We love coming here. Sure it’s always busy and loud, but we expect that. Food is always amazing. Waitresses and waiters are always helpful and nice. I don’t think we’ve had any issues and if we have, they were taken care of asap. I love coming here! Who can say no to their rolls and butter?!

Great service and no mistakes on orders especially with a party of 9. Fast, friendly service. But for sure hands down having the app and calling ahead helps with the long waits that happen. But how can you blame them, they are amazing.

Texas Roadhouse is my all-time favorite restaurant! They cooked my sirloin steak the perfect medium. SO tender and juicy! They hand cut their steaks right there at the restaurant and you can truly taste the difference. Their baked sweet potato and house salad is scrumptious: the best I've ever eaten. And their rolls with the cinnamon butter is fabulous! All the staff are extremely friendly and took excellent care of us. They went above and beyond! If you want a delicious, hearty meal for a VERY affordable price, this is the place to go! 10 stars out of 5!! I HIGHLY recommend this Texas Roadhouse!!

I've been to the Tomball Location at least 15 times in the year that I've lived here. At least 7 or 8 times prior to moving here from FL. I wrote a great review but I have to edit it the review after the horrilbe experience I had last Sunday, 12/17. We had a take-out order and I got there the place was packed as usual, but the take-out orders were taking a really really long time. They brought some peanuts to hold us over until the food was ready and I waited 35 minutes longer than they budeted, but it was cool at that point. When I got my food there were 3 items missing, one of them being the extra breat and butter. I walked up to the people working and they quickly got my missing items and said the bread would be another 15 minutes I told them no worries at all, and left. When I got home to eat my Porter House I was alerted to the fact that my daughters steak was rare instead of M. Still, no big deal- I turned on the grill and cooked hers up a temp. It's when my mother cut into her steak and said it was "RAW" that got me worried. I thought she was being hyperbolic but when I cut into my steak I noticed that it was both of our steaks that were RAW. Not rare, RAW!!! IF you look at the top of my steak it's got grill marks so it looked cooked on the outside but raw on the inside. I thought maybe we accidentally got Pittsburgh Rare which I could have dealt with, but it was more like Pitts Raw and when you flipped over the steak the bottom was barely even cooked. ....I couldn't beleive they let 2 steaks like that leave the kitchen! Now I've been to TR many times and we've only had steaks maybe 20% of the time and there is always an issue with the temp being under or overcooked, and they take it back and cook it a temp higher or get us a new one. No questions asked- up until this to-go experience that is the only thing bad I could say about TR. This time, however, wasn't just a miscooked steak. My Medium was so undercooked it couldn't be described as Rare but more like mooing! My mother's was worse. We tried cooking both steaks up 2 temps or 3 but it just didn't taste the same. I was already so grossed out I almost threw up in my mouth. We tried calling but they were so busy noone could answer the phone. I figured I would just contact them the next day. When I went to their complaints page I entered in my complaint and after you submit it you get a prompt stating :They're reviewing your complaint and we'll contact you if there is any further reason to". So I waited 4 days and noone ever contacted me. So I entered another complaint asking if they're ever going to respond to my first complaint. Here is their resolution: They sent me a no-reply email with a $25 gift card....... that's it. There was some canned email template response which mena they really didn't care about my complaint. The Porterhouse alone is more than $25. Honestly, I probably would have been fine if they took it more seriously and replied to my original complaint more quickly. The amount should have been more since the 2 steaks we couldn't eat cost more. All of the french fries were covered in blood from the steak but luckily they only put 4 french fries in with my steak so there weren't that many that were ruined..lol. Their lack of response forces me to never go back and that really stinks seeing as it's the only restaurant we ever go to. It's really sad how one horrible experience can ruin so many great ones.

I came to this establishment with my family for my daughters 22nd birthday. The food was pretty okay, nothing to write home about. (Except for that apple pie, I could eat that every day) Our server's name was Madison. She was very attentive and had a great attitude the whole time. I have never eaten at Texas Roadhouse. And for this, I ordered curbside, on my way home from work. I got a 14 oz cut, med rare with broccoli and a baked potato. It was one of the best cuts I have tasted. Perfectly cooked, super tender and served with delicious au jus. It was enough for 2 meals! Service was super prompt in delivering to my vehicle, actually earlier than stated. The picture does not do justice to the meal.

I went with my family and it was a great experience. The rolls were delicious, although my sister thought it was too sweet, even without the cinnamon butter. We also got the fried pickles which were amazing! Sometimes, fried foods really do have that fried taste but I could really taste the pickles, which I loved. For the entrees, I got the chicken Caesar salad for me and my grandma, and my mom and sister got the steak and shrimp. I had a taste of the steak and it was so delicious, it made me regret getting a salad. The only complaint that my mom had was that she did not like her rice side dish and thought it tasted bad. But either way, everything else was delicious!

My husband and I went on valentine's day around 3:30p.m. Our wait was about 5 minutes for a table. We had excellent service from our supervisor Danyon and the rest of the employees were polite and helpful. The fried pickles were Amazing we didn't need dipping sauce. The couples deal was great and our steaks were amazing. We will return in the future.

I have been craving steak for awhile now, but I have been in a season of stretching, so lately I've had to suppress this desire. However, God blessed me yesterday, and as a result I was finally able to grab an amazing meal over here for dinner last night. I sat at the bar, chatted with strangers, and ordered their prime rib with green beans and a Cesar salad. I loved the meaningful conversations, delicious food and fantastic service I received from my wonderful server, Daisy. I wasn't able to finish my entire meal, but I packed the remaining half to-go, and on my way home God led me directly to someone who desperately needed a warm meal more than I. Texas Roadhouse just might have put steakhouse dinners back in my rotation. I usually prefer to cook steak at home with my youngest (shoutout to my little Gordon Ramsay in training), but a random “Forks Up!” spin on Google Maps led us here and it did not disappoint. Jessica, our server, set the tone from the jump: fun, upbeat, and totally down to play along while we shot some video. Smiley, the manager, was right there with her, which already told me this place gets hospitality. We tried the famous Cactus Blossom, skipped extra apps once the dangerously good rolls and butter hit the table, and sampled our way through steaks, shrimp, ribs, salads, and sides. Every single steak came out cooked perfectly … legit steakhouse quality. Even if the food hadn’t been on point, Jessica alone would have made the night worth it. Her timing, attention, and energy were the kind of service you rarely see anymore and honestly restored a little faith in the hospitality game. Huge thanks to Jessica, Smiley, and the crew for a fantastic dinner. Can’t wait to drop the video on socials and come back for round two.

I have been to this establishment several times and it did not disappoint. The food has always been CONSISTANTLY great which is most important. The service could be a little faster even when they are slow (ex. Drink refills in bar area) During busy hours, they definitely need more staff serving the bar area!!!! Other than that, the servers are very attentive and responsive in the main dining room. If anyone wants to come past 6pm... Good luck... It's that good.

Texas Roadhouse is a great place to stop after a long weekend at the Texas Renaissance Festival. It's right off of the highway, was open late enough that I had plenty of time to eat on my drive home after the festival, there was almost no wait to sit and the wait staff was very attentive even though it was a very full and bustling restaurant. They had shows playing on the TVs in both English and in Spanish, and it was great to see other families coming and going in their festival garb.

Really loud inside. Hard to have a semi-private conversation because everyone needs to speak loudly to overcome the noise. The steaks are mediocre, a bit dry (even when cooked rare) and lack flavor.

Love the online join the wait-list. We haven't had any luck the last several times getting our steaks cooked to our liking and wouldn't get them again, but the herb crusted chicken and salmon are our favorites, always great.

Rolls came to the table warm and perfect! Coke was flat, didn’t have to worry cause the second one delivered without being told was much better. Margarita’s tasted good. Sugar and Tajin was not applied to whole rim. Which made me sad it is my favorite part of the drink. The salad was a bit smaller than other locations. Meat was cooked okay…not sure if I would call that med. still tasted great. Steak was juicy and ribs did fall off the bone with just a touch of the fork. Our waitress was timid also kind and attentive. Didn’t see the manager at all so the table touch tag still remained taped to the table after we walked away to leave. Spent my birthday here and had a wonderful time. It was a Wednesday at 6:30 and we had to wait for 15-20 minutes. Not bad. But at 8:30pm was where it was easy to sit down quick. I asked the manager if I could have a piece of cake for my but only thing available was for me to get on the saddle. Yeah… at 36 I’m not doing that.

We had a party of four just before peak business hours but got a table almost immediately. Parking getting tight at prime time with all the other businesses now sharing the lot. Server was helpful and attentive. My ribs were more of a 2-3 star due to dryness. Potato was just ok too. Chicken and Ribs were good, 4-star. Finally, the Chicken Fried Steak and Fries were 5-star. So my average is a 4 on this occasion. The rolls were awesome, still. I still like this place, but it definitely lost a lot of personality post covid. I miss tossing the peanut shells on the floor. I guess I understand why traditions like that have changed, but I still miss it.

We enjoyed the bread, the ribeye was cooked to perfection. The sides and side salads were yummy. The fried pickles were a let down as looks like they left them sit on top of fryer so they were a little greasy and wet looking. Service was on point and we will definitely go back.

Our server was excellent, the food well overrated I had a bit of the tater skins, i liked those, the Salmon was not as tender as I’d like, the salad was soft, could tell from a bag 🫣 the ribs were dried out a bit, the Ribeye was good though and The Modelo was also good 🍺. What kinda killed it for me was when i gathered my plates to make it easier on the waitress. There was a little german roach that had made it on my table to eat some of my dressing drops. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Restaurant was pretty clean and seemed to be well run. We had "Jeff" as our waiter and he was AWESOME. He was a great example to my kids as to what a mannered and polite young man looks like. Food was good but the portion sizes were really small. I ordered the Chicken Critters and it was 4 bit size pieces of chicken with 2 sides for $12.99. I could have gone up the road to Mel's Cafe and got the same thing and for less money and had leftovers. Good food, but it will be a while before we go back. . . just better places to get more bang for your buck.

Service is good. They sat us in a booth that had a dimly lit bulb. So it was hard ro read the menu and eat. Beer was warm. Bread was excellent. All of our steaks were overcooked and lacked flavor. We told them and they offered to cook more steak. We didn't want to wait. They did not offer anything else like discount off bill. Sad to see this place in such conditions. It use to be 5 stars.

Arrived 1:58 pm, were seated very quickly and ordered by 2:17 pm. Server was kind and very professional. Bread had to be requested and arrived by 3:07 pm, each person was allocated one roll each. Drinks were cold and glasses clean. Meals arrived one hour and 10 minutes after ordering, by 3:27 pm. Meals were straight off the menu, hamburgers and steaks. Not complicated to make, no reason for over one hour and ten minutes to deliver to table. Customers seated after us were served before us. The Cheese burger and the Smokehouse Burger were ice cold, without flavor and much to red to be called medium. (Literally the patty would not hold together so raw), choked down 20% of edge, took home to finish cooking. The 8 oz serloin steak was 95% perfectly medium rare and just a tiny spot was rare, but preferred to alternate of well done in light of inconsistent thickness. To go boxes were requested and we had our desert by 3:38 pm. For a $64 ticket, would have expected more timely service from the kitchen and meat being cooked to a safe temperature.

Sadly my first and last time at this location. The steak was a good size and tender, cook perfectly, I could really taste the meat! Unfortunately, I couldn't taste a even a sprinkle of seasoning. I don't use steak sauce ordinarily but had to on this one. Though the onions and mushrooms were great! The broccoli was steamed within an inch of its life but was DOA on arrival and was as bland and tasteless as the steak. I prefer vegetables to be sautéed. These were steamed sans salt, pepper, or butter. Just over steamed. The Mac n cheese stuck together. Literally. I put my fork in the container and the entire clump came out along with a stream of juice which I think was supposed to be the cheese. I'm not sure why it was runny like water, not creamy. The entire meal was a disappointment especially considering it cost nearly $30. I picked the roadhouse over saltgrass merely because it was closer and I'd been to other locations w/o any complaints. Now I know to just drive the extra miles down the freeway for a better experience. Or just cook at home since SG keeps raising their prices. It's a lose lose situation either way.

After being seated and getting drinks, we waited 21 minutes before asking for a manager so that we could order food. Our waiter never came back to our table. And they weren’t even slammed. Empty tables and still poor service. Or new waitress was amazing thou. God bless her.

They don't know how to make prime rib at all. I asked for it to be medium well. The first time I got it to the table it was bright pink color looked like it was medium rare. Asked for them to put it on a tad bit more because it looked like it wasn't made correctly they came back with it being completely over cooked it was 1 step away from well well done. All I tasted was char. Not a fan. This is my 4th time getting prime rib at all Texas roadhouses they seem to be struggling with prime ribs. Never getting that again

This location wasn't too packed. Service was good and food was decent, mashed potatoes were cold but nearly everything else was good. I always appreciate when the servers wear masks. I however want to warn anyone going to this location to keep their eyes open on their iced tea. Our first iced tea had some gunk floating at the bottom so we spoke to the waitress and asked for another. The second iced tea had the same gunk but only a smaller piece. So on third time around we asked the waitress if they added pieces of lemon into their tea to which she replied no. When the new glass came it to had low floating gunk on the bottom. Finally, after the third attempt we just ordered water. Apparently at least the water was clean... I have included pictures of the third and final glass of tea. Disgusting.

Terrible service! I lost my key here and called in, only to be told they had it. I even have an AirTag with my key, and it shows it’s here. When I came in to retrieve it, the employees lied to me and said they didn’t have it. They weren’t even busy at 5 pm, so it was just a waste of my time. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Updated: they had my key. Lucky for me, I was busy writing this review for so I didn’t leave right away.

When we arrived there was a 20–30 minute wait. They asked “booth or table?” and we clearly said “table.” With the injuries and other disabilities in our family, a table is essential. After waiting 20+ minutes, we were finally brought inside — only to stand around another 5–6 minutes. I have a medical condition that can cause fainting, and when I asked if I could go sit while waiting (anywhere, even just in the waiting area), the manager rudely told me: “If you can just wait, we’re getting your table ready for you.” That “table” turned out to be a booth halfway across the restaurant. When we explained again that we needed a table, the hostess lied to the manager and said she didn’t know we needed a table and that we were dumping this on her. We ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes before being seated at a table in a very busy and crowded area. ⚠️ Accessibility Issues Doors: Not accessible — very heavy, no automatic assistance. Bathroom: The “wheelchair accessible” stall door does not lock and is extremely heavy. Parking: Only 2 true wheelchair-accessible spots, plus 4 more that are mildly accessible. The rest — including most of the easier parking spaces — have been converted to to-go parking. Staff is not knowledgeable on ADA or even genuine empathy/kindness for disabled folks. The general restaurant is not safe for someone with mobility issues or mobility aids. 🍽️ Food: Chili: came out cold, packed to-go instead of eating. Steaks: cold and unseasoned — I had to add multiple handfuls of pepper. Mom’s steak was undercooked and had to be sent back. Salads: edible but wilted and soggy; extra salad was not delivered to table, was taken home to-go Rolls: the only consistently good item. Peanuts in bags now which is a nice feature. --------- Hostess, young African American woman (Tuesday, Sept 30, ~8–9:30 PM) was rude and dismissive, even talking about us as we left.

i come here expecting different results but always leave dissatisfied. one time we asked for the bill and left when only one of us received our food. another time we had to send back my steak, because they could not cook it to the temperature requested. the waitress was kinda embarrassed. they made it right but we had to wait a long time to eat.

My Husband stopped and got a to go order, ordered a medium rare steak and when he got home this what was in the box. Very disappointed 👎🏼

It’s good food but they was not keeping people safe by leaving 6 feet... how much room did they leave ? About 2.5 feet! Sitting people next to us make my wife uncomfortable! We took the food home it didn’t reheat good... it want in trash 100$ trash !!!! The waitstaff said the manager told them “to sit people in one area so service would be good” but he couldn’t complain with the new rules. It will be a cold day in hell before I go back!

This location is going downhill. I’ve had a chicken fried chicken with a patty that was as thin as paper. My family and I went in this past Friday, and two of my family members are sick from the meat. The rolls are great but the food quality is poor. Won’t be back for a while if ever.

Customer service was great as usual. Unfortunately the kitchen, specifically the steak cooks were off their temperature tonight. Sirloin was well done when asked for medium rare. Table next to mine was in the same situation. They took the steak off. But it took longer than 30 minutes to bring out the new one. Just bad communication in the kitchen tonight is all. Not sure if it’s a reoccurring situation at this location.

We drove into the parking lot and the main lot in front of the restaurant had 16 open spots that had been dedicated to take out spots. Ridiculous. Restaurants belong to the Hospitality category, and by definition, hospitality means creating a welcoming atmosphere for your guests. Think management team what this says to your guests. Another guy in the parking lot said the same thing. I can’t be the only person to be super turned off by this. We almost left right then and there, but decided to go in anyway cause my kids really wanted to eat here. The food was decent, what you’d expect from a Texas Roadhouse - great rolls, good ribs, little bit sad kid’s burgers, and a chewy chicken fried steak. The service was good, so that was appreciated, but honestly, we won’t be back until they make the guests who are eating at the restaurant the priority.

Don’t expect to get your value out of a margarita. They fill a glass with ice then only put enough margarita to fill out the space between the ice. 3 sips later and the expensive “legend” margarita is gone. The manager came by, then said he would go talk to the bar and be back. That was 20 minutes ago and nothing. I believe the picture speaks for itself and that the glass was full of ice, not margarita.

This is DISGUSTING. This is UNFATHOMABLE. And it almost feels TARGETED. I was greeted with menacing stares by the host and they looked very uncomfortable to be around me. THIS IS NOT THE WORST PART. As you can see, I called twice and was on hold for forever the second time. No one could give me an answer to anything and just kept forwarding calls. Then hung up. I was excited to try Texas Roadhouse for the first time, but the service was very disappointing. We waited 25 minutes to be seated, and our server was unwelcoming and inattentive. She never fully introduced herself, rarely checked on us, and didn’t clear our drinks or appetizer plates. I’ve worked in restaurants and understand being busy, but this felt like a lack of care. The poor service ruined my appetite and first impression. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it.

I ordered a 16oz ribeye steak cooked medium rare and it was lousy. There was so much gristle I couldn't finish it.I did complain but was offered nothing in return, not even an apology! We had a very disappointing experience at Texas Roadhouse, mainly due to a complete lack of empathy and accommodation for a disabled guest. We arrived around 4:30 PM and clearly explained that my father is very handicapped and has difficulty walking, and we asked for a table close to the host stand. We were told “no problem.” However, we were seated far from the front in a tight, crowded area — despite multiple empty tables near the host stand. Once seated, staff asked if we could move my father’s walker out of the way, even though he needs it to stand and move safely. Another party was then seated right next to us, making the space even more cramped for everyone. Rather than opening other sections, staff seemed intent on squeezing everyone into one area, with no empathy or flexibility for guests with mobility issues. Accessibility should not be treated as an inconvenience. We won’t be returning and hope management seriously reevaluates how disabled and elderly guests are treated.

Came in with 4 of my buddies, turned in a free appetizer card and ofc got the most expensive one they bring it out we order and eat and then the check comes and they make us aware the free app card was expired AFTER eating the entire meal. Well I ask our Server, Nikki to get it removed because we wouldn't of order if we knew that and she just said no. Then we asked for a manger and she comes out talking down to us and telling us since we ate it now it's our issue. After arguing we give up because clearly they need our $10 that bad. Ordered pickup. The rolls are overcooked. The chicken is tough and the smallest piece I’ve ever had. My salad dressing was missing. Highly disappointed. Last time we went inside the service was bad so we decided to give them another try, to go. Highly disappointed. I use do rave over the herb chicken dinner and even use it to meal prep. Gave them 1 star for the herb flavor. Whoever is cooking needs to be re-trained.

Gabby the hostess clearly goes out of her way to make guests feel unwelcome. Her attitude was unbelievable, and somehow even a simple question was too much for her to handle without being rude. If she dislikes her job this much, she might want to do everyone a favor and step aside to the back kitchen. And honestly, this location seems to have a talent for hiring rude employees, because it’s the same story every time I come in. Even the co worker who tried to intervened was super unprofessional. Hopefully one day the manager steps up and actually trains their staff that rudeness will only keep customers away because the bar is on the under floor right now.

We had to use the table across for the children and the big one for adults. The waitress started that they can not separate the tickets between the tables. When stated well we are one party and requested for this party seating. We had move our family around to uncomfortable seating. When asked for extra chair was told unable to do that. And followed with waitress eye roll. Horrible no kind of customer serve or accommodation. No manager involvement. Worse experience! Never again will I make any kind of large party reservations with Texas Roadhouse. We would spent more than $100.

Service great but hair in my food. Sent it back and got it back new and still had hair. This is unacceptable for a restaurant. Unclean. Disgusting. Management should re train their kitchen employees on kitchen sanitary protocols. Will never eat at this location again.

Food took exactly 56 min to come from the we ordered. Asked for the steak to be well and no pink in the middle. It was bleeding when I cut It open. 2 sides came with my meal and I only received one. Had to remind the server that I was missing a side. First time here and won’t be back. I’ll advise everyone I know not to visit as well

I am uncertain how that review was posted, as my experience at this Texas Roadhouse was far from satisfactory. While our waitress was exceptional, I ordered an 8-ounce sirloin with a loaded sweet potato and fries. Upon receiving my steak, I discovered a hair on it, and the sweet potato toppings were not even melted onto the meat. The restaurant promptly removed the steak and returned the sweet potato. However, I did not receive my steak until after my entire family had finished eating and we were ready to depart. The restaurant did not offer any form of discount or compensation for the inconvenience. A manager brought out the steak, but their response was minimal. As an Ohio native, I am accustomed to the quality of Texas Roadhouse restaurants, but this one fell short of expectations. My server was wonderful but my food was trash. I ordered the Chicken critters and it looked like someone cut one tender into pieces. When I told the manager she informed me that this is what the critters looks like. Which is completely different from the picture advertised on their online site. After looking through your reviews, it seems like bad reviews are rarely replied to which is reflective of the management in the restaurant.
