I was served a cold, dry, foul smelling burger from this location. It was totally inedible and I lost my appetite after one bite. I’m not the type to return food or exchange it, I just won’t be back.

I order online for this location a couple times a month. They always take a long time but at least the order is usually right. Not today, incredibly long wait time. The assistant manager (tall African American man, Brandon?) asks what I'm there for, I had already told my name to 3 other people at this point. I start listing the order (a double cheeseburger, no cheese, no mustard with a medium dr pepper no ice and a small fry). He huffs at me and says "no, the name". So now he's the 4th person I've told the order name to. He hands me my bag, no drink. I'm waiting and waiting and waiting, girl comes back to the window and says "what". I said I was missing my drink. She had no clue what I was talking about, so I tell her. She hands me the drink that they never even made. Get to work to eat my lunch, and my sandwich is wrong. I'm irritated at this point and send my husband to have it made correctly. He comes back and said this was the 3rd sandwich they gave him because they kept messing it up even though the ticket sticker is still on the bag. First they added mustard, then no mustard but added cheese, then they give him the 3rd one (so 4th sandwich attempt) and brings it to me. The bun is completely soggy and you can tell they used the original burger patties from the 1st sandwich they gave me. That will be my last visit to this location. Management is awful and the employees do not care one bit about their jobs.

I ordered through the drive through yesterday and the gentleman that took my payment had both of his hands cut up, and his entire hands where full of what looked like bumps that had just formed a scab the cuts looked fresh. I wish he wouldn’t have touched my card but he did. He took my payment and gave me my food. I threw everything away and sanitized my debit card. How can you have someone taking payments and more than likely also preparing food with hands like that.

I came here with my family because we had a break from our baseball tournament. Employees are loud talking on their phone. Whomever they were talking too were cursing. I turned to look and she told the person on the phone, let me put my earplugs on because there are customers in here. Those who were not on the phone and were talking to other employees very loudly. It was also HOT in there. I don’t think the AC was working at all! We were sweating eating our food. We ate fast to get out of there. I will never come back here. We were better off going across the street to McDonald’s.

If i could give this BK zero stars i so would! They served me some bad lettuce and im currently experiencing food poisoning symptoms… otherwise i would have returned and demanded my money back… never again will i return to this BK and I suggest to everyone who reads this to dont even go there… its not worth getting sick especially if yall trying to feed your kids… be careful when coming here if i would of checked the reviews before stopping I wouldnt have stopped. Hope this post helps and avoid ppl getting sick.

It was the worst burger and fries I’ve ever had in my life. The fries were cold and soggy. The tables were very dirty and no one was cleaning them. There was a lot of pet hair in the play area. The air conditioning wasn’t working. I felt like I threw my money away. I will never come back again.

I hit the drive through this morning to redeem 750 points for a breakfast sandwich but was told I needed to purchase something to get the reward. When has that been a thing? I am not new to apps/points/rewards requirements. I just kept driving. BK has lost a customer for a while and I do enjoy their food.

I didn't ask for FLIES! I'm super mad! Just left there and there was a dead fly in my lettuce! Clear as day!!! Always check your food people!

Play place closed with sign on door. Appeared to be for no reason. Employees busy on their cell phone, no Ketchup dispenser working and bucket had 2 Ketchup packets in it, it was just empty with lots of employees, ordered coke items and told after paying they were out. Homeless man with dog brought in a pizza to eat in corner of lobby. Rediculous, did not feel safe at all. Felt bad for my kids and other families with kids that we were looking forward to play area.

I am so disgusted that I wasted my money on this place, I've literally been at work since 8 this morning, I am unable to leave my building to get food so I thought I'd order from this location right across the street.. I purchased a Large meal ... and (the picture below is what I received) my burger was cold && is this a large fry? Are you kidding me? And where is my drink? The delivery driver was like "sorry girl" and walked out of my building ... Luckily I am saved and I believe that vengeance is the Lord's and not my own. You guys will never receive another time to rob me ... just pathetic and disgusting!

Very dirty. Only went because chik fil a is closed for renovations and I needed an indoor place to play. I had to clean the tables myself and my wipe turned black. Not sure it’s somewhere I will go back inside. The food was normal Burger King food. You can kind of see the dirtiness of the table in the picture. Everything was very sticky.
