I appreciate that they open at 5:30 am on a Saturday! I asked why they didn’t have any chairs. I was told that they were all broken. I have more questions, but it seemed like the conversation was over.

They forgot my order...a small coffee. Also Corporate never responds to any of these review so nothing will ever get done 😂 don't go to Starbucks. Never going again.

The baristas who spoke Spanish were awfully rude and I would recommend adequate customer service training!! They failed with their awful customer service skills!

Slowest personnel in the world (mobile order): lady started to do my coffee and completely abandoned it half way. She even looked at me…. and started to do another drink! After 7 mins waiting in completely empty store I have to leave that beautiful and fascinating place because my nervous system can’t handle that situation. Coffee drink left behind. Enjoy!

I was not allowed to use the restroom, even though I am a regular customer. I hope that the employee who said, "The restroom is only available with a purchase at this time," will have a similar experience and it will come back to her :) Absolutely one star for inhumanity.

The staff told me I can’t use the bathroom before I place an order. It never happened to me before and I didn’t feel like explaining that I need to remove my retainer before I order food. I believe this practice should be illegal! Shame on you Starbucks for not allowing customers to use bathroom before placing an order!

I don’t live in Jersey city but I come here to get coffee and this is the second time I came here within months and they don’t have half-and-half or heavy cream. If you are ordering a regular coffee, you should be told there’s only milk. The employee told me, didn’t you see that there was no cream where the sugar is. You buy coffee you walk down where the sugar and cream is and that’s what you expect. You don’t go there first to make sure they have it.It’s a waste of time to go there. Choose another location.

I ordered a salted caramel iced latte and the cold foam is barely there. Feels just like cold milk with barely any coffee.

I’ve ordered this custom drink (with extra soy milk and extra matcha cream) many times at various Starbucks locations in NYC and NJ, and it has always come full — until I visited the Starbucks at Waterfront in Jersey City. Today, I received a drink that was barely half full (photo attached, the one on the right), and when I showed the staff how other stores prepared it( 2nd picture), barista (Mia or Maya) rudely insisted that everyone else was wrong and only she was doing it “right.” Rather than listening or offering a solution, she was dismissive and unprofessional. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a drink and not receive the full amount — especially when it’s consistently been done correctly elsewhere. Customer service matters, and this location really needs to work on that.

I’m pregnant, with another baby in the stroller, was coming to buy a drink, but I had to use a bathroom first. I kindly asked the worker (young man with dark hair and brown eyes) the code for the bathroom. He said you have to buy something first, when I’ll give you a code. I said, can I use the bathroom first and then make an order, there was a line anyways. He said no. Horrible customer service! I will never ever come back to this location!

Extremely rude people. After waiting 10 minutes to order for no reason she said “what do you want?” I said oat milk latte and she responded like “NO OAT MILK” without looking at my face. And then she started doing something else and completely ignored me. And I started waiting again to order. Classic Starbucks barista behavior. Educate your workers about costumer service Starbucks! They are playing with phone instead of working while we are waiting 20 minutes just for a drink.

To be honest I have very inconsistent experience with this store. Quality and quantity both are non-standard.i gave feedback to customer feedback service and in turn District manager reached out to me and very nice to talk and giving me assurance to improve services but nothing has changed DM did issue $20 reward but it is not I was looking I was looking for a better product.
