Terrible problem resolution and follow-up. They tell you to send an email, that they'll connect you with the appropriate person to resolve the situation, and that it's already resolved. However, for now, no one is willing to contact you, according to the recording when you call. This is unfortunate, since this is a highly reputable institution, and it's impossible for its executives to lack the ability to provide good customer service or at least know who to channel the various problems that arise.
