The place is a bit hidden within the vastness of the plaza. The lemon flavor needs more citrus, and the other ice creams need to have less sugar. The service was just okay, nothing to complain about.

I hope to try Dairy Queen ice cream again someday 🙋🏻‍♀️ I appreciate that they have lemon pie 🦶 🥧, but I wouldn't consider it for my "top 3 everyday desserts" yet. Although the ice cream never left the cup, I'd like it to be much more frozen, almost rock-hard 🪨. Also, if it were more tart and a little less sweet, it would be a viable option for my current palate 👁️👅👁️

What terrible service! More than once when I've gone to buy something, they treat me badly, they never have change, they tell me I'm like all the other customers they look for, just need to exchange my bill, and to top it all off, if you want to ask for help, they just leave you waiting.

This is my first time buying here, and it was a very bad experience. The service was terrible, the brownie pieces were dry and already tasted rancid, and they barely tasted like chocolate.

My favorite is the strawberry with banana, and it was my first time here and it was horrible! They didn't have any fresh bananas left, so they made it with something like artificial banana-flavored butter, but you could feel the pieces of that butter, and the inside of the cup was all greasy and very yellow.

Hi, I just went to buy ice cream and they wouldn't accept cash because they didn't have any change, and this isn't the first time. The guy said it's been like this since morning. It's impossible for them to stop selling for that reason and not bother trying to get change. WRONG.

I checked out the terrible service. The manager told me they couldn't sell the cakes they had because they were from another store (the one I'd been told to come to this branch to buy from). They had other cakes, but they were all "set aside" (only one had the word "set aside"). They just don't want to sell.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE WITH RAPPI OR UBEREATS. The staff doesn't follow instructions and doesn't even give you the bare minimum. I've ordered five times now, and this last one was the last straw. I ordered extra lemon pie and didn't even get the "basic" one. I'm paying for the ingredients, and these people are keeping it for themselves. I literally counted the pieces and there were only three... horrible. It's a total rip-off.
