This a great place to come and enjoy a delicious breakfast with your family. Customer service is the best. If you are in Clarksville TN, this is a must visit you have to make.
Spend the day at Miss Lucille’s with your pup 🐶 There is plenty to do, first grab a bite to eat at the cafe on the pet-friendly patio (the humans love the baked cantina nachos 🥑 and the cranberry club wrap 🌯) and enjoy some coffee as they now are serving their specialty coffee at the cafe☕️ Once you are done, head over to the market place to shop with your fur friend 🛍️ -@brewskibrewreviews
My wife were I are visiting from Savannah Ga., and happened upon Miss Lucille's Cafe after a Google search for something new to try. Very pleased. Was seated immediately, our server Julie was right on it. Personable and attentive. Food was out quick and was very good. We'll be back.
Aj was the absolute best server I’ve had! We were having a baby shower and he made us feel so special! He even cleans when he’s not waiting in table! Made the atmosphere even better. Don’t get me started on the food. SO GOOD! Cinnamon roll is to die for. Queso is so yummy but the Willie’s sliders are my favorite! I dream of them!
The only problem I had was I had to keep asking for water. I really didn't see my waitress that much. The food was just plain. It wasn't no spark. It wasn't something to be like a wow type thing, but the atmosphere was great. The music was great but the service and the food just need a little bit a little bit of work
It‘s a perfect Clarksville brunch restaurant. I’m not familiar with the tip culture because I‘m a foreigner. I paid the tip twice by mistake. I visited again and asked to cancel the second tip. He handled it kindly. Thank you very much I will visit more often from now on. It was so delicious and the atmosphere was good, so I visited on Wednesday and visited again on Sunday.
AJ (Antwon James lol joke) was our waiter and did a superb job on letting us know how good my choices were on breakfast. He was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed. I ordered the pancakes with blueberry topping and lemon mascarpone filling and it was delicious! Next time I’ll order the banana caramel as he said that was one of his favorite. Ms Lucille is a real nice place to eat. Atmosphere is always inviting. Thank you and see you next time
I’ve been here several times and have never been disappointed! The protein bowl and pancakes are absolutely delicious. AJ was my server on my last visit and he did an amazing job. He was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The patio is such an underrated gem and a perfect place to enjoy your meal outdoors. There’s even a beautiful spot just behind the patio that would be ideal for a small wedding or gathering. Highly recommend!
Stopped by on a business trip and am adding it to my "favorite places in America to eat" list. I ordered Uncle Red's Reuben. The rye bread was lighter in flavor which I enjoyed and the sandwich overall was fantastic! Piled high with plenty of meat and sauerkraut and the perfect amount of dressing. (I ate half before remembering to grab a photo for this review, LOL.) Best of all, it came out piping hot so on a chilly day, it really hit the spot. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was open, clean and very family friendly. Bonus was that it was right off the exit ramp so it's easy to get to if you're traveling. I'll definitely be visiting again when I'm in town! Highly recommended!
We gave Miss Lucille’s Cafe another try and it was another let down for the same exact issue. Cold food. Our last visit was cold tomato soup and subpar grilled cheese and we passed it off because they were busy. Today was brunch and the actual plate was warmer than our biscuits and gravy. We both ordered the same thing and not only was it cold but the amount of gravy was underwhelming. We both took one bite and sent it back and didn’t ask for a remake. The poor waitress was working her first day so I felt bad but we paid for our coffee and left. Please fix the food warm or hire a food runner. Either of those small adjustments would increase your revenue! Seems like a simple fix. Two visits ruined and we want to support local so bad but poor processes and under served portions make that very difficult.
Went here for a Saturday morning brunch. Ordered an iced coffee and pancakes with a side of breakfast potatoes. The iced coffee was okay. Tasted a little watered down but wasn’t terrible. The pancakes were absolutely massive. They give you the smallest little cup of maple syrup for two pancakes that are big enough to feed 2-3 people. Tried to get my server to bring more maple syrup but I hardly ever saw her after I got my food. When I did ask her for more syrup, she didn’t bring it so at that point I just asked for my bill so I could leave. The breakfast potatoes were the best part of the meal. Hot, crispy and seasoned nicely. I probably wouldn’t come back here for brunch.
This place looks so cute and I love the presentation, music. I really enjoyed my protein bowl but the rest was not great. The bacon that my mother got was chewy, biscuits and gravy didn’t have a whole lot of gravy or flavor. The service was non existent, didn’t really see our server. Never asked us if we needed anything else, maybe smiled once. Just not a upbeat welcoming environment
Went to Miss Lucille’s Cafe for the atmosphere and food, when I walked in with my two nieces the hostess indicated they were trying something new starting today. She took our order and handed us a number to set on the table. I paid and tipped for service and received very little service….when the coffee came out no utensils, no napkins, and no information as to where to get items. When the food came out I asked for sunny up eggs and got over easy…..Again no utensils, no refill on the coffee….If I wanted to go to a coffee bar I would have…..The food tasted good like always….The service sucked and I’m sure it was due to the new way at the cafe…..I will not be back or tip before getting my food!!!!!Miss Lucille’s management you need to do better…..
The food got the lowest rating because everytime we go the fruit doesn’t look fresh, they use like no avocado on the avocado toast it’s actually insane it’s even called avocado toast. Everytime we go, the same menu items come out differently. One thing’s that’s consistent is the servers are nice, the coffee is good and the atmosphere is nice.
Definitely style over substance. The staff is nice but we waited almost 40 minutes after being told it’d be 15 minutes. Once we sat down our waiter was prompt and he was attentive. I wish I could say the rest of the experience was a good one. Onto the food - $14 for a sandwich made on white sandwich bread and ruffles chips is too much. The food was subpar at best. Half of both me and my husband’s sandwiches were just bread. My kids ordered kids meals. The amount of care put into putting this food together is a travesty. My daughter’s sandwich came out burnt. My son’s pizza was also burnt and had no sauce on it. My kids were hungry and they still hardly touched their food. We will not be back. The space is beautiful and miss Lucille’s is fun to stroll through but what a disappointing restaurant! We paid $74 dollars to leave feeling like our time was wasted for an absolute rip off of a dining experience.
Very disappointed. It started sooo well… we were seated immediately and the server came over quickly to take our full order - the restaurant was surprisingly half empty at 9am on a Saturday. Then it went downhill. It took about 20 minutes to get 2 waters and an iced coffee. 40 minutes after that, the food arrived (almost an hour after we ordered). We should have left but my daughter is 4 days past her due date and she needed pancakes!!😂 We did not see our server again until he brought the check - the guy was just not good at his job and clearly didn’t care about our displeasure. The food was just as disappointing as the service. It had clearly been sitting for a while - the cream on the Strawberries and Cream pancakes was completely absorbed into a soggy pancake. (The pregnant lady was so hungry - we didn’t take a “before” picture). The bottom pancake was burnt. The over easy egg in the breakfast bowl had a fully cooked yolk and a lot of the crumbled chorizo was burnt and inedible. We had high hopes but I’m not sure I would go back. We have always enjoyed the food in the cafe so this was a shock. On a positive note - its a cute, bright open setup.
