarita, which was really good. My appetizer was Tuna Azul🤤I recommend stopping by next time you're in Tijuana. I will return next time I'm in town 🤗
Excellent place for seafood! The terrace is big and nice, great ambiance. Excellent service. The food is really good, small portions though. Highly recommend the mangochile and the pulpo alacrán, delicious!
Very loud inside. Mainly a fish place. The service was slow and lacking. I wouldn’t come back. Too many other good places in the mall.
