I have visited Burger King with my family on Oct. 28 late afternoon. I was surprised to see how FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL two employees have been. One working at the cashier, one delivering the food. Friendly, kind, professional, keen on offering the best service with a great smile. Congratulations guys, great work 👏🏼
Good experience, very clean and super warm temperature inside which was great since outside it was freezing.
Good place where you can enjoy delicious food that tastes similar to home. Ordering was easy using the monitor. The staff is friendly, and the loyalty program that rewards you with points based on your spending is great. You can even get extra free ice cream or burgers. The offers in the app are fantastic, and as a tip, you can use the same code repeatedly in the same order. Overall, it’s a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Burgers and fries were freshly cooked and tasty. Service was enough fast. Reminder: get ready your green pass if you want to eat inside.

A little bit more expensive than in the Americas, but not that much. The service is good, fast and efficient. You can order through the automatic machines or at the register.
Great meal. Great service from the team. Manager on this day was dissapointing. Am almost paying for my order only for him to call the man serving telling him all orders must first originate or start from a self service screen. Am like we are done? UNCOUTH
It was like an ordinary burger king but as a nice experience. You can’t go wrong with the whopper. Oil was fresh and fries are tasty but cold.
Tooooo slow! More than 40minutes for 15orders! I love burger kibg, but it's impossible to wait 40min in Turin in 2022!!
Unfortunately they don’t have enough staffs for cleaning or give a service to the people specially on Weekends. They started very well but they have to improve the quality of their services and act like real fast food.
Always dirty, bins full of trashes, no staff for cleaning services,slow service, if you wait 30 minutes for fast food, it is not FAST food. Should employ more staff.

I bought large menu, coca cola literally had worst taste i ever tried no gas no ice… But thats fine, we requested at the counter to change it or give us fresh ones the lady without any satisfactory response simply said ‘i wont change it i drink the same’ I am regular customer of burger king and tried at diff locations but the way i got treated for disgustful food made me leave this review. Just waste of money
I was the only guest and waited 18 minutes for my food. Better go eat somewhere else. ZERO STARS !!!!
Possibly the worst fast food burger we ever had. The “bacon” in the Bacon King looked like it was boiled, or possibly uncooked. The fries were cold and not crispy, like they been cooked a few hours earlier. Recommend going to McDonalds a few hundred meters away.
The burger meat feels like plastic. It's truly a cheap franchise level quality. If you don't expect anything more it's your kind of place.
