I got in the car, paid, they took me to the next window, gave me a soda, took me to the next window and after a while a very angry worker came out asking why I didn't leave, I explained to her that they had never given me my hamburger and I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to give me my hamburger now.

Today I trusted my order and paid for what I ordered. The order was incomplete; I was missing a Mac Mugfin. I spent almost $500, and to receive something worth only $100, it's worth the time, the wait, the frustration, and the disappointment. Even with the complete order, they don't have a phone number or any way to complain. I'm very disappointed with this branch.

If you're thinking about coming to this McDonald's, reconsider. Seriously. I came a week ago and I find it incredibly unhygienic that the person who takes your money is the same one handling the food. How is that even possible? Easy, they don't have enough staff and they expect one person to do the work of two or three. It's a complete lack of organization. And to top it all off, the service is incredibly slow. It's fast food, not a restaurant with an hour-long wait. 🤡🤡

Horrible service, horrible staff. I ordered my food and it arrived an hour later. I complained that it was cold and they told me they came to my table, which is a complete lie. I was there the whole time and no employee approached me. I went over, she gave me a horrible look, and I told another employee I had a "Nat" badge, who also did nothing. I asked her to change it since they had given me a number to bring my order to the table and they hadn't. Finally, they reluctantly changed it and then started bringing the orders to the tables. The girl who served me is dark-skinned, with brown hair and straight hair, and she took off her badge, but her name is Elizabeth according to the receipt. I also ordered a caramel milkshake that was basically milk, and she gave me the excuse that it was because I had shaken it, haha. I had just opened the milkshake when it was just plain liquid. The customer service is awful. If there is a manager, what a terrible job they've done. staff How unpleasant, and I won't be coming back here.

Terrible experience with the two girls at the car service window 😒, both were incredibly rude. Yamin Rubio Morfis Garcia served us at the first window, and when we politely asked her to exchange the toy, she acted more out of obligation than genuine desire. The other girl at the next window was even worse and rude. Horrible 😒 I'll never go back there because of the way those two girls treated us.

Terrible service! I waited 40 minutes in the dining room and breakfast still hasn't arrived. Everyone was complaining about waiting over 30 minutes, and when you mention it to the staff, they're incredibly rude. Don't come here!
