I love this Dairy Queen. It’s very clean and has a nice atmosphere and the customer service is really great! Not all Dairy Queen’s have good customer service but this one is exceptional. I ordered food for my entire family to take home and the owner boxed it all up for me without me even having to ask. The staff is always friendly here. I recommend to anyone!

Ordered the 4 piece chicken fingers meal and got the 6 price as a courtesy. Food was made fresh and the sauces provided were great. Didn't get any ice cream on this trip which gives me an excuse to go back. The management is always friendly as is staff. Interior is always clean and inviting. Make the stop.

The food was good (I'd only ever had their ice cream treats before today) but I have to drop the rating due to the fact that the woman taking my order was so distracted by taking personal phone calls on her cell phone that I had to keep repeating my order to her. And once it was put in, she did the same to the next customers. I found that to be incredibly rude. When she handed me my food, she forgot about the rest if my order and was just trying to get me away from the counter. I was being made to feel as though I was a burden to her! But, on the plus side you can receive 30 minutes of free parking in the attached structure.

Getting a soft serve from here revitalized my love for it- been craving soft serve ever since haha. I got a vanilla cone and it came quick. Service was okay, kinda blunt, could've been nicer and had signs for what lines are for what. Parking can be tough if you luck out with some street parking.

Under new management—not a fun experience. Food was quick and tasty but hospitality poor. Still no dine in service. Restroom blocked off and no entry permitted for needy 5-yr old, plus all had just come from soccer and playground. Ate outside on sidewalk. $65 food order but no water cups granted for four children. Napkins rationed. Another $30 worth of Blizzards ordered but no tray available. Had to make three trips, two at a time. Tried to refill my soda but was informed I’d already had my one refill. If DQ is in the plan for grandkids, I’ll go elsewhere.

I guess its a new trend to not have a points scanner? This location already has a negative in paid parking. On top of that i cant redeem my hard earned reward points because there is no scanner for it? The cashier confirmed all locations are suppose to participate.

It was free ice cream day, me and several friends went to collect our free ice creams. When the first of my friends approached the counter, she kindly asked for her free ice cream, the man proceeds to make her pay $2 for her ice cream. This is the first part of the scam. My second friend approaches the counter, she doesn’t even get three words out before the man at the counter cuts her off and says “no more cones,” then proceeds to refuse my friend, and ANOTHER customer behind us a free cone. we know that this “no more cones” trick is a lie because we saw at least ten other customers receive cones AFTER we were told there were no more. we then kindly asked our friend who was going to order after we left if she received a free cone or she was refused service or had to pay for it. she then messaged me minutes later telling WITH PHOTO EVIDENCE she got a free cone. this is INFUARIATING. I want a FREE CONE ON FREE CONE DAY! do NOT go here. my friend DESERVES a refund, thank you very much.

Store had bad odor. Asked for a milkshake but was given ice cream and was told that is their milkshake. Rude cashier. Would not recommend or be back. Can only take out and can not place orders online.

The French fries were not to my liking. When I asked for more fries I was basically to to eat the ones I have. My husband returned to the counter and they told him the same thing. He told the cashier that we were customers and we asking for fresh hot fries PLEASE. She finally honored our request.

Buns old, dry & nearly stale ... a little steam may have added a little life to them. I will never truly know. $20 for 2 burgers & some fries down the proverbial drain. Why did I go to an ice cream parlor & expect good, fresh, well prepared hot food?

Terrible experience today. I was told after swiping my bank card that I could not swipe it again after transferring money to the card after I didn’t have enough funds on my card. I hate to say but I think this was a racial profile situation. I’ve never knowing for a business to allow you to not try your card again. And with the recent reviews I see that this location has some questionable instances with black people. 👎🏾 under this new management. Me and my neice drive over 20 mins for this treat that ending up sending us away dissatisfied. Do better with your patrons.

Chill cheese dog was cold. Tried to charge me almost $3 for a cup of ice water. If I am supporting your business, the least you could do is not charge for a cup of ice water which has been free at every Dairy Queen and other restaurant I have been to, ever. Also, the prices here are a bit higher than all the other dairy queens I have been to.

In the past we frequented this location when I worked in the area. And we usually have a good experience. We stopped by today and had a terrible experience. The person taking our order was not friendly, did not greet us and seemed overall annoyed to be taking our order. My husband went to get a refill after deciding he didn’t like the cherry coke and the machine was turned off. When he asked the same unfriendly cashier stated that only one refill. We felt singled out as we were the only African American family there at the time and I have never in my life had a restaurant turn off the entire machine to stop refills (he only had one) . There is a more tactful way that could have been handled, or even signage that says one free refill only. In addition to that no one who worked there had on a mask and we were denied access to the restroom to wash hands.
