Delicious savory snacks, light and not at all greasy pastries. I've been going for years, but sometimes I pass by because of the lines. One of the sales assistants who's been there for years is truly one of the most polite and professional. I'm sorry, I don't remember her name... she wears glasses!!!! The place is up to standard and always well-maintained. The lady at the cashier has a staff that deserves to be more relaxed. The pastries are delicious, everything is light, with a well-defined flavor, the crunchy Sicilian cannoli and the zuppa inglese!!!!! In short, I can't find a single flaw in this pastry shop. Well done. The prices are right for ordinary people who want to treat themselves to good things. Thanks Giovanna 💕

I bought a birthday cake... none of the guests liked it: the sponge cake was very dry, the cream tasted like it came from a can of spray paint, and the hazelnuts on the side were rancid... it's a shame because the cake was supposed to be the perfect ending to a wonderful dinner!!! I won't be back.

I already knew this neighborhood pastry shop and have always appreciated the products and the kindness of most of the staff. Unfortunately, this time I had an unpleasant experience with the lady at the cash register. When I tried to pay with a credit card, instead of simply informing me that it wasn't accepted, she started complaining loudly in front of other customers, saying things like that the price was practically a "grace" for paying with credit, which made me feel very embarrassed. In my country, it's normal to pay any amount with any type of card, and unfortunately, I'm still not used to always going out with cash. I understand the rule, but this could have been handled more politely and respectfully. Thus, she lost a customer who admired her products and always willingly purchased them.

I ordered a cake for my birthday only with dark bitter chocolate, the chocolate was so sweet it made me sick, the sponge cake looked like biscuit bread as the chocolate cream was pudding in a few words, it was disgusting, I advise you to change the pastry shop 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

A disservice. Twelve days before Christmas, this pastry shop is no longer able to order or buy panettone. I wonder, if panettone is only made once a year, why don't you organize to produce enough? Especially to satisfy your customers, who you force to go elsewhere.
