Panera Bread

I received a Panera gift card, so I decided to check it out. I ordered bakery goods to go: chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, and a cinnamon roll. They were really fresh and delicious! I also ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich and a large coffee. Their coffee is smooth and not bitter at all. (I drink my coffee black.) The breakfast sandwich was made fresh and had tons of flavor. Really good with coffee! The employees were very friendly. I like that they greeted me with a smile. I would definitely like to order again.

Highly recommended: they have amazing pastries, about 4 different types of coffee (including decaf), and about 7 or 8 types of tea (including iced tea). We ordered a Kitchen sink cookie (absolutely fully charged of flavor and very big chocolate chunks), an orange scone (perfect for my dark roast coffee, because it wasn't too sweet and just a bit zesty) and a candy cookie for my 7yo (she loved it! Had easter m&m's on top). The beverages are refill and the place wasn't crowed, so was perfect to hang out with my little family, enjoy a hot beverage and relax. It's perfect if you're in a hurry too, because they have about 4 screens I think, to place a quicker order or you can do it at the register. All staff was very nice and efficient 🥰. Definitely will come back.

First time eating at Panera Bread. I must say their sandwiches are delicious. I ordered their Mediterranean veggie sandwich. Really good. Even though I specifically asked for avocado to be added to my sandwich, I got home and no avocado was on my sandwich... But it was okay. The lady who took my order was very nice and had patience with me while I tried to figure out what to order. Anyhow, it’s a nice place to meet up and have a quick lunch with a friend. It’s a busy location though, but it’s a convenient place to stop and have lunch after shopping.

Great place if you’d like European style cuisine. Great amount of soups and salads. Creamy Tomato soup is my favorite!

Tables and seats were not cleaned up yet from previous visitors. When our buzzer went off my friend did not have his sandwich.. they still were making it... My Asian citrus salad was not very appealing, but still tasted alright. Went there for the fellowship .... The chili was delicious.... Try it

Great place to eat!. Delicious food! A bit pricey. They also need to clean the tables more often. I have to wipe down our own table every time we go. The cashiers l, except for a couple if them, can be more friendlier.

Like the ambience and food (I had steak, egg & cheese in a bagel, brewed coffee and blueberry muffin) is great. However, the serving is kind of small. But their bagel is really good. The muffin is good too, it's soft inside and not too sweet. Food service is superb. Will come back definitely.

Like the healthy food options. Their salads are tasty. Fast and easy ordering at the kiosks.

I often order catering for both pick up and delivery. Most of the time everything is great, but the last couple of times an item or 2 has been forgotten or they've run a little behind, which is understandable as they are so busy. I just have to say that Ashley in catering did a wonderful job making my last order right after the salad dressing was missing from my order. She quickly drove it over to where I was and even brought some amazing cookies. Staff is pretty nice too.

You can either order personally wiating in the line, online or through a kiosk. This outlet has clean restrooms. Free parking is available on the premises. Clean utensils and helpful staff. Would surely recommend.

The food is good and consistently prepared. I felt a little grumpy after ordering and being told they would call my name only to discover about 15 minutes later that my order had been placed in the pickup area. Being vegan I would like to see some vegan protein options on the menu. I do not order the apple side because twice I have gotten apples that were past their prime. Otherwise a pretty good place for lunch or dinner.

Clean, nice, broccoli cheddar soup was good. I ordered the half Chipotle avocado chicken sandwich and a cup of soup. It was 10$ and some change. And the portion size was tiny. My 2 year old ate it by himself. I suggest if you want to pay full price for child size portions then eat here. But if you want adult size portion at regular prices go somewhere else.

Good light lunch. My Green Goddess salad was simple, flavorful and affordable. The dining area was clean and the servers nice.

I go to Panera almost daily since they opened for a bagel. Well, they decided to change their bagels, and they are not only smaller but way too doughy. Food was good HOWEVER Panera false advertises 2 for $10 deal. I ordered 2 2 for $10 which added up to $35. Turned out the deal is only good if you order online from their app. This info is NOT specified, is extremely deceptive and I am generally disappointed in Panera bread. I will NOT ever spend another penny here nor will I ever recommend this place.

The food was good. But I had several issues, and I've made the decision not to return to this location. The tables were dirty, there was a worker walking around with a spray bottle and rag, just tucking in the chairs. She wasn't cleaning anything. There was nobody there to tell me exactly where to pick up my order so I was very lost. And they were out of a lot of soups pretty early in the day. Also there was a good amount of homeless people just coming in and sitting inside. I will not be returning.

Worst Panera I've ever been too. Almost every table in the main section was dirty and several had dishes that sat untouched for over 30 minutes. The bathroom was dirty. The bread had almost no flavor. One of the sandwiches we got had a hair that was over a foot long in it. I could understand a little more if they were busy but there was plenty of staff just standing around near the registers.

I frequent this Panera alot. It's usually okay but the last couple of times I've questioned the service and quality of the food they serve. I visited them today for a cup of tomato bisque and the chicken grain salad with avocado. I was so disappointed in the food. Allow the pictures to speak for themselves. The soup was mildly warm, the bread was dry and the veggies in the salad were old. The cucumber had transparent edges and not crisp. Come on Panera please step up and at the minimum use fresher products. I'll wait this place out for a while. I've had better luck at new one on 190th and Western. Who would even consider putting a rotting avocado a salad? Panera. Scoop it out!

I wanted a hot drink so I bought a coffee, filled the cup up from the insulated Hazelnut coffee jug and received unsweetened peach tea somehow... and the peach tea was room temperature. Not their finest hour.

this particular spot is busy, the portions are bot worth the money. you will leave this place hungry. the busyness make the staff rather less friendly and welcoming. go somewhere else.

Simply asked them to turn down the music because it was too loud to hear the people sitting across from me. Said they’d tell the manager and after sitting back down the music was turned up?!? I then went back to ask again and once again nothing changed. Plus the tables were dirty and chairs were everywhere. Absolute garbage experience.

Horrible! I called at 1209 ordered salad no nuts. Showed up at 1220 paid, they did not have salad with no nuts. I watched the girl, go tell them no nuts. Sat for 25 minutes. No salad. Then ask, no one had done it. Made it finally. Looked at it there were NUTS! I had to wait again!! I left at 1255 for a phone in/pick up order. There are people allergic to nuts!!!! You could kill someone and get sued!!!! 2 cookies does not help !I came back days later, since my daughter is down the street at the hospital. I called my order ahead with my order. The guy said 'we are not busy it will take 2 minutes and be ready'. I came in, no one was at the cashier, and No one was busy. Cashier said,' we don't have your order,do you want to give it to me and then we will make it.' After calling my order in I expect it to be in their orders!!! I left, since time away from the hospital I guess was only precious to me, I haven't eaten or slept much! I will not ever go back. The staff is lazy and they don't know the phone number of their own place which I had to prove to them I had the right number! Don't go here if you value any of your time!!!!!!

Panera’s app and customer service failed to resolve this properly, and I feel like my money was taken without adequate recourse. Warning to others: Make sure to double-check your orders and monitor your charges closely. If something goes wrong, don't expect any real support or a proper refund. I will be thinking twice before using the app again.

Things were fine up until the manager chastised me for asking for a cup at the register, with Sip Club benefits. The employee saw my order (from the kiosk opposite the register) and happily handed me a cup. But the manager then stormed over and actually claimed I was stealing. Only when I showed him the order did he then reinvent his audible/broadcasted slander, saying that too isn't allowed. I then recited the kiosk instructions after putting an order in, to which he said that isn't how it is done at his store. Without giving me a chance to reply, he stormed off. I get that some franchises hate Sip Club. But this was rude. I shouldn’t have to wait five minutes to get my Sip Club honored, which I presume is due to high theft rates at his store. Management at this franchise should honor Sip Club grab and go, and leave their fighting to corporate.
