The owner, Omar, told us the whole story of the restaurant, how it all started and how it evolved which was so interesting. He is such a nice and helpful person. Definitely recommend coming here when in Tulum!

We ended up at this beautiful restaurant by accident, walking from our hotel to downtown tulum. It was a pleasant discovery, what caught our eye was the 2-for-1 promotion of margaritas and mescal, we walked in and immediately were warmly welcomed. We decided to get traditional Mexican dishes (1 starter shared through 3 people and 1 main dish each) and had the opportunity to taste different types of Mescal. The staff is really nice, the food super good with very large portions. It is a place I highly recommend.

This place is a MUST. We stumbled upon it and couldn’t have been happier. The food was truly outstanding. We will be coming back within the same trip, but that’s how amazing it is. Don’t miss this, get some tacos, and definitely try the potato wedges.

We had an amazing evening here a few days ago. The host Darinka is super friendly and helpful, we learned a lot about the local cuisine and experienced a tasty dinner! We had tacos and a burger, margaritas and a very special pumpkin dessert. Delicious!! The coffee with star anise and orange peel is a must! Thanks again for a wonderful evening! Highly recommend!

The puerco was so Rico! Highly recommend this dish as the salsita was flavourful and clearly made with love from scratch. Each dish/ drink had interesting flavour profiles, and the waitress was knowledgeable about how to pair the mezcales with the different dishes. The owner is passionate about sustainability and providing an authentic experience while supporting the villages in Oaxaca. I will be back!!

Well, I ordered chicken with mole (black). I’m quite sure they gave me the wrong order since this is not my first time to eat mole. I waited for a while for the food, so I’m already starving. I didn’t mind so I just ate it. Honestly disappointing, this is my first proper restaurant in Tulum since I arrived two days ago. I chose this place because of the reviews. Not worth it.
