I love the coffee bean! these guys did a great job! they always do! I always look forward to getting a great cup of coffee from the coffee Bean! Very friendly staff and great coffee! Drive-through was fast and my order was perfect! 🤙🤙🤙🤙

This coffee shop has been here for over 12 years but always feels nice and fresh inside. The workers were friendly and efficient. I got one of the holiday mint mochas, very tasty, along with an egg and spinach breakfast sandwich, which hit the spot. I recommend it.

Cinthia is such a nice person! Both baristas were helpful, someone had taken my drink after my name was called and the other barista on bar took priority to make my drink right there- tastes amazing! I appreciate your kindness!!

I ordered a regular size iced hazelnut latte with a cream cap and it was on point 👌 A little pricey but it was totally worth the $7. Employees were very nice aswell

My fave Coffee Bean, hands down! It’s conveniently located next to my office building, the staff is amazing - they greet me with a smile every morning, and know my normal order. My drinks are always spot on, and the place is always clean.

If you want Coffee Bean, this one is best around by far. My drip roast coffee is always hot, they have free water, and the outside seating area is very relaxing. Can't ask for much more after coming in from a beach ride on my bike.

I came here after suffering through deafening music at the starbucks across the street. this is the right place to get some work done and enjoy a quality beverage!

Rigell was phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and patient. I was trying to order a drink for someone else and needed recommendations and guidance, she was extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond to try and find the perfect drink. Excellent customer service

This is my favorite coffee. They have been serving coffee at CBTL, long before Starbucks hit town. They staff all of their location except for LAX with some great people. I stop hear every weekend and enjoy the coffee and the staff. Order all the traditional drinks. If you like Tea Swedish Berry. If you want a free cup of tea or coffee, buy a pound or a can to take home and they will give you a free cup of coffee or tea to go.

Exceptional customer service, answerd all of my questions. Very please to see more companies accommodating to vegan lifestyle. The chain yea latte with coconut milk meet all of my caffeine needs, with a delicious taste as well.

Ok so let me tell u my story. I had a horrible experience with 2 of the guys there. They look about Hispanic. Anyways, the one with glasses gave me attitude and rang up my order wrong. Didn't even read it back to me. Well anyways, I decided to give this place another try and let me tell u I am so thankful these ladies are working here! Top notch service!! Thank u for all ur help ladies. I think they both had colored hair, keep up the great work girls!

I was in and out very quickly!!!!....Due to Covid 19, you can only sit down outside but there usually plenty of tables available....To go orders ONLY....Great staff and Great Hot Beverages.....I will definitely be back to order my coffee....

Dark chocolate iced coffee! I can only find it at coffee bean. This location makes one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s consistently a good coffee location. Right now they are take out only and they cleared out their store to make spaced-out places to stand and distance while you wait. The people working there are friendly and the place is clean.

I don't normally get coffee as I'm out, but when I do I look for local "mom & pop" shops, or Coffee Bean/Tea Leaf. This location is great with short wait times, great staff, decent selection of food, coffee and tea, and there are a good number of chairs and tables, indoor and out. I also like the fact they donate to first responders (Heroes at Heart coffee).

Inside the establishment is nice and up to the standards of the other coffee Bean and tea leaf places. The location isn't the best, it's on a busy corner and parking is limited so I'd mark it down based on these guidelines. That doesn't have much to do with the establishment though and have always had good service and delicious coffee here.

It looks like a really nice place, friendly staff. I tried their hot chai tea latte, it was good, but doesn't make it to my list of favorites. I will go back to try a regular latte at another time.

I've gone to this location a few times and it has always been very nice experiences. Morning rush hour has been fairly fats, with in 5+ minutes my order was ready and I was out the door. Parking is a little small since it's shared with 2 other locations int he same shopping center lot but it's duable. The staff has always been friendly this previous time I was there I saw one of the employees taking a moment to talk with a little girl that had her little mermaid doll and had a brief talk with her asking her about her toy and just making friendly talk, it was nice to see.

This one is right next to the mall. Staff is generally friendly and good at getting orders correct. Interior could use a refresh compared to some other local locations but this is the most convenient for me when I travel on foot. CBTL beats out Starbucks for coffee in my opinion.

They don’t call out the names for mobile orders, they just put them on the counter. Interior is a little dirty, but there’s free wifi and plenty of seating and comfy chairs.

I frequent many cbtl locations, but if this is the one on Hawthorne, in Torrance, 4*, else<2* The others don't train their staff very well - always a conflict of some sort

Came in for a quick little stop and coffee to wake me up! The Girls working are good but if they can smile maybe just a little bit, I think that would go a long way... although the customers there were just a bit worse than the employees! I’m not really complaining but I looooove to see people smile and be friendly as it’s hard to find that anywhere nowadays. I ordered a blue berry muffin, I like it warmed up but unfortunately their oven wasn’t working but either way it was still so good. Coffee is delicious and so are their pastries.

Horrible experience every time I’ve gone into this location. I love coffee, bean and I’m a gold tier member because I’m addicted. However, every time I’ve gone into this location. I’ve been there for at least 20 minutes before getting a drink. Today there was one woman in front of me and no mobile orders laid out. For some reason it was eight minutes before they took my order and then I was there for 25 minutes. The three people behind me all with ice blended drinks got their drink before I got mine. When I got my drink, it wasn’t done correctly.

The meanest customer service on 3/31/2020 at 5:40pm out of all the coffee beans I have been to in Torrance. Hopefully management can address the issue because this has occur numerous times on the evening shift.

Service has gotten very slow since theast manager change! Been coming here for years and it has never been like this. The manager did not want to hear it, told me to post online.

Just waited outside at 6am for them to open the doors. It’s 6:06am now and I’m leaving. It’s supposed to open at 6am. They could see us waiting but just ignored us. If they had a problem they could have told us. The last 2 visits I had folks with an attitude. Not coming back. I’ll go to Starbucks instead 🙄

Almost every time I go to the Torrance Del Amo fashion center location my order has been wrong. They are unapologetic and do not seem to care about customers at this location. I have felt disrespected a few times by certain employees. I have been a loyal customer at several coffee bean locations but this has seriously tested my loyalty and I avoid coming to this coffee bean at all costs. The staff is extremely disorganized and they also can't seem to keep the front of the store clean and clear from trash in the entrance way. When you voice your opinion to management they basically just defend their coworkers mistakes while the coworkers just laugh about it in front of you. When I mentioned to the manager that there has been issues several times she suggested I go to some other coffee bean. This is not the type of representation I believe coffee bean wants. I have never had a bad experience at any other coffee bean that I've been to. This is unacceptable behavior!

This location is beautiful, but the service could have been better. The workers made it seem like I was bothering them. I got my coffee and it seemed half empty with a dirty cover.

Worst takeout experience. Very slow service (pickup time was 10:35, order was ready 20 mins later) and they didn’t have cream cheese for my bagel. Apparently they ran out our cream cheese at 10:35 am. My espresso macchiato wasn’t filled all the way and they gave me a half filled cup. Who does that? Side of honey sticks weren’t on the side. They put them INSIDE my beverages. Never ordering pickup from here again.

I ordered my drink didn’t get a receipt so there was no way to prove that I was there except for my credit card statement on top of everything else. I sat there and waited in that area to sit down for about 20 minutes, I kept looking around see if my drink was done. I didn’t say anything so instead of them saying something I had to get back in line and explain to the bar. I never got my drink. I didn’t get up. until I told them that I never received my order and between that time, they took about seven orders before they actually got back to mine when I had to get up I never order so no offense to the male barista, but it’s a little negligent when you have a customer that’s been sitting there for that long. You don’t bother check up on them and you assume that they picked out their order when I never did so sad to say I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location ever again.
